Crystals of anionic Na[CuCl2(HOCH2C≡CCH2OH)]·2H2O π‐complex have been synthesized by interaction of 2‐butyne‐1,4‐diol with CuCl in a concentrated aqueous NaCl solution and characterized by X‐ray diffraction at 100 K. The crystals are triclinic: space group , a = 7.142(3), b = 7.703(3), c = 10.425(4) Å, α = 105.60(3), β = 99.49(3), γ = 110.43(3)°, V = 495.9(4) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0203 for 3496 reflections. The structure is built of discrete [CuCl2(HOCH2C≡CCH2OH)]? anionic stacks and polymeric cations among the stacks. The CuI atom adopts trigonal planar coordination of two Cl? anions and the C≡C bond of 2‐butyne‐1,4‐diol, Cu–(C≡C) distance is equal to 1.903(3) Å. Na+ cations environment is octahedral and consists of O and Cl atoms. The crystal packing is governed by strong hydrogen bonds of O–H···Cl and O–H···O types.  相似文献

The blue tetranuclear CuII complexes {[Cu(bpy)(OH)]4Cl2}Cl2 · 6 H2O ( 1 ) and {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}Cl4 · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. ( 1 ): P 1 (no. 2), a = 9.240(1) Å, b = 10.366(2) Å, c = 12.973(2) Å, α = 85.76(1)°, β = 75.94(1)°, γ = 72.94(1)°, V = 1152.2(4) Å3, Z = 1; ( 2 ): P 1 (no. 2), a = 9.770(3) Å, b = 10.118(3) Å, c = 14.258(4) Å, α = 83.72(2)°, β = 70.31(1)°, γ = 70.63(1)°, V = 1252.0(9) Å3, Z = 1. The building units are centrosymmetric tetranuclear {[Cu(bpy)(OH)]4Cl2}2+ and {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}4+ complex cations formed by condensation of four elongated square pyramids CuN2(OH)2Lap with the apical ligands Lap = Cl, H2O, OH. The resulting [Cu42‐OH)23‐OH)2] core has the shape of a zigzag band of three Cu2(OH)2 squares. The cations exhibit intramolecular and intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions and the latter form 2D layers with the non‐bonded Cl anions and H2O molecules in between (bond lengths: Cu–N = 1.995–2.038 Å; Cu–O = 1.927–1.982 Å; Cu–Clap = 2.563; Cu–Oap(OH) = 2.334–2.369 Å; Cu–Oap(H2O) = 2.256 Å). The Cu…Cu distances of about 2.93 Å do not indicate direct interactions, but the strongly reduced magnetic moment of about 2.74 B.M. corresponds with only two unpaired electrons per formula unit of 1 (1.37 B.M./Cu) and obviously results from intramolecular spin couplings (χm(T‐θ) = 0.933 cm3 · mol–1 · K with θ = –0.7 K).  相似文献

The blue copper complex compounds [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] · 4.5 H2O ( 1 ) and [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)] · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized from CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and adipic acid in CH3OH/H2O solutions. [Cu(phen)2‐ (C6H8O4)] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules form the crystal structure of ( 1 ) (P1 (no. 2), a = 10.086(2) Å, b = 11.470(2) Å, c = 16.523(3) Å, α = 99.80(1)°, β = 115.13(1)°, γ = 115.13(1)°, V = 1617.5(5) Å3, Z = 2). The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by four N atoms of the phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion (d(Cu–O) = 1.989 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.032–2.040 Å, axial d(Cu–N) = 2.235 Å). π‐π stacking interactions between phen ligands are responsible for the formation of supramolecular assemblies of [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] complex molecules into 1 D chains along [111]. The crystal structure of ( 2 ) shows polymeric [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains (P1 (no. 2), a = 7.013(1) Å, b = 10.376(1) Å, c = 11.372(3) Å, α = 73.64(1)°, β = 78.15(2)°, γ = 81.44(1)°, V = 773.5(2) Å3, Z = 1). The Cu atoms are fivefold coordinated by two Cl atoms, two N atoms of phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion, forming [CuCl2N2O] square pyramids with an axial Cl atom (d(Cu–O) = 1.958 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.017–2.033 Å, d(Cu–Cl) = 2.281 Å; axial d(Cu–Cl) = 2.724 Å). Two square pyramids are condensed via the common Cl–Cl edge to centrosymmetric [Cu2Cl2N4O2] dimers, which are connected via the adipate anions to form the [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains. The supramolecular 3 D network results from π‐π stacking interactions between the chains. H2O molecules are located in tunnels.  相似文献

