Hydrothermal reaction of Co(II) salt with 1,4-di(1-imidazolyl)benzene (L1) and 4,4’-oxydiphthalic acid (H4OA) yields a new complex [Co3(HOA)2(L1)4(H2O)4] (I). [Ni(L2)2SO4] · 0.5H2O (II) can be obtained via the hydrothermal reaction of NiSO4 · 6H2O with 1,3-di(1H-imidazol-4-yl)benzene (L2). Complexes I and II have been characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1019291 (I) and 1019292 (II)), IR, elemental, and thermogravimetric analyses. Complex I exhibits the uninodal six-connected 3D pcu framework structure of I with (412 · 63) topology; Complex II consists of the uninodal four-connected 2D sql (44 · 62) networks. In addition, magnetic property of I was investigated.  相似文献

The reactions of Mn2+ ion with 4-nitrobenzene-1,2-bicarboxylic acid in the presence of bipyridyl-type coligands gave two new manganese(II) coordination polymers, [Mn2(Nbdc)2(Bipyp)(H2O)4] n (I) and [Mn2(Nbdc)2(Bipye)(H2O)4] n (II) (H2Nbdc = 4-nitrobenzene-1,2-bicarboxylic acid, Bipyp = 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl)propane, and Bipye = 1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane). Both two complexes contain uniform carboxyl-bridged manganese chains with the composition of [Mn2(Nbdc)2(H2O)4] n , which are interlinked by interchain Bipyp/Bipye spacers to afford two closely-related layers (CIF files CCDC nos. 1008182 (I) and 1008183 (II)). Magnetic studies for two compounds show the presence of similar antiferromagnetic couplings between the adjacent Mn2+ ions through the carboxyl bridges, the best fittings to the experimental magnetic susceptibilities gave J =–0.20 cm–1 and g = 1.96 for I, and J =–0.24 cm–1 and g = 1.98 for II. Similar magnetic parameters and thermal behaviors further verify that two compounds possess closely-related structures.  相似文献

Four new complexes, [Cu2(Bpca)2(L1)(H2O)2] · 3H2O (I), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L2)(H2O)2] (II), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L3)] · 2H2O (III), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L1)(H2O)] · 2H2O (IV) (Bpca = bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amido, H2L1 = glutaric acid, H2L2 = adipic acid, H2L3 = suberic acid, H2L4 = azelaic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods (CIF files CCDC nos. 1432836 (I), 1432835 (II), 817411 (III), and 817412 (IV)), elemental analyses, IR spectra. Structural analyses reveal that compounds I, II, and IV have similar structures [Cu(Bpca)]+ units bridged by dicarboxylate forming dinuclear units, whereas the dinuclear of compound III are edge-shared through two carboxylate oxygen atoms of different suberate anions. Hydrogen bonds are response for the supramolecular assembly of compounds I to IV. The temperature-dependent magnetic property of III was also investigated in the temperature range of 2 to 300 K, and the magnetic behaviour suggests weak antiferromagnetic coupling exchange.  相似文献

Four d 10-based complexes with chemical formulae {[Zn(L1)2(H2O)2(4,4′-Bipy)2] (I), {[Zn2(L1)4(Mi)] · 4H2O} (II), {[Zn(L1)2(Phen)] · H2O} (III) {[Cd(L1)2(Phen)] · 2H2O} (IV) (HL1 = p-hydroxy phenylacetic acid, 4,4′-Bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, Mi = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)butane) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1047119 (I), 1047120 (II), 1047121 (III), 1047122 (IV)). The significant effect of assistant ligands and metal ions on assembly of I?IV has been demonstrated, which leads to the formation of distinct crystalline products. Complexes I?IV show various coordination motifs with different existing forms and coordination modes of the organic ligands. Furthermore, extend supramolecular networks are connected by secondary interactions such as hydrogen-bonding and aromatic stacking. The thermal stability and luminescent properties of the compounds were discussed in detail.  相似文献

