Complexes of the general formula R3SnX, where X is the anion of benzoic acid, o-, m-, p-amino- or N-phenyl-o-amino-benzoic acid, have been prepared and characterised. A combination of molecular weight, infrared, 1H NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer measurements show that, the amino-nitrogen atoms are not coordinated to tin. When R = phenyl or cyclohexyl, the compounds are monomeric and four-coordinate, and when R is alkyl (Me, Prn, Bun) they are monomeric and five-coordinate, with a bidentate carboxylate in the equatorial position of a trigonal bipyramidal structure.  相似文献

A series of cobalt(II) compounds of the type [CoX2(α-diimine)] were synthesised by direct reaction of anhydrous CoCl2 or CoI2 and the corresponding α-diimine ligand, in CH2Cl2: [CoI2(o,o′,p-Me3C6H2-DAB)] (1), [CoI2(o,o′-iPr2C6H3-DAB)] (2), (where Ar-DAB = 1,4-bis(aryl)-2,3-dimethyl-1,4-diaza-1,3-butadiene), and [CoCl2(o,o′,p-Me3C6H2-BIAN)] (3), [CoCl2(o,o′-iPr2C6H3-BIAN)] (4), and [CoI2(o,o′-iPr2C6H3-BIAN)] (5) (where Ar-BIAN = bis(aryl)acenaphthenequinonediimine). All compounds were characterised by elemental analyses, IR, mass spectrometry, and X-ray diffraction whenever possible. The crystal structures of compounds 2-4 showed, in all cases, distorted tetrahedral geometries about the Co, built by two halogen atoms and two nitrogen atoms of the α-diimine ligand. Compounds 3 and 4, as well as [CoCl2(o,o′,p-Me3C6H2-DAB)] (1a), and [CoCl2(o,o′-iPr2C6H3-DAB)] (2a), were activated by methylaluminoxane (MAO) and tested as catalysts for ethylene polymerisation, showing low catalytic activities. Selected polyethylene (PE) samples were characterised by 1H and 13C NMR and FT-IR spectroscopies, and by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), revealing branching microstructures (2.5-5.5%).  相似文献

Reactions of triorganotin chlorides with potassium salt of O-alkyl trithiophosphate [ROP(S)(SK)2; R = Me, Pri, Ph] in 2:1 molar ratio in anhydrous benzene yield triorganotin O-alkyl trithiophosphate of the type ROP(S) [SSnR′3]2 R = Me, Pri; Ph, R′ = Prn, Bun, Ph] which are found to be monomeric in nature. These complexes are soluble in common organic solvents. Similar reactions of diorganotin chloride with dipotassium salt of S-alkyl trithiophosphate yield diorganotin-S-alkyl trithiophosphate of the type [(RS)P(O)S2]2SnR′2; R = Me, Pri; R′ = Me, Et, Ph, which also are found to be monomeric in nature and are soluble in common organic solvents. The newly synthesized derivatives have been characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic techniques, IR, NMR (1H, 31P, and 119Sn).  相似文献

The oligomerization and/or polymerization of ethylene catalyzed by the cationic η3-benzylcomplexes [Ni(η3-CH2C6H4-p-CF3)(P-P)]+ BPh4 (P-P=iPr2P(CH2)nPiPr2, n=1-3) have been studied. The activity of these single component catalysts depends on the length of the (CH2)n bridge of the diphosphine ligand. Thus, the dippm derivative (n=1) displays higher activity than compounds of the dippe (n=2) or dippp (n=3) ligands. The molecular weight of the products is also a function of n, and varies in the order dippm > dippe > dippp, with the former two catalysts giving rise to low molecular weight polyethylenes and the latter to oligomers.  相似文献

Compounds (RO)2 P(:S)SH, RPri, Bun, and Octn, exhibit rotational isomerism about PO and PS bonds. Temperature-dependence studies of band intensities indicate values of ΔH for the equilibria between isomers to be 2.5 kJ mol−1, RPri; 3.0 kJ mol−1, RBun; and ∼4.5 kJ mol−1, ROctn.  相似文献

