Two inorganic-organic hybrid solids, Zn2(phen)(HPO3)2 (1) and Zn(phen)(HPO3) (2), have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions in the presence of 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) ligands. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescent spectra. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclnic system, space group P-1, , , , α=75.609(1)°, β=79.145(2)°, γ=67.157(2)°, , Z=2. Compound 2 is monoclinic, C2/c, , , , β=94.175(4)°, , Z=8. Both structures consist of 1D chains constructed from strictly alternating ZnO4 and HPO3 polyhedra through sharing vertices. The chains are further decorated by Zn-centered complex architectures, [Zn(phen)]2+ for 1 and [Zn(phen)2]2+ for 2. The 2D and 3D supramolecular arrays for 1 and 2 are stably stacked via strong π-π interactions of the phen groups, respectively.  相似文献

The hydrothermal synthesis, crystal structure and some properties of a zinc phosphite with a neutral cluster, [Zn(2,2′-bipy)]2(H2PO3)4, are reported. This compound crystallizes in the triclinic system of space group P-1 (No. 2), a=8.3067(5) Å, b=8.9545(4) Å, c=10.0893(6) Å, α=95.448(2)°, β=99.7530(10)°, γ=103.461(2)°, V=712.23(7) Å3, Z=1. The cluster consists of 4-membered rings formed by alternating ZnO3N2 square pyramids and H2PO3 pseudo pyramids, with two “hanging” H2PO3 groups attached to each of the Zn centers. The clusters are linked together by extensive multipoint hydrogen bonding involving the phosphite units to form a sheet-like structure. This compound represents the first example of zinc phosphite with P---OH bonds. An intense photoluminescence was observed from this compound upon photoexcitation at 388 nm.  相似文献

A new two-dimensional compound C12H14O16Zn3 (1), containing seven-coordinate zinc atoms was prepared by the hydrothermal technique. The compound obtained was characterized by TG-DTA, single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and FT-IR analysis. (C4N2H12)[Ga2F3(HPO3)2(H2PO3)] 1 is a new open-framework fluorinated gallium phosphite obtained by mild hydrothermal synthesis using piperazine as template agent and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), powder XRD, infra-red spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma, thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. The three-dimensional (3D) anionic framework of compound 1 is constructed from two distinct motifs, a 1D tancoite chain and a single 4-ring (S4R) unit, which contains four intersecting channels running throughout the structure as 8, 12-member rings channels along to the a-axis and 12-member ring channels along the b- and c-axis, respectively. The well-ordered, diprotonated piperazine cations occupy all the channels, and interact with the fluorinated gallium-phosphite framework by strong hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two new open-framework zinc phosphites, [M(C6N4H18)][Zn3(HPO3)4] (M=Ni, Co), have been prepared under hydrothermal conditions. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that [Ni(C6N4H18)][Zn3(HPO3)4] (1) and [Co(C6N4H18)][Zn3(HPO3)4] (2) are isostructural and both crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c with , , , β=109.83(3)°, Z=4, R1=0.0408 (I>2σ(I)), and wR2=0.1104 (all data) for 1, and , , , β=109.328(2)°, Z=4, R1=0.0380 (I>2σ(I)), and wR2=0.1093 (all data) for 2. The structures of 1 and 2 are built up from strictly alternating ZnO4 tetrahedra and HPO3 pseudo-pyramids linked through oxygen vertices to form the three-dimensional (3-D) open-frameworks with multi-directional intersecting 12-membered ring (12-MR) channels. The M(TETA) (M=Ni, Co) complexes self-assembled under hydrothermal system connect with the inorganic host via M-O-P linkages and interact with inorganic framework through weak H-bonds. The two compounds show intense photoluminescence upon photoexcitation at 235 nm.  相似文献

Three new organically templated or organically bonded zinc selenates, namely, {H2bipy}Zn(SeO4)2(H2O)21 (bipy=4,4′-bipyridine), {H2pip}{Zn(SeO4)2(H2O)4}·2H2O 2 (pip=piprazine), and Zn(SeO4)(phen)(H2O)23 (phen=1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions. The structure of compound 1 features a 1D chain composed of [Zn(SeO4)2(H2O)2]2− anions. Compound 2 has a 2D layer structure built from {Zn(SeO4)2(H2O)4}2− anions that are cross-linked by doubly protonated piperazine cations via N-H?O hydrogen bonds. The structure of compound 3 contains a 1D chain of Zn(SeO4)(phen)(H2O)2, such chains are further interlinked by hydrogen bonds and π?π interactions to form a 〈200〉 layer. 在水热体系中以二乙烯三胺为模板剂合成了结构新颖的亚磷酸锌化合物Zn(DETA)Zn2(HPO3)3.单晶X射线衍射分析结果表明,该化合物属正交晶系,Cmca空间群,晶胞参数a=1.889 25(1)nm,b=1.001 04(5)nm,c=1.630 32(8)nm,β=90°,V=3.083 3(3)nm3,Z=4,DC=1.162 Mg.m-3,最终因子R1[I>2σ(I)]=0.068 5,wR2[I>2σ(I)]=0.160 5.该化合物的结构中含有{ZnO4},{ZnO2N3}和{HPO3}基本结构单元,其中{ZnO4}和{HPO3}通过桥氧原子共顶点相互交替连接形成具有4-,8-和12-元环的无限延伸的二维层.有趣的是,{ZnO2N3}结构单元以二聚体形式{ZnODETA}2悬挂在12-元环孔道中,这种结构在亚磷酸锌中鲜有报道.  相似文献

