The plants in the genus Gardenia (Rubiaceae) have long been used as traditional medicines in China. In this study, two new 3,4-seco-cycloartane triterpenes, sootepin J (1) and sootepin K (2), and a novel nor-3,4-seco-cycloartane triterpenes, sootepin L (3), together with two known compounds (45), were isolated from the methanolic extract of the leaves and twigs of Gardenia sootepensis. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by combinations of 1D, 2D NMR experiments and HR-MS data, while the known compounds were identified by comparison of the NMR data with previously published data.  相似文献

The compounds (±)-cis- and (±)-trans-9-[(2-hydroxymethyl) cyclopentyl]guanine (1 and 2 respectively) were efficiently synthesized by the construction of the purine base on the primary amino group of cis- and trans-2-aminocyclopentylmethanol. The 3D structures of these two 1,2-disubstituted carbanucleosides in DMSO were determined using molecular dynamics calculations with experimental NMR restraints on the basis of the information obtained from a ROESY spectrum. These structures were compared with those obtained in vacuo using molecular dynamics and AM1 semiempirical calculations. The global structures of the two compounds are very similar in the two environments studied, meaning that the structural determination in the gas phase can be extrapolated to molecular simulation studies in solution for compounds of this type.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new marine natural compounds, 3β-acetoxy-15-hydroxyspongia-12-en (1) and 3-methylspongia-3,12-dien-16-one (2), were isolated from the marine sponge Acanthodendrilla sp., collected in Pulau-Pulau. Compounds 1 and 2 represent new chemical entities of the known spongian diterpene family. Compound 1 is a new 3-acetoxyspongia and compound 2 presents an unreported rearranged 3-methylspongia-3-en. Their structures, including relative configurations, were fully elucidated based on 1D and 2D NMR analyses, as well as HRESTOFMS experiments. No significant bioactivities were found for these compounds. This work reports two new chemical structures, compounds 1 and 2, together with the first isolation of spongian diterpenes from Acanthodendrilla genus.  相似文献

Two new chalcones, 2′,3,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-2-prenylchalcone (1) and 3-methoxy-2′,4,4′-trihydroxy-2-prenylchalcone (2), together with two known compounds, munsericin (3) and 3,4-dihydroxylonchocarpin (4), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the whole plant of Shuteria sinensis. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis methods, such as 1D and 2D NMR, along with HR-MS data. Glucose metabolism activity of four compounds was tested, compounds 3 and 4 showed effect on the glucose consumption of insulin-resistant HepG2 cells.  相似文献

Two new isoaurones derivatives were obtained from Callistephus chinensis flower. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. Both of the new compounds were evaluated cytotoxic activity. Phytochemical investigation of Callistephus chinensis flower led to the isolation of two new isoaurones derivatives (Z)-4′,4,10-trihydroxy-siamaurone (1) and (E)-4′,4,10-trihydroxy-siamaurone (2). The structures of these new compounds were identified by the interpretation of spectroscopic data (mainly 1D and 2D NMR) and by comparison with data reported in the literature. Abstract

Chemical investigation of Penthorum chinense resulted in the isolation of two neolignans (1 and 2) together with two known compounds (3 and 4). The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by interpretation of spectroscopic data, and absolute configurations were made based on electronic circular dichroism (ECD). All compounds were evaluated for their antiproliferative activity on hepatic stellate T6 cells (HSC-T6 cells), and 1 and 2 showed moderate activity with IC50 values of 15.3 and 10.1?μM, respectively.  相似文献

Two new eremophilenolides, ligushicins A (1) and B (2), and two known compounds including β-sitosterol and ursolic acid were isolated from Ligulariopsis shichuana. The structures of new compounds were established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data and HRESIMS data interpretation. The absolute configuration of new compounds was assigned by ECD spectroscopy, and that of ligushicins A (1) was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The antifungal and antifeedant activities of new compounds were evaluated against four plant pathogenic fungi and third-instar larvae of Plutella xylostella, respectively. Ligushicins A (1) and B (2) exhibited potent antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values ranging from 50 to 100 mg/L, while they also exhibited weak antifeedant activities.  相似文献

