Zusammenfassung Im Entwicklungscyclus der Chlorella wird ein Stadium geringster Strahlenresistenz knapp vor dem Einsetzen derDNS-Synthese durchlaufen. Während der S-Phase steigt die Resistenz an und erreicht ihren Höhepunkt nach Abschluß derDNS-Synthese.Bei einer akuten Gammabestrahlung mit 10 krad konnte eine Stimulierung derDNS-Synthese beobachtet werden. Hingegen war bei einer Strahlendosis, welche das Koloniebildungsvermögen zu 50% unterdrückte, eine schwache Hemmung der Synthese bemerkbar. Erst durch 40 krad (etwa LD90) wurde dieDNS-Synthese stark unterdrückt.Mögliche Erklärungen für die Schwankungen der Strahlensensitivität im Ablauf des Cyclus werden diskutiert.
The variation in the radioresistance of Chlorella cells during their life cycle has been compared with theDNA synthesis. The most sensitive stage was immediately before the beginning ofDNA synthesis and a rapid rise in resistance developed during the S phase. The most resistant stage occurs whenDNA synthesis is completed. After irradiation with 10 krads a stimulation ofDNA synthesis was observed. After a dose, sufficient to reduce colony-forming ability by 50%, there was only a small reduction inDNA synthesis. At 40 krad (LD90)DNA synthesis was strongly inhibited. Possible mechanisms for the variation in radiation sensitivity during the life cycle are discussed.

Biopolymers represent an interesting class of polymers whose potential is not yet been fully realised. However, more recently, biopolymers are gaining impetus in the market. Among the biopolymers, polylactic acid (PLA) is being used successfully and is widely accepted because it is produced from natural raw material and is degradable. Furthermore, it has comparable properties to standard thermoplastic polymers and can also be processed using similar process channels as conventional thermoplastic synthetic materials. Biopolymer applications are manifold and range from foils, fruit and vegetable packaging to hygiene and medical products. It can be expected that in future the application spectrum of biopolymers will increase even further.  相似文献

New dispersion azo dyes were prepared on the basis of 5-amino- and 5,6-diaminobenzimidazolone by diazotisation and coupling, esp. with -naphthol and naphthol AS. The new compounds are suitable for dying of polyamide, polyester, polyacrylonitrile and acetate fibers in pink, orange, brown and red-violet colours.  相似文献
