Reaction of [WI(CO)27-C7H7)] with dppm (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) or dppe (dppe = Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) gives the trihaptocycloheptatrienyl complexes [WI(CO)2(L-L)(η3-C7H7)] [L-L = dppm, (A1); L-L = dppe (A2)]. The complex A1 reacts with NH4PF6 to give the unidentate biphosphine complex [W(CO)2(dppm-P)(η7-C7H7)][PF6] (B) which yields [W(CO)(dppm)(η7-C7H7)][PF6] (C) on reaction with Me3NO·2H2O. Substitution of a carbonyl ligand in [W(CO)37-C7H7)][PF6] with the organometallic phosphine ligand [Mo(CO)2(dppe-P)(η7-C7H7)][PF6] yields the heterobimetallic [{W(CO)27-C7H7)}(μ-dppe){Mo(CO)27-C7H7)}x][PF6]2 (D).  相似文献

The acid-mediated reaction of [{Co2(CO)6(μ-η2-HOCH2CC-)}2] (1) with the meta- and para-substituted aminothiophenols, 3-NH2-C6H4SH and 4-NH2-C6H4SH, affords the straight chain species, [{Co2(CO)6(μ-η2-(3-NH2-C6H4S)CH2CC-)}2] (2) and [{Co2(CO)6(μ-η2-(4-NH2-C6H4S)CH2CC-)}2] (3), respectively. The molecular structure of 3 reveals the presence of two isomeric forms differing in the relative disposition of the S-aryl groups. Conversely, reaction of 1 with the ortho-substituted aminothiophenol, 2-NH2-C6H4SH, furnishes the 10-membered macrocyclic species [{Co2(CO)6}2{cyclo-μ-η2:μ-η2-CH2C2C2CH2SC6H3-NH-2}] (4) along with the linear chain complex [{Co2(CO)6(μ-η2-(2-NH2-C6H4S)CH2CC-)}2] (5). On the other hand, treatment of 1 with the ortho-substituted mercaptopyridine, 2-SH-C5H4N, in the presence of HBF4 gives the salt [{Co2(CO)6(μ-η2-(2-S-C5H4NH)CH2CC-)}2](BF4)2 (6a) in good yield; work-up in the presence of base affords the neutral complex [{Co2(CO)6(μ-η2-(2-S-C5H4N)CH2CC-)}2] (6b). Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been reported on 3-5 and 6a.  相似文献

The coupling of [Ru(CO)2L(η4-cot)] (L = CO or PPh3, cot = cyclooctatetraene) with [Fe(CO)35-cyclohexadienyl)]+ or [Fe{P(OMe)3}(NO)23-allyl)]+ yields respectively the dimetallic species [Ru(CO)2L(η23-C8H8{Fe(CO)34-C6H7)}] (3) and the allyl-substituted derivative [Ru(CO)2L(η5-C8H8CH2C(Me)CH2)][PF6] (5) whose X-ray structure is reported; paramagnetic [Co(η-C5H5)2] and [Ru(CO)35-cyclohexadienyl)]+ give diamagnetic [Ru(CO)34-C6H7C5H6(o-C5H5)] (8) via CC bond formation and one-electron reduction.  相似文献

The dimer [Ru(η6-C16H16)Cl2]2 reacts with ligands L (L  PMe2Ph, PPh3, C5H5N) to give both neutral monomeric [Ru(η6-C16H16)Cl2L] and cationic monomeric [Ru(η6-C16H16)ClL2]+ products. One example, [Ru(η6-C16H16)Cl(C5H5N)2]-[PF6], has been characterised by X-ray crystallography. Reaction with the bidentate ligand 2,2′-bipyridyl gives the mononuclear cation [Ru(η6-C16H16)Cl(bipy)]+, isolated as its [BPh4] salt, whereas reaction with OMe or OEt gives dinuclear products [Ru(η6-C16H16)2(OR)3]+.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of the complex [Ru(η6-C6H6)(η6-C6H4(CH3)COOCH3)] [BF4]2 (2) and of its precursor [Ru(η6-C6H4(CH3)COOCH3)Cl2]2 (1) are reported. Compound (2) has been characterized in two polymorphic modifications (2a and 2b) and the molecular organization in the solid state has been investigated. The complex [Ru(η5-C5H5)(η6-C6H5OH)][PF6] (3) has also been investigated; it has been shown to possess a disorder similar to that observed in the high temperature phase of related systems such as [Ru(η5-C5H5)(η6-C6H6)][PF6].  相似文献