A new macrocyclic oxamido-nickle(II) complex Na2NiL was synthesized. L denotes the doubly deprotonated forms of (13Z, 19Z)-16-methyl-6,7-dioxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrotriben-zo[b,f,l][1,4,8,11]tetraazacyclotetradecine- 13,20-dicarboxylate. Based on the complex ligand Ni(L2–), two heterometallic complexes [Ca2(NiL)2(H2O)8] · 10H2O (I) and [Co(NiL)2(H2O)2][Co(H2O)6] · 2.8H2O (II) were prepared. X-ray single crystal analyses (CCDC nos. 914618 (I), 914616 (II)) revealed that [Ca2(NiL)2(H2O)8] in I is a molecular box and the trinuclear complex anion [Co(NiL)2(H2O)2]2–in II is centrosymmetric. Thermogravimetric analyses showed that I exhibited moderately good stability and Co(II) catalyzed the thermal decomposition of II.  相似文献

The 2,11-dithia[3.3](3,5)pyrdinophane (L1) has been synthesized by a new method and characterized by 1H NMR, which is used to form coordination complexes C14H14N4O6S2Ni (I) by addition of Ni2+ cation and C14H14N3O3S2Ag (II) by addition of Ag+ cation. 2,11,20-Trithia[3.3.3](3,5)pyridinophane (L2) and 2,11,20,29-tetrathia[3.3.3.3](3,5)pyridinophane (L3) have also been synthesized as by-products. Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that the conformation of the L1 is syn(boat-chair), complexes I and II also adopt syn(boat-chair) (CIF files CCDC nos. 1400332 (I) and 700724 (II)). While in I, Ni(II) is coordinated with L1 with two nitrogen and four oxygen atoms, in II, Ag(I) is coordinated with L1 by two nitrogen and two sulfur atoms came from four ligands. In complexes I and II, the formation of three-dimensional structure depends on π???π stacking and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

By self-assembly of delocalized organic ligands (L1 and L2) with Cd(SCN)2, ZnI2 and Zn(NCS)2, three luminescent complexes ZnI2(L1)2 (I), [Cd(L1)21,3-SCN)2] n (II) and Zn(NCS)2(L2)2 (III) were obtained (L1 = 2-{5,5-dimethyl-3-[2-(pyridine-4-yl)ethenyl]cyclohex-2-enylidene}propanedinitrile and L2 = 2-{5,5-dimethyl-3-[2-(pyridine-3-yl)ethenyl]cyclohex-2-enylidene}propanedinitrile). The structures of the complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF files CCDC nos. 1406116 (I), 1406115 (II), and 1400360 (III)). In complex I, Zn(II) is coordinated by two functional organic ligands and two I ions, to form a I2N2 distorted tetrahedral geometry. In 1D coordination polymer II, the Cd(II) centers show six-coordinated geometries, two organic ligands and four SCN ions involve in coordination with each Cd(II) center. The thiocyanate groups show μ1,3-SCN bridging coordination modes and the adjacent Cd(II) ions are bridged by double μ1,3-SCN ions to form an infinite chain. In complex III, Zn(II) is coordinated by two functional organic ligands and two NCS groups, to form a N4 distorted tetrahedral geometry. Compared with the free ligands, the complexes show superior luminescent property with red-shift and enhancement of fluorescence intensity.  相似文献

Complexes [CuL1Cl2] (I), [CuL2Cl2] · EtOH (II), and Cu2L3Cl4 (III) containing esters of the N-derivatives of optically active amino acids based on (+)-3-carene (L1, L2) and (?)-α-pinene (L3) are synthesized. The crystal and molecular structures of compounds I and II are determined by X-ray diffraction analyses (CIF files CCDC nos. 1560071 (I), 1560072 (II)). The crystal structure of compound I consists of mononuclear complex molecules. In the structure of compound II, the unit cell contains two crystallographically independent molecules of mononuclear complex [CuL2Cl2] and two EtOH molecules. Ligands L1 and L2 perform the tridentate-chelating function by the N atoms of the NH and NOH groups and by the O atom of the C=O group. In compounds I and II, the coordination polyhedra Cl2N2O of the Cu atoms are trigonal bipyramid. According to the data of IR and electronic spectroscopy, binuclear complex III has similar coordination polyhedra. The experimental values of μeff for compounds I, II, and III at 300 K are 1.93, 1.88, and 2.71 μB. For complex III, the μeff(T) dependence in a range of 2–300 K indicates a weak ferromagnetic exchange interaction.  相似文献

