Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis of K5Na5H3[Nd(α-SiW11O39)2]·6H2O (triclinic, space group P1, a = 13.7738(10), b = 19.722(2), c = 20.6647(15) , α = 111.0090(10), β = 105.1740(10), γ = 98.6870(10)o, Z = 2, V = 4867.2(8), Mr = 5914.40, Dc = 4.026, μ = 26.754 mm-1, F(000) = 5076, R = 0.0750 and wR = 0.2077) reveals that two [α-SiW11O39]8- moieties are connected through one Nd atom which is in a square antiprismatic coordination environment by eight oxygen atoms from two [α-SiW11O391]8- moieties. The Nd(Ⅲ ) ion is substituted for a [WO]4+ unit in the "cap" region of the tungsten-oxygen framework of the parent Keggin ion. Disordered Na+ cations and water molecules reside outside these channels, leaving empty pores with an intersecting slot (13 × 10 ).  相似文献

A total of 8644 reflections with I≥3σ(I) were used in the structure analysis. The final R value is 0. 090, Rw value is 0. 091. The atom Nd is situated between two tetradentate heteropoly (GeMo11O39)8- ligands to form the anion [Nd(GeMo11O39)2]13-. 以Sm2O3,HClO4,NaOH和α-K8SiW11O39·nH2O等为原料合成了组成为K3{[Sm(H2O)7]2Na[α-SiW11O39Sm(H2O)4]2}·14H2O的三维无限伸展结构稀土配合物,并经IR,UV光谱,ICP原子发射光谱,TG-DTA,循环伏安,变温磁化率和X射线单晶衍射等分析手段进行了表征.X射线单晶衍射测定表明,该化合物属于三斜晶系,Pi空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.2462(3),b=1.2652(3),c=1.8420(4)nm,α=87.45(3),β=79.91(3),γ=82.57(3)°,Z=1,R1=0.0778,wR2=0.1610.结构分析结果显示,sm3+(1)配离子镶嵌在[α-SiW11O39]8-的空缺位置形成[α-SiW11O39Sm(H2O)4]5-亚单元,两个[α-SiW11O39Sm(H2O)4]5-亚单元通过两个Sm(1)-O-W桥互相连接形成标题化合物的二聚体结构单元[α-SiW11O39Sm(H2O)4]210-,相邻的二聚体结构单元又通过两个Sm3+(2)配离子和一个Na+(1)离子桥连成一维链状结构,链与链之间通过K+(1)离子连接成二维网状结构,网状结构又通过K+(2)离子构筑成新奇的三维无限伸展结构.TG-DTA结果表明,标题化合物阴离子骨架分解温度为554℃.循环伏安行为测试表明,标题化合物阴离子在pH=3.1的水溶液中存在两步氧化还原过程.变温磁化率结果表明,在较高温度(110~300 K)时,标题化合物磁性遵循居里-外斯定律,在较低温度(2~110 K)时,存在较强的反铁磁交换作用.  相似文献

Three new inorganic-organic composite polyoxotungstates [Cu(2,2'- bpy)2]5[α- PW11.5Cu0.5O40]·2H2O 1, [Co(2,2'-bp3)2(N3)2]4H3[α-PW12O40]·3H2O 2 and [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2(4,4'- bpy)]2[α-GeW12O40].4H2O 3 (2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombie space group Pna21 with α = 27.847(3), b = 21.597(2), c = 20.1179(19) A, V = 12099(2) A3, Z = 4, GOF= 1.038, R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1035; 2 belongs to the triclinic space group P1 with a= 12.31150(10), b = 16.1954(4), c = 19.36290(10) A, α = 99.366(11), β=105.168(8),γ = 111.836(8)°, V = 3309.98(9) A3, Z = 1, GOF = 1.024, R = 0.0739 and wR = 0.2216; and 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 12.858(4), b = 20.943(6), c = 15.598(5) A, β = 102.338(5)°, V = 4103(2) A3, Z = 2, GOF = 1.026, R = 0.0557 and wR = 0.1316. The common structural features of 1~3 are that their molecular structures all consist of a saturated a-Keggin polyoxoanion and several discrete metal-organic moieties. Intriguingly, 2 and 3 are composed of metal-organic coordination moieties with two mixed ligands.  相似文献

