The crystal structures of [Ta6Br12(H2O)6]Cl2·trans‐[Ta6Br12(OH)4(H2O)2]·18H2O ( 1 ) and [Ta6Br12(H2O)6]Br2·trans‐[Ta6Br12(OH)4(H2O)2]·18H2O ( 3 )have been solved in the triclinic space group P&1macr; (No. 2). Investigations on the Bismuth Rare‐Earth Oxyhalides Bi2REO4X (X = Cl, Br, I) Compounds of the composition of Bi2REO4X (RE = Y, La–Lu; X = Cl, Br, I) have been prepared by solid state reaction of stoichiometric mixtures of BiOX, Bi2O3, and RE2O3. They were characterized by X‐ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and DTA/TG measurements as well. The crystal structure (tetragonal, P4/mmm, a ≈ 3.9 Å, c ≈ 9 Å) was determined by the Rietveld method. In the structure [M3O4]+ layers are interleaved by single halogen layers. Rare‐earth and bismuth atoms in Bi2REO4X are 8‐coordinated. The structure can be derived from the LiBi3O4Cl2 type structure. The enthalpies of formation are derived from heats of solution. The standard entropies were calculated from low‐temperature measurements of the specific heat capacities. 相似文献

Crystals of the 4‐halo‐1,2,3,5‐dithiadiazolyl radicals (X = F, Cl, Br) were obtained by sublimation at 80 °C and 10?2 Torr, and the structures were determined by X‐ray diffraction. The fluoro derivative crystallizes as a cisoid dimer in the space group P21/n, whereas the chloro and bromo derivatives crystallize isomorphous as twisted dimers in the space group C2/c. The chloro and bromo derivatives show the shortest intradimer S···S contacts of all known 1,2,3,5‐dithiadiazolyl dimers. In addition the obtained structure of ClCN2S2? represents the fifth polymorph of ClCN2S2? characterized by X‐ray crystallography. The structures and the packing including secondary interactions are discussed. 相似文献

Synthesis,Crystal Structure,and Optical Properties of (CH3NH3)2CoX4 (X = Cl,Br, I,Cl0.5Br0.5, Cl0.5I0.5, Br0.5I0.5) 下载免费PDF全文
The reaction of methylammonium halides and cobalt halides yielded the organic‐inorganic hybrid compounds of general formula (CH3NH3)2CoX4. By varying the different halides, we were able to synthesize the whole row from Cl to I as well as some mixed halides compounds and to determinate the crystal structures. (CH3NH3)2CoX4 (X = Cl, Br, Cl0.5Br0.5, Br0.5I0.5) crystallize isotypic to (CH3NH3)2HgCl4 in space group P21/c with Z = 4 [X = Cl: a = 7.6483(9), b = 12.6885(18), c = 10.8752(12) Å, β = 96.639(9)°; X = Cl0.5Br0.5: a = 7.8271(9), b = 12.9543(9), c = 11.1007(11) Å, β = 96.320(8)°; X = Br: a = 7.9782(2), b = 13.1673(2), c = 11.2602(2) Å, β = 96.3260(10)° and X = Br0.5I0.5: a = 8.2435(12), b = 13.645(2), c = 11.5856(18) Å, β = 95.54(2)°]. The mixed halides show a statistic distribution in both cases. In (CH3NH3)2CoCl2I2 an ordered variant is realized representing a new structure type [C2/m, Z = 4, a = 18.808(4), b = 7.3604(7), c = 10.4109(17) Å, β = 120.364(13)°]. (CH3NH3)2CoI4 crystallizes again isotypic to the respective mercury compound [(CH3NH3)2HgCl4] [Pbca, Z = 8, a = 10.9265(5), b = 12.1552(5), c = 20.9588(9) Å]. All structures are build up by inorganic tetrahedral [CoX4]2– anions and organic (CH3NH4)+ cations. Additionally the Raman spectra as well as the optical reflectance spectra are discussed. 相似文献