Reaction of CuCl2 · 2H2O, phenanthroline, maleic acid and NaOH in CH3OH/H2O (1:1 v/v) at pH = 7.0 yielded blue {[Cu(phen)]2(C4H2O4)2} · 4.5H2O, which crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with cell dimensions: a = 18.127(2)Å, b = 12.482(2)Å, c = 14.602(2)Å, β = 103.43(1)°, U = 3213.5(8)Å3, Z = 4. The crystal structure consists of the centrosymmetric dinuclear {[Cu(phen)]2(C4H2O4)2} complex molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Cu atoms are each square‐pyramidally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and three carboxyl O atoms of two maleato ligands with one carboxyl O atom at the apical position (d(Cu‐N) = 2.008, 2.012Å, equatorial d(Cu‐O) = 1.933, 1.969Å, axial d(Cu‐O) = 2.306Å). Two square‐pyramids are condensed via two apical carboxyl O atoms with a relatively larger Cu···Cu separation of 3.346(1)Å. The dinuclear complex molecules are assembled via the intermolecular π—π stacking interactions into 1D ribbons. Crossover of the resulting ribbons via interribbon π—π stacking interactions forms a 3D network with the tunnels occupied by H2O molecules. The title complex behaves paramagnetically between 5—300 K, following the Curie‐Weiss law χm(T—θ) = 0.435 cm3 · mol—1 · K with θ = 1.59 K.  相似文献

The title five‐membered heterocycle, C4H4Cl2OS, adopts an envelope conformation with the S atom at the tip of the flap. All three ring substituents, viz. the sulfoxide O atom and the two Cl atoms, are cis to each other. The two C atoms α to the sulfoxide group are also bonded to chlorine. The electron‐withdrawing chlorine substituents give rise to weak C—H·O hydrogen bonds with the sulfoxide O atom of a symmetry‐related molecule [H·O = 2.44 (2) and 2.61 (2) Å, C·O = 3.143 (3) and 3.302 (2) Å and C—H·O = 129.9 (19) and 135.1 (19)°]. There is also a possible weak C—H·Cl interaction. Chains of molecules held together by these weak interactions run parallel to the a axis.  相似文献

The first selenite chloride hydrates, Co(HSeO3)Cl · 3 H2O and Cu(HSeO3)Cl · 2 H2O, have been prepared from solution and characterised by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The cobalt phase adopts an unusual “one‐dimensional” structure built up from vertex‐sharing pyramidal [HSeO3]2–, and octahedral [CoO2(H2O)4]2– and [CoO2(H2O)2Cl2]4– units. Inter‐chain bonding is by way of hydrogen bonds or van der Waals' interactions. The atomic arrangement of the copper phase involves [HSeO3]2– pyramids and Jahn‐Teller distorted [CuCl2(H2O)4] and [CuO4Cl2]8– octahedra, sharing vertices by way of Cu–O–Se and Cu–Cl–Cu bonds. Crystal data: Co(HSeO3)Cl · 3 H2O, Mr = 276.40, triclinic, space group P 1 (No. 2), a = 7.1657(5) Å, b = 7.3714(5) Å, c = 7.7064(5) Å, α = 64.934(1)°, β = 68.894(1)°, γ = 71.795(1)°, V = 337.78(7) Å3, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.036, wR(F) = 0.049. The self‐assembly of NiCl2·6H2O with a diaminodiamide ligand 4,8‐diazaundecanediamide (L‐2,3,2) gave a [Ni(C9H20N4O2)(Cl)(H2O)] Cl·2H2O ( 1 ). The structure of 1 was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Structural data for 1 indicate that the Ni(II) is coordinated to two tertiary N atoms, two O atoms, one water and one chloride in a distorted octahedral geometry. Crystal data for 1: orthorhombic, space group P 21nb, a = 9.5796(3) Å, b = 12.3463(4) Å, c = 14.6305(5) Å, Z = 4. Through NH···Cl–Ni (H···Cl 2.42 Å, N···Cl 3.24 Å, NH···Cl 158°) and OH···Cl–Ni contacts (H···Cl 2.36 Å, O···Cl 3.08 Å, OH···Cl 143°), each cationic moiety [Ni(C9H20N4O2) (Cl)(H2O)]+ in 1 is linked to neighboring ones, producing a charged hydrogen‐bonded 1D chainlike structure. Thermogrametric analysis of compound 1 is consistent with the crystallographic observations. The electronic absorption spectrum of Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution shows four absorption bands, which are assigned to the 3A2g3T2g, 3T2g1Eg, 3T2g3T1g, and 3A2g3T1g transitions of triplet‐ground state, distorted octahedral nickel(II) complex. The cyclic volammetric measurement shows that Ni2+ is more easily reduced than Ni(L‐2,3,2)2+ in aqueous solution.  相似文献

