The dependence between the coercive force and the average hysteresis loop record time was revealed in sintered (Pr1 – x Dy x )13(Fe1 – y Co y )79B8 magnets. The coercive force was established to grow by 22% with an increase in the average hysteresis loop sweep rate within a range of 1.1 × 102–3 × 105 Oe/min, obeying a logarithmic dependence on the loop passage velocity with saturation at low rates. Some domain structure transformations produced by a magnetic field in the process of magnetization were established by magnetic force microscopy.  相似文献

β-Mn2V2O7 crystals with strip shape are successfully prepared by the molten salt method in a closed crucible,and are characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),selected area of electron diffraction (SAED) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM).The results indicate that the sample is of the β-Mn2V2O7 crystal with monoclinic symmetry,level natural cleavage facets and directional growth.Magnetic properties are measured by vibration sample magnetometry (VSM) at room temperature,and the magnetic hysteresis loop indicates that the β-Mn2V2O7 has anti-ferromagnetic properties with low coercive force and remnant magnetization.The magnetic measurement results in different directions exhibit that the β-Mn2V2O7 has magnetic anisotropy,which is due to the fact that the magnetic interaction energy of the β-Mn2V2O7 is lowest only when the electron configuration is in a certain direction.  相似文献

Platelet γ-Fe2O3 particles of particle size less than 100 nm were prepared for medical applications that use the hysteresis-loss heating of ferromagnetic particles. The γ-Fe2O3 particles were obtained through the dehydration, reduction, and oxidation of platelet α-FeOOH particles, which were synthesized by the precipitation of ferric ions in an alkaline solution containing ethanolamine, and the crystals grown using a hydrothermal treatment. The γ-Fe2O3 particles contained dimples formed by the dehydration of α-FeOOH particles. The coercive force and the saturation magnetization of the γ-Fe2O3 particles were in the ranges 11.9 to 12.7 kA/m (150 to 160 Oe), and 70 to 72 Am2/kg (70 to 72 emu/g), respectively. The specific loss power of the γ-Fe2O3 particles, estimated from their temperature-raising property measured under a peak magnetic field of 50.9 kA/m (640 Oe) and at a frequency of 117 kHz, was 590 W/g. This value is higher than that of spherical cobalt-containing iron oxide particles having equivalent coercive force and saturation magnetization, reflecting the larger area of the minor hysteresis loop measured under a peak magnetic field of 50.9 kA/m (640 Oe).  相似文献

A Mössbauer-effect study was made of Mg-Al ferrites having a rectangular hysteresis loop. The replacement of Fe3+ ions by A13+ ions produces an additional component in the Mössbauer spectra, due to second-phase inclusions. The phase composition of the Mg-Al ferrite has a marked effect on the shape of the hysteresis loop. As the second-phase inclusions increase in relative importance, rectangularity coefficient D decreases. Local lattice distortion has a lesser effect on D. At high Al2O3 concentrations (above 15 mole%) in the Mg ferrite there is a sharp increase in the coercive force with increasing Al2O3 content. The effect of annealing in an external magnetic field applied perpendicular to the plane of the film on the kinetics of Ll 0 phase transformation of the microstructure and the magnetic properties of the Fe(2 nm)/FePt(20 nm)/Pt(2 nm) multilayer system has been investigated. The relations between the hysteresis loop shape, magnetic correlation length, and structural disorders, which are characteristic of magnetic information carriers, have been analyzed. It has been found that the annealing of the Fe(2 nm)/FePt(20 nm)/Pt(2 nm) multilayer system at a temperature of 470°C in an external magnetic field of 3500 Oe, which is applied perpendicular to the film plane, leads to the formation of a face-centered tetragonal structure of the Ll 0 phase in the FePt film, which is characterized by the high coercivity H c , the (001) preferred texture, the magnetic anisotropy perpendicular to the film plane, small sizes of FePt grains in the film, and weak exchange coupling between the particles. The energy of the external magnetic field encourages the process of transformation of the FePt film into the Ll 0 phase. Thus, a method has been developed for fabricating multilayer films based on the FePt Ll 0 phase with the parameters necessary for information carrier materials with perpendicular-type magnetic recording.  相似文献

