A discrete version of Wiener-Khinchin theorem for Chebyshev’s spectrum of electrochemical noise is developed. Based on the discrete version of Wiener-Khinchin theorem, the theoretical discrete Chebyshev spectrum for the Markov random process is calculated. It is characterized by two parameters: the dispersion and the relaxation frequency (or relaxation time). The noise of corrosion process and the noise of recording equipment are measured. Using the theoretical Chebyshev spectrum, the Markov parameters were found both for the noise of the corrosion process and for the noise of the measuring equipment.  相似文献

The principles underlying a novel method intended for analyzing experimental data obtained when studying fluctuation processes are considered. The method in question is Chebyshev’s spectroscopy. The application of this method allows one to determine statistic characteristics of steady-state electrochemical noise against the background of severe deterministic interference without invoking the procedure of the fitting of the initial data. The potentialities of this novel method, which is intended for treating noise experiment, are demonstrated by examining model examples and analyzing the electrochemical noise generated by a lithium electrode placed in an aprotic organic electrolyte.  相似文献

A method to calculate the spectral density of any state vectors with respect to a set of eigenstates of a Hamiltonian is presented. A spectral density operator, whose expectation value on the state vector gives the spectral density, is evaluated indirectly by using the Chebyshev expansion method. A spectral transformation function is introduced to improve resolution at the low energy region, at the expense of the one at the higher region. The electrochemical noise of a polymer membrane hydrogen-air fuel cell operating at different load currents was measured in serial experiments. Spectral power densities of the noise are shown to be divided into three regions. At frequencies greater than 3–10 Hz, the spectrum dependence has a constant slope of ??2 in the bilogarithmic coordinates. At frequencies 0.3–5 Hz, there is a horizontal plateau in which length is determined by the value of a load. At frequencies less than 0.3 Hz, the dependence of spectral power density has a slope of ??2. Medium-frequency plateau and high-frequency slope of spectral power densities of the noise were approximated by model RC circuits. The values of Faradic resistance and double-layer capacitance connected in parallel were obtained from the electrochemical impedance data. At load voltages higher 0.5 V, the height of the plateau was shown to be proportional to the 2.68 power of the load current value.  相似文献

用经验模态分解(EMD)对恒电量瞬态响应信号进行滤波处理. 通过计算机仿真实验评估EMD的滤波效果. 为了提高EMD滤波的实用性和减少滤波过程的主观性, 仿真实验主要针对混迭了白噪声、高频噪声和市电干扰以及上述混合噪声的恒电量瞬态响应. 在此基础上, 阐述了EMD滤波对多个时间常数恒电量瞬态响应的重要性, 并利用电化学阻抗谱结果验证了EMD滤波后的恒电量频谱. 结果表明, 经过EMD滤波的恒电量频谱和EIS有很好的相关性. 恒电量瞬态响应的EMD滤波, 采用前两项内在模函数(IMF)和IMF4的50 Hz成分置零的固定模式, 可以获得满意的滤波结果.  相似文献

A new method for the automatic phase correction of multidimensional NMR spectra is described. It is based on the whitening concept formulated as the ‘maximization of the number of white pixels into a bitmap that corresponds to the spectrum’. This process of maximization can be factorized along the individual axes of the spectrum and this property makes the method robust and fast. It employs a statistic measure based on a large number of spectral data points and, for this reason, is very tolerant to low signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR) and local artifacts. The algorithm can efficiently phase either homonuclear or heteronuclear experiments and, unlike other previous methods, it can also process automatically spectra containing positive or negative peaks so that it is not necessary to deal with individual or special cases Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Spectroscopic data often suffer from common problems of bands overlapping and random noise. In this paper, we show that the issue of overlapping peaks can be considered as a maximum a posterior (MAP) problem and be solved by minimizing an object functional that includes a likelihood term and two prior terms. In the MAP framework, the likelihood probability density function (PDF) is constructed based on a spectral observation model, a robust Huber-Markov model is used as spectra prior PDF, and the kernel prior is described based on a parametric Gaussian function. Moreover, we describe an efficient optimization scheme that alternates between latent spectrum recovery and blur kernel estimation until convergence. The major novelty of the proposed algorithm is that it can estimate the kernel slit width and latent spectrum simultaneously. Comparative results with other deconvolution methods suggest that the proposed method can recover spectral structural details as well as suppress noise effectively.  相似文献

A new hybrid algorithm is proposed to eliminate the varying background and noise simultaneously for multivariate calibration of near infrared (NIR) spectral signals. The method is based on the use of multi-resolution, which is one of the main advantages provided by wavelet transform. The signals are firstly split into different frequency components, which keep the same data points of the original signals. In conjunction with a modified uninformative variable elimination (mUVE) criterion, the new method can be used to remove the low-frequency varying background and the high-frequency noise simultaneously. The method is successfully applied to simulated spectral data set and experimental NIR spectral data, resulting in more parsimonious multivariate models with higher precision. In addition, the proposed strategy can be applied to other spectral signals as well.  相似文献