The crystalline complex ImH[CuCl2(HOCH2C≡CCH2OH)] has been synthesized by the direct interaction of 2-butyne-1,4-diol with CuCl in concentrated aqueous solution of (ImH)Cl (ImH+ is imidazolium cation) and studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals are triclinic, space group P $\overline 1 $ , a = 7.08(2) Å, b = 7.49(1) Å, c = 10.962(8) Å, α = 101.76(8)°, β = 95.85(8)°, γ = 99.57(8)°, Z = 2. The structure consists of stacks of discrete anions [CuCl2(HOCH2C≡CCH2OH)]? arranged along the [100] axis and [ImH]+ cations occupying the free space. The environment of π-coordinated Cu(I) atoms is trigonal and consists of two chlorine atoms and the C≡C bond of 2-butyne-1,4-diol molecule. The alcohol groups do not participate in the coordination, but they form strong hydrogen bonds N-H···O (H···O, 1.76(6) Å) and O-H···Cl(H···Cl, 2.29(5) Å).  相似文献

Two new iron(III) complexes and one iron(II) complex have been synthesized from the solvothermal reactions of FeCl3·6H2O with 3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (Hbpt) in methanol or acetonitrile. KSCN acted as the reducing agent in the synthesis of iron(II) complex of 3 . [FeCl3(Hbpt)(H2O)]·H2O ( 1 ) crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 7.475(1), b = 9.468(2), c = 12.309(2) Å, α = 73.880(2), β = 74.746(2), γ = 81.849(2)°, V = 805.2(2) Å3, Z = 2. [Fe2(bpt)2Cl4] ( 2 ): orthorhombic space group Pnnm with a = 9.895(2), b = 10.632(2), c = 13.195(2) Å, V = 1388.1(4) Å3, Z = 2. [Fe2(bpt)2(MeOH)2Cl2] ( 3 ): orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 14.4204(16), b = 9.8737(11), c = 19.792(2) Å, V = 2818.1(5) Å3, Z = 4. 1 features the first structurally characterized metal complex of the neutral Hbpt ligand in which the Hbpt ligand adopts an unprecedented zwitterionic form. 2 shows a neutral dinuclear iron(III) complex and the [Fe2(bpt)2]4+ unit is ideally planar. The two iron(III) ions separated by a distance of 4.408(2) Å are doubly triazolate‐bridged. Each dimeric unit is connected with six other dimeric ones via the bifurcated C‐H···Cl hydrogen bonds, these connections extend the dimeric moieties into a three‐dimensional molecular architecture. 3 is a neutral centrosymmetric dinuclear FeII complex, in which intermolecular moderate O‐H···N hydrogen bonding interactions between the methanol molecules and 4‐position nitrogen atoms of the triazolato groups extend the dinuclear species into a two‐dimensional supramolecular architecture of (4,4) topology. Magnetic studies indicate there exists an antiferromagnetic spin coupling in FeIII2 and FeII2 units via the double triazolate bridges in 2 and 3 .  相似文献

In the title molecular complex, [Cu4Cl6O(2‐EtTz)4], where 2‐EtTz is 2‐ethyltetrazole (C3H6N4), the central O atom is located on the symmetry site and is tetrahedrally coordinated to four Cu atoms, with Cu—O distances of 1.8966 (4) Å. A very slight distortion of Cu4O from a regular tetrahedron is observed [two Cu—O—Cu angles are 108.76 (3)° and four others are 109.828 (13)°]. Each Cu atom is connected to three others via the Cl atoms, forming a slightly distorted Cl octahedron around the O atom, with O⋯Cl distances of 2.9265 (7) Å for Cl atoms lying on the twofold axis and 2.9441 (13) Å for those in general positions. The Cu atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment, with three Cl atoms in the equatorial plane, and with the N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand and the μ4‐O atom in axial positions. The Cu atom is displaced out of the equatorial plane by ca 0.91 Å towards the coordinated N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions.  相似文献