A new fluorinated gallium phosphite, Ga3F2(2,2′-bipy)2(HPO3)2(H1.5PO3)21, which is the first layered gallium phosphite with neutral framework, has been hydrothermally synthesized in the presence of 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bipy) acting as a ligand. The as-synthesized product was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), ICP-AES and elemental analyses and fluorescent spectrum. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (No. 15) with cell parameters a=17.633(3) Å, b=9.883(2) Å, c=16.793(3) Å, β=109.88(3)°, V=2752.1(9) Å3 and Z=4. The construction of two-dimensional (2D)-layered structure in compound 1 may be viewed as the assembly of heptameric building unit, which is the first to be found in gallium phosphate/phosphite. The heptameric building unit exists in two types of configuration, which alternately connect through oxygen atoms from HPO3 pseudo-pyramids to form a layer with 10-membered ring windows viewed along the a-axis. The adjacent layers are stably packed together and exhibit interesting three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular array via π-π interactions of the 2,2′-bipy groups. Additionally, compound 1 shows strong fluorescent property in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Employing diethylenetriamine (=dien) as a structure-directing agent, a new open-framework beryllium phosphite H2dien·Be3(HPO3)4 (1), has been synthesized hydrothermally and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of 1 features a (3, 4)-connected framework with 8- and 12-ring channels, which is constructed from strictly alternating BeO4 tetrahedra and HPO32− pseudopyramids. The 3-D framework possesses a pcu topology when the heptameric [Be3(HPO3)4] clusters are regarded as 6-connected secondary building units. A new three-dimensional (3-D) zinc phosphite with Zn/P ratio of 4/5, [Ni(C6N2H14)2][Zn4(H2O)(HPO3)5] (1), has been prepared by using self-assembled nickel complexes as the structure-directing agents. Its structure is built up from strict alternation of ZnO4 tetrahedra and HPO3 pseudo-pyramids, resulting in an open framework with multi-directional intersecting 8-, 12- and 16-ring channels. The unique nickel complexes Ni(DACH)2 (DACH=1,2-diaminocyclohexane) only involving the cis-DACH acting as ligands are self-assembled under hydrothermal conditions, and act as the structure-directing agents (SDAs) to direct the formation of compound 1. Nickel complexes reside in the channels in a manner that the hydrophobic ends of the cis-DACH molecules exclusively protrude into the 16-ring pores and the amino groups closely interact with the charged inorganic framework through weak H-bonds. The interesting arrangements of nickel complexes imply a feasible approach to the design and synthesis of extra-large pore materials.  相似文献

[Zn3(tda)2(bipy)2(H2O)2?·?4H2O] n (1) and [Co2(Htda)2(H2O)6·5H2O] (2) have been synthesized and characterized structurally by X-ray diffraction, where H3tda?=?1H-1,2,3-triazole-4, 5-dicarboxylic acid and 2,2′-bipy?=?2,2′-bipyridine. Their solid-state structures have been characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The molecular unit of 1 consists of two crystallographically unique Zn(II) ions assuming different coordination geometries, the tda3? exhibits a hexadentate binding mode chelating three Zn(II) ions; neighboring Zn–Zn distances through tda3? bridges are 5.910(6), 5.888(5), and 6.279(3)?Å, respectively. In 2, two neighboring Co(II) ions are bridged by two Htda2? ligands, forming a binuclear structure, with Co–Co distance of 4.091?Å and is further linked to generate a 3-D structure via hydrogen bonds. A new zinc phosphite with the formula Zn3(tren)(HPO3)3·xH2O (x≈0.5) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and its fluorescent spectrum. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group (No.2), a = 10.1188(9) Å, b = 10.4194(9) Å, c = 10.5176(9) Å, α = 60.763(2)°, β = 70.6150(10)°, γ = 80.725(2)°, V = 912.77(14) Å3, Z = 2. The structure consists of double crankshaft chains, which are linked by Zn‐O‐P bonds to form 8‐ and 12‐membered channels along the [100] direction. The claw‐like Zn‐centered complexes of Zn(N4C6H18) as the supported templates, hang into the 12‐MR channels through Zn‐O‐P linkages with framework.  相似文献