Several methods of enhancing the signal-to-noise ratio for instrumentation designed to measure electrochemical noise are practically tested. The experiments are carried out using model RC-circuits and lielectrolyte electrochemical cells. Strong limitations in the tested objects’ impedance values are found due to the input current noise of the instrumentation, especially during the parallel connection of several channels. The advantages of a two-channel scheme for automatically compensating the instrument’s self noise are demonstrated. Different methods of lowering the dispersion of the frequency dependences of the spectral power density of electrochemical noise are compared. It is shown that averaging over segments with an overlap is the most effective method but averaging over frequencies can lead to large distortions when investigating electrochemical systems.

We proposed EPR spectroscopy using spin-trap DEPMPO as a novel method for the detection of a hydrogen atom (*H) produced by chemical and biological systems. In complex EPR spectra of DEPMPO adducts in biological systems, spectral lines of unknown origin have been observed. We have assumed (Baci?, G.; Mojovi?, M. Ann. N. Y. Acad. Sci. 2005, 1048, 230-243) that those lines represent the spectrum of a hydrogen atom (*H) adduct i.e., DEPMPO/H. An electrochemical system known to produce only *H radicals was used here in order to obtain a separate spectrum of the DEPMPO/H adduct. An acquired spectrum as well as a computer spectral simulation of the DEPMPO/H adduct showed considerable resemblance with additional lines in the EPR spectra of DEPMPO adducts in biological systems-plant plasma membranes and cell walls. This shows that such a radical is produced by plants as well as that DEPMPO is suitable for detection in both electrochemical and biological systems.  相似文献

为了实现对工业气体SO2的浓度进行监控,基于紫外差分吸收光谱法开发了SO2在线检测系统。针对系统噪声和Mie散射使吸收光谱叠加带来的误差,本文提出采用小波变换降噪技术代替传统光谱处理方法中的多项式平滑滤波技术来提高检测精度。通过对应用了Symlets、Daubechies、Coiflet和Biorthogonal这4种不同小波函数的实验数据分析和对传统小波阈值选取方式的改进,最终确定了基于rigisure阈值的小波阈值去噪的信号处理方法,并提出一种新的信噪比量来衡量信号处理的效果。这种方法可以快速可靠地处理光谱信号,处理后所得的监测浓度准确度基本控制在1.5%以内。在实验室环境下和工业现场环境下的大量实验结果表明本方法能有效的减小噪声对SO2浓度监测带来的影响。  相似文献

It is shown that the wavelet transform that uses the Laguerre function as a basis function is a useful tool to analyse the stationary electrochemical noise. Knowledge of the variance of the Laguerre wavelet of noise allows the Laplace transform of the correlation function to be found. The Laplace transform of the correlation function may be referred to the spectral density in the Laplace domain as well as to the operational spectral density of noise. It is shown that the operational spectral density of noise can be found not only by averaging over the ensemble of realizations of the noise process but also by averaging over the ensemble of Laguerre wavelets. The results obtained can be useful not only for analysis of electrochemical noise but also for analysis of any stationary random process, in particular for the time series analysis in econometric research.  相似文献

拉曼光谱成像数据存在基线漂移与宇宙射线干扰峰两类噪声信号,无法直接用于光谱分析研究,必须去除。现有单光谱去噪方法处理结果不稳定、可重复性差。针对这一问题,本研究提出了一种自适应拉曼光谱成像数据新型去噪法,采用优化的自适应迭代惩罚最小二乘法( Adaptive iteratively reweighted penalized least-squares,airPLS)和基于主成分分析( PCA)的干扰峰消除算法修正光谱基线漂移和宇宙射线干扰峰,具有输入参数少、光谱失真小、处理速度快、去噪结果稳定等优点。利用本方法去除了芒草( Miscanthus sinensis)细胞壁拉曼光谱成像数据(9010条光谱)中的噪声信号,并对去噪后数据进行PCA和聚类分析(CA),成功区分非植物光谱与植物光谱,分类结果优于未去噪数据。预期本方法可应用于其它光谱成像数据去噪,为光谱的解译和定量分析提供可靠的研究基础。  相似文献

A spectral imaging method of single protein molecules labeled with a single fluorophore is presented. The method is based on a transmission grating and a routine fluorescence microscope. The bovine serum alubmin (BSA) and antiBSA molecules labeled with Alexa Fluor 488 and Alexa Fluor 594, respectively, are used as the model proteins. The fluorescence of single molecules is dispersed into zeroth-order spectrum and first-order spectrum by the transmission grating. Results show that the fluorescence emission spectrum of single molecule converted from the first-order spectral imaging is in good agreement with the bulk fluorescence spectrum. The spectral resolution of 2.4 nm/pixel is obtained, which is sufficient for identifying the molecular species in a multicomponent system.  相似文献