Reactions of a freshly prepared Zn(OH)2‐2x(CO3)x · yH2O precipitate, phenanthroline with azelaic and sebacic acid in CH3OH/H2O afforded [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] ( 1 ) and [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(C10H16O4)2] · 3H2O ( 2 ), respectively. They were structurally characterized by X‐ray diffraction methods. Compound 1 consists of complex molecules [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] in which the Zn atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and two O atoms of different monodentate hydrogen azelaato groups. Intermolecular C(alkyl)‐H···π interactions and the intermolecular C(aryl)‐H···O and O‐H···O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the supramolecular assembly of the [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] complexes. Compound 2 is built up from crystal H2O molecules and the centrosymmetric binuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(C10H16O4)2] complex, in which two [Zn(phen)(H2O)]2+ moieties are bridged by two sebacato ligands. Through the intermolecular C(alkyl)‐H···O hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interactions, the binuclear complex molecules are assembled into layers, between which the lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched. The novel dinuclear Ni2+ complex [Ni2(μ‐Cl)(μ‐OAc) (EGTB)]·Cl·ClO4·2CH3OH, where EGTB is N, N, N′, N′‐tetrakis (2‐benzimidazolyl methyl‐1, 4‐di‐ethylene amino)glycol ether, crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 15.272(2), b = 14.768(2), c = 22.486(3) Å, V = 5071.4(12) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.414 g cm?3, and is bridged by triply bridging agents of a chloride ion, an acetate and an intra‐ligand (‐OCH2CH2O‐) group. The nickel coordination geometry is that of a slightly distorted octahedron with a NiN3O2Cl arrangement of the ligand donor atoms. The Ni–Cl distance is 2.361(2) Å, and two Ni–O distances are 1.996(5) and 2.279(6) Å. The three Ni–N distances are 2.033(7), 2.060(6), and 2.166(6) Å with the Ni–N bond trans to an ether oxygen the shortest, the Ni–N bond trans to an acetate oxygen the middle and the Ni–N bond trans to Cl the longest.  相似文献

Compounds consisting of both cluster cations and cluster anions of the composition [(M6X12)(EtOH)6][(Mo6Cl8)Cl4X2] · n EtOH · m Et2O (M = Nb, Ta; X = Cl, Br) have been prepared by the reaction of (M6X12)X2 · 6 EtOH with (Mo6Cl8)Cl4. IR data are given for three compounds. The structures of [(Nb6Cl12)(EtOH)6][(Mo6Cl8)Cl6] · 3 EtOH · 3 Et2O 1 and [(Ta6Cl12)(EtOH)6][(Mo6Cl8)Cl6] · 6 EtOH 2 have been solved in the triclinic space group P1 (No. 2). Crystal data: 1 , a = 10.641(2) Å, b = 13.947(2) Å, c = 15.460(3) Å, α = 65.71(2)°, β = 73.61(2)°, γ = 85.11(2)°, V = 2005.1(8) Å3 and Z = 1; 2 , a = 11.218(2) Å, b = 12.723(3) Å, c = 14.134(3) Å, α = 108.06(2)°, β = 101.13(2)°, γ = 91.18(2)°, V = 1874.8(7) Å3 and Z = 1. Both structures are built of octahedral [(M6Cl12)(EtOH)6]2+ cluster cations and [(Mo6Cl8)Cl6]2– cluster anions, forming distorted CsCl structure types. The Nb–Nb and Ta–Ta bond lengths of 2.904 Å and 2.872 Å (mean values), respectively, are rather short, indicating weak M–O bonds. All O atoms of coordinated EtOH molecules are involved in H bridges. The Mo–Mo distances of 2.603 Å and 2.609 Å (on average) are characteristic for the [(Mo6Cl8)Cl6]2– anion, but there is a clear correlation between the number of hydrogen bridges to the terminal Cl and the corresponding Mo–Cl distances.  相似文献