The ferromagnetic shape memory alloy with nominal composition Ni54Fe19Ga27 is investigated by Ac susceptibility and resistivity measurements. The alloy shows long-range ferromagnetic order below 290 K. The anomaly due to the martensitic transition is observed in the susceptibility and resistivity data in the temperature range around 220 K, which is associated with clear thermal hysteresis. Minor hysteresis loop technique was used to investigate the phase coexistence across the martensitic transition, and our analysis indicate that both martensite and austenite phases mutually coexist in the region of hysteresis.  相似文献

Magnetic phase evolution, crystallographic texture, microstructure and magnetic properties of Fe–28Cr–15Co–3.5Mo–1.8Ti alloy have been investigated by X-ray diffractometry, scanning transmission electron microscopy and magnetometry techniques as a function of processing conditions. Heat treatment conditions for obtaining optimum textural, microstructural and magnetic properties have been established by the experimentations. The Goss {110}〈001〉 and cube type {001}〈010〉 textures have been developed in an optimal treated Fe–28Cr–15Co–3.5Mo–1.8Ti magnets. The coercive force in Fe–28Cr–15Co–3.5Mo–1.8Ti magnets depends critically on the shape anisotropy of rod-like Fe Co Ti-rich α1 particles and remanence on the alignment and elongation of α1 particles parallel to applied magnetic field 〈100〉 directions. The optimum magnetic properties obtained in Fe–28Cr–15Co–3.5Mo–1.8Ti alloy are intrinsic coercive force, iHc, of 78.8 kA/m (990 Oe), remanence, Br of 1.12 T (11.2 kG) and energy product, (BH)max of 52.5 kJ/m3 (6.5 MGOe). The development of Fe–28Cr–15Co–3.5Mo–1.8Ti magnets as well as characterization of texture, microstructural and magnetic properties in the current study would be helpful in designing the new Fe–Cr–Co–Mo based magnets suitable for scientific and technological applications.  相似文献

The coercive force, the temperature dependence of the magnetization, and the structure of a DyFeTi alloy based on the DyFe11Ti compound with an excess content of α-Fe in the initial coarse-grained, nanocrystalline, and submicrocrystalline states are investigated experimentally. It is found that, in the submicrocrystalline sample, the coercive force is three times stronger and the temperature of the first spin-reorientation transition is 20 K higher than those in the coarse-grained sample. In the nanocrystalline sample, the coercive force is five times stronger than that in the coarse-grained sample, the first spin-reorientation transition is not revealed, and the transition at the Curie temperature is smeared. It is demonstrated that the changes observed in the magnetic properties are unrelated to the phase transformations but stem from the small size of crystal grains and high imperfection of the structure. The thermal instability of the DyFe11Ti compound is observed in submicrocrystalline and nanocrystalline states.  相似文献

The effects of Ge doping on the magnetic properties of nanocrystalline FeNbB ribbons are investigated. For amorphous Fe80Nb10Ge3B7 alloy, three crystallization processes are observed when heated from room temperature to 1173 K. At 973 K, a harder magnetic phase is formed, which brings about a constricted hysteresis loop. A large increase of relaxation frequency and a dramatic drop of permeability of 973 K-annealed Fe80Nb10Ge3B7 alloy are observed. The presence of Nb is essential for the nanocrystallization of α-Fe grains. If Nb is replaced by Ge completely, the thermal treatment will lead to the formation of coarse-grained Fe3Ge phase rather than nanosized α-Fe grains. We have observed magnetic anisotropy in bulk Nd55−xCoxFe30Al10B5 (x=10, 15 and 20) alloys prepared by copper mold suction casting method with a presence of external magnetic field (quenching field) μ0H=0.25 T. By changing direction of the measuring field from perpendicular to parallel one in comparison with that of the quenching field, coercive force of the alloys slightly decreases while remanent magnetization and squareness of hysteresis loop increase more clearly. It is also found that the higher Co-concentration in the alloys the larger magnetic anisotropy is induced. The structure analyses manifest nanocrystalline particles embedded in residual amorphous matrix of the alloys. The size of the particles is in range of 10-30 nm and their crystalline phases consist of Nd2(Fe,Co)14B, Nd3Co, Nd3Al, NdAl2 and Nd.  相似文献

