In this paper, based on a basic result on condensing mappings satisfying the interior condition, some new fixed point theorems of the condensing mappings of this kind are obtained. As a result, the famous Altman’s theorem, Roth’s theorem and Petryshyn’s theorem are extended to condensing mappings satisfying the interior condition.  相似文献

In the present paper we introduce a random iteration scheme for three random operators defined on a closed and convex subset of a uniformly convex Banach space and prove its convergence to a common fixed point of three random operators. ABSTRACT

In this work, we suggest modifications of the self-adaptive method for solving the split feasibility problem and the fixed point problem of nonexpansive mappings in the framework of Banach spaces. Without the assumption on the norm of the operator, we prove that the sequences generated by our algorithms weakly and strongly converge to a solution of the problems. The numerical experiments are demonstrated to show the efficiency and the implementation of our algorithms.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to study a new viscosity iterative algorithm based on a generalized contraction for finding a common element of the set of solutions of a general variational inequality problem for finite inversely strongly accretive mappings and the set of common fixed points for a countable family of strict pseudo-contractions in uniformly smooth Banach spaces. We prove some strong convergence theorems under some suitable conditions. The results obtained in this paper improve and extend the recent ones announced by many others in the literature.  相似文献

In this paper, the concept of a pair of non-linear contraction type mappings in a metric space of hyperbolic type is introduced and the conditions guaranteeing the existence of a common fixed point for such non-linear contractions are established. Presented results generalize and improve some of the known results. An example is constructed to show that our theorems are genuine generalizations of the main theorems of Assad, ?iri?, Khan et al., Rhoades and Imdad and Kumar. We consider a Banach space X endowed with a linear topology τ and a family of seminorms {Rk(⋅)} which satisfy some special conditions. We define an equivalent norm ?⋅? on X such that if C is a convex bounded closed subset of (X,?⋅?) which is τ-relatively sequentially compact, then every nonexpansive mapping T:CC has a fixed point. As a consequence, we prove that, if G is a separable compact group, its Fourier-Stieltjes algebra B(G) can be renormed to satisfy the FPP. In case that G=T, we recover P.K. Lin's renorming in the sequence space ?1. Moreover, we give new norms in ?1 with the FPP, we find new classes of nonreflexive Banach spaces with the FPP and we give a sufficient condition so that a nonreflexive subspace of L1(μ) can be renormed to have the FPP.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the notion of common limit range property (CLR property) for two hybrid pairs of mappings in fuzzy metric spaces, and we prove common fixed point theorems using (CLR) property for these mappings with implicit relation. In this paper, we study a modified implicit rule for finding a solution of split common fixed point problem of a Bregman quasi-nonexpansive mapping in Banach spaces. We propose a new iterative algorithm and prove the strong convergence theorem under appropriate conditions. In this paper, we introduce the concept of tripled fixed point for nonlinear mappings in partially ordered complete metric spaces and obtain existence, and existence and uniqueness theorems for contractive type mappings. Our results generalize and extend recent coupled fixed point theorems established by Gnana Bhaskar and Lakshmikantham [T. Gnana Bhaskar, V. A new condition for mappings, called condition (C), which is more general than nonexpansiveness, was recently introduced by Suzuki [T. Suzuki, Fixed point theorems and convergence theorems for some generalized nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 340 (2008) 1088-1095]. Following the idea of Kirk and Massa Theorem in [W.A. Kirk, S. Massa, Remarks on asymptotic and Chebyshev centers, Houston J. Math. 16 (1990) 364-375], we prove a fixed point theorem for mappings with condition (C) on a Banach space such that its asymptotic center in a bounded closed and convex subset of each bounded sequence is nonempty and compact. This covers a result obtained by Suzuki [T. Suzuki, Fixed point theorems and convergence theorems for some generalized nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 340 (2008) 1088-1095]. We also present fixed point theorems for this class of mappings defined on weakly compact convex subsets of Banach spaces satisfying property (D). Consequently, we extend the results in [T. Suzuki, Fixed point theorems and convergence theorems for some generalized nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 340 (2008) 1088-1095] to many other Banach spaces.  相似文献
