By using optical emission spectroscopy (OES), N2 and N2^+ vibrational temperatures in capacitively coupled plasma discharges with different exciting frequencies are investigated. The vibrational temperatures are acquired by comparing the measured and calculated spectra of selected transitions with a least-square procedure. It is found that N2 and N2^+ vibrational temperatures almost increase linearly with increasing exciting frequency up to 23 MHz, then increase slowly or even decrease. The pressure corresponding to the maximum point of N2 vibrational temperature decreases with the increasing exciting frequency. These experimental phenomena are attributed to the increasing electron density, whereas the electron temperature decreases with exciting frequency rising.  相似文献

A high number of normal-superconductor transitions of sintered YBCO samples have been monitored by AC susceptibility measurements simultaneously in three different regions of samples, in the presence of strong thermal gradient. With this method, different accidental mesoscopic vortex structure instabilities have not only been observed but also located. Even if local magnetothermal instabilities of oscillatory nature (f=0.1–0.02 Hz) appear in strong thermal gradient fields, their evolution remains localized. However, when such instabilities appear in superposed temperature and electric (DC) potential gradient fields, they travel together with the mixed-state zone (v=0.06–0.1 mms−1) along the macroscopic specimen. The interaction of transport currents with shielding current instabilities of the mixed-state — modifying some percolative network paths — can be considered as a possible macroscopic scenario for the traveling instabilities.  相似文献

Polarized Raman spectra of ferroelectric relaxor 0.67Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.33PbTiO3 (0.67PMN-0.33PT) single crystal are systematically investigated in a wide temperature range from -196 to 600℃ by micro-Raman scattering technique. The results clearly reveal that there are two structural phase transitions in such composite ferroelectric relaxor: the rhombohedral-tetragonal (R- T) phase transition and the tetragonal-cubic (T- C) phase transition. The former occurs at about TR-T =34℃, corresponding to the vanishing of the soft A1 mode at 106cm^-1 recorded in the parallel polarization. The latter appears at about TT-C = 144℃, which can be verified with the vanishing of mode at 780cm^-1 measured in the crossed polarization.  相似文献

The influence of a strong coupling field on the linear response of a modulation-doped quantum well to a weak probe field is studied theoretically for the case when the coupling field frequencies are comparable to those of bound-bound and bound quasi-bound transitions within the conduction subbands. Model calculations suggest that line-center reductions in the ground-to-coupled excited-subband absorption of up to 80% can be coherently induced with CO2 laser intensities of ∼ 20 MW/cm2. The effect requires the infrared coupling field to be polarized in the growth direction, and the nature of the modifications in the linear response depends strongly oft the parity and relaxation rates of the excited subband states.  相似文献

 本文在0~4 GPa范围内研究了预压力对硬脂酸晶体的相关场劈裂和固态-熔融态相变过程的影响。通过γCH2面内摇摆振动模和γ'CH2相关场模的强度和频率变化,发现预压力对晶体内的相关场合分子链取向有明显的影响。预压力对硬脂酸的熔点虽然没有影响,但对γ'CH2模有“硬化”作用。并且由此出发,对硬脂酸的预熔过程作了讨论。  相似文献

Bi0.5 (Na0.72K0.28- x Lix )0.5 TiO3 (BNKLT- 100x) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are synthesized by conventional solid state sintering techniques. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the BNKLT-100x ceramics as a function of Li content are systematically investigated. It is found that not only Li content but also the sintering temperature has a strong effect on the piezoelectric properties of BNKLT. The piezoelectric constant d33 Of BNKLT varies from 120 to 252pC/N in the Li content range from 0.03 to 0.16. In the sintering temperature range from 1080 to 1130℃, the d33 value of BNKLT-6 changes from 200pC/N to 252pC/N. The BNKLT-6 sample sintered at 1100℃ has the highest piezoelectric constant d33 of 252pC/N, with the electromechanical coupling factors kp of 0.32 and kt of 0.44.  相似文献