Synthesis, NMR Spectra and Structure of [(CH3)2Ga{μ‐P(H)Si(CH3)3}2Ga(CH3)2{μ‐P(Si(CH3)3)2}Ga(CH3)2] The title compound has been prepared in good yield by the reaction of [Me2GaOMe]3 (Me = CH3) with HP(SiMe3)2 in toluene (ratio 1 : 1,1) and purified by crystallization from pentane or toluene, respectively. This organogallium compound forms (Ga–P)3 ring skeletons with one Ga–P(SiMe3)2–Ga and two Ga–P(H)SiMe3–Ga bridges and crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c. The known homologous Al‐compound is isotypic, both (MIII–P)3 heterocycles have twist‐conformations, the ligands of the monophosphane bridges have trans arrangements. 相似文献

The Reaction of the Digallium Subiodide R(I)Ga‐Ga(I)R [R = C(SiMe3)3] with Lithium Diphenylphosphanide – Radical Cleavage of the Ga‐Ga Bond The easily available organoelement digallium(II) subiodide R(I)Ga‐Ga(I)R ( 1 ) [R = C(SiMe3)3] reacted with two equivalents of lithium diphenylphosphanide in toluene by the replacement of both iodine atoms by two phosphanido groups. The product, [R(H)Ga‐P(C6H5)2]2 ( 2 ), contains a four‐membered Ga2P2 heterocycle without direct Ga‐Ga bonding interactions and the gallium atoms exclusively in an oxidation state of +III. They are attached to hydrogen atoms, which may result from a reaction of a reactive intermediate with the solvent. 相似文献

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of tBu‐substituted Disiloxanes tBu2SiX‐O‐SiYtBu2 (X = Y = OH, Br; X = OH, Y = H) and of the Adducts tBu3SiOH·(HO3SCF3)0.5·H2O and tBu3SiOLi·(LiO3SCF3)2·(H2O)2 The disiloxanes tBu2SiX‐O‐SiYtBu2 (X = Y = H, OH) are accessible from the reaction of CF3SO2Cl with tBu2SiHOH or tBu2Si(OH)2. By this reaction the disiloxane tBu2SiH‐O‐SiHtBu2 is formed together with tBu2SiH‐O‐SiOHtBu2. The disiloxanes tBu2SiX‐O‐SiYtBu2 (X = Y = Cl, Br) can be synthesized almost quantitatively from tBu2SiH‐O‐SiHtBu2 with Cl2 and Br2 in CH2Cl2. The structures of the disiloxanes tBu2SiX‐O‐SiYtBu2 (X = H, Y = OH; X = Y = OH, Br) show almost linear Si‐O‐Si units with short Si‐O bonds. Single crystals of the adducts tBu3SiOH·(HO3SCF3)0.5·H2O and tBu3SiOLi·(LiO3SCF3)2·(H2O)2 have been obtained from the reaction of tBu3SiOH with CF3SO3H and of tBu3SiO3SCF3 with LiOH. According to the result of the X‐ray structural analysis (hexagonal, P‐62c), tBu3SiOLi · (LiO3SCF3)2·(H2O)2 features the ion pair [(tBu3SiOLi)2(LiO3SCF3)3(H2O)3Li]+ [CF3SO3]?. The central framework of the cation forms a trigonal Li6 prism. 相似文献

Single crystals of a new barium oxogallate were obtained by growth from a melt at 1500 °C. The compound is monoclinic, with cell parameters a = 17.7447(10) Å, b = 10.6719(5) Å, c = 7.2828(5) Å, β = 98.962(7)°, V = 1362.3(2) Å3. The diffraction pattern shows systematic absences corresponding to the space group P121/c1. The structure was solved by direct methods followed by Fourier syntheses, and refined using a single crystal diffraction data set (R1 = 0.032 for 2173 reflections with I > 2σ(I)). The chemical composition derived from structure solution is Ba4Ga2O7, with a unit cell content of Z = 6. Main building units of the structure are GaO4 tetrahedra sharing one oxygen atom to form Ga2O7 groups. The Ga–O–Ga bridging angle of one of the two symmetrically independent groups is linear by symmetry. The dimers are crosslinked by barium cations coordinated by six to eight oxygen ligands. 相似文献