Two new dimethylglyoximate complexes [Co(DmgH)2(Im)Cl] (I) and (ImH)[Co(DmgH2)2Cl2] (II), where DmgH? is the dimethylglyoxime residue and Im is the imidazole molecule, are synthesized. The composition and structure of the crystals are determined from the elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex I is molecular, containing the Im molecule as a coordinated ligand; complex II is of the ionic type with (ImH)+ involved as an outer-sphere organic cation. The mode of component packing in the crystals mainly depends on the imidazole position in the compounds.  相似文献

Seven new cobalt(II) complexes based on the Schiff bases, 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(isonicotinoylhydrazone) (H2L1) and 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(nicotinoylhydrazone) (H2L2), are synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis: [Co(H2L1)(NCS)2] · 2.25H2O (I), [Co(H2L2)(NCS)2] · CH3OH (II), [Co(H2L2)(NCS)(H2O)]NCS (III), [Co(H4L1)(NCS)2](NO3)2 · 2H2O (IV), [Co(H4L1)(NCS)2][Co(NCS)4] · 0.75H2O (V), [Co(H4L2)(NCS)2][Co(NCS)4] · 1.75H2O (VI), and [Co(H2L2)(NCS)(CH3OH)]2[Co(NCS)4] · 2CH3OH (VII) (CIF files CCDC 941186 (I), 1457906 (Ia), 1457905 (II), 941187 (III), 1457907 (IV), 1457908 (V), 1457909 (VI), and 941188 (VII)). The organic ligands in the complexes act as pentadentate neutral H2L or doubly protonated (H4L)2+ coordinated through the same set of donor atoms N3O2. In all compounds IVII, the coordination polyhedron of the Co2+ ion in a complex with the Schiff bases has a shape of a pentagonal bipyramid. The hydrazones are arranged in the equatorial plane of the bipyramid. Its axial vertices are occupied by the nitrogen atoms of the NCS ̄ anions in compounds I, II, and IV–VI and by the nitrogen atoms of NCS ̄ and oxygen of the water molecule in compound III or methanol in compound VII. The NO 3 - anions or [Co(NCS)4]2 ̄ complex anions obtained by the reactions are involved along with the NCS ̄ anions in the formation of compounds IV–VII.  相似文献

Three new complexes based on 1-tetrazole-4-imidazole-benzene (Tibz), namely, [Cd(Tibz)2(H2O)2] n (I), [Mn(Tibz)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O (II) and [Co(Tibz)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O (III) have been synthesized through hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by element analyses, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses (CIF files CCDC nos. 1443867 (I), 1443868 (II), 1443869 (III)). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex I is a 1D double-chain architecture, II and III are both mononuclear complexes. The results of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicate that the hydrogen bond and π··· π stacking exist in the complexes, which make great contribution to the stabilities of complexes IIII. The fluorescent properties of these complexes have also been studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl)propane-based cadmium(II) complexes, [Cd(Bpp)2(Nas)2] n (I) and [Cd(Bpp)2(Na)2(H2O)2] (II) (Bpp = 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl)propane, Nas = 2-aminonaphthalene-1-sulfonate, and Na = 1-naphthoate) (CIF files CCDC nos. 1429589 (I), 1429590 (II)) have been hydrothermally synthesized by varying carboxylate- or sulfonate-containing coligands. Structural analyses reveal that, complex I with monodentate Nas ligands exhibits a two-dimensional (2D) layered motif extended by equatorial Bpp connectors. By contrast, complex II modified by monodentate Na ligands exhibit discrete mononuclear structure. Althouth the Nas/Na coligands showed the same monodentate binding modes, the Bpp ligand exhibits bridging or terminal binding modes in I and II, respectively. So it is obvious that the competitive coordination in the present mixed-ligands system is responsible for the aggregation or dissociation of mononuclear structural units. Furthermore, both of the two compounds are linked to 3D supramolecular architecture by intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bonding or C–H···π stacking interactions, exhibiting strong fluorescent emissions resulting from the ligand-to-metal or Na?-based intraligand charge transfer at room temperature, which can be hopefully used as fluorescent materials.  相似文献

