Sunflower, soybean, and linseed oils are renewable resources that can be readily epoxidized. Epoxidation of these oils has the potential for use as an environmentally friendly, reactive material in pigmented formulation, designed for use as functional coatings. This study concern the synthesis of phthalimide modified epoxy compounds through reacting N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl) phthalimide (HEP) with epoxidized sunflower, soybean and linseed oils. The resulting compounds possessed both oxirane ring and phthalimide group. Incorporation of phthalimide group into epoxy resins provided cyclic imide structure and high cross‐linking density to the stoved resins, to achieve good mechanical characteristics and high chemical resistance to these resins. The films of phthalimide sunflower, soybean and linseed‐based epoxy resins were found to be similar with respect to resistance to water, alkali, acids, and solvents as well as gloss%, adhesion, impact, hardness, bending, and flexibility.  相似文献

The effects of oxygen on the chemical structure, morphology, hydrophilicity and drug release behavior of radio-frequency plasma poly n- butyl methacrylate (PPBMA) thin film were carded out for the first time. ATR-FTIR and XPS showed that oxygen had little influence on the chemical structure and composition of PPBMAs, which did not agree with the thought that the presence of oxygen gas would increase the oxidized carbon functionalities in the plasma polymer. SEM and static contact angle measurement indicated that in case of deposition with oxygen, the smoothness and hydrophilicity of PPBMA were dramatically improved. The drug release behavior showed that drug release from the PPBMA coating without oxygen was biphasic patterns, while from PPBMA coating with oxygen was Higuchi release. These results were helpful for the design and tailoring of the PPBMA polymer film and other of plasma polymers film, but could provide a new idea for the drug release controlled form.  相似文献

In this paper, polyurethane resins were synthesized from liquefied benzylated wood and TDI (toluene diisocyanate)-TMP (trihydromethylene propane) prepolymer. And the relation between microphase structure and properties of PU samples were also studied. The results indicated that coatings obtained had good mechanical and thermal properties. The amount of the curing agent has great effect on the degree of phase segregation. In addition, with increased the curing agent amount, the thermal stabilities were also improved.  相似文献

Two new polymer surfactants poly(propylene oxide)-a-tetradecyl-dimethylammonium chloride(PPOTA) and poly(propylene oxide)-a-cetyl-dimethylammonium chloride(PPOCA) were synthesized,which possess the characteristics of both cationic and nonionic surf actants.The properties of PPOTA and PPOCA were investigated.The synthesized surfactants can be used as sensitizing and solubilizing reagents for spectrophotometric analysis.Some examples of micellae improved by spectrophotometric systems such as Sc(Ⅲ)-CAS,Ge(Ⅳ)-PF and Ni(Ⅱ)-CAS were given.  相似文献

A series of new chelating resins with incorporating heterocyclic functional groups: pyridine, thiadizole, benzothizole into macroporous chloromethylated polystyrene were synthesized via hydrophilic spacer arm of polyethylene glycol containing sulfur. These chelating resins were found to show high adsorption capacities for Ag^+, Hg^2+, Au^3+ and Pd^2+, and the presence of spacer arm can enhance adsorption ability due to increase the hydrophilicity of the chelating resins.  相似文献

A new nitrogen-containing epoxy resin (XT resin) was synthesized from chain extension of xylenephenolformaldehYlde resin (XPF) and triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) in the presence of base catalyst. FT-IR and H-NMR analysis confirmed the chemical structure of XT resin. It was cured with dicyandiamide (DICY) and diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS). Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) results showed that the introduction of triazine ring provides epoxy polymer with good thermal stability. Furthermore, high char yields at 800℃ in thermogravimetric (TGA)analysis indicated that XT resin had potential flame retardance.  相似文献

The viscous properties, scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), and water/oil interfacial tension (IFT) of partially hydrolyzed polyacryamide (HPAM) and hydrophobically associating hydrolyzed polyacryamides modified with N‐dodecylacrylamide were studied with the objective of investigating the influence on destabilization of emulsions. As expected, the copolymers exhibit significant viscosity enhancing capacity and three‐dimensional network structures due to intermolecular hydrophobic associations, and also present high interfacial activities as the IFT decrease with increasing polymer concentration. As a result, the existences of copolymers increased both the viscosity of emulsions and the intensity of interfacial film, in which case slow down the diffusion of demulsifier molecules and enhance the stability of emulsions, finally, the separation of water from oil becomes more difficult.  相似文献

An overview about the use of nanoparticles in epoxy resins is given. Deaggregated fumed silica, sol gel materials and other spheroidic nanoparticles improved the abrasion resistance and the mechanical properties of filled epoxides, and several properties can be improved by specific particles. Combustion properties, strength and permeation can be improved by organically modified layered silicates. The proper characterisation of the nanocomposites is still an art. TEM analysis of the cured materials and light scattering with 3D cross-correlation for the liquid samples were sufficient methods for the characterisation of filled epoxides.  相似文献

Synthesized sodium N-pamitoyl amino acids were evaluated for surface and antimicrobial properties and compared with sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). Emulsion stability of the amino acid surfactants and calcium tolerance of the sodium N-palmitoyl isoleucine were better as compared to SLS. Wetting ability and foaming properties of the palmitic acid-based surfactants were inferior to SLS. N-Acyl amino acids exhibited better antibacterial activity compared to sodium salts of N-acyl amino acids and standard compounds against Staphylococcus aureus MLS-16 and Bacillus subtilis. These studies revealed that the palmitoyl amino acid surfactants can be exploited in household, skin care formulations, and industrial applications.  相似文献

A convenient synthesis of various biscoumarins by condensing a series of aldehydes with 4-hydroxycoumarin under microwave irradiation is reported for the first time along with a comparative account of the syntheses under conventional conditions. The reaction times have been reduced considerably with improvement in yields in comparison to thermal conditions. The reactions have been carried out in solvent as well as under solvent-free conditions, and the adopted procedure provides an energy-and time-saving protocol.  相似文献