Interaction of copper(II) chloride with 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine leads to formation of copper(II) complex [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( I ). Electrochemical reduction of I produces the mixed‐valence CuI, II π, σ‐complex of [Cu7Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( II ). Final reduction produces [Cu8Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3]·2C2H5OH copper(I) π‐complex ( III ). Low‐temperature X‐ray structure investigation of all three compounds has been performed: I : space group P1¯, a = 8.9565(6), b = 9.0114(6), c = 9.7291(7) Å, α = 64.873(7), β = 80.661(6), γ = 89.131(6)°, V = 700.2(2) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0302 for 2893 reflections. II : space group P1¯, a = 11.698(2), b = 11.162(1), c = 8.106(1) Å, α = 93.635(9), β = 84.24(1), γ = 89.395(8)°, V = 962.0(5) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0465 for 6111 reflections. III : space group P1¯, a = 8.7853(9), b = 10.3602(9), c = 12.851(1) Å, α = 99.351(8), β = 105.516(9), γ = 89.395(8), V = 1111.4(4) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0454 for 4470 reflections. Structure of I contains isolated [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] units. The isolated fragment of I fulfils in the structure of II bridging function connecting two hexagonal prismatic‐like cores Cu6Cl6, whereas isolated Cu6Cl6(CuCl)2 prismatic derivative appears in III . Coordination behaviour of the 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine moiety is different in all the compounds. In I ligand moiety binds to the only copper(II) atom through the nitrogen atom of the triazine ring. In II ligand is coordinated to the CuII‐atom through the N atom and to two CuI ones through the two allylic groups. In III all allylic groups and nitrogen atom are coordinated by four metal centers. The presence of three allyl arms promotes an acting in II and III structures the bridging function of the ligand moiety. On the other hand, space separation of allyl groups enables a formation of large complicated inorganic clusters. 相似文献

Treatment of the digallium compound R2Ga–GaR2 [ 1 , R = CH(SiMe3)2] with a broad variety of functionalized carboxylic acids in the presence of water yielded μ‐hydroxo‐μ‐carboxylatodigallium compounds ( 2 – 10 ) containing intact Ga–Ga bonds in high to moderate yields. The compounds form dimeric formula units in which the unsupported Ga–Ga bonds are bridged by two hydroxo and two carboxylato ligands. Each gallium atom is terminally coordinated by a bulky alkyl group. NMR spectroscopy revealed mixtures of two isomeric compounds in solution in all cases. The second component may show a different bridging mode with each Ga–Ga bond bridged by a bidentate carboxylato ligand to form Ga2O2C five‐membered heterocycles. 相似文献

An Anionic Oxohydroxo Complex with Bismuth(III): Na6[Bi2O2(OH)6](OH)2 · 4H2O Colourless, plate‐like, air sensitive crystals of Na6[Bi2O2(OH)6](OH)2 · 4H2O are obtained by reaction of Bi2O3 or Bi(NO3)3 · 5H2O in conc. NaOH (58 wt %) at 200 °C followed by slow cooling to room temperature. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1¯, a = 684.0(2), b = 759.8(2), c = 822.7(2) pm, α = 92.45(3)°, ß = 90.40(3)°, γ = 115.60(2)°, Z = 1, R1, wR2 (all data), 0, 042, 0, 076) contains dimeric, anionic complexes [Bi2O2(OH)6]4— with bismuth in an ψ1‐octahedral coordination of two oxo‐ and three hydroxo‐ligands. The thermal decomposition was investigated by DSC/TG or DTA/TG and high temperature X‐ray powder diffraction measurements. In the final of three steps the decomposition product is Na3BiO3. 相似文献