The reactions of [MnIII(3-MeOSalen)(H2O)2]+ (Salen = N,N-ethylenebis(salicylideneaminato) dianion) with (Et4N)4[M(CN)8] (M = Mo, W) have been investigated and one mononuclear manganese(II) complex [MnII(Salen)(H2O)] (I) and one bimetallic ion-pair complex [MnIII(3-MeO-Salen)(H2O)2]4[W(CN)8] · DMSO · 4H2O (II) were obtained unexpectedly and characterized by element and single crystal structure analysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1456365 (I) and 1456366 (II)) showed that the Mn2+ ion in complex I is five-coordinated involving in a distorted square pyramid. Furthermore, with the help of the intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions, this complex can be constructed into interesting one-dimensional zig-zag chain structure. For complex II, the coordination sphere of Mn3+ ion is an elongated octahedron. Additional, the four mononuclear manganese(III) units are self-complementary through the coordinated aqua ligand from one molecule and the free O(4) compartment from the neighboring molecule, giving supramolecular dimmers structure. Investigation of the magnetic susceptibility of the two complexes reveals the overall weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent manganese centers caused by H-bond interactions.  相似文献

Different-metal different-ligand complexes [{Co(Phen)3}2{Co(Phen)(H2O)4}2][{Ge(μ-OH)(μ- Hedp)}6Cl2] (I), [{Cu(Phen)2(H2O)}2(HPhen)2][Ge(μ-OH)(μ-Hedp)]6 · 20H2O (II) (H4Hedp = 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. According to X-ray diffraction data (CIF files CCDC nos. 1573112 (I), 1573113 (II)), compounds I and II are cation–anion type complexes in which the anions are represented by {[Ge(μ-OH)(μ-Hedp)]6}6– and, in the case of I, two additional Cl ions, while the cations are [Co(Phen)3]2+, [Co(Phen)(H2O)4]2+ in I and [Cu(Phen)2(H2O)]2+, HPhen+ in II. In the crystals of compounds I and II, the cations, anions, and water molecules are combined by numerous intermolecular hydrogen bonds, giving rise to a 3D network.  相似文献

Chiral bis-α-thiooxime (H2L1), the derivative of the natural monoterpenoid (+)-3-carene, was synthesized and used to prepare paramagnetic complexes of the composition M(H2L1)Cl2 (M=Ni, Cu). The crystal structures of [Ni(H2L1)Cl2] (I) and [Cu(H2L1)Cl2] (II) were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystals I and II consist of mononuclear acentric molecules. The Ni2+ ion in a molecule of complex I coordinates two N atoms and two S atoms of a tetradentate chelating ligand (the H2L1 molecule) and two Cl atoms. The NiCl2N2S2 coordination core forms octahedron compressed along the apical N atoms. In a molecule of complex II, the Cu2+ ion coordinates two S atoms and the N atom of a tridentate chelating H2L1 ligand and two Cl atoms. The CuCl2NS2 coordination core forms a trigonal bipyramid.  相似文献