A series of novel menthol derivatives containing 1,2,4-triazole-thioether moiety were designed, synthesized, characterized structurally, and evaluated biologically to explore more potent natural product-based antifungal agents. The bioassay results revealed that at 50 μg/mL, some of the target compounds exhibited good inhibitory activity against the tested fungi, especially against Physalospora piricola. Compounds 5b (R = o-CH3 Ph), 5i (R = o-Cl Ph), 5v (R = m,p-OCH3 Ph) and 5x (R = α-furyl) had inhibition rates of 93.3%, 79.4%, and 79.4%, respectively, against P. piricola, much better than that of the positive control chlorothalonil. Compounds 5v (R = m,p-OCH3 Ph) and 5g (R = o-Cl Ph) held inhibition rates of 82.4% and 86.5% against Cercospora arachidicola and Gibberella zeae, respectively, much better than that of the commercial fungicide chlorothalonil. Compound 5b (R = o-CH3 Ph) displayed antifungal activity of 90.5% and 83.8%, respectively, against Colleterichum orbicalare and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum. Compounds 5m (R = o-I Ph) had inhibition rates of 88.6%, 80.0%, and 88.0%, respectively, against F. oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinu, Bipolaris maydis and C. orbiculare. Furthermore, compound 5b (R = o-CH3 Ph) showed the best and broad-spectrum antifungal activity against all the tested fungi. To design more effective antifungal compounds against P. piricola, 3D-QSAR analysis was performed using the CoMFA method, and a reasonable 3D-QSAR model (r2 = 0.991, q2 = 0.514) was established. The simulative binding pattern of the target compounds with cytochrome P450 14α-sterol demethylase (CYP51) was investigated by molecular docking.  相似文献

A series of new ruthenium(II) complexes containing 1,3-dihydro-1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-7,8-diazacyclopenta[1]phenanthren-2-one (DTDP) ligand, such as [Ru(DTDP)n(L)3−n]2+ (L = 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy), 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridyl (dmbpy), o-phenanthroline (o-phen), 5-chloro-o-phenanthroline (o-phen-Cl), 2,2′-bipyridine-4,4′-dicarboxaldehyde (bpy-(CHO)2), n = 1, 2, 3) were synthesized and examined as ECL materials. All the complexes were characterized in terms of electrochemical redox potential and relative ECL intensity, and were compared to the well-known tris(o-phenanthroline) ruthenium(II) complex. Most of the synthesized Ru(II) complexes containing the DTDP ligand exhibited more intense ECL emissions than [Ru(o-phen)3]2+. In particular, the ECL intensities of [Ru(DTDP)(o-phen)2]2+ and [Ru(DTDP)(bpy-(CHO)2)2]2+ were observed to be as high as 9-fold and 20-fold greater, respectively, than the ECL intensity of [Ru(o-phen)3]2+.  相似文献

Dichlorotitanium(IV) trithiophosphates of the type TiCl2[(RO)P(S)S2] (where R = Me, Et, Prn, Pri, Bun, Bus, Bui, Ami, Ph and cyclohexyl) have been synthesized for the first time by the reaction of titanium tetrachloride with potassium trithiophosphates in a 1:1 molar ratio in anhydrous benzene. Sol-gel chemistry of these titanium(IV) compounds has been studied in dry benzene by treatment with hydrogen sulfide gas. These newly synthesized derivatives have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, S, Cl, and Ti), molecular weight measurement, and spectral [IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, and 31P)] studies. The bonding mode of trithiophosphate ligands and tentative structure around titanium(IV) are discussed.  相似文献