A new organic-inorganic hybrid phosphotungstate-based Cu~Ⅱ-Er~Ⅲ heterometallic derivative[Cu(dap)_2(H_2O)][Cu(dap)_2]_(4.5)[Er(α-PW_(11)O_(39))_2]·4H_2O(1,dap = 1,2-diaminopropane) has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.1 belongs to the triclinic space group P1 with a = 13.453(3),b =20.137(4),c = 24.565(4) A,α = 103.468(4),β = 103.829(4),γ = 98.296(4)°,V= 6148.0(19) A~3,Z =2,μ = 22.212 mm~(-1),GOOF = 1.030,R = 0.0744 and wR = 0.1700.Structural analysis indicates that1 exhibits a special two-dimensional double-layer structure constructed from l:2-type[Er(α-PW_(11)O_(39))_2]~(11-) moieties and[Cu(dap)_2]~(2+) linkers.From the topological viewpoint,1 displays a scare two-dimensional five-connected topology in which the[Er(α-PW_(11)O_(39))_2]~(11-) moieties function as the five-connected nodes.Furthermore,its thermogravimetric behavior has been studied.  相似文献

在水热条件下,以Na10[A-α-SiW9O34].18H2O、氯化铜、四氮唑乙酸和1,2-丙二胺为原料合成了一种三维有机-无机杂化单铜取代Keggin型硅钨酸盐[Cu(dap)2(H2O)][Cu(dap)2][Na(H2O)5]H[α-SiW11CuO39].H2O(1),并借助元素分析、红外光谱和单晶X射线衍射对其进行了表征.结果表明,化合物1的分子结构片段由1个单铜取代Keggin型多金属氧酸盐单元[α-SiW11CuO39]6-,1个支撑的[Cu(dap)2(H2O)]2+配离子,1个[Cu(dap)2(H2O)]2+桥配离子,1个[Na(H2O)5]+离子和1个结晶水分子组成.在[α-SiW11CuO39]6-单元中,缺位位点完全被一个铜原子占据,而不是被半个铜原子和半个钨原子所占据.值得注意的是,每个分子结构片段与4个邻近相同片段相连构筑有机-无机杂化三维框架.  相似文献

8,9,12-Trihydro-9,9-pentamethylene-12-(3-nitrophenyl)-11H-naphtho[1′,25,6] pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidin-11(10H)-one 1, another conversion product of Friedl(a)ndler reaction, has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-4H benzo[f]chromene-3-carbo- nitrile 2 with cyclohexanone in the presence of Lewis acid catalysts. The crystal of the title compound 1 THF solvate, C60H62N6O10, was obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction me- thod. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4633(11), b = 12.6247(12), c = 19.658(2)(A), α = 72.642(8), β = 89.045(9), γ = 68.340(5)°, V = 2509.6(4), Z = 2, Dc = 1.359 g/cm3, F(000) = 1088, Mr = 1027.16, the final R = 0.0674 and wR = 0.1869 with I > 2σ(I) and the goodness-of-fit S = 1.045 on F2. The pyrimidine ring has an envelope conformation, linked with a six-membered ring through a spiro C atom. The crystal packing of 1 THF solvate is stabilized by N-H…O hydrogen bonds, and π-π stacking interaction occurs between two adjacent nearly planar molecules of 1.  相似文献

A Keggin-type tungstosilicate compound [CoII(2,2'-bipy)2(H2O)]2[SiWVI12O40]·2H2O1 (bipy = bipyridine) was prepared by a hydrothermal method for the first time. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that 1 (C4H40Co2N8O44SiW12) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.4979(6), b = 13.3946(7), c = 13.5756(8) (A°), α= 70.0769(18), β= 68.910(3), y = 74.186(4)°,V =1649.84(16) (A°)3, M, = 3688.95, Z =1, Dc= 3.713 mg.m-3,μ= 21.432 mm-1, F(000) = 1644, S =1.058, the final R = 0.0511 and wR = 0.1023 for 6523 observed reflections (I> 2σ(I)). Compound 1 consists of two coordinated cation fragments [CoII(2,2'-bipy)2(H2O)]2+, one normal Keggin polyanion unit [SiWVI12O40]4- and two lattice water molecules. To be noted, each polyanion unit is linked to two cation fragments by its two surface terminal oxygen atoms and two cobalt atoms of two cation fragments forming an organic-inorganic hybrid unit in 1. Furthermore, the compound shows strong photo-luminescence property in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new organic-inorganic hybrid sandwich-type arsenotungstate[H2dap]2H2[Ni(dap)2] [Ni(dap)2(H2O)2][Ni4(H2O)2(B-α-AsVW9O34)2]·8H2O 1 (dap = 1,2-diaminopropane) has been synthesized by the reaction of Na6[AsIII2W21O69(H2O)]·nH2O, NiCl2·6H2O and dap under hydro- thermal conditions and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermo- gravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 13.5133(19), b = 19.043(3), c = 17.647(2) , β = 102.585(2)°, V = 4432.0(11) 3, T = 296(2) K, Z = 2, μ = 25.350 mm–1, GOOF = 1.058, R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0838. The molecular unit of 1 consists of two diprotonated [H2dap]2+ cations, two protons, one four-coordinate [Ni(dap)2]2+ cation, one six-coordinate [Ni(dap)2(H2O)2]2+ cation, one classic tetra-NiII substituted sandwich-type [Ni4(H2O)2(B-α-AsVW9O34)2]10– polyoxoanion and eight lattice water molecules. Furthermore, some reported different types of transition-metal substituted sandwich-type poly- oxoanions are summarized and compared.  相似文献

