Coordination compounds based on imidazole and benzimidazole substituted nitronyl nitroxide radicals with transition metal ions and trivalent lanthanide ions are described from the perspective of their magnetic properties.For the transition metal compounds the crystal structures show various metal-nitroxide dimensionalities including mononuclear (0D), one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) complexes. The mononuclear complexes were isolated with most metal ions of the first transition series. One copper(II) complex shows a copper(II)-radical ferromagnetic coupling (J = +75 cm−1) while for the other mononuclear compounds, mainly with manganese(II), the metal-radical interactions are antiferromagnetic. The one-dimensional and two-dimensional complexes are manganese(II) compounds which show canting effects leading to weak ferromagnetism.For the trivalent lanthanide ions [La(III), Gd(III) and Eu(III)], three series of mononuclear complexes were obtained in which the metal center is bound to four, two or one nitroxide radicals depending on the counter ions and ancillary ligands. Unexpectedly, in most gadolinium(III) complexes, the Gd(III)-radical interactions were found to be antiferromagnetic in contradiction with other foundings and previous theoretical models. In support to the magnetic studies, the optical properties of the lantanide complexes have also been investigated and are briefly described.  相似文献

Carbon dots (CDs) grafted with block polymer of tetraphenylethylene (TPE) and N-isopropylacrylamide (CD-g-poly(TPE-block-NIPAM)) were synthesized, which are aggregation-induced emission (AIE) nanoparticles. The CD-g-poly(TPE-block-NIPAM) exhibited different fluorescence behaviors in tetrahydrofuran (THF) and water. In THF, the CD-g-poly(TPE-block-NIPAM) could fluoresce, but only from CDs, and the TPE block showed no fluorescence. The fluorescence of CDs was quenched ,and the TPE block showed AIE, when the CD-g-poly(TPE-block-NIPAM) were dispersed in water. The CD-g-poly(TPE-block-NIPAM) showed no cytotoxicity, which could be easily internalized by human breast cancer cells and human embryonic kidney cells with high fluorescence, and they can be used as fluorescent tracers for living cells.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)以及广义梯度近似方法(GGA)计算了甲酸根(HCOO)在Cu(110)、Ag(110)和Au(110)表面的吸附. 计算结果表明, 短桥位是最稳定的吸附位置, 计算的几何参数与以前的实验和计算结果吻合. 吸附热顺序为Cu(110)(-116 kJ·mol-1)>Ag(110)(-57 kJ·mol-1)>Au(110)(-27 kJ·mol-1), 与实验上甲酸根的分解温度相一致. 电子态密度分析表明, 吸附热顺序可以用吸附分子与金属d-带之间的Pauli 排斥来关联, 即排斥作用越大, 吸附越弱. 另外还从计算的吸附热数据以及实验上HCOO的分解温度估算了反应CO2+1/2H2→HCOO的活化能, 其大小顺序为Au(110)>Ag(110)>Cu(110).  相似文献

Synthesis of some new bis(isoxazoline) derivatives has been described from terepthaldehyde derived bis(nitrones) using microwave irradiation via 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction. Bis(isoxazoline) derivatives in turn successfully converted into new bis(aziridine) derivatives via Baldwin rearrangement. Simple reaction methodology, non involvement of catalysts, and good to excellent yields are the important features noticed in this synthesis.  相似文献

Spectroscopy has been used to determine the number of coordinated water molecules bound to Eu(III) and Cm(III) in a series of binary complexes of polyaminocarboxylate and their ternary complexes with dicarboxylates as well as with similar ligands with additional O-, N-, and S-donors. Complexes of Eu(III) and Cm(III) with polyaminocarboxylate alone contain ca. 2.5–3.0 waters of hydration. Increasing the steric requirement of a polyaminocarboxylate by increasing the number of groups in the ligand backbone does not appreciably change the hydration of these cations. The stability constants of the binary and ternary complexes of Cm(III), Am(III), and Eu(III) with these ligands were measured by solvent extraction in a solution of 0.1 M (NaClO4). The size, basicity, specific M3+-second ligand interactions, and steric requirement of the ligands are the factors which affect the ternary complexation. Knowledge of the chemical species formed by actinide cations with organic ligands (carboxylates and aminocarboxylates), which are present in all nuclear waste, is important to understand the behavior of waste forms and the migration behavior of actinides in the environment.  相似文献

