采用密度泛函方法在B3LYP/6-31+G**水平上研究了2',3'-二脱氧-2',3'-二去氢鸟嘌呤核苷分子(D4G)的构象. 分别研究在气相中的孤立分子和一水合物异构体的相对稳定性和异构体之间的相互转变过程, 分析了水分子的参与对D4G异构体的相对稳定性和几何结构参数以及自然电荷的影响. 结果表明, 孤立的D4G分子在气相中存在8种稳定构象, 其中构象d4g-2是所有构象中最稳定的, 气相中D4G主要以d4g-2存在. 气相中各构象的相对稳定性为: d4g-2>d4g-1>d4g-5>d4g-3>d4g-6>d4g-4>d4g-8>d4g-7. 计算得到的各构象键长和键角数据与实验值接近. 一个水分子的加入对D4G分子的构型参数有所影响, 基本不改变D4G分子各构象的稳定性顺序, 但构象转变的能垒有所提高. 氢键在分子构象中发挥了重要作用.  相似文献

通过Stille反应合成了3',4'-亚乙基二氧-2,2':5',2"-三噻吩(TET),并以其作为单体,采用化学氧化原位聚合方法在碳纳米管(CNT)的表面包覆新型聚(3',4'-亚乙基二氧.2,2':5',2"-三噻吩)(FTET),制备了PTET-CNT纳米复合材料.通过TEM、SEM和IR对其进行了表征,并利用循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒电流充放电等电化学测试方法,比较研究了复合材料以及碳纳米管在0.1 mol/L四乙基四氟硼酸铵(Et_4NPF_4)的乙腈溶液中的电化学行为.实验结果表明,在电流密度为3 mA/cm~2时,PTET-CNT复合材料的比电容为86 F/g,比原碳纳米管比电容20 F/g提高了3.3倍.基于这种复合材料的电容器的能量密度达到2.02 Wh/kg.  相似文献

在胺存在下,3,7-二硝基二苯并溴五环硫酸氢盐与二甲基亚砜反应生成2-溴-4,4'-二硝基-3'-二甲基锍-2'-联苯酚内盐(3).3的X射线晶体结构分析数据表明其分子具有内盐结构但酚氧负离子的负电荷是部分离域的,分子内两苯环所成的两面角为117.3°.3在熔解时发生重排及热分解分别生成2-溴-2'-甲氧基-3'-甲硫基-4,4'-二硝基联苯(6)及3,7-二硝基-4-甲硫基-二苯并呋喃(7).3与盐酸反应生成相应的锍盐(8).  相似文献

利用1-[5'-氨基-1'-(4'-氯苯基)-1', 2', 3'-三唑-4'-甲酰基]-4-芳基氨基硫脲在汞盐Hg(OAc)2-HOAc中加热缩合, 制得11种新的2-芳胺基-5-[5'-氨基-1'-(4'-氯苯基)-1', 2', 3'-三唑-4'-基]---1, 3, 4-恶二唑。所有化合物的结构经元素分析, IR、MS以及1H NMR确认。选择代表物作生测试验, 结果表明, 2b, 2k中MIC3.1mg/L时, 对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌繁殖有明显抑制。  相似文献

通过3-取代-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(3a~3m)和2-溴-2-(1H–1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-4′-氯代苯乙酮(2)的缩合反应,合成了13个新型3-取代-6-(4-氯苯基)-7-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1',2',4'-三唑[3,4-b]-1",3",4"-噻二嗪衍生物4a~4m.化合物结构经元素分析,1HNMR,IR和MS进行了表征.抗菌试验表明所合成的化合物对细菌表现出中等程度的抑制活性.  相似文献

设计并合成了新化合物3,4-双(3',5'-二硝基苯-1'-基)氧化呋咱(4).以苯甲腈为起始原料,经加成、重氮化、分子间二聚得到3,4-二苯基氧化呋咱(3),3经HNO3/H2SO4硝化合成了4,其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征;初步考察了加成、重氮化、缩合环化、硝化等反应的主要影响因素,确定了适宜的反应条件.  相似文献