Ten dialkyldithiophosphate derivatives of phenylbismuth(III) of the type, Ph(3–n)Bi[S(S)P(OR)2]n [where n = 1; R = Me( 1 ), Et( 2 ), Pri( 3 ), Prn( 4 ) and Bun( 5 ); n = 2; R = Me( 6 ), Et( 7 ), Pri( 8 ), Prn( 9 ) and Bun( 10 )] have been synthesized by the reactions of triphenylbismuth(III) with corresponding dialkyldithiophosphoric acids in 1:1 and 1:2 stoichiometric ratios, respectively, in stirred benzene solution. The newly synthesized brown colored compounds, 1–10 have been characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight measurements, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 31P) spectral studies. The ligand diethyldithiophosphoric acid, [(C2H5O)2P(S)SH], and its organobismuth(III) derivatives, compounds 2 and 7 were administered to adult male rats by oral gavage at the dose of 25 mg per kg body weight per day, for 60 days, and their effects were evaluated and compared for changes in testicular morphology, circulatory concentrations of testosterone, FSH and LH, sperm dynamics, fertility index and testicular cell population dynamics. A new series of di- and tri-organotin(IV) compounds with the general formula R4?n SnL n , where R?=?Me (1,2), Et (3), n-Bu (4,5), n-Oct (6), Ph (7) and L?=?(E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-propenoate, were synthesized by reaction of silver salt of ligand or ligand acid with diorganotin dichloride/oxide and triorganotin chloride in 2:1 and 1:1 molar ratio, respectively. These compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR, multinuclear (1H, 13C, 119Sn) NMR and mass spectrometry. The spectroscopic results revealed that all the diorganotin(IV) compounds possess trigonal bipyramidal structures in solution and octahedral geometry in the solid state around the tin atom. A linear polymeric trigonal bipyramidal structure in the solid state and a tetrahedral environment around the tin atom in non-coordinating solvents has been proposed for the triorganotin(IV) compounds. All synthesized compounds were tested in vitro against a number of microorganisms to assess their biocidal activity. These studies revealed that ligand acid and some of its organotin compounds show promising activity against different strains of bacteria and fungi but lowered than reference drugs.  相似文献

Seven Schiff base adducts of organotin(IV), RSnLCl2, which L is o-vanillin-2-thiophenoylhydrazone, and R is n-C4H9 (1), Me (2), Ph (3), and [R2SnL], which L is o-vanillin-2-thiophenoylhydrazone, R is n-C4H9 (4), Me (5), Ph (6), PhCH2 (7) have been synthesized. Those products were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectra. The crystal and molecular structures of compounds 1, 4, and 6 have been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. In the crystal of compound 1 the tin atom is rendered six-coordinate in a distorted octahedral configuration by coordinating with the N atom of the Schiff base ligand, in compounds 4 and 6 the central tin atoms are five-coordinate in distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry and the comparison of the IR spectra reveal that disappearance of the bands assigned to carboxyl unambiguously conforms the ligand coordinate with the tin atom in enol form.  相似文献

Triphenylantimony (V) (O-alkyl,O-cycloalkyl and O-aryltrithiophosphates) of the type Ph 3 Sb[S 2 (S)P(OR)] (R = Me, Et, Pr n , Pr i , Bu n , Bu s , Bu i , Am i , Ph and C.h. = cyclohexyl) have been synthesized for the first time by the reaction of triphenylantimony (V) dibromide with potassium trithiophosphates in 1:1 molar ratio in methanol. These new compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, molecular weight determinations, and spectroscopic (IR,13C and 31P NMR) studies. Abstract

Dichlorodimethoxymolybdenum(V) 0.0′-dialkyl dithiophosphates, MoCI2(OMe)2S2,P(OR)2 (where R = Et, Prn, Pri,Bui) and dichlorodimethoxymolybdenum (V), 0,0′-alkylene dithiophosphates, MoCI2(OMe)2S2POGO (where G = CH2CMe2-, -CMe2,CMe2-,-CHMeCHMe-) have been synthesized by the reactions of MoCI3 (OMe)2, with sodium (or ammonium) salts of the corresponding dithiophosphoric acids.

These complexes have been characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, 31P NMR spectral data, magnetic studies and molecular weight determinations, which show their paramagnetic as well as dimeric nature. Based on these data, plausible structures containing hepta-coordinated molybdenum have been suggested for these compounds.  相似文献

Treatment of [BzPh3P][AuCl2] with [Hg(x-C6H4NO2)2] (x = o, m, or p) gives anionic gold(I) complexes of the type [BzPh3P][Au(R)Cl](R = o-, m- or p-C6H4NO2, Bz = C6H5CH2). The chloro ligand in [Au(o-C6H4NO2)Cl]? can be replaced by bromo or iodo ligands by use of NaBr or NaI. The anions [Au(R)Cl]? react with neutral monodentate ligands, L, to give neutral mononuclear complexes [Au(R)L] (R = o-C6H4NO2, L = PPh3, AsPh3; R = m-C6H4NO2, L = PPh3) and with 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dpe) to give [Au2(R)2(dpe)] (R = o-C6H4NO2). The corresponding [Au(p-C6H4NO2)Cl]? reacts with PPh3 or AsPh3 to give mixtures containing [AuClL]. The anionic ortho-nitrophenylgold(I) complex is much more stable than its meta- or para-nitrophenyl isomers. These are thought to be the first reports of nitrophenylgold(I) complexes.  相似文献

