针对啁啾脉冲放大技术建成的钛宝石激光装置,提出一种获得高重复率激光脉冲列的方法.通过改变钛宝石再生放大器中泡克耳斯盒电光开关的传统工作模式,使得腔内放大的脉冲从某特定时刻起,每当在腔内往返一次就以一定的倒出比例(倒出率)倒出腔内脉冲能量的一部分,从而可以在有限的时间段内产生高重复率的啁啾激光脉冲列.基于Franz-Nodvik放大理论,建立了该高重复率再生放大器的理论模型,通过数值计算,系统地分析了初始增益、倒出时刻、倒出率对输出的脉冲序列的影响.在抽运功率为35mJ、倒出率为1/2的实验条件下,通过腔外的脉冲数量选择器,在一个抽运周期内的有限时间段内已获得了14个幅度相近、单脉冲能量约为0.02mJ、重复率为100MHz的啁啾脉冲序列.从此啁啾脉冲列中选取数个脉冲,通过10TW级的激光系统放大和压缩,已获得100MHz重复率的飞秒太瓦级脉冲列.

The spatial chirp generated in the Ti:sapphire multipass amplifier is numerically investigated based on the onedimensional(1D) and two-dimensional(2D) Frantz–Nodvik equations. The simulation indicates that the spatial chirp is induced by the spatially inhomogeneous gain, and it can be almost eliminated by utilization of proper beam profiles and spot sizes of the signal and pump pulses, for example, the pump pulse has a top-hatted beam profile and the signal pulse has a super-Gaussian beam profile with a relatively larger spot size. In this way, a clear understanding of spatial chirp mechanisms in the Ti:sapphire multipass amplifier is proposed, therefore we can effectively almost eliminate the spatial chirp and improve the beam quality of a high-power Ti:sapphire chirped pulse amplifier system. 相似文献

A birefringent crystal quartz plate of known thickness has been used as a spectral filter for spectral shaping in a Ti:sapphire regenerative amplifier. The spectral profile of the amplified pulse ejected from the regenerative amplifier was observed while adjusting the birefringent crystal plate in the cavity. By altering the gain spectrum, the bandwidth of the regeneratively amplified pulse was increased from 18 to 35 nm by using a 0.34-mm thick birefringent plate. The output pulse spectrum from the regenerative amplifier neared the bandwidth of the seed pulse. As a comparison, we used a coated filter outside the regenerative amplifier cavity, and the bandwidth of the regeneratively amplified pulse was stretched to 28 nm. When the bandwidth was stretched to 35 nm, the pulse was compressed to 35 fs. 相似文献

The design and performance of a Ti:sapphire regenerative amplifier operating at 1. 056 μm are described. A laser pulse with an initial pulsewidth of 100 fs is amplified to ≥1.5 mJ in the amplifier after firstly stretched to 850 ps. The amplified pulse can be re-compressed to ~300 fs with energy of ~1 mJ. Loss of the spectrum happens in the regenerative cavity since bandwidth of the coat of optics in the cavity is not enough adequate. 相似文献

针对常规连续激光泵浦钛宝石激光振荡器不能自启动锁模的缺点,采用倍频飞秒光纤激光同步泵浦,通过调节振荡器腔长与泵浦腔长匹配,实现了飞秒钛宝石激光的自启动锁模。实验中采用3.4 W的倍频掺镱光纤激光同步泵浦钛宝石激光振荡器,获得了平均功率大于130 mW、重复频率75 MHz、光谱宽度大于47 nm、脉冲宽度17 fs的锁模脉冲输出,不仅能够稳定可靠地实现自启动锁模,解决了常规钛宝石激光振荡器锁模启动的困难,而且还具有同步输出1040,800,520 nm三束飞秒激光的特点,为进一步开展飞秒激光相干合成以及光参量放大等研究提供了优势基础。 相似文献

According to laser beam transporting in a multipass Ti:sapphire amplifier based on a parabolic mirror, the influential factors to induce astigmatism are analyzed. The beam waists of the laser beam transporting in the multipass amplifier are calculated by ABCD law in sagittal and tangential planes, respectively, and are compared with each other. Our analyses of these influential factors provide valuable data to optimize this design of multipass Ti:sapphire amplifier, and our experimental results of getting Gaussian beam from such a kind of amplifier confirmed our theoretical analyses. 相似文献