应用芳基异氰酸酯与烯基膦亚胺1的氮杂Wittig反应,得到的碳二亚胺2,再与水合肼作用得到氨基咪唑啉酮衍生物4.而后用4与芳基异氰酸酯(或酰氯)、三苯基膦、六氯乙烷和三乙胺"一锅"反应,得到4,5-二氢咪唑并[1,2-b]-1',2',4'-三唑-4-酮衍生物6或7.探讨了所合成新型稠杂环化合物的生物活性,结果表明部分化合物表现出良好的杀菌活性.如7c在50mg/L浓度时,对棉花枯萎菌、稻瘟菌、黄瓜灰霉菌和油菜菌核菌的抑制率均达100%.  相似文献

在水热条件下利用H2btpa配体合成了2个镧系金属配合物{[Ln(btpa)(H2O)(OH)]·bpy}n(Ln=Tb(1),Pr(2),H2btpa=5-(3',4'-二(四唑-5'-基)苯氧基)间苯二甲酸,bpy=4,4'-联吡啶),并用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射、X射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征。配合物12中,双核镧系金属单元通过btpa2-配体以μ4:η1,η2,η1,η2的配位模式连接,形成二维网状结构,客体分子4,4'-联吡啶通过分子间的氢键作用存在于结构中。相邻的二维网通过氢键的识别作用以锁链形式拓展为三维超分子结构。室温下配合物1呈现出Tb的特征荧光发射峰。  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel benzo[b]pyrido[3',2':4,5] thieno[2,3-e][1,6] naphthyridine-8-one derivatives has been developed using a Pictet-Spengler reaction between 4-(3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)quinoline-2-ones, which could be obtained from the alkylation of 4-bromomethylquinoline-2-ones with 3-cyanopyridine-2-thione followed by a Thorpe-Ziegler isomerization, and aromatic aldehydes under p-TsOH as catalysis in good yields.  相似文献

Oximes of 3-ethoxycarbonyl-4-halo(methoxy)phenyl-2,7,7-trimethyl-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinolines are converted in polyphosphoric acid (PPA) into 3'-ethoxycarbonyl-4',7',7'-trimethyl-4-oxo-2',6',7',8'-tetrahydrospiro(cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,2'-pyrrolo[4,3,2-d,e]quinoline). The conformations of three 2',3'-difluoro uridine nucleosides were studied by X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, and ab initio calculations in an attempt to define the roles that the two vicinal fluorine atoms play in the puckering preferences of the furanose ring. Two of the compounds examined contained fluorine atoms in either the arabino or xylo dispositions at C2' and C3' of a 2',3'-dideoxyuridine system. The third compound also incorporated fluorine atoms in the xylo configuration on the furanose ring but was substituted with a 6-azauracil base in place of uracil. A battery of NMR experiments in D 2O solution was used to identify conformational preferences primarily from coupling constant and NOE data. Both (1)H and (19)F NMR data were used to ascertain the preferred sugar pucker of the furanose ring through the use of the program PSEUROT. Compound-dependent parameters used in the PSEUROT calculations were newly derived from complete sets of conformations calculated from high-level ab initio methods. The solution and theoretical data were compared to the conformations of each molecule in the solid state. It was shown that both gauche and antiperiplanar effects may be operative to maintain a pseudodiaxial arrangement of the C2' and C3' vicinal fluorine atoms. These data, along with previously reported data by us and others concerning monofluorinated nucleoside conformations, were used to propose a model of how fluorine influences different aspects of nucleoside conformations.  相似文献

Reaction of a substituted 2-aminothienothiopyran with methyl(phenyl) isothiocyanate, intramolecular cyclization of the obtained N'-methyl(phenyl) thioureido derivatives, and work up of the cyclization products with hydrazine hydrate gave 2-hydrazinodihydrothiopyranothienopyrimidines. Treatment of the latter with pyruvic acid gave the novel 10H-thiopyrano[4',3':4',5']thieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazines.  相似文献