The new ruthenium(II) complex [(C8H10)RuCl2]n (1) (C8H10 = 1,3,5-cyclooctatriene; n ⩾ 2) has been obtained from the reaction of RuCl3·xH2O with 1,3,5,7-cyclooctatetraene in refluxing ethanol. Reduction of [(C8H10)RuCl2]n and [(C7H8)RuCl2]2 (2) (C7H8 = 1,3,5-cyclooctatriene) by Na/Hg amalgam in the presence of isoprene (C5H8) gives the novel ruthenium(O) complexes [(η6-C8H10)Ru(η4-C5H8)] (3) and [(η6-C7H8)Ru(η4-C5H8)] (4). [(η6-C7H8Ru(η4-C5H8)] reacts with CO and HBF4 to give [(η6-C7H8)Ru(η3-C5H9)(CO)][BF4] (C5H9 = trans-1,2-dimethylallyl (5a); 1,1-dimethylallyl (5b)).  相似文献

Structural analysis of a previously reported half-sandwich complex having three-legged “piano-stool” geometry [(η6-C6H6)RuII(L1)Cl][PF6] (1) (L1 = 2-(pyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine) is described. Treatment of 1 with (i) Ag(CF3SO3) in CH3CN and (ii) NaN3 in CH3OH, and (iii) the reaction between [(η6-C6H6)Ru(L2)Cl]-[PF6] (2) (previously reported) and NaCN in C2H5OH led to the isolation of [(η6-C6H6)Ru(L1)(CH3CN)][PF6]2 (3), [(η6-C6H6)Ru(L1)(N3)][PF6] (4), and [(η6-C6H6)Ru(L2)(CN)][PF6] (5), respectively (L2 = 2-(3,5-dimethyl-pyrazol-1-ylmethyl)pyridine). The complex [(η6-C6H6)Ru(L4)Cl][PF6] (6) with a new ligand (L4 = 2-[3-(4-fluorophenyl)pyrazol-1-ylmethyl]pyridine) has also been synthesized. The structures of 3-6 have been elucidated (1H NMR spectra; CD3CN). The molecular structures of 1, 4, and 6·C6H5CH3 have been determined. Notably, the crystal-packing in these structures is governed by C-H?X (X = Cl, N) interactions, generating helical architectures.  相似文献

Addition of [C7H7][PF6] to iron, ruthenium or osmium alkynyl complexes has given eight cationic cycloheptatrienylvinylidene derivatives [M{C C(C7H7)R}(L)2 (η-C5H5)][PF6] (M = Fe, Ru or Os; R = Me, Pr, Ph or C6F5; L = PPh3, L2 = dppm or dppe; but not all combinations). With Fe(C2Ph)(CO)2(η-C5H5), only [Fe(CO)2(thf)(η-C5H5)][PF6] was obtained. Reactions of the new complexes are characterised by loss of the C7H7 group. The NMR spectra and FAB mass spectra are described in detail.  相似文献

The mononuclear η5-cyclopentadienyl complexes [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl], [(η5-C5H5)Os(PPh3)2Br] and pentamethylcyclopentadienyl complex [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] react in the presence of 1 eq. of the tetradentate N,N′-chelating ligand 3,5-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazole (bpp-H) and 1 eq. of NH4PF6 in methanol to afford the mononuclear complexes [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)(bpp-H)]PF6 ([1]PF6), [(η5-C5H5)Os(PPh3)(bpp-H)]PF6 ([2]PF6) and [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)(bpp-H)]PF6 ([3]PF6), respectively. The dinuclear η5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl complexes [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(μ-Cl)Cl]2 as well as the dinuclear η6-arene ruthenium complexes [(η6-C6H6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 react with 2 eq. of bpp-H in the presence of NH4PF6 or NH4BF4 to afford the corresponding mononuclear complexes [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(bpp-H)Cl]PF6 ([4]PF6), [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(bpp-H)Cl]PF6 ([5]PF6), [(η6-C6H6)Ru(bpp-H)Cl]BF4 ([6]BF4) and [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(bpp-H)Cl]BF4 ([7]BF4). However, in the presence of 1 eq. of bpp-H and NH4BF4 the reaction with the same η6-arene ruthenium complexes affords the dinuclear salts [(η6-C6H6)2Ru2(bpp)Cl2]BF4 ([8]BF4) and [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)2Ru2(bpp)Cl2]BF4 ([9]BF4), respectively. These compounds have been characterized by IR, NMR and mass spectrometry, as well as by elemental analysis. The molecular structures of [1]PF6, [5]PF6 and [8]BF4 have been established by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies and some representative complexes have been studied by UV–vis spectroscopy.  相似文献