Two new compounds of acutacosides 1 and 2, pentasaccharide resin glycosides were isolated from the aerial parts of Argyreia acuta. The core of the two compounds was operculinic acid A, and they were esterfied at the same position, just one substituent group was linked at C-2 of Rha. The absolute configuration of the aglycone in the two compounds was established by Mosher's method, which was (11S)-hydroxyhexadecanoic acid (jalapinolic acid). One new triterpenoid saponin orychoside A (1) and one new diterpene glucoside orychoside B (12), together with eleven known compounds, were isolated from the seeds of Orychophragmus violaceus. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. The known compounds were identified by comparison with data reported in the literature. All compounds were tested for their cytotoxic activities against the HepG2 and A549 cell lines in vitro. The new compound 1 exhibited potent cytotoxicity against the two cell lines with IC50 values of 7.13 and 8.77 μM, respectively. Compounds 2, 5, 8 and 9 were found to possess obvious cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Four thymol derivatives and two phenolic compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Eupatorium fortunei. The new structures were elucidated to be 7,8,9-trihydroxythymol (1), and 8,10-didehydro-7,9-dihydroxythymol (2) by means of MS and NMR analysis. The known compounds were identified as 8,9,10-trihydroxythymol (3), 10-acetoxy-8,9-dihydroxythymol (4), o-coumaric acid (5) and 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)benzaldehyde (6). The crude methanol extract of roots of Lithospermum erythrorhizon was subjected to successive chromatographic fractionation which afforded two new dimeric naphthoquinone derivatives shikometabolin E (2) and shikometabolin F (3) as well as one known compound shikometabolin A (1). The structures of compounds 13 were elucidated by using UV, MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis. Two new dammarane-type triterpene sapogenins were isolated from the Chinese red ginseng. The new sapogenins were named as 24,26-dihydroxy-panaxdiol (1) and 24-hydroxy-panaxdiol (2). Their structures were elucidated by the combined analysis of NMR and mass spectrometry as 20(S),25(R)-epoxydammarane-3β,12β,24β,26-tetraol (1) and 20(S),25-epoxydammarane-3β,12β,24α-triol (2). A new meroterpenoid asperdemin (1) and two known compounds, viz., diorcinol (2) and viridicatol (3), were isolated from the marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor. The structures of these compounds were established by NMR spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrome-try. The absolute stereochemistry of 1 was determined by modified Mosher’s method. The antimicrobial activity of the total extract from A. versicolor was attributed to diorcinol (2). Asperdemin exhibits weak cytostatic and membranolytic activities in developing embryos of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus nudus.  相似文献

A new siloxane diamine, 1,3-bis(amino-phenylene-ester-methylene)tetramethyldisiloxane (1), was obtained by a two-step procedure and used to prepare a series of Schiff bases (25), by reaction with different carbonylic compounds: salicylaldehyde, 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde, 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde. All compounds, separated in crystalline form, were characterised by spectral (FTIR, UV–vis and NMR) analysis as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In these structures, different packing motifs occur depending on the different association degree determined by intra- and intermolecular π–π stacking interactions. Antimicrobial activity of the compounds was evaluated against three fungi and two bacteria, where the Schiff bases derived from salicylaldehyde and in special 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde showed remarkable activity.  相似文献

Four new bisamides 14, and two new rhamnosides (5, 6), along with four known compounds 710, were isolated from a scale culture of the mangrove-derived actinomycete Streptomyces sp. SZ-A15. All structures were determined through analysis of the UV, IR, HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR spectra as well as by comparison with literature data. BRD4 inhibition of all isolated compounds was evaluated. As for the ability to inhibit protein BRD4, compound 9 exhibited moderate activity with the value of 78.4 ± 2.2% at 10 μM.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the fruits of Vitex negundo var. cannabifolia led to the isolation of 22 compounds (122). Their structures were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the literature data. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 were two new artificial lignans. Primary bioassay showed that the polymethoxyflavones 912 displayed moderate-to-weak cytotoxicity against human HepG2 and rat C6 cell lines, while the triterpenoids 1317 exhibited significant brine shrimp lethality with LC50values of 7.5–29.4 μM.  相似文献

Fungus Alternaria brassicae 93 isolated from crinoid (Comanthina schlegeli), which was collected from the South China Sea. Six compounds were isolated from A. brassicae 93, including one new compound (1), along with five known compounds, ochratoxin A methyl ester (2), cis-4-hydroxym-ellein (3), (R)-7-hydroxymellein (4), trans-2-anhydromevalonic (5) and protocatechuic acid (6). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods and comparison with reported data. Cytotoxicity against two human cancer cell lines and antibacterial activity against twelve aquatic bacteria of compound 1 were also tested.  相似文献