We report here the conformational preference and prolyl cis-trans isomerization of 4(R)-substituted proline dipeptides, N-acetyl-N'-methylamides of 4(R)-hydroxy-L-proline and 4(R)-fluoro-L-proline (Ac-Hyp-NHMe and Ac-Flp-NHMe, respectively), studied at the HF/6-31+G(d), B3LYP/6-31+G(d), and B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) levels of theory. The 4(R)-substitution by electron-withdrawing groups did not result in significant changes in backbone torsion angles as well as endocyclic torsion angles of the prolyl ring. However, the small changes in backbone torsion angles phi and psi and the decrease of bond lengths r(Cbeta-Cgamma) or r(Cgamma-Cdelta) appear to induce the increase of the relative stability of the trans up-puckered conformation and to alter the relative stabilities of transition states for prolyl cis-trans isomerization. Solvation free energies of local minima and transition states in chloroform and water were calculated using the conductor-like polarizable continuum model at the HF/6-31+G(d) level of theory. The population of trans up-puckered conformations increases in the order Ac-Pro-NHMe < Ac-Hyp-NHMe < Ac-Flp-NHMe in chloroform and water. The increase in population for trans up-puckered conformations in solution is attributed to the increase in population for the polyproline-II-like conformations with up puckering. The barriers DeltaGct++ to prolyl cis-to-trans isomerization for Ac-Hyp-NHMe and Ac-Flp-NHMe increase as the solvent polarity increases, as seen for Ac-Pro-NHMe. In particular, it was identified that the cis-trans isomerization proceeds through the clockwise rotation about the prolyl peptide bond for Ac-Hyp-NHMe and Ac-Flp-NHMe in chloroform and water, as seen for Ac-Pro-NHMe.  相似文献

The molecular structure, conformational stability and isomerization of nitroso, nitro substituted benzene and 1,3-cyclopentadiene in gas phase have been investigated using ab initio and density functional theory methods. The molecular geometries and energetics of possible conformers were obtained by employing MP2, B3LYP and B3PW91 levels of theory implementing 6-31G* basis set. The relative stabilities of the conformations were evaluated from the energy differences of the structure. Chemical hardness (η) and chemical potential (μ) were calculated at HF/6-31G* level of theory for all the positional and geometrical isomers to study the maximum hardness principle. Each optimized structure has been tested against the imaginary frequencies at MP2/6-31G* level of theory in order to be sure they are located at energy minimum.  相似文献

分子CF_3NO_2(1)、CF_2CINO_2(2)、CFCl_2NO_2(3)和CCl_3NO_2(4)在光化学和大气化学中是一类重要的分子。虽然它们的许多性质被广泛研究,但是从理论上尤其是ab initio分子轨道法对它们分子结构和化学键的研究报导极少。本文在ab initio/STO-3G水平上,全构型优化,系统地研究了这类分子的结构和各种构型的稳定性,并与实验以及CX_3NO(X=F,Cl)的结构进行了比较。计算采用Gaussian-82程序。在VAX-8350计算机上完成。结果和讨论分子各种稳定构型的键长、键角、Hartree-Fock能量、电荷密度及偶极矩列于表1至表3。  相似文献

The conformational stability and the three rotor internal rotations in 3-chloro- and 3-bromo-1-propanols were investigated by DFT-B3LYP/6-311+G and ab initio MP2/6-311+G, MP3/6-311+G and MP4(SDTQ)//MP3/6-311+G levels of theory. On the calculated potential energy surface twelve distinct minima were located all of which were not predicted to have imaginary frequencies at the B3LYP level of theory. The calculated lowest energy minimum in the potential curves of both molecules was predicted to correspond to the Gauche-gauche-trans (Ggt) conformer in excellent agreement with earlier microwave and electron diffraction results. The equilibrium constants for the conformational interconversion of the two 3-halo-1-propanols were calculated at the B3LYP/6-311+G level of calculation and found to correspond to an equilibrium mixture of about 32% Ggt, 18% Ggg1, 13% Tgt, 8% Tgg and 8% Gtt conformations for 3-chloro-1-propanol and 34% Ggt, 15% Tgt, 13% Ggg1, 9% Tgg and 7% Gtt conformations for 3-bromo-1-propanol at 298.15K. The nature of the high energy conformations was verified by carrying out solvent experiments using formamide ( epsilon=109.5) and MP3 and MP4//MP3 calculations. The vibrational frequencies of each molecule in its three most stable forms were computed at the B3LYP level and complete vibrational assignments were made based on normal coordinate calculations and comparison with experimental data of the molecules.  相似文献