A new, simple, and selective method has been presented for the separation and preconcentration of inorganic arsenic (As(III)/As(V)) and selenium (Se(IV)/Se(VI)) species by a microcolumn on-line coupled with inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Trace amounts of As(V) and Se(VI) species were separated and preconcentrated from total As and Se at desired pH values by a conical microcolumn packed with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB)-modified alkyl silica sorbent in the absence of chelating reagent. The species adsorbed by CTAB-modified alkyl silica sorbent were quantitatively desorbed with 0.10 ml of 1.0 mol l−1 HNO3. Total inorganic arsenic and selenium were similarly extracted after oxidation of As(III) and Se(IV) to As(V) and Se(VI) with KMnO4 (50.0 μmol l−1). The assay of As(III) and Se(IV) were based on subtracting As(V) and Se(VI) from total As and total Se, respectively. All parameters affecting the separation/preconcentration of As(V) and Se(VI) including pH, sample flow rate and volume, eluent solution and volume have been studied. With a sample volume of 3.0 ml, the sample throughput was 24 h−1 and the enrichment factors for As(V) and Se(VI) were 26.7 and 27.6, respectively. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0.15 μg l−1 for As(V) and 0.10 μg l−1 for Se(VI). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for nine replicate determinations at 5.0 μg l−1 level of As(V) and Se(VI) were 4.0% and 3.6%, respectively. The calibration graphs of the method for As(V) and Se(VI) were linear in the range of 0.5–1000.0 μg l−1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9936 and 0.9992, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to the speciation analysis of inorganic arsenic and selenium in natural water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this work, copper and tungsten were sputtered onto silicon wafers by direct current magnetron sputtering (DCMS) and high-power impulse magnetron sputtering (HiPIMS). The resulting films were characterized by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). By EDX and XPS, all the sputtered films showed only the expected metal peaks. By XPS, the surfaces sputtered by DCMS were richer in oxygen than those produced by HiPIMS. By AFM, the surfaces were quite smooth. The root mean square (RMS) roughness values are as follows: 0.83 nm (W, HiPIMS), 1.10 nm (W, DCMS), 0.85 nm (Cu, HiPIMS), and 1.78 nm (Cu, DCMS). By SEM, the HiPIMS films exhibited smaller grain sizes, which was confirmed by XRD. The crystallite sizes estimated by XRD are as follows: 4 nm (W, body-centered cubic, HiPIMS), 13 nm (W, body-centered cubic, DCMS), 7 nm (W, cubic, HiPIMS), 14 nm (W, cubic, DCMS), 25 nm (Cu, HiPIMS), and 35 nm (Cu, DCMS). By SE, the HiPIMS surfaces showed higher refractive indices, which suggested that they were denser and less oxidized than the DCMS surfaces.  相似文献

以丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,八乙烯基倍半硅氧烷(POSS)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,四氢呋喃(THF)为致孔剂,通过原位聚合法制备了poly(POSS-co-AM)有机-无机杂化整体柱,并对各反应物的配比进行了优化。结果表明,当功能单体与致孔剂、POSS与AM的质量比均为1.0: 5.0, AIBN的质量分数为0.1%时,杂化整体柱的柱效最高。无机材料的引入使整体柱结构均匀并具有良好的渗透性,该整体柱既能用于亲水色谱模式,也能用于反相色谱模式。将制备的整体柱用于毛细管液相色谱和加压毛细管电色谱分离核苷类、胺类、硝基苯胺类等化合物,获得了良好的效果。  相似文献