Linear hydrogen bonding formed between the nitrogen end of cyanogen‐N‐oxide (ONCCN) and hydrogen halides HX (X = F, Cl, Br) has been observed in their ground Σ states. The order of agreement of energetic stabilities between the correlated functionals used in this calculation is: B3LYP < PBE0 < PBE < PW91 in conjunction with the 6–311++G(3df,3pd) basis set. Analysis of various parameters describing the existence of H‐bonds in these dimers follows the conventional trend: ONCCN···HF > ONCCN···HCl > ONCCN···HBr in the series, except H‐bond lengths and static dipole polarizabilities which are in reverse order. The atomic charges obtained from the Mulliken and natural population analysis is used to assess the charge transfer effects that accompany the dimer formation. It is found from the investigation that the dimers having highest binding energy are accompanied by the highest transfer of charge. The 14N nuclear quadrupole coupling constants of the monomer ON1CCN2 are found to be decreased upon complection and in the series it increases from F through Br. We observed enhancements in the values of the dimer dipole moment and intrinsic dipole polarizabilities compared with the sum of the monomer values by intermolecular electrical interaction. Investigation reveals vibrational spectral shifts of HX and CN stretching modes similar to the conventional red‐shifted H‐bonded dimers; for the former case, the infrared band intensity increases significantly. Finally, the new vibrational modes originated from the intermolecular interaction are outlined. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J Quantum Chem, 2007 相似文献

Several solid phases with the general formula xM[XHgSO3]·yHgX2·zMX·nH2O were obtained from aqueous solutions during phase formation studies in the systems M2SO3/HgX2 (M = NH4, K; X = Cl, Br). All phases were structurally characterized on the basis of single crystal X‐ray diffraction data and adopt new structure types. Compounds with x, y, z = 1 and n = 0 are isostructural (structure type I ) and crystallise with two formula units in space group P21/m and lattice parameters of a ≈ 9.7, b ≈ 6.2, c ≈ 10.4Å, β ≈ 111°. Compounds with x, y = 1 and z, n = 0 (structure type II ) crystallize in space group Cmc21 with four formula units and lattice parameters of a ≈ 5.9, b ≈ 22.0, c ≈ 6.9Å. The structures with x = 2, y, z = 1 and n = 0 are likewise isostructural (stucture type III ) and consist of four formula units in space group Pnma with lattice parameters of a ≈ 22.2, b ≈ 6.1, c ≈ 12.4Å. K[HgSO3Cl]·KCl·H2O is the only representative where x = 1, y = 0, z = 1 and n = 1 (structure type IV ). It is triclinic (space group ) with four formula units and lattice parameters of a = 6.1571(8), b = 7.1342(9), c = 10.6491(14) Å, α = 76.889(2), β = 88.364(2), γ = 69.758(2)°. Characteristic for all structures types is the segregation of the M+ cations and the anions and/or HgX2 molecules into layers. The [XHgSO3]− anions are present in all structures and have m symmetry, except for K[HgSO3Cl]·KCl·H2O with 1 symmetry (but very close to m symmetry). The different [XHgSO3] units exhibit very similar Hg‐S distances (average 2.372Å) and are more or less bent with ∠(X‐Hg‐S) angles ranging from 159.7 to 173.7°. The molecular HgX2 entities present in structure types I ‐ III deviate only slightly from linearity with ∠(X‐Hg‐X) angles ranging from 174 to 179°. The structures are stabilised by interaction of the K+ or NH4+ cations that are located between the anionic layers or in the vacancies of the framework, by K‐O contacts or, in case of ammonium compounds, by medium to weak hydrogen bonding interactions of the type N‐H···O. 相似文献

