Studies on the Synthesis of a Natural Product—Piceatannol and its Analogs

Piceatannol,(E)-3,3′,4,5′-tetrahydroxy stilbene, a natural polyhydroxy stibene, possesses many biological activities, its synthesis has been reported. We designed another route of its synthesis, which can be controlled more easily. The synthetic product was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,MS and ^1H-NMR. Its analogs were synthesized by the similar method.     

2,3,7-三羟基-9-(3,5-二氯-4-羟基)苯基荧光酮的合成及其与锆(Ⅳ)的显色反应

1　引　　言在表面活性剂或微乳液存在下 ,2 ,3,7 三羟基苯基荧光酮类试剂是光度或荧光法用于锗、钼、钨、锆、钛及铝等高价金属离子元素分析性能优良的显色剂。在试剂母体结构的 9位苯基上引入有效基团可以显著改善试剂的溶解性和分析特性。本文报道了新试剂 2 ,3,7 三羟基 9 (3,5 二氯 4 羟基 )苯基荧光酮 (DCHPF)的合成方法。研究了在混合表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺 (CTMAB)和Tween 80存在下和 0 .6mol LHCl介质中DCHPF与锆 的显色反应。显色反应形成的络合物最大吸收波长位于 5 39nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.72× 10 5…     

新型显色剂2,3,7-三羟基-9-(3,5-二氯-4-羟基)苯基荧光酮与钨(Ⅵ)的显色反应

研究了在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下 ,新试剂2,3,7_三羟基_9_(3,5_二氯_4_羟基)苯基荧光酮(DCHPF)与钨(Ⅵ)的显色反应及光度性能 ;在0.6mol/LHCl介质中 ,试剂与钨(Ⅵ)形成化学计量比为2∶1的红色络合物 ,其最大吸收峰位于536nm波长处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.28×105L·mol-1·cm-1,钨含量在0～0.4mg/L范围符合比尔定律 ;拟定分析方法用于钢样中微量钨的测定 ,结果令人满意。     

Studies on Hydroiodination and Deconjugation of 5—Aryloxy—（thiophenyl）—3—pentyn—2—one

One-pot hydroiodination and deconjugation of 5-aryloxy(or thiophenyl)-3-pentyn-2-one with a reagent system of sodium iodide/trimethylsilyl chloride/water in acetonitrile at 25℃ have been described.The plasuible mechanism was discussed.The reaction provided a simple and useful method for the preparation of (Z)-β-substituted β，γ-enones and (Z)-β-substituted α，β-unsaturated ketones.     

溴化十六烷基三甲胺存在下，9－（3，5－二溴）水杨基荧光酮与锡的显色反应研究及应用

本文研究了在溪化十六烷基三甲胺存在下，９－（３，５－二溴）水杨基荧光酮与锡的显色反应。实验表明：该显色反应灵敏度高，选择性好，稳定时间长。用于水和矿石中锡的测定，结果符合分析要求。     

Synthesis and Biological Activities of 3—（2—Furyl）—4—aryl—1,2,4—triazole—5—thiones

A series of novel compounds 3-(2-furyl)-4-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones have been synthesized.All the compounds were characterized by spectral data and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test showed that some of them exhibited excellent plant-growth regulative activities.     

4—（2—羟基—4—硝基苯偶氮）—1—苯基—3—甲基吡唑啉酮光度法测定烟草中钙的研究

在弱碱性介质中,4－（2－羟基－4－硝基苯偶氮）－1－ 苯基－3－甲基吡唑啉酮与钙生成红色络合物,λmax=510nm,ε=2.89*10^4L.mol^-1.cm^-1,钙含量在0－20ug/25ml内符合比耳定律,方法用于烟草样品中钙的测定,结果满意。

2, 3, 7-三羟基-9-间羟基苯基荧光酮的合成及其 分析性能的研究

研究合成了新试剂2,3,7-三羟基-9-间羟基苯基荧光酮(简称m-HPF)。测定了试剂各级酸离解常数。研究了试剂的化学发光性能和试剂与金属离子的显色行为。结果表明,只有Co^2^+离子对m-HPF-H~2O~2体系有较强的催化发光作用;在表面活性剂存在下,试剂与许多离子都呈灵敏的显色反应。用Huckel分子轨道法(HMO)计算了中性分子及各离子构式的π电子分布,对离解常数进行了归属。     

Crystal Structure of 5—（l—Menthyloxy）—3—chloro—4— Pyrrolidinyl—2（5H0—f

The molecular structure of the title compound 5-(l-menthyloxy)-3-chloro-4-pyrrolidinyl-2(5H)-furanone, C18H28ClNO3(Ⅰ), has been determined by X-ray diffraction at 296(1)K. The crystal is monoclinic with space group P21, a=9.457(3), b=10.413(3), c=9.525(2), β=95.19(2)°, V=934(1) 3, Z=2, Mr=341.88, Dx=1.22 g/cm3, μ=2.15 cm-1, F(000)=368. The final R factor is 0.059, and Rw is 0.065 for 1020 observed reflections with I≥3σ(I). The absolute configuration at C(14) of the acetal carbon was proved to be S, taking into account the known configuration of 1R, 2S, 5R-menthyl moiety. There are three rings in the molecule of this compound: the furanone ring, the pyrrolidine ring and the mentholoxy group ring. The franone ring is connected with the pyrrolidine ring and the mentholoxy ring by N atom and μ2-O bridge atom respectively.