Reactions of 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-4-phenylpyridazine (Lph) with [(η6-arene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (arene = C6H6, p-iPrC6H4Me and C6Me6), [(η5-C5Me5)M(μ-Cl)Cl]2, (M = Rh and Ir) and [(η5-Cp)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] (Cp = C5H5, C5Me5 and C9H7) afford mononuclear complexes of the type [(η6-arene)Ru(Lph)Cl]PF6, [(η5-C5Me5)M(Lph)Cl]PF6 and [(Cp)Ru(Lph)(PPh3)]PF6 with different structural motifs depending on the π-acidity of the ligand, electronic properties of the central metal atom and nature of the co-ligands. Complexes [(η6-C6H6)Ru(Lph)Cl]PF61, [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(Lph)Cl]PF62, [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(Lph)Cl]PF65, [(η5-Cp)Ru(PPh3)(Lph)]PF6, (Cp = C5H5, 6; C5Me5, 7; C9H7, 8) show the type-A binding mode (see text), while complexes [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(Lph)Cl]PF63 and [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(Lph)Cl]PF64 show the type-B binding mode (see text). These differences reflect the more electron-rich character of the [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(μ-Cl)Cl]2 complexes compared to the other starting precursor complexes. Binding modes of the ligand Lph are determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray analysis as well as evidence obtained from the solid-state structures and corroborated by density functional theory calculations. From the systems studied here, it is concluded that the electron density on the central metal atom of these complexes plays an important role in deciding the ligand binding sites.  相似文献

