Zusammenfassung Die Synthese von geschützten 2,3-Dideoxy-2-hydroxymethyl-nucleosiden wird beschrieben. Die durch ein Mehrstufenverfahren aus Isopropylidenglycerol erhaltenen Nucleoside können als Bausteine zur Darstellung von Oligonucleotiden verwendet werden, deren 2- und 5-Positionen über eine Etherbrücke verbunden sind.
Synthesis of 2,3-dideoxy-2-hydroxymethyl nucleosides
Summary The synthesis of protected 2,3-dideoxy-2-hydroxymethyl nucleosides is presented. The nucleosides, obtained in a multi-step procedure starting from isopropylideneglycerol, may be used as building blocks for the synthesis of 2,5-ether linked oligonucleotides.

Reaction of Cp2Ti(Me3SiC?CSiMe3) with O-Trimethylsilyl-benzaldoxime under Formation of a Nitrile and a Titana-Diazacyclopentene Complex Cp2Ti(Me3SiC?CSiMe3) ( 1 ) reacts with O-trimethylsilyl-benzaldoxime ( 4 ) to the titanocene-(η2-benzonitrile) complex 5 and 2,5-diaza-1-titana-3-cyclopentene 7 . The structure of 7 was obtained by X-ray crystal structure analysis ( 7 : orthorhombic, space group P212121, Z = 4, a = 7.955(2), b = 12.630(3), c = 19.426(4) Å).  相似文献

Cp2Zr(C7H7SO3)2 (C) can be prepared from Cp2ZrCl2 and silver toluenesulfonate in acetonitrile. Reaction of C with H2O gives the ionic 18-electron species [Cp2Zr(C7H7SO3)(H2O)2]+ C7H7SO3 (D). The structures of both complexes have been determined by X-ray analyses. The Cp2Zr units in C and D have the usual bent metallocene structure. The metal-bonded O atoms of the three additional ligands in D lie in a plane bisecting the plane of the Cp ligands, the C7H7SO3 group being symmetrically flanked by the H2O ligands. The H2OZrOH2 angle is 148°. On the other hand, the OZrO angle of 90° in C is relatively small for a Cp2ZrX2 compound.  相似文献

5-Phenyl-3-[(2′R,3′S)-3′-hydroxy-2′-dimethoxymethyltetrahydrofuran-3′-yl]-1,2,4-oxadiazole 10a and its epimer 11a, 5-methyl-3-[(2′R,3′S)-3′-hydroxy-2′-dimethoxymethyltetrahydrofuran-3′-yl]-1,2,4-oxadiazole 10b and its epimer 11b were synthesized from cyanohydrin benzoates 8a, 9a and cyanohydrin acetates 8b, 9b, respectively, by treatment with hydroxylamine in methanol via intramolecular transacylation and subsequent cyclization of the corresponding amidoximes. Hydrolysis and reduction of the dimethoxymethyl groups in the above compounds gave the desired compounds 12a, 13a, 12b and 13b.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Silber läßt sich mit Caroschem Reagens und ,-Dipyridyl bei pH 3 bis 5 in das rotbraune Silber(II)-bis-Dipyridyl-chelat überführen, dessen Lichtabsorption zur Bestimmung kleiner Mengen Silber verwendet wird. Mit Terpyridin und Peroxodisulfat erhält man den analogen, braun gefärbten Komplex, der sich in schwach saurem Medium für die photometrische Bestimmung kleinster Silbermengen eignet.
Summary By means of Caro reagent and dipyridyl at pH 3–5, silver is converted into the red-brown silver(II)-bis-dipyridyl chelate, whose light absorption can be employed for the determination of small amounts of silver. The analogous brown complex is obtained with terpyridine and peroxide disulfate and this product is suitable for the photometric determination of very small amounts of silver.

Résumé On peut transformer l'argent par le réactif de Caro et le dipyridyle à pH 3–5 en un chélate d'argent-II bis-dipyridyle brun rouge dont on utilise l'absorption vis-à-vis de la lumière pour doser de petites quantités d'argent. Avec la terpyridine et un peroxodisulfate on obtient le complexe analogue coloré en brun qui convient pour le dosage photométrique de très petites quantités d'argent en milieu faiblement acide.