In the title complex, poly[copper(II)‐di‐μ‐5‐carboxy‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylato], [Cu(C5H3N2O4)2]n or [Cu(H2Imda)2]n, each imidazole moiety is bonded to the Cu atom via O and N atoms to give a square‐planar coordination [Cu—O = 2.014 (2) and 2.016 (2) Å, and Cu—N = 1.982 (3) and 1.992 (2) Å]. The distorted square‐pyramidal geometry at the Cu atom results from coordination to an adjacent O atom [Cu—O = 2.305 (2) Å], which generates zigzag chains. There is a sixth, weaker, octahedral coordination to the Cu atom from an inversion‐related O atom [Cu—O = 3.090 (2) Å], which links the chains into sheets in the (100) plane. Imidazole moieties in the sheets are linked in the [100] direction by pairs of N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, thus generating a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The blue copper complex [Cu2(H2O)2(phen)2(OH)2][Cu2(phen)2(OH)2(CO3)2] · 10 H2O, which was prepared by reaction of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, CuCl2 · 2 H2O and Na2CO3 in the presence of succinic acid in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 13.0, crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 (no. 2) with cell dimensions: a = 9.515(1) Å, b = 12.039(1) Å, c = 12.412(2) Å, α = 70.16(1)°, β = 85.45(1)°, γ = 81.85(1)°, V = 1323.2(2) Å3, Z = 1. The crystal structure consists of dinuclear [Cu2(H2O)2(phen)2(OH)2]2+ complex cations, dinuclear [Cu2(phen)2(OH)2(CO3)2]2– complex anions and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. In both the centrosymmetric dinuclear cation and anion, the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three O atoms of two μ‐OH groups and respectively one H2O molecule or one CO32– anion to complete distorted [CuN2O3] square‐pyramids with the H2O molecule or the CO32– anion at the apical position (equatorial d(Cu–O) = 1.939–1.961 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.026–2.051 Å and axial d(Cu–O) = 2.194, 2.252 Å). Two adjacent [CuN2O3] square pyramids are condensed via two μ‐OH groups. Through the interionic hydrogen bonds, the dinuclear cations and anions are linked into 1D chains with parallel phen ligands on both sides. Interdigitation of phen ligands of neighboring 1D chains generated 2D layers, between which the hydrogen bonded water molecules are sandwiched.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C6H6N4)(H2O)][Cu(C4H5NO4)Cl]·H2O, the CuII atom in the cation is coordinated by one Cl ion, two N atoms of the 2,2′‐biimidazole ligand and one aqua ligand. Within the anion, the CuII atom is bonded to one Cl ion, and one N and two O atoms of the iminodiacetate ligand. Neighbouring cations and anions are connected to each other by Cu·Cl semi‐coordination bonds of 2.830 (12) and 3.071 (12) Å, forming a Cu2Cl2 rectangular unit. The dinuclear units further link into a polymeric chain along the a axis through Cu·Oaqua interactions of 2.725 (3) Å. Including the long coordination bonds, the geometries around the Cu atoms in the cation and anion are square‐pyramidal and distorted octahedral, respectively.  相似文献

Two azelaate anions bridge two common Cu atoms via the terminal O atoms (d(C–O) = 1.29(2) Å; d(C–C) = 1.550(4)–1.583(4) Å). Phen ligands of adjacent complexes cover each other at distances of about 3.62 Å, indicating π‐π stacking interaction, by which the complexes are linked to 1 D bands.  相似文献

The complexes [Cu(dpp)Br2] ( 1 ) and [Cu(dpp)2][CuBr2] ( 2 ) (dpp = 2,9‐diphenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline) were synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction methods. Reaction of copper(II) bromide with the dpp ligand in dichloromethane at room temperature afforded 1 , which is a rare example of non‐square planar four‐coordinate copper(II) complexes. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 15.352(3), b = 13.192(3), c = 11.358(2) Å, β = 120.61(3)°, V = 1979.6(7) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.865 g cm?3. The coordination geometry about the copper center is distorted about halfway between square planar and tetrahedral. The Cu‐N distance is 2.032(2) Å and the Cu‐Br distance 2.3521(5) Å. Heating a CH2Cl2 or acetone solution of 1 resulted in complex 2 , which consists of a slightly distorted tetrahedral [Cu(dpp)2]+ cation and a linear two‐coordinate [CuBr2]? anion. 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 10.445(2), b = 11.009(2), c = 18.458(4) Å, α = 104.72(3), β = 94.71(3), γ = 103.50(3)°, V = 1973.3(7) Å3, Z = 2, Dcalc = 1.602 g cm?3. The four Cu(1)‐N distances are between 2.042(3) and 2.067(3) Å, the distance of Cu(2)‐Br(1) 2.2268(8) Å, and the disordered Cu(3)‐Br(2) distances are 2.139(7) and 2.237(4) Å, respectively. Complex 2 could also be prepared by directly reacting CuBr with dpp in CH2Cl2.  相似文献