Two new series of mononuclear and homobinuclear Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes with mono- and bis-azo compounds derived from 2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene and anthranilic acid or o-aminophenol are prepared and characterized by elemental and thermal analyses, conductance, IR, electronic, ESR spectra and magnetic moment measurements. The ligand field splitting parameters and Racah constant are calculated. The spectral and magnetic results obtained are utilized to determine the geometries around the metal(II) ion. The geometry of the complex formed depends on the structure of the ligand and the type of metal(II) ion. The mode of bonding of the ligand with the metal ions is deduced from IR spectra.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of the concentration of gelatin (G) (3–6 g), whey protein (W) (2.5–7.5 g) and chitosan (C) (0.5–2.5 g) on the physical, optical and mechanical properties of composite edible films (CEFs) using the response surface methodology (RSM), as well as optimizing the formulation for the packaging of foods. The results of the study were evaluated via first- and second-order multiple regression analysis to obtain the determination coefficient values with a good fit (R ˃ 0.90) for each of the response variables, except for the values of solubility and b*. The individual linear effect of the independent variables (the concentrations of gelatin, whey protein and chitosan) significantly affected (p ≤ 0.05) the water vapor permeability (WVP), strength and solubility of the edible films. The WVP of the edible films varied from 0.90 to 1.62 × 10−11 g.m/Pa.s.m2, the resistance to traction varied from 0.47 MPa to 3.03 MPa and the solubility varied from 51.06% to 87%. The optimized values indicated that the CEF prepared with a quantity of 4 g, 5 g and 3 g of gelatin, whey protein and chitosan, respectively, provided the CEF with a smooth, continuous and transparent surface, with L values that resulted in a light-yellow hue, a lower WVP, a maximum strength (resistance to traction) and a lower solubility. The results revealed that the optimized formulation of the CEF of G–W–C allowed a good validation of the prediction model and could be applied, in an effective manner, to the food packaging industry, which could help in mitigating the environmental issues associated with synthetic packaging materials.  相似文献

建立了加速溶剂萃取(ASE)、磁固相萃取净化(MSPE)、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)测定土壤中多环芳烃和有机氯残留的方法。ASE萃取溶剂为丙酮-正己烷(1:1,v/v),萃取温度为100℃,萃取压力为11.032 MPa,加热时间为5 min,静态萃取时间为5 min,循环萃取3次,冲洗体积为60%萃取池体积,氮气吹扫100 s。然后采用室温制备法自制ZIF-8/nZVI磁性材料用于净化萃取液,将净化液浓缩定容后进行GC-MS测定。多环芳烃和有机氯的线性范围为5~200 μg/kg,线性相关系数(r2)均大于0.99;目标物的检出限(LOD,S/N=3)为0.04~1.21 μg/kg。所建方法成功用于土壤样品中16种多环芳烃和23种有机氯的测定,在3个加标水平下得到的加标回收率为63.9%~112.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~26.2%。研究结果表明,该方法具有灵敏度高、重现性好、回收率高等特点,适用于土壤中多环芳烃和有机氯残留的检测。  相似文献

 用RP HPLC分离测定了麻黄及其制剂中的麻黄类生物碱及川芎嗪。采用色谱柱Nova Pak C18(15 0mm×3.9mmi.d .) ,二极管阵列检测器 (DAD)。测定麻黄类生物碱时 ,以甲醇 0 .0 2mol/LKH2 PO4 乙酸 三乙胺 (体积比为 4∶96∶0 .2∶0 .0 1)为流动相 ,在 2 10nm波长下检测 ;测定川芎嗪时 ,以甲醇 水 乙酸 (体积比为 35∶6 5∶0 .5 )为流动相 ,在 2 90nm波长下检测。分别测定了麻黄原药材、中成药 (小儿清肺丸、鹭鸶咳丸 )中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、去甲基麻黄碱、去甲基伪麻黄碱和川芎嗪的含量。  相似文献