Novel double complex salts, [Zn(DMF)6]2[SiW12O40] · 2H2O (I) and [Zn(H2O)2(DMF)4][Zn(DMF)6]2[PW12O40]2 · 6DMF (II) (DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide), were prepared by the reaction of Zn2+ and heteropoly acids Hx[EW12O40] · xH2O (E = P, X = 3, E = Si, X = 4) in DMF. Two coordination polymers, {[Cd(L1)2(L2)] · 0.25H2O} n (I) and {[Cd(L1)(L3)H2O] · 2H2O} n (II) (L1 = 2-pyrimidineamidoxime, L2 = 4-sulfobenzoate dianion and L3 = 5-sulfosalicylate dianion), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1565646 (I) and 1565728 (II)). Complex I crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 10.1462(3), b = 16.0152(5), c = 14.0349(5) Å, β = 93.267(3)°, V = 2276.87(13) Å3, C68H66N32O29S4Cd4, M = 2373.36, ρcalcd = 1.731 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.109 mm?1, F(000) = 1186, GOOF = 0.806, Z = 1, the final R1 = 0.0287 and wR2 = 0.0733 for I > 2σ(I). Complex II crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21 with a = 6.882(2), b = 17.138(2), c = 7.883(2) Å, β = 103.83(3)°, V = 902.8(4) Å3, C12H16N4O10SCd, M = 520.75, ρcalcd = 1.916 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.388 mm?1, F(000) = 520, GOOF = 1.047, Z = 2, the final R1 = 0.0739 and wR2 = 0.2041 for I > 2σ(I). Crystal structural analysis reveals that complex I possesses the corrugated 1D chain structure extending along the \([\bar 101]\) direction. However, complex II displays a 2D coordination network lying on the ab crystal plane, which can be simplified as a binodal 3-connected 63 topological network by considering Cd2+ ions and L3 ligands as 3-connected nodes. Their photoluminescent and thermal properties were also investigated.  相似文献

The preparation of Mo(VI) hydrazone complexes, cis-[MoO2L1(CH3OH)] (I) and cis-[MoO2L2(CH3OH)] (II), derived from N'-(3-bromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-chlorobenzohydrazide (H2L1) and N'-(3-bromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-4-bromobenzohydrazide (H2L2), respectively, is reported. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, infrared and electronic spectroscopy, and single crystal structure analysis (CIF files ССDС nos. 1426875 (I), 1426871 (II)). The Mo atoms are coordinated by two cis terminal oxygen, ONO from the hydrazone ligand, and methanol oxygen. Even though the hydrazone ligands and the coordination sphere in both complexes are similar, the unit cell dimensions and the space groups are different. Complex I crystallized as orthorhombic space group Pca21 with unit cell dimensions a = 27.887(2), b = 8.0137(7), c = 15.544(1) Å, V = 3473.8(5) Å3, Z = 8, R 1 = 0.0450, wR 2 = 0.0539. Complex II crystallized as triclinic space group P1, with unit cell dimensions a = 8.2124(4), b = 8.5807(5), c = 12.9845(8) Å, α = 83.366(2)°, β = 79.201(2)°, γ = 80.482(2)°, V = 883.03(9) Å3, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0278, wR 2 = 0.0569. The complexes were tested as catalyst for the oxidation of olefins, and showed effective activity.  相似文献

Two new copper(II) complexes, [Cu(L1)2] (I) and [Cu(L2)2] (II), where L1 = 2-bromo-4-chloro- 6-(isopropyliminomethyl)phenolate and L2 = 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenolate, have been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography (CIF files CCDC nos. 1445936 (I) and 1445935 (II)). In both complexes, the Cu atoms are coordinated by two phenolate oxygen and two imino nitrogen, giving square planar geometry. The complexes have been tested on various strains of bacteria to study their antibacterial effects.  相似文献

Two copper complexes with long rigid ligands, Cu(Tta)2(L1) (I), and Cu(Tta)2(L2) (II), where L1 = (E)-3-(4-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)-(4-phenyl)phenyl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one, L2 = (E)-3-(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-1-(4-phenyl)phenyl)prop-2-en-1-one), have been synthesized and characterized. The single-crystal X-ray analysis (CIF files CCDC nos. 1409671 (I) and 1409672 (II)) for complexes I and II demonstrates that each copper ion assumes a distorted square-pyramidal MO4N polyhedron in which four oxygen atoms come from the Tta ligands, and one nitrogen atom comes from the N-donor ligand. Both of the complexes are linked into 3D networks through weak intermolecular interactions.  相似文献