Magnetic properties of La-Co substituted M-type strontium hexaferrites were studied. The samples were prepared by polymerizable complex method. Crystal structure of samples has been investigated by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). Single-phase M-type strontium hexaferrites with chemical composition of Sr1.05−xLaxFe12−xCoxO19 (x=0-0.4) were formed by heating at 1173 K for 24 h in air. Magnetic properties were discussed by measurements of M-H curves with vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). La-Co substituted M-type strontium hexaferrites prepared by polymerizable complex method showed typical magnetic hysteresis of hard ferrite. The coercive force increased significantly by La-Co substitution with polymerizable complex method. Maximum coercive force achieved in this study is 8.0 kOe (640 kA/m). Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the prepared ferrite particles have plate-like shape of diameter range between 20 and 500 nm.  相似文献

<正>The crystallization,microstructure,and soft magnetic properties of Fe52Co34Hf7B6Cu1 alloy are studied.Amorphous Fe52Co34Hf7B6Cu1 alloys are first treated by a pulsed magnetic field with a medium frequency,and then annealed at 100℃-400℃for 30 min in a vacuum.The rise in temperature during the treatment by a pulsed magnetic field is measured by a non-contact infrared thermometer.The soft magnetic properties of specimens are measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The microstructure changes of specimens are observed by a Mossbauer spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show the medium-frequency pulsating magnetic field will promote nanocrystallization of the amorphous alloy with a lower temperature rise.The nanocrystalline phase isα-Fe(Co) with bcc crystal structure,and the grain size is about 10 nm.After vacuum annealing at 100℃for 30 min,scattering nanocrystalline phases become more uniform,the coercive force and the saturation magnetization of the specimens are 41.98 A/m and 185.15 emu/g.  相似文献

Samples of BiFe0.93Mn0.07O3 with different specific surface area were synthesized for the first time by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The resulting powders consist of porous particles of a spherical shape of medium size ~0.5 μm and have record values of residual magnetization and coercive force. It is found that the magnetic properties of the porous powder particles are determined by the distortion of the crystal lattice and the presence of uncompensated magnetic moments of iron ions on the surface.  相似文献

用自旋动力学方法系统地研究磁偶极相互作用表现的边界效应对小尺寸正方形铁磁薄膜的磁化翻转过程的影响.在确定的磁偶极相互作用强度下,针对不同的单轴各向异性强度和不同的磁化角(外磁场与易轴间的夹角),具体给出矫顽场与磁化角及单轴各向异性强度之间的依赖关系和-些有代表性的磁滞回线,并给出磁化翻转过程中-些有代表性的微观磁结构.模拟结果表明:磁偶极相互作用表现的边界钉扎作用与单轴各向异性场之间的竞争决定磁滞回线的形状和矫顽场的大小,从而在不同磁化角情况下会导致不同的矫顽场机理.本文提出可有效地描述正方形铁磁性薄膜复杂微观磁畴结构的形成与演变的五磁畴模型.这种五磁畴模型既能直接揭示单轴各向异性正方形铁磁薄膜的几何特性和物理特性,也方便于磁化翻转过程的分析.  相似文献

The Fe14.5Co16.5Ni55B15 and the Fe13Co15.5Ni51.5B20 ferromagnetic nanowires were deposited using the electrochemical deposition method. The structure of these nanowires was investigated using X-ray diffraction. Squid magnetometer was used to investigate the magnetic behavior. The hysteresis loops of 50 μm long nanowire arrays were studied as a function of boron concentration, nanowire diameter and field orientation. The competition between shape anisotropy and magnetostatic interactions played a vital role in determining the magnetic field necessary to saturate an array. The decrease in coercive field (Hc) and the squareness (SQ) of the hysteresis loop from 100 to 200 nm wire diameter for both types of compositions suggests the formation of multidomains in the nanowire.  相似文献

