A novel Fourier transform 3D shape measurement method based on color fringe projection is proposed in order to solve the spectrum overlapping and phase unwrapping problems existed in Fourier transform profilometry (FTP). The R and G components of the color fringe are set to two sinusoidal patterns with different frequencies and the B component is set to the average value of R or G component. Then this pattern is projected to the object and the deformed fringe image is captured. Three gray patterns are separated from the color fringe, the background and high frequency noise can be eliminated using our method and the accurate unwrapped phase can be got. Only one shot color pattern is projected to get the 3D information of the object. Experiment results show that the 3D information of an object can be obtained rapidly and accurately. 相似文献

在自适应光学中使用区域法进行波前重构的一个主要困难是计算量非常大。通过对重构矩阵进行小波变换 ,并对生成的矩阵选取门限 ,获得稀疏矩阵 ,从而可在对重构精度仅有轻微影响的情况下 ,显著降低计算量 ,提高计算速度。文中根据 Bowman[1 ]的理论分析 ,证实了小波变换应用于 Kolmogorov大气扰动重构的适用性 ,提出了适合工程设计应用的门限选择方法和评价参数 ,针对 Kovlmogorov大气扰动进行了计算机仿真 ,给出了有实际应用价值的结果 相似文献

The recently proposed optimized dithering techniques are able to improve measurement quality obviously. However, those phase-based optimization methods are sensitive to the amount of defocusing while intensity-based optimization methods cannot reduce the phase error efficiently. This paper presents a novel method, minimizing a proposed objective function named intensity residual error (IRE), as well as a novel framework, optimizing pixels group by group, to construct binary patterns for high-quality 3D shape measurement. Both the simulation and experimental results show that this proposed algorithm can achieve phase quality improvements over other recently optimized dithering techniques with various amounts of defocusing. 相似文献

A new analysis of 3-D surface profilometry based on modulation measurement technique by the application of Wavelet Transform method is proposed. As a tool excelling for its multi-resolution and localization in the time and frequency domains, Wavelet Transform method with good localized time-frequency analysis ability and effective de-noizing capacity can extract the modulation distribution more accurately than Fourier Transform method. Especially for the analysis of complex object, more details of the measured object can be well remained. In this paper, the theoretical derivation of Wavelet Transform method that obtains the modulation values from a captured fringe pattern is given. Both computer simulation and elementary experiment are used to show the validity of the proposed method by making a comparison with the results of Fourier Transform method. The results show that the Wavelet Transform method has a better performance than the Fourier Transform method in modulation values retrieval. 相似文献

针对条纹投影术提取物体高度信息的问题,提出了一种新的基于彩色光栅投影的三维测量方法。对选取G分量为255,R,B分量各取0或255而组成的青、白、黄、绿四色遵循格雷码原理进行编码,然后将G分量作正弦调制形成投影光栅投向被测物体。提取采集到的光栅变形图中G分量,利用傅里叶变换方法得到其初始相位;同时对采集到图像中的R,B分量作阈值迭代分割而G分量自动赋值为255,综合三分量信息得到条纹颜色信息进而获取条纹的周期信息,从而展开相位。全过程仅需投影一幅彩色光栅图就能完成三维测量,实验结果表明该算法易于实现,在测量实时性和精确性上表现良好。 相似文献

This paper presents a method that recovers high-quality 3D absolute coordinates point by point with only five binary patterns. Specifically, three dense binary dithered patterns are used to compute the wrapped phase; and the average intensity is combined with two additional binary patterns to determine fringe order pixel by pixel in phase domain. The wrapped phase is temporarily unwrapped point by point by referring to the fringe order. We further developed a computational framework to reduce random noise impact due to dithering, defocusing and random noise. Since only five binary fringe patterns are required to recover one 3D frame, extremely high speed 3D shape measurement can be achieved. For example, we developed a system that captures 2D images at 3333 Hz, and thus performs 3D shape measurement at 667 Hz. 相似文献