Two new pentaborates, [Zn(DIEN)2][B5O6(OH)4]2 (DIEN=diethylenetriamine) (I) and [B5O7(OH)3Zn(TREN)] (TREN=tris(2-aminoethyl)amine) (II), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, FTIR, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Compound I crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c (No. 14), , , , β=91.259(2)°, , Z=2. The structure consists of isolated borate polyanion [B5O6(OH)4] and zinc complex cation [Zn(DIEN)2]2+. The anionic units, [B5O6(OH)4], are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular network containing large channels, in which the templating [Zn(DIEN)2]2+ cation are located. II is monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), , , , β=99.635(2)°, , Z=4. The structure of II is constructed from two distinct motifs, a usual [B5O7(OH)3]2− cluster and a supporting zinc complex [Zn(TREN)]2+, which are integrated through Zn-O-B linkage. This compound represents the first example of the combination of B-O cluster with transition-metal complex.  相似文献

Employing 4,4′-bipyridine as a bridged ligand, a new three-dimensional (3-D) hybrid zinc phosphate [Zn2(HPO4)2(4,4′-bipy)]·3H2O has been prepared under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with cell parameters, , , , β=90.21(3)°, and Z=4. The connectivity of the ZnO3N and HPO4 tetrahedra results in a 2-D neutral layer that with interesting 4,82 net along the bc plane. Furthermore, the 4,4′-bipyridine molecule links the 4,82 net into a 3-D structure. The water molecules sit in the middle of the channels and interact with the framework via hydrogen bonds. The compound exhibits intense photoluminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new open-framework gallium phosphites formulated as (C2N2H10)0.5Ga2(OH)(H2O)(HPO3)3(1) and (C3N2H5)2(C3N2H6)Ga8(H2O)6(HPO3)14(2) were hydrothermally synthesized in the presence of ethylenediamine(en) and imidazole as structure directing agents(SDA), respectively. Structural analyses reveal that the 3D structures of compounds 1 and 2 are both built up from the linkage of GaO6, GaO5(H2O) and HPO32? units by sharing vertices. The structure of compound 2 is constructed from well-known 4.6.12-net connecting layers in the AAAA stacking sequence, which are penetrated by the 1D Ga-O-P chains to form a 3D pillared-layered structure.  相似文献

作为磷酸盐基空旷骨架(Open-framework)化合物的一个重要组成部分, 磷酸锌基空旷骨架化合物经过近10年的发展已经成为内涵丰富的一个族系[1~6]. 实验证明有机胺基团可以作为配体, 起到电荷平衡阳离子与磷酸锌构成骨架作用[1~6]. 我们认为, 有机胺和骨架上的部分锌原子键合方式与多金属氧酸盐中的配体-次级金属结构模型存在相似性. 因此, 将多金属氧酸盐的配体-次级金属模型向过渡金属磷酸盐领域进行"嫁接", 不仅存在着实验参考依据[3,4], 而且将会推动磷酸盐配位化学的发展. 与多面体构成的钼酸盐和钒酸盐相比较, 这种"嫁接"意味着以磷氧四面体为结构单元的过渡金属磷酸盐可能存在着新颖的拓扑结构. 我们选用2,2′-联吡啶作为螯合配体, 制备新颖的具有杂化磷酸锌骨架的化合物, 并通过刚性配体的空间效应在一定程度上限制磷酸锌聚合体的外延连接. 本文报道一种一维链状杂化磷酸盐(2,2′-bipy)2Zn2(PO4H)(PO4H2)2(以下简称FJ-10, FJ: Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter)的水热合成及单晶结构表征. 在磷酸锌体系中, FJ-10具有新颖的骨架拓扑结构和堆垛方式. 我们将对此类化合物的合成、结构与性质进行系列报道.  相似文献

Employing trans-1,4-diaminocyclohexane (trans-1,4-DACH) as a template, a new two-dimensional layered zinc phosphite (C6H16N2)Zn3(HPO3)4H2O (1) has been prepared hydrothermally. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a=10.458(2) Å, b=14.720(3) Å, c=13.079(3) Å, β=97.93(3)°, V=1994.1(7) Å3, Z=4, R1=0.0349 (I>2σ(I)) and wR2=0.0605 (all data). The inorganic layer is built up by alternation of ZnO4 tetrahedra and HPO3 pseudo pyramids forming a 4.6.8-net. The sheet is featured by a series of capped six-membered rings. The diprotonated trans-1,4-DACH molecules reside in the interlayer region and interact with the inorganic network through H-bonds.  相似文献

Characterizations by elemental analysis, infrared analysis, and thermal analysis are also given.