Two series of diorganotin(IV) dialkyldithiophosphates, [RR′Sn{SSP(OR″)2}2](R = Me or Et; R′= Ph; R″ = Et, Prn, Pri or Bun) and [RR′Sn(Cl){SSP(OR″)2}] (R = R′= Me, Et or Ph; R″ = Ph; R″ = Et, Pri or Bun) were prepared and characterised by i.r. and NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, 199Sn) spectroscopy. The NMR data indicate five and six coordinate geometries for [RR′Sn(Cl){SSP(OR″)2}] and [RR′Sn{SSP(OR″)2}2] complexes, respectively. The chloro complexes showed 2J (PSn) whereas such couplings were not observed in the spectra of [RR′Sn{SSP(OR″)2}2].  相似文献

New niobium imido complexes (RN)Nb(NEt2)3 (R = Prn, Pri and But), potential precursors to grow niobium containing thin films by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), were prepared by reacting the corresponding (RN)NbCl3py2 complexes (R = Prn, Pri and But; py = pyridine) with LiNEt2 in hydrocarbon solvents. The structures of (RN)NbCl3py2 (R = Pri and But), determined by X-ray crystallography, are mononuclear with distorted octahedral geometries, For each complex, three chloride ligands are cis to the imido ligand and occupy meridional positions. One of two py ligands is cis to and the other is trans to the imido ligand. For (PriN)NbCl3py2, the Nb=NPri bond distance (Å) is 1.733(3) and the ∠Nb=N-Pri angle (°) is 178.0(3). Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 8.805(2), b = 14.930(4), c = 13, 407(3) Å, β = 93.37(2)°, V = 1759.5(7) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.565 g cm3. For (ButN)NbCl3py2, the Nb=NBut bond distance (Å) is 1.734(4) and the ∠Nb=N-Bul angle (°) is 174.8(4). Mononuclear palladium(II) complexes of the type [Pd(Epy)(SS)(PPh3)] [E=S or Se; SS=S2CNEt2, S2P(OR)2 (R=Et, Prn, Pri)] have been prepared. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and NMR (1H, 31P{1H}, 77Se{1H}) spectral data. The NMR data indicate that there are two species in solution, i.e. one with chelating SS ligand predominates (∼95%) while the other with chelating Epy and monodentate SS existing in ∼5% concentration. The X-ray crystal structure of [Pd(Spy){S2P(OPri)2}(PPh3)] has been determined. The square planar palladium atom is coordinated to asymmetrically chelated (PriO)2PS2 ligand, PPh3 and pyS groups.  相似文献

As an extension of our studies dealing with reversible redox systems, six tetraquaternary salts have been synthesized. These compounds contain two 4,4'-bipyridinium units which are connected by either one or two rigid bridges. The single bridged systems (o-, m-3, p-3) contain one o-, m- or p-xylylene bridge. The double bridged systems (o,o-4, o,m-4 and m,m-4) contain two xylylene bridges and represent a new class of cyclophanes. A new and very simple high dilution technique is described for the synthesis of these compounds. Depending upon ring size, some of the systems show different internal mobility with regard to flipping of the bridges and rotation of the pyridinium rings. By voltammetry of compounds 3 and 4, only two or three of the expected four potentials are observed. This is probably due to the highly stabilized diradical dications 3SEM/SEM and 4SEM/SEM. From a study of the concentration and temperature dependent UV/VIS spectra of the cation radicals, the equilibrium constants K1 and K2 for intra- and intermolecular pimerization (CT complexation) together with their thermodynamic data are evaluated. The strongest intramolecular pimerization is observed with o-3SEM/SEM and o,o-4SEM/SEM, which exist exclusively as pimers.  相似文献

Reactions of Cp2TiR (R = Cl, C6F5, C6H5, o-CH3C6H4) with CO give two types of products: terminally coordinated adducts, Cp2Ti(R)CO, and insertion products, Cp2TiCOR, i.e. acyl compounds. The acyl ligand is η2-coordinated at the titanium atom. The preparations and properties of the compounds are described.  相似文献