The frequency distribution of different ingredients in-ray spectra,e.g.,photo-peak,fluctuations of counts and Compton region,is separately analyzed.After wavelet transform of-ray spectra,the wavelet coefficients of a photo-peak increase with transforming scales and these coefficients show direct proportion with intensity of peak at determinate scale.A novel algorithm based on wavelet transform is proposed and studied.The results indicate that most of the photo-peaks in multi-spectra can be determined accurately,the-rays energy and intensity of the peak can also be determined.This method has the prospect of being applied in on-line multi-spectra analysis in such fields as radioprotection and nuclear safety monitoring. 相似文献

According to the characteristic of large aperture static interference imaging spectrometer (LASIS), a non-linear orientation prediction three-dimensional (3D) wavelet transform method is proposed in this paper on the basis of the 3D orientation prediction wavelet transform method proposed by Li, Ma and Wu in 2008 [1]. The method proposed in this paper still combines directional prediction into 3D lifting wavelet transformation, but compared with the 3D orientation prediction wavelet transform method, it made a breakthrough in the limitation that the orientation predicted must be a straight linear direction. The experimental results showed that this method improved the performance of wavelet obviously, especially on the LASIS image with quite severe and unstable directional characteristic as seen in the study of Ma and Ma (2009) [2]. 为了避免机器人模型误差对三维形貌柔性测量系统手眼标定的影响,对手眼关系的标定方法进行了研究。提出了一种融合特征点拟合的手眼标定方法。将三维形貌扫描仪安装在工业机器人末端搭建三维形貌柔性测量系统。标定时,首先利用激光跟踪仪对工业机器人末端法兰盘坐标系进行测量,得到两者转换关系;然后,利用三维形貌扫描仪和激光跟踪仪对空间固定的特征点组进行测量,利用特征点约束和基于罗德里格矩阵的算法求解两者转换关系即可间接地求解出手眼关系。基于ATOS三维扫描仪、安川HP20D机器人和API公司生产的激光跟踪仪进行了手眼标定实验,并进行了精度验证。结果表明:标定后的三维形貌柔性测量系统,其重复性测量精度(3σ)不超过0.1 mm,长度测量精度的均方根误差在0.2 mm以内,点云拼接精度优于±0.7 mm。该方法有效避免了传统手眼标定过程中会引入机器人模型误差的问题,在求解手眼关系解时采用了线性的解法,并且适用于三维形貌柔性测量系统。 相似文献

We proposed a new method for retrieving the phase from wavelength-scanning interferogram by wavelet transform. We demonstrate, with both theoretical and experimental data, that this method provides a reliable technique for retrieving phase in the wavelength-scanning interferometry. We show that the proposed method by wavelet transform can reconstruct the nonlinear phase better than the conventional Fourier transform and direct spectral phase calculation method by simulation. The patterned thin film is measured to get the thickness and surface profile simultaneously with the developed wavelength-scanning interferometry. 相似文献

The wavelet analysis provides an efficient tool in numerous signal-processing problems and has been implemented in optical processing techniques, such as in-line holography. When the diffraction pattern recorded on a hologram is analyzed by means of a wavelet transform, the 3-D location of small particles can be determined very accurately. The diffraction process can, in fact, be interpreted as a convolution with a family of wavelet functions, or, merely, as a wavelet transform. The scale parameter of the wavelet family is related to the axial distance z that the wave propagates. The original field is then reconstructed by searching for the optimum value of the scale parameter which produces a maximum of the wavelet transform modulus. In this paper the study of out-of-plane or transverse vibrations in a square plate using digital speckle pattern interferometry (DSPI) is presented. To improve the measurement accuracy, we have implemented a new filtering scheme based on combination of average/median filtering and Symlet wavelet filtering which enhances the signal to noise ratio in the speckle interferogram obtained from DSPI. A large number of fringe patterns are shown for square plate with two different boundary conditions. Experimentally obtained resonance frequencies for the square plate for the boundary condition one edge fixed and other edges being free, the resonance frequencies obtained from DSPI show good agreement with that obtained from classical theory for thin plates. 相似文献