One novel polyoxometalate compound connected via trivalent cerium cation as bridge H2{[K(H2O)2]2[Ce(H2O)5]2(H2Mo1.16W10.84O42)}·8H2O 1 was designed and synthesized in aqueous solution. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the structure of 1 is a three-dimensional framework assembled from the arrangement of H2Mo1.16W10.84O42 (named paradodecmetalate-B) and Ce(H2O)53 containing two planes, which are constructed through the unification of H2Mo1.16W10.84O4210- and Ce(H2O)53 along the [100] and [001] directions. The titled complex has been synthesized by the reaction of sodium sulfo-salicylate with lanthanum and yttrium perchlorate. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffractometry. The crystal is monoclinic with space group C2/c. The unit cell parameters are as follows: a=16.289(8), b=18.323(8), c=22.044(8) A, β=106.34(2)°, V=6314(6) A3, Z=4 and Dc=1.764 g/cm3. The structure was solved by direct method. The least-square refinement based on 3776 observed reflections [F > 6σ(F)] converged to a final R=8.6% and F(000) is 3548. Yttrium ion with eight-coordinate is located in central of the molecule, the two lanthanum ions with ten-coordinate are located at the two sides of yttrium ion. There are two positions for Na in the molecule, one is in the C2 axis with six coordinate, the other one is in a general position with five-coordinate.  相似文献

The title compound crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 13.691(3), b = 17.744(4), c = 20.620(5), α =113.466(5), β = 91.184(5), γ = 104.223(5)°, V = 4414.3(17)~3, C_(24)H_(96)Co_8N_(16)O_(145)P_4W_(36), M_r = 10143.09, D_c = 3.816 g/cm~3, μ(MoKα) = 24.210 mm~(-1), F(000) = 4452, Z = 1, the final R = 0.0694 and wR = 0.1519 for 9910 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound consists of two sets of tetra-transition metal-substituted sandwich frameworks, [Co_4(H_2O)_2(α-B-PW_9O_(34))_2]~(10-) having an inversion centre. Two lacunary α-B-[PW_9O_(34)]~(9-) Keggin units are linked by a rhomb-like Co_4O_(14)(H_2O)_2 cluster, in which the Co~(2+) ions are coordinated by one water molecule. Isolatedly protonated 1,3-H2dap~(2+) units act as counter-ions to interact with the [Co_4(H_2O)_2(α-B-PW_9O_(34))_2]~(10-) heteropolyanions via hydrogen bonds, resulting in a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

A new polyoxomolybdate complex HNa7[Mo36O112(H2O)16]·47H2O 1 has been prepared in the beaker solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and elemental analyses. Crystal data: H127Mo36Na7O175, Mr = 6542.79, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 40.891(6), b =17.900(3), c = 25.580(4) (A), β = 125.673(2)°, V = 15210(4)(A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.857 g/cm3, F(000) =12464, μ = 3.013 mm-1, R = 0.0633 and wR = 0.1654 (I> 2σ(Ⅰ)). With the bridging sodium cations,the [Mo36O112(H2O)16]8- units in compound 1 are linked to form a one-dimensional structure, on the basis of which a three-dimensional architecture is further constructed via other sodium cations and complicated hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least squares to final R and Rw values of 0. 055 and 0. 065, respectively.The structure of the anion can be considered as two [VO(nta)] fragments connected by one μ2-O atom. Each vanadium atom in the fragment is coordinated by one vanadyl oxygen atom, one bridging-oxygen atom, three oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom from (nta) ligand in a distorted octahedral geometry.
