Fractionation of the methanol extract of the leaves of Oricia renieri and Oricia suaveolens (Rutaceae) led to the isolation of 13 compounds including the hitherto unknown furoquinoline alkaloid named 6,7-methylenedioxy-5-hydroxy-8-methoxy-dictamnine (1) and a flavanone glycoside named 5-hydroxy-4′-methoxy-7-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1?→5″)-β-d-apiofuranosyl]-flavanoside (2), together with 11 known compounds (313). The structures of the compounds were determined by comprehensive analyses of their 1D and 2D NMR, mass spectral data and comparison. All compounds isolated were examined for their activity against human carcinoma cell lines. The alkaloids 1, 5, 12, 13 and the phenolic 2, 8, 11 tested compounds exhibited non-selective moderate cytotoxic activity with IC50 8.7–15.9 μM whereas compounds 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 and 10 showed low activity.  相似文献

The total lipids were isolated from meristematic bud tissues of Larix sibirica L. and cell membrane complexes. Their group composition was established. The dynamics of seasonal variation were studied. The principal lipids were found to be polar lipids residing in the membranes. Lipids in membranes were largely (up to 75% of the mass) replaced in winter by proteinaceous material. The principal lipids in the membranes were phospholipids.  相似文献

A new flavonoid glycoside, eriodictyol 7-O-(6″-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), along with 14 known compounds, were isolated from the whole plants of Elsholtzia bodinieri. All of the structures were determined by spectroscopic methods and chemical transformation. Compound 1 and luteolin (9) exhibited potent anti-HCV activities with a selective index of 135.85 and 20.84, respectively.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the ethyl acetate extract of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. Leaves led to the isolation of four phenolic glycoside isomers (1–4). Compound 2 appeared to be new reported phenolic glycoside, while compound 1 was the first time isolated from the titled species. Their structures were established by IR, UV, HRESI-MS and 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopies analysis and comparison of spectral data with previously reported data. The compounds 3 and 4 showed stronger activity of scavenging the DPPH free radical than the other two compounds, while the compounds 1 and 2 showed a significant activity of scavenging the ABTS free radical. Compounds 2 and 4 exhibited stronger cytotoxicity against HepG2 cell lines compared to compounds 1 and 3. Moreover, compound 3 presented the highest cytotoxicity against MCF cell lines with IC50 value of 37.17?±?0.26?μg/mL than compounds 1, 2 and 4.  相似文献

Abstract

Saussurea involucrata, known for the abundant bioactive components, is a precious traditional Chinese medicine. In this study, a novel guaiane sesquiterpenoid glycoside named (1R, 5R, 6R, 7R, 8S, 11S)-11, 13-dihydrodehydrocostuslactone-8-O-6'-2''(E)-butenoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), together with seven known compounds (28) were isolated from the dried aerial part of S. involucrata. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and physico-chemical analyses. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of compound 1 were investigated. And compound 1 showed weak radical scavenging activity and low inhibitory activity on nitric oxide (NO) production.  相似文献

A new C27-steroidal glycoside with three known compounds were isolated from the tuber of Ophiopogonjaponicus (Thunb.) Ker-Gawl. A new anthraquinone glycoside 1, along with a known anthraquinone glycoside aurantio-obmsin-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 2, were isolated from the seeds of Cassia obtusifolia. On the basis of spectral and chemical evidences, the structure of 1 was established as 1-demethylaurantio-obtusin-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. A novel phenylethanoid glycoside, 3′-O-methyl isocrenatoside (1), along with two known compounds, methyl caffeate (2) and protocatechuic aldehyde (3), were isolated from the fresh whole plant of Orobanche cernua Loefling. All the isolated compounds (13) were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis including IR, MS and NMR data. The cytotoxic activities of these compounds were evaluated. Results showed that 3′-O-methyl isocrenatoside (1) and methyl caffeate (2) exhibited significant cytotoxicity, with IC50 values of 71.89, 36.97 μg/mL and 32.32, 34.58 μg/mL against the B16F10 murine melanoma and Lewis lung carcinoma cell lines, respectively.  相似文献