The reaction of [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] (1) with acetonitrile in the presence of excess NH4PF6 leads to the formation of the cationic ruthenium(II) complex [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)2(CH3CN)]PF6 (2). The complex (2) reacts with a series of N,N′ donor Schiff base ligands viz. para-substituted N-(pyrid-2-ylmethylene)-phenylamines (ppa) in methanol to yield pentamethylcylopentadienyl ruthenium(II) Schiff base complexes of the formulation [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)(C5H4N-2-CHN-C6H4-p-X)]PF6 [3a]PF6–[3f]PF6, where C5Me5 = pentamethylcylopentadienyl, X = H, [3a]PF6, Me, [3b]PF6, OMe, [3c]PF6, NO2, [3d]PF6, Cl, [3e]PF6, COOH, [3f]PF6. The complexes were isolated as their hexafluorophosphate salts. The complexes were fully characterized on the basis of elemental analyses and NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of a representative complex, [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)(C5H4N-2-CHN-C6H4-p-Cl)]PF6 [3e]PF6, has been established by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Large bite bisphosphite ligand, 2,6-C5H3N{CH2OP(-OC10H6)(μ-S)(C10H6O-)}2 (2), is obtained by reacting chlorophosphite, {-OC10H6(μ-S)C10H6O-}PCl (1) with 2,6-pyridinedimethanol in presence of triethylamine.Treatment of 2 with aqueous solution of H2O2 or elemental sulfur resulted in the formation of bis(oxide) or bis(sulfide) derivatives, 2,6-C5H3N{CH2OP(E)(-OC10H6)(μ-S)(C10H6O-)}2 (3, E = O; 4, E = S) in quantitative yield. The 10-membered cationic chelate complex, [RuCl(η6-C10H142-2,6-C5H3N{CH2OP(-OC10H6)(μ-S)(C10H6O-)}2PP]Cl (5) is produced in the reaction between [Ru(p-cymene)(μ-Cl)(Cl)]2 and bisphosphite 2, whereas the neutral chelate complex, cis-[Rh(CO)Cl{2,6-C5H3N{CH2OP(-OC10H6(μ-S)C10H6O-)}2}-κPP] (6) is isolated in the reaction of 2 with 0.5 equiv.of [Rh(CO)2Cl]2.Compound 2 on treatment with M(COD)Cl2 (M = Pd, Pt) produce the chelate complexes, [MCl22-2,6-C5H3N{CH2OP(-OC10H6)(μ-S)(C10H6O-)}2}-κPP] (7, M = Pd;10, M = Pt).Similarly the reaction of bisphosphite 2 with Pd(COD)MeCl affords cis-[PdMe(Cl)η2-2,6-C5H3N{CH2OP(-OC10H6)(μ-S)(C10H6O-)}2PP] (8).Treatment of 2 with [Pd(η3- C3H5)Cl]2 in the presence of AgClO4 furnish the cationic complex, [Pd(η3-C3H52-2,6-C5H3N{CH2OP(-OC10H6)(μ-S)(C10H6O-)}2PP]ClO4 (9). The binuclear complex, [Au2Cl2{2,6-C5H3N{CH2OP(-OC10H6)(μ-S)(C10H6O-)}2}-κPP] (11) is obtained in the reaction of compound 2 with two equiv. of AuCl(SMe2), where the ligand exhibits bridged bidentate mode of coordination. All the complexes are characterized by the 1H NMR, 31P NMR, elemental analysis and mass spectroscopy data. The cationic ruthenium complex 5 is proved to be an active catalyst for the hydrogenation of styrene and α-methyl styrene.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2]2 with 2.0 mol equivalents of C(CH2SMe)4, C(CH2SeMe)4, 1,2,4,5-C6H2(CH2SMe)4 or 1,2,4,5-C6H2(CH2SeMe)4 (L4) and [NH4][PF6] in ethanol solution forms the [RuCl(η6-p-cymene){κ2-L4}][PF6] complexes. Similar Os(II) complexes are obtained starting with [Os(η6-p-cymene)Cl2]2. Treatment of [RuCl(η6-p-cymene){κ2-L4}][PF6] with a further 0.5 mol equivalents of [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2]2 or reaction of [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2]2 directly with 1.0 mol equivalent of L4 forms the homobimetalllic [{RuCl(η6-p-cymene)}22κ′2-L4}][PF6]2. Reaction of [OsCl(η6-p-cymene)-{κ2-C(CH2SeMe)4}][PF6] with [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl2]2 or [PtCl2(MeCN)2] affords the heterobimetallic [{OsCl(η6-p-cymene)}{RuCl(η6-p-cymene)}{κ2κ′2-C(CH2SeMe)4}][PF6]2 and [{OsCl(η6-p-cymene)}{PtCl2}{κ2κ′2-C(CH2SeMe)4}][PF6] respectively. The complexes have been characterised by multinuclear NMR and IR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The mononuclear cations of the general formula [(η6-arene)RuCl(dpqMe2)]+ (dpqMe2 = 6,7-dimethyl-2,3-di(pyridine-2-yl)quinoxaline; arene = C6H6, 1; C6H5Me, 2; p-PriC6H4Me, 3; C6Me6, 4) as well as the dinuclear dications [(η6-arene)2Ru2Cl2(μ-dpqMe2)]2+ (arene = C6H6, 5; C6H5Me, 6; p-PriC6H4Me, 7; C6Me6, 8) have been synthesised from 6,7-dimethyl-2,3-di(pyridine-2-yl)quinoxaline (dpqMe2) and the corresponding chloro complexes [(η6-C6H6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [(η6-C6H5Me)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [(η6-p-PriC6H4Me)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2, respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analyses of [1][PF6], [3][PF6] and [6][PF6]2 reveal a typical piano-stool geometry around the metal centre; in the dinuclear complexes the two chloro ligands, with respect to each other, are found to be trans oriented.  相似文献

New series of half-sandwich ruthenium(II) complexes supported by a group of bidentate pyridylpyrazole and pyridylimidazole ligands [(η6-C6H6)Ru(L2)Cl][PF6] (1), [(η6-C6H6)Ru(HL3)Cl][PF6] (2), [(η6-C6H6)Ru(L4)Cl][PF6] (3), and [(η6-C6H6)Ru(HL5)Cl][PF6] (4) [L2, 2-[3-(4-chlorophenyl)pyrazol-1-ylmethyl]pyridine; HL3, 3-(2-pyridyl)pyrazole; L4, 1-benzyl-[3-(2′-pyridyl)]pyrazole; HL5, 2-(1-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine] are reported. The molecular structures of 1-4 both in the solid state by X-ray crystallography and in solution using 1H NMR spectroscopy have been elucidated. Further, the crystal packing in the complexes is stabilized by C-H?X (X = Cl and π), N-H?Cl, and π-π interactions.  相似文献

