在氩气保护下,利用N-(正丁基)-N’(4-甲酰基苯氧戊基)-1.6,7,12-四-(4-叔丁基苯氧基)-3,4,9,10-苝酰亚胺和N-甲基甘氨酸产生的亚胺叶立德与富勒烯反应,合成了含富勒烯的苝化合物,用NMR、FT—IR、UV-Vis及TGA等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明此类化合物具有好的溶解性和高的热稳定性。  相似文献

农药的研发与使用极大地提高了农作物的产量,为解决人类温饱、改善人类生活品质做出了贡献。但是,农药广泛残留于农副产品以及土壤和水体中,造成的污染日趋严重。残留的农药通常具有微量致毒、难生物降解、生物累积等特性,对生物健康与生态系统造成了巨大威胁。高效检测微量农药、减小污染危害是亟待解决的问题。吸附法具有成本低、操作简单、稳定性强、可重复性强的特点,在农药分离预富集领域得到了广泛关注。作为一种常用的农药吸附剂材料,环糊精是一类具有空腔的超分子化合物,能够作为主体通过主客体作用形成包合物;另外,可以通过醚化、酯化、氧化等化学反应对环糊精进行后修饰以提高其吸附性能。疏水作用、静电作用、范德华力、氢键作用、立体效应协同促进对农药的吸附。环糊精在农药吸附领域已经取得了一定进展,但是目前还没有基于环糊精的农药吸附剂的综述。该文针对杀菌剂、杀虫剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂这4类农药,系统性地评述了基于环糊精的农药吸附剂的制备、吸附机理及应用,目前存在个别吸附剂吸附容量不高、降解机理不明确、降解产物对环境不友好、容易造成二次污染的问题,研发高吸附容量、易回收、易分离、易再生的基于环糊精的农药吸附剂是未来的主要研究方向。  相似文献

将合不同负离子的苄基紫精分散在混合有PVP的MMA-HEMA共聚物基质中可制成耐水的光致变色膜。它们的光致变色速度的大小随紫精负离子的不同而有如下序列:这与这些紫精在DMF中的溶解度以及在共聚物基质中的溶解性大小的序列相一致.负离子对这些光致变色膜在空气中的氧化退色速度没有很大影响,对这些膜的光疲劳性能的影响也不大。将V3~V6分散在不很有PVP的MMA-HEMA共聚物基质中制成的膜也表现出光致变色的特性,表明它们的多原子负离子本身在聚合物膜中也能充当电子给体的角色.  相似文献

以直线交叉法为依据,根据最小二乘原理,采用Matlab GUI工具设计了一款用于计算二元共聚合反应竞聚率的图形用户程序。与传统的求解竞聚率方法相比,该图形用户程序具有设计原理简单、计算快捷的特点;同时程序提供界面简洁、交互友好的数据输入平台,实用性强。实际应用表明:采用该款图形用户程序所测得的数据与微机动态搜索法、Tidwell-Mortimer法相近,而比采用斜率截距法计算竞聚率的最小差方和更小,并且也避免了采用斜率截距法由于所用方程的非对称性造成的计算结果的不一致性。  相似文献

In view of the increasing quantity of MOOC curriculum construction and the utilization of MOOC resources, this paper puts forward how to efficiently make use of MOOC resources through deepening curriculum teaching reform. In this paper, the problems in MOOC teaching are summarized, and then the SPOC course is introduced. Along with introducing SPOC course, taking the course of inorganic and analytical chemistry in Huazhong Agricultural University as an example, four main functions of SPOC are expounded emphatically which include solving the problem of cultivating students' autonomous learning ability, solving the problem of obtaining knowledge from MOOC in a piecemeal way, solving the concern about the effect of online learning and solving the low participation of MOOC. It is concluded that the course of SPOC is an important way to make good use of MOOC. It is suggested that the co-construction and sharing of MOOC should be strengthened to enhance the efficiency of MOOC.  相似文献

以无机与分析化学课程教学为例,探讨了SPOC混合教学模式下提高学生知识与能力的有效途径。在该课程教学中的应用和考核评价中,采用课堂教学与在线自主学习相结合的教学方式,实现了以能力培养为目标的本科教育模式的"三个转变":(1)以教为主向以学为主的转变;(2)以课堂教学为主向课内课外结合为主的转变;(3)以结果评价为主向以结果与过程评价相结合为主的转变。有效地提高了教学质量,突出地解决了目前高等院校本科教育模式面临的学生学习主动性差、参与度少的问题。  相似文献

Modern analytical chemistry is the important professional course for graduate students of analytical chemistry and the related majors. It is the continuation and promotion of knowledge of analytical chemistry course and the key course to improve the scientific research ability of students. The course includes modern separation science, modern electroanalytical chemistry, modern photoanalytical chemistry and advanced analytical chemistry. It is an important guarantee for improving teaching quality to carry out teaching reform of modern analytical chemistry. In the paper, starting from the construction of teaching team, the modern analytical chemistry course group including four courses was set up for the first time. The course contents are reorganized. The teaching methods are optimized and coordinated. The courses are constructed collectively, including reforming the teaching mode and teaching method, editing textbook appropriately and setting up website with a variety of teaching materials. During the years of 2015 to 2018, the inorganic chemistry course in Tianjin University has gradually transited from small private on-line course (SPOC) to flipped classroom. Flipped classroom teaching practices were carried out at more than 30 classes at our university by the sufficient use of on-line course resources. These practices effectively improve the quality of teaching, and greatly solve the problem of poor learning initiative and low participation of the students existing in current traditional teaching model. This article in detail introduces and summarizes the following four aspects, including transition of teaching modes, construction of online resources, online and offline supervising, test scores analysis and teaching thought. The effective ways for flipped classroom mode are discussed to improve students' knowledge and learning ability. And it also provides references for teachers to carry out their classroom teaching reform.  相似文献

The paper focuses on designing carefully and carrying out combined teaching methods. Meanwhile, some effective teaching methods, including chemical history teaching, situational teaching and heuristic teaching, are used to cultivate students' interest. The SPOC course of spectroscopic methods in organic chemistry explored a combination of online and offline hybrid teaching methods based on the Chinese University MOOC network (https://www.icourse163.org/). Based on the characteristics of students at normal universities, the course was designed by improving teaching methods, designing course processes and contents, improving the contents of online video course, experiencing lessons and learning processes, and analyzing actual teaching results. The current situation of analytical chemistry teaching and reform, as well as some problems in micro-videos of online classroom was analyzed. In order to solve these problems, short experimental videos were introduced to the online classroom to demonstrate experimental methods. The new teaching mode achieves mutual integration and promotion of the classroom teaching and laboratory teaching, providing opportunities and challenges for the teaching reform of chemistry online course.