We investigate the effects of the antiferromagnetic exchange coupling between the Nickel and Bismuth2 atoms (Jint2 < 0) on the magnetizations of the NiBi-binary alloy versus temperature and external magnetic field by means of the effective field theory. We find that the magnetization of the Ni, Bi1, Bi2 and total NiBi-binary alloy has two different magnetic phase transitions for the Jint2 < 0. One of them is a first-order phase transition (FOPT) at Tt = 0.349 and the other is a second-order phase transition (SOPT) at Tc = 0.791. We also study the hysteresis behaviors and we find that the values of the coercive field points of the Bi2 are higher than those of the Ni and Bi1. Moreover, Ni, Bi1 and Bi2 components have ferromagnetic hysteresis behaviors whereas the total NiBi has type II superconducting behavior. Therefore, we suggest that ferromagnetism and superconductivity coexist in the NiBi-binary alloy that is qualitatively good agreement with the some experimental and theoretical works.  相似文献

A phenomenological model has been proposed for the formation of the major thermal hysteresis loop of optical parameters upon the semiconductor-metal phase transition in vanadium oxide nanocomposites. It has been demonstrated that the effects associated with the influence of nanocrystallite sizes on the phase transition temperature in an individual nanocrystallite, which is determined by the width of the elementary hysteresis loop and the position of the phase equilibrium temperature on the temperature scale, manifest themselves in the form of pronounced features in the loop shape. In particular, the size effects for VO2 polycrystalline films are observed in the formation of a trapezoidal shape of the optical thermal hysteresis loop with a wide lower base, whereas these effects for nanocomposites based on porous glasses with VO2 nanocrystals are revealed in the form of the optical hysteresis loop with a narrow lower base (wide upper base). The proposed model also explains the symmetric shape of the major hysteresis loop for vanadium oxide nanocomposites based on opals. The size effects in opal nanocomposites with strictly fixed sizes of pores and, therefore, nanocrystallite sizes manifest themselves in the form of well-defined steps in the heating and cooling branches of the major hysteresis loop.  相似文献

The process of magnetization reversal in Co x (PZT)100 − x composites is studied experimentally. At room temperature, the ferromagnetic state in as-prepared samples is found to arise only if the composite contains more than 60 at % of the metal phase. The concentration dependences of the coercive force and remanent magnetization derived from magnetic hysteresis loops are discussed in terms of the random anisotropy model.  相似文献

利用直流电化学沉积法, 在多孔阳极氧化铝模板中首次制备出了具有[220]取向的单晶 面心立方结构的CoCu固溶体合金纳米线阵列, 其Co含量高达70%.透射电子显微镜显示纳米线均匀连续, 具有较高的长径比, 约为300. 磁性测量表明所制备的Co70Cu30 合金纳米线具有超高的矫顽力Hc//=2438 Oe(1 Oe=79.5775 A/m)和较高的矩形比S//=0.76, 远高于以往报道的CoCu合金纳米线的磁性, 分析表明磁性好的主要原因是由于较高Co含量和高形状各向异性. 通过磁性测量和模型计算, 得到Co70Cu30 合金纳米线阵列在反磁化过程中遵从对称扇型转动的球链模型, 并从结构的角度分析了Co70Cu30合金纳米线阵列的反磁化行为.  相似文献

A Ni54Mn25.7Ga20.3 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy thin film has been fabricated by using the RF magnetron-sputtering technique. The structure and magnetic properties of the film were systematically investigated. The results show that the film is in ferromagnetic martensite state at room temperature with the Curie temperature (Tc) of about 370 K. The saturation magnetization (Ms) of the film reaches 45 emu/g at 300 K, which is about 80% as large as that of Ni–Mn–Ga bulk material. The magnetization hysteresis loops significantly depend on temperatures. The residual magnetization (Mr) and the coercive force (Hc) increase with decreasing temperatures. The grains homogeneously distribute in the film. The microstructure of the film consists of martensite plates. The interface between the martensite variants is clear and straight, indicating a good mobility.  相似文献