A quite general approach for the preparation of η5-and η6-cyclichydrocarbon platinum group metal complexes is reported. The dinuclear arene ruthenium complexes [(η6-arene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (arene = C6H6, C10H14 and C6Me6) and η5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl rhodium and iridium complexes [(η6-C5Me5)M(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (M = Rh, Ir) react with 2 equiv. of 4-amino-3,5-di-pyridyltriazole (dpt-NH2) in presence of NH4PF6 to afford the corresponding mononuclear complexes of the type [(η6-arene)Ru(dpt-NH2)Cl]PF6 {arene = C10H14 (1), C6H6 (2) and C6Me6 (3)} and [(η6-C5Me5)M(dpt-NH2)Cl]PF6 {M = Rh (4), Ir (5)}. However, the mononuclear η5-cyclopentadienyl analogues such as [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl], [(η5-C5H5)Os(PPh3)2Br], [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] and [(η5-C9H7)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] complexes react in presence of 1 equiv. of dpt-NH2 and 1 equiv. of NH4PF6 in methanol yielded mononuclear complexes [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)(dpt-NH2)]PF6 (6), [(η5-C5H5)Os(PPh3)(dpt-NH2)]PF6 (7), [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)(dpt-NH2)]PF6 (8) and [(η5-C9H7)Ru(PPh3)(dpt-NH2)]PF6 (9), respectively. These compounds have been totally characterized by IR, NMR and mass spectrometry. The molecular structures of 4 and 6 have been established by single crystal X-ray diffraction and some of the representative complexes have also been studied by UV–Vis spectroscopy.  相似文献

The reaction of the dilithium salt Li2[Me2Si(C5H4)(C5Me4)] (2) of Me2Si(C5H5)(C5HMe4) (1) with [MCl(C8H12)]2 (M=Rh, Ir) and [RhCl(CO)2]2 afforded homodinuclear metal complexes [{Me2Si(η5-C5H4)(η5-C5Me4)}{M(C8H12)}2] (M=Rh: 3; M=Ir: 4) and [{Me2Si(η5-C5H4)(η5-C5Me4)}Rh2(CO)2(μ-CO)] (5), respectively. The reaction of 2 with RhCl(CO)(PPh3)2 afforded a mononuclear metal complex [{Me2Si(C5HMe4)(η5-C5H4)}Rh(CO)PPh3] (6) leaving the C5HMe4 moiety intact. Taking advantage of the difference in reactivity of the two cyclopentadienyl moieties of 2, heterodinuclear complexes were prepared in one pot. Thus, the reaction of 2 with RhCl(CO)(PPh3)2, followed by the treatment with [MCl(C8H12)]2 (M=Rh, Ir) afforded a homodinuclear metal complex [Rh(CO)PPh3{(η5-C5H4)SiMe25-C5Me4)}Rh(C8H12)] (7) consisting of two rhodium centers with different ligands and a heterodinuclear metal complex [Rh(CO)(PPh3){(η5-C5H4)SiMe25-C5Me4)}Ir(C8H12)] (8). The successive treatment of 2 with [IrCl(C8H12)]2 and [RhCl(C8H12)]2 provided heterodinuclear metal complex [Ir(C8H12){(η5-C5H4)SiMe25-C5Me4)}Rh(C8H12)] (9). The reaction of 2 with CoCl(PPh3)3 and then with PhCCPh gave a mononuclear cobaltacyclopentadiene complex [{Me2Si(C5Me4H)(η5-C5H4)}Co(CPhCPhCPhCPh)(PPh3)] (10). However, successive treatment of 2 with CoCl(PPh3)3, PhCCPh and [MCl(C8H12)]2 in this order afforded heterodinuclear metal complexes [M(C8H12){(η5-C5H4)SiMe25-C5Me4)}Co(η4-C4Ph4)] (M=Rh: 11; M=Ir: 12) in which the cobalt center was connected to the C5Me4 moiety. Although the heating of 10 afforded a tetraphenylcyclobutadiene complex [{Me2Si(C5Me4H)(η5-C5H4)}Co(η4-C4Ph4)] (13), in which the cobalt center was connected to the C5H4 moiety, simple heating of the reaction mixture of 2, CoCl(PPh3)3 and PhCCPh resulted in the formation of a tetraphenylcyclobutadiene complex [{Me2Si(C5H5)(η5-C5Me4)}Co(η4-C4Ph4)] (14), in which the cobalt center was connected to the C5Me4 moiety. The mechanism of the cobalt transfer was suggested based on the electrophilicity of the formal trivalent cobaltacyclopentadiene moiety. In the presence of 1,5-cyclooctadiene, the reaction of 2 with CoCl(PPh3)3 provided a mononuclear cobalt cyclooctadiene complex [{Me2Si(C5Me4H)(η5-C5H4)}Co(C8H12)] (15). The reaction of 15 with n-BuLi followed by the treatment with [MCl(C8H12)]2 (M=Rh, Ir) afforded the heterodinuclear metal complexes of [Co(C8H12){(η5-C5H4)SiMe25-C5Me4)}M(C8H12)] (M=Rh: 16; M=Ir: 17). Treatment of 6 with Fe2(CO)9 at room temperature afforded a heterodinuclear metal complex [{Me2Si(C5HMe4)(η5-C5H4)}{Rh(PPh3)(μ-CO)2Fe(CO)3}] (18) in which the C5HMe4 moiety was kept intact. Treatment of dinuclear metal complex 5 with Fe2(CO)9 afforded a heterotrinuclear metal complex [{(η5-C5H4)SiMe25-C5Me4)}{Rh(CO)Rh(μ-CO)2Fe(CO)3}] (19) having a triangular metal framework. The crystal and molecular structures of 3, 11, 12, 18 and 19 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A new family of three-legged piano stool structured organometallic compounds containing the η5-cyclopentadienylruthenium(II)/iron(II) fragments {M(η5-C5H5) (DPPE)}+, {Ru(η5-C5H5)(PPh3)2}+ and {Ru(η5-C5H5)(TMEDA)}+ with coordinated thiophene based chromophores, namely 5-(2-thiophen-2-yl-vinyl)-thiophene-2-carbonitrile (L1) and 5-[2-(5-Nitro-thiophen-2-yl)-vinyl]-thiophene-2-carbonitrile (L2) has been synthesized and fully characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopies. Also, electrochemical studies were carried out by cyclic voltammetry and all experimental data are interpreted and compared with related compounds under the scope of NLO properties. The reaction of [Co2(CO)6(dppm)] (1) with the ethynyl substituted triarylamines [N(C6H4-4-C??CSiMe3)(C6H4Me-4)2] (2) or [N(C6H4-4-C??CSiMe3)2(C6H4Me-4)] (3) affords [{Co2(CO)4(dppm)}{??-(Me3SiC2-4-C6H4)N(C6H4Me-4)2}] (4) or a mixture of [Co2{??-Me3SiC2-4-C6H4N(C6H4-4-C??CSiMe3)(C6H4Me-4)}(CO)4(dppm)] (5) and [{Co2(CO)4(dppm)}2{??-(Me3SiC2-4-C6H4)2N(C6H4Me-4)}] (6), respectively. A combination of electrochemical measurements in different electrolytes, and IR and NIR spectroscopic studies of these compounds, which feature both organometallic and organic redox active groups, indicates that the cluster centres are oxidised at significantly less positive potentials than the triarylamine moieties. Reaction of 6 with one or two equivalents of [Fe(??-C5H4COMe)Cp]PF6 gives [6][PF6] n (n?=?1, 2), which are best described in terms of cluster-localised oxidation processes. Despite the presence of the substantial differences in the first and second cluster based oxidations in 6 (up to 220?mV in CH2Cl2/0.1?M [NBu4][BAr 4 F ]), there is little ground state delocalisation between the cluster centres through the triarylamine bridge. The stabilisation of [6]+ with respect to disproportionation can be attributed to electrostatic effects.  相似文献