The widespread use of phytocannabinoids or cannabis extracts as ingredients in numerous types of products, in combination with the legal restrictions on THC content, has created a need for the development of new, rapid, and universal analytical methods for their quantitation that ideally could be applied without separation and standards. Based on previously described qNMR studies, we developed an expanded 1H qNMR method and a novel 2D-COSY qNMR method for the rapid quantitation of ten major phytocannabinoids in cannabis plant extracts and cannabis-based products. The 1H qNMR method was successfully developed for the quantitation of cannabidiol (CBD), cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), cannabinol (CBN), cannabichromene (CBC), cannabichromenic acid (CBCA), cannabigerol (CBG), cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC), Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (Δ9-THCA), Δ8-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ8-THC), cannabielsoin (CBE), and cannabidivarin (CBDV). Moreover, cannabidivarinic acid (CBDVA) and Δ9-tetrahydrocannabivarinic acid (Δ9-THCVA) can be distinguished from CBDA and Δ9-THCA respectively, while cannabigerovarin (CBGV) and Δ8-tetrahydrocannabivarin (Δ8-THCV) present the same 1H-spectra as CBG and Δ8-THC, respectively. The COSY qNMR method was applied for the quantitation of CBD, CBDA, CBN, CBG/CBGA, and THC/THCA. The two methods were applied for the analysis of hemp plants; cannabis extracts; edible cannabis medium-chain triglycerides (MCT); and hemp seed oils and cosmetic products with cannabinoids. The 1H-NMR method does not require the use of reference compounds, and it requires only a short time for analysis. However, complex extracts in 1H-NMR may have a lot of signals, and quantitation with this method is often hampered by peak overlap, with 2D NMR providing a solution to this obstacle. The most important advantage of the COSY NMR quantitation method was the determination of the legality of cannabis plants, extracts, and edible oils based on their THC/THCA content, particularly in the cases of some samples for which the determination of THC/THCA content by 1H qNMR was not feasible.  相似文献

The cadmium (II) or lead (II) complex formation with two poly(acrylic acids) of high molecular weight (Mw=2.5×105 and 3×106) was investigated in dilute aqueous solution (NaNO3 0.1 mol l−1; 25°C). Potentiometric titrations were carried out to determine the stability constants of the MA and MA2 complex species formed. Bjerrum’s method, modified by Gregor et al. (J. Phys. Chem. 59 (1955) 34–39), for the study of polymeric acids was used. The results were compared to those previously obtained in the same conditions with copper (II) and nickel (II) . It appeared that the two polymers under study present similar binding properties and that the stability constants of the complex species formed increased in the following order, depending on the metal ion: Ni(II)β102 was found to be close to 7.0) and allowed the formation of the predominant PbA2 species in a quite large pH domain. Finally, the greater stability of PAA complexes compared to those of their monomeric analogs, glutaric and acetic acids, was confirmed.  相似文献

Tryptophan residues in hyaluronidase (HAase) were modified by N-bromosuccinimide (NBS), the results indicated that there were eleven tryptophan residues in HAase, one of which was exposed and essential for the activity of the enzyme. The study on fluorescence quenching showed that KI could not quench all of the fluorescence from Trp residues in HAase, while acrylamide (Acr) could quench almost all of the fluorescence from Trp residues in HAase. The collisional quenching constants (KD) of HAase at different concentrations of Acr were calculated in terms of Stern-Volmer equation. The results implied that some of the Trp residues were buried in the interior of HAase and the Trp residue on the surface of HAase was not located in the hydrophobic pocket.  相似文献