Crystal Structures of the Hexachlorometalates NH4[SbCl6], NH4[WCl6], [K(18‐crown‐6)(CH2Cl2)]2[WCl6]·6CH2Cl2 and (PPh4)2[WCl6]·4CH3CN The crystal structures of the title compounds were determined by single crystal X‐ray methods. NH4[SbCl6] and NH4[WCl6] crystallize isotypically in the space group C2/c with four formula units per unit cell. The NH4+ ions occupy a twofold crystallographic axis, whereas the metal atoms of the [MCl6]— ions occupy a centre of inversion. There exist weak interionic hydrogen bridges. [K(18‐crown‐6)(CH2Cl2)]2[WCl6]·6CH2Cl2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group R3¯/m with Z = 3. The compound forms centrosymmetric ion triples, in which the potassium ions are coordinated with a WCl3 face each. In trans‐position to it the chlorine atom of a CH2Cl2 molecule is coordinated so that, together with the oxygen atoms of the crown ether, coordination number 10 is achieved. (PPh4)2[WCl6]·4CH3CN crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with Z = 4. This compound, too, forms centrosymmetric ion triples, in which in addition the acetonitrile molecules are connected with the [WCl6]2— ion via weak C—H···Cl contacts. 相似文献

Ga2Br2R2 and Ga3I2R3 [R = C(SiMe3)3] — Two New Organoelement Subhalides of Gallium Containing One or Two Ga‐Ga Single Bonds The oxidation of the tetrahedral tetragallium cluster Ga4[C(SiMe3)3]4 ( 1 ) with elemental bromine in the presence of AlBr3 yielded the corresponding gallium subhalide Ga2Br2R2 [ 4 , R = C(SiMe3)3], which remains monomer even in the solid state and in which the GaII atoms are connected by a short Ga‐Ga single bond [243.2(2) pm]. The analogous diiodide Ga2I2R2 ( 3 ), which was obtained on a similar route by our group only recently, did not react with lithium tert‐butanolate by substitution as originally expected. Instead, partial disproportionation occurred with the formation of the trigallium diiodide Ga3I2R3 ( 6 ), in which three Ga atoms are connected by two Ga‐Ga single bonds (255.1 pm on average). Both terminal Ga atoms have a coordination number of four owing to the bridging function of both iodine atoms, while the inner one which has an oxidation number of +1 remains coordinatively unsaturated. An average oxidation state of 1.66 resulted for all atoms of the chain. The GaIII compound {[GaI(R)(OCMe3)(OH)]Li}2 ( 7 ) was isolated as the second product of the disproportionation. It is a dimer in the solid state via Li‐O bridges and shows a hindered rotation of its tert‐butyl group. 相似文献

Crystal Structure of Sodium Dihydrogencyamelurate Tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3] · 4 H2O Sodium dihydrogencyamelurate‐tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3]·4 H2O was obtained by neutralisation of an aqueous solution, previously prepared by hydrolysis of the polymer melon with sodium hydroxide. The crystal structure was solved by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction ( a = 6.6345(13), b = 8.7107(17), c = 11.632(2) Å, α = 68.96(3), β = 87.57(3), γ = 68.24(3)°, V = 579.5(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0535, 2095 observed reflections, 230 parameters). Both hydrogen atoms of the dihydrogencyamelurate anion are directly bound to nitrogen atoms of the cyameluric nucleus, thus proving the preference of the keto‐tautomere in salts of cyameluric acid in the solid‐state. The compound forms a layer‐like structure with an extensive hydrogen bonding network. 相似文献

Quantum chemical calculations have been performed to study the single‐electron halogen bonds in HO···ClF and HS···ClF complexes. The calculation methods have a larger effect on the S···Cl halogen bond than on the O···Cl one. The interaction strength in HO···ClF complex is stronger than that in HS···ClF one, but the presence of methyl group in the halogen acceptor makes the sequence reverse. The methyl group has a greater effect on the S···Cl halogen bond than on the O···Cl one. The charge analyses indicate that the methyl group is electron‐donating and the electron‐donating role in the H3CS? ClF complex is larger than in the H3CO? ClF one. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