The mononuclear cationic complexes [(η6-C6H6)RuCl(L)]+ (1), [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)RuCl(L)]+ (2), [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)(L)]+ (3), [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)(L)]+ (4), [(η5-C5Me5)RhCl(L)]+ (5), [(η5-C5Me5)IrCl(L)]+ (6) as well as the dinuclear dicationic complexes [{(η6-C6H6)RuCl}2(L)]2+ (7), [{(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)RuCl}2(L)]2+ (8), [{(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)}2(L)]2+ (9), [{(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)}2(L)]2+ (10), [{(η5-C5Me5)RhCl}2(L)]2+ (11) and [{(η5-C5Me5)IrCl}2(L)]2+ (12) have been synthesized from 4,4′-bis(2-pyridyl-4-thiazole) (L) and the corresponding complexes [(η6-C6H6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [(η5-C5H5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl)], [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(PPh3)2Cl], [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(μ-Cl)Cl]2, respectively. All complexes were isolated as hexafluorophosphate salts and characterized by IR, NMR, mass spectrometry and UV-vis spectroscopy. The X-ray crystal structure analyses of [3]PF6, [5]PF6, [8](PF6)2 and [12](PF6)2 reveal a typical piano-stool geometry around the metal centers with a five-membered metallo-cycle in which 4,4′-bis(2-pyridyl-4-thiazole) acts as a N,N′-chelating ligand.  相似文献