This study combines an adaptive mesh redistribution (AMR) method and the space–time conservation element and solution element (CESE) method to construct a high-resolution scheme for the solution of electrophoresis pre-concentration and separation problems. In the proposed AMR–CESE scheme, the fine mesh points are moved toward the regions of discontinuity within the solution domain in accordance with the equidistribution principle. To reduce the numerical dissipation within the regions of the solution domain with a large spatial mesh, the spatial component of the CESE scheme is treated using a Courant–Friedrichs–Lewy (CFL) number insensitive scheme. The validity of the proposed approach is confirmed by comparing the results obtained for typical isoelectric focusing (IEF) and isotachophoresis (ITP) problems with those obtained from the conventional CESE scheme and the finite volume method (FVM), respectively. It is shown that the AMR–CESE scheme yields a better accuracy than uniform fixed-mesh solvers with no more than a minor increase in the computational cost.  相似文献

建立了分散液液微萃取(DLLME)与气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)联用快速检测蜂蜜中六六六(BHC)和滴滴涕(DDT)类农药残留的分析方法.使用三氯甲烷为萃取剂,通过涡旋、离心使分析物富集到微量三氯甲烷中,采用气相色谱-质谱进行分析.实验对影响DLLME萃取效率的因素,如萃取剂种类和体积、分散剂种类和体积、萃取时间等进行了考察,同时对方法的基质效应和性能进行了评估.结果显示:由于基质效应,8种六六六和滴滴涕类农药都出现信号增强现象.8种六六六和滴滴涕类农药在2~500 μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)为0.991~0.998,方法富集倍数为74~96;当试样的加标水平为20、50和100 μg/kg时,8种六六六和滴滴涕类农药的回收率为61.0%~100.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD, n=5)为2.2%~19.5%.8种六六六和滴滴涕类农药的最低检测浓度均为20 μg/kg,最小检出量皆为1.0 ng.该方法简单、快速、高效,适用于蜂蜜中六六六和滴滴涕类农药的残留检测.  相似文献

建立了固相萃取同时提取、净化血清中四溴双酚A(TBBPA)、α, β, γ-六溴环十二烷(HBCD)和8种多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)同系物的样本前处理方法,并结合色谱-质谱分离分析技术检测人血清样本中该类化合物的含量。试样在加入各自的同位素内标物后以甲基叔丁基醚/正己烷(1:1, v/v)混合溶剂进行萃取,再经浓硫酸去除脂肪后,以LC-Si固相萃取柱分离HBCD/TBBPA和PBDEs。采用分步检测的方式,在50 mm长BEH C18反相色谱柱上以超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)的多反应监测模式(MRM)检测HBCD和TBBPA,在15 m长的毛细管柱上以气相色谱-负化学源质谱(GC-NCI/MS)的选择离子监测模式(SIM)检测PBDEs。以胎牛血清为空白基质,当HBCD、TBBPA和BDE-209的加标水平为0.5 ng/g和5 ng/g、三溴至七溴联苯醚的加标水平为0.05 ng/g和0.5 ng/g时,它们的平均加标回收率为80.3%~108.8%,相对标准偏差为1.02%~11.42%(n=5);以信噪比(S/N)为3计算,方法的检出限(LOD)为1.81~42.16 pg/g。采用该方法对实际样品进行测定,结果表明,本方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,能够满足血清中HBCD、TBBPA和PBDEs残留的同时提取及测定的要求。  相似文献

Summary.  A new soluble vic-dioxime 1,4-(isobutyl)-2,3-bis-(hydroxyimino)-5,6-phenylpiperazine was prepared as a mixture of isomers from anti-dichloroglyoxime and N,N′-bis-(isobutyl)-stilbendiamine which reacts to N,N′-coordinated planar metal complexes with Ni(II), Cu(II), Co(II), and Pd(II). Oxidation of the Co(II) complex in the presence of pyridine leads to an octahedral complex containing pyridine and chloride as axial ligands in addition to the vic-dioxime ligands. The uranyl complex has a 1:1 metal:ligand ratio and a dinuclear structure with μ-hydroxo bridges. Received November 14, 2000. Accepted (revised) January 23, 2001  相似文献
