Starting from a Tu Guizhang‘s isospectral‘problem, a Lax pair is obtained by means of Tu scheme ( we call it Tu Lax pair ). By applying a gauge transformation between matrices, the Tu Lax pair is changed to its equivalent Lax pair with the traces of spectral matrices being zero, whose compatibility gives rise to a type of Tu hierarchy of equations. By making use of a high order loop algebra constructed by us, an integrable coupling system of the Tu hierarchy of equations are presented. Especially, as reduction cases, the integrable couplings of the celebrated AKNS hierarchy, TD hierarchy and Levi hierarchy are given at the same time.  相似文献

A family of integrable differential–difference equations is derived by the method of Lax pairs. A discrete Hamiltonian operator involving two arbitrary real parameters is introduced. When the parameters are suitably selected, a pair of discrete Hamiltonian operators is presented. Bi-Hamiltonian structure of obtained family is established by discrete trace identity. Then, Liouville integrability for the obtained family is proved. Ultimately, through the binary nonlinearization of the Lax pairs and adjoint Lax pairs, every differential–difference equation in obtained family is factored by an integrable symplectic map and a finite-dimensional integrable system in Liouville sense.  相似文献

A three-step method due to Nijhoff and Bobenko & Suris to derive a Lax pair for scalar partial difference equations (PΔEs) is reviewed. The method assumes that the PΔEs are defined on a quadrilateral, and consistent around the cube. Next, the method is extended to systems of PΔEs where one has to carefully account for equations defined on edges of the quadrilateral. Lax pairs are presented for scalar integrable PΔEs classified by Adler, Bobenko, and Suris and systems of PΔEs including the integrable two-component potential Korteweg–de Vries lattice system, as well as nonlinear Schrödinger and Boussinesq-type lattice systems. Previously unknown Lax pairs are presented for PΔEs recently derived by Hietarinta (J. Phys. A, Math. Theor. 44:165204, 2011). The method is algorithmic and is being implemented in Mathematica.  相似文献

A coupled Ramani equation and its related system are proposed. By dependent variable transformation, they are transformed into bilinear equations. The Lax integrability of the coupled KdV equations derived from two-layer fluids [S.Y. Lou, B. Tong, H.C. Hu, X.Y. Tang, Coupled KdV equations derived from two-layer fluids, J. Phys. A: Math. Gen. 39 (2006) 513-527] is investigated by means of prolongation technique. As a result, the Lax pairs of some Painlevé integrable coupled KdV equations and several new coupled KdV equations are obtained. Finally, the Miura transformations and some coupled modified KdV equations associated with the Lax integrable coupled KdV equations are derived by an easy way.  相似文献

A new vector long wave-short wave-type model is proposed by resorting to the zero-curvature equation. Based on the resulting Riccati equations related to the Lax pair and the gauge transformations between the Lax pairs, multifold Darboux transformations are constructed for the vector long wave-short wave-type model. This method is general and is suitable for constructing the Darboux transformations of other soliton equations, especially in the absence of symmetric conditions for Lax pairs. As an illustrative example of the application of the Darboux transformations, exact solutions of the two-component long wave-short wave-type model are obtained, including solitons, breathers, and rogue waves of the first, second, third, and fourth orders. All the solutions derived by the Darboux transformations involve square roots of functions, which is not observed in the investigation of other nonlinear integrable equations. This model describes new nonlinear phenomena.  相似文献

We construct a map between Lax equations for pairs of Liouville integrable Hamiltonian systems related by a multiparameter Stäckel transform. Using this map, we construct Lax representation for a wide class of separable systems by applying the multiparameter Stäckel transform to Lax equations of suitably chosen systems from a seed class. For a given separable system, we obtain in this way a set of nonequivalent Lax equations parameterized by an arbitrary function of the spectral parameter, as it is in the case of a related seed system.  相似文献

Firstly, a hierarchy of integrable lattice equations and its bi-Hamilt-onian structures are established by applying the discrete trace identity. Secondly, under an implicit Bargmann symmetry constraint, every lattice equation in the nonlinear differential-difference system is decomposed by an completely integrable symplectic map and a finite-dimensional Hamiltonian system. Finally, the spatial part and the temporal part of the Lax pairs and adjoint Lax pairs are all constrained as finite dimensional Liouville integrable Hamiltonian systems.  相似文献

The L and T operators of the Korteweg-de Vries equation are modified to seek a (3+1)-dimensional integrable equation. However, the Lax equation in this case is eventually reduced to a (2+1)-dimensional equation. We also propose other modified equations and their Lax pairs. A similar attempt is made to derive a higher-dimensional Harry Dym (HD) equation. As a result, a new (2+1)-dimensional HD equation is presented. We report two integrable peakon systems that have weak kink and kink-peakon interactional solutions. Both peakon systems are guaranteed integrable through providing their Lax pairs. The peakon and multi-peakon solutions of both equations are studied. In particular, the two-peakon dynamic systems are explicitly presented and their collisions are investigated. The weak kink solution is studied, and more interesting, the kink-peakon interactional solutions are proposed for the first time.  相似文献

Two hierarchies of integrable positive and negative lattice equations in connection with a new discrete isospectral problem are derived. It is shown that they correspond to positive and negative power expansions respectively of Lax operators with respect to the spectral parameter, and each equation in the resulting hierarchies is Liouville integrable. Moreover, infinitely many conservation laws of corresponding positive lattice equations are obtained in a direct way. Finally, a Darboux transformation is established with the help of gauge transformations of Lax pairs for the typical lattice soliton equations, by means of which the exact solutions are given.  相似文献

In this paper, we use the differential form method to seek Lie point symmetries of a (2 + 1)-dimensional Camassa–Holm (CH) system based on its Lax pair. Then we reduce both the system and its Lax pair with the obtained symmetries, as a result some reduced (1 + 1)-dimensional equations with their new Lax pairs are presented. At last, the conservation laws for the CH system are derived from a direct method.  相似文献

The direct linearization structure is presented of a “mild” but significant generalization of the lattice BSQ system. Some of the equations in this system were recently discovered in [1] through a search of a class of three‐component systems obeying the property of multidimensional consistency. We show that all the novel equations arising in this class follow from one and the same underlying structure. Lax pairs for these systems are derived and explicit expressions for the N ‐soliton solutions are obtained from the given structure.  相似文献

In this paper, the prolongation structures of a generalized coupled Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) equation are investigated and two integrable coupled KdV equations associated with their Lax pairs are derived.