The ferroelectric crystal Ba2TiSi2O8 with high second-order optical nonlinearity is precipitated in Sm^3+-doped BaO-TiO2-SiO2 glass by a focused 800hm, 250 kHz and 150fs femtosecond laser irradiation. No apparent blue and red emissions are observed at the beginning, while strong blue emission due to second harmonic generation and red emission due to the f-f transitions of Sm^3+ are observed near the focal point of the laser beam after irradiation for 25s. Micro-Raman spectra confirm that Ba2 TiSi2O8 crystalline dots and lines are formed after laser irradiation. The mechanism of the phenomenon is discussed.  相似文献

By introducing an adjustment waveguide besides the incident waveguide, zero-dispersion slow light with wide bandwidth can be realized due to anticrossing of the incident waveguide mode and the adjustment waveguide mode. The width of the adjustment waveguide (W2) and the hole radii of the coupling region (r') will change the dispersion of incident waveguide mode. Theoretical investigation reveals that zero dispersion at various low group velocity vg in incident waveguide can be achieved. In particular, proper W2 and r' can lead to the lowest vg of 0.0085c at 1550 nm with wide bandwidth of 202 GHz for zero dispersion.  相似文献

研究了存在偶极相互作用的两等同原子与双模腔场共振相互作用双光子过程的腔场谱,研究发现,当两模初态都为光子数态或相干态时,两模腔场谱之间有很强的相互影响,在两模场强相同时,两划的光谱结构也相同,且在强场下呈现三峰结构;当两模初态场强不同时,较强的一模出现简单的单峰结构,而较弱模光谱中三峰的距离随另一模光子数的增加而增大。当两模均为压缩真空态时,在强场下得到经典共振荧光谱,且两模腔场谱之间的相互影响很弱。  相似文献

Starting from the tight-binding dielectric matrix in the random phase approximation we examine the collective modes and electron-hole excitations in a two-band electronic system. For long wavelengths (q → 0), for which most of the analysis is carried out, the properties of the collective modes are closely related to the symmetry of the atomic orbitals involved in the tight-binding states. In insulators there are only inter-band charge oscillations. If atomic dipolar transitions are allowed, the corresponding collectivemodes reduce in the asymptotic limit of vanishing bandwidths to Frenkel excitons for an atomic insulator with weak on-site interactions. The finite bandwidths renormalize the dispersion of these modes and introduce a continuum of incoherent inter-band electron-hole excitations. The possible Landau damping of collective modes due to the presence of this continuum is discussed in detail. In conductors the intra-band charge fluctuations give rise to plasmons. If the atomic dipolar transitions are forbidden, the coupling of inter-band collective modes and plasmons tends to zero as q → 0. On the contrary, in dipolar conductors this coupling is strong and nonperturbative, due to the long range monopole-dipole interactions between intra-band and inter-band charge fluctuations. The resulting collective modes are hybrids of intra-band plasmons and inter-band dipolar oscillations. It is shown that the frequency of the lower hybridized longitudinal mode is proportional to the frequency of the transverse dipolar mode when the latter is small. The dielectric instability in a multi-band conductor is therefore characterized by the simultaneous softening of a transverse and a longitudinal mode, which is an important, directly measurable consequence of the present theory.  相似文献

A series of layered (Sr1-xKx)Fe2As2 compounds with nominal x = 0-0.40 are synthesized by solid state reaction method. Similar to other parent compounds of iron-based pnictide superconductors, pure SrFe2As2 shows a strong resistivity anomaly near 210 K, which was ascribed to the spin-density-wave instability. The anomaly temperature is much higher than those observed in LaOFeAs and BaFe2As2, the two prototype parent compounds with ZrCuSiAs- and ThCr2Si2-type structures. K-doping strongly suppresses this anomaly and induces superconductivity. Like in the case of K-doped BaFe2As2, sharp superconducting transitions at Tc ~ 38 K is observed. We perform the Hall coefficient measurement, and confirm that the dominant carriers are hole-type. The carrier density is enhanced by a factor of 3 in comparison to F-doped LaOFeAs superconductor.  相似文献

We study the dynamic behaviour of two intracellufar calcium oscillators that are coupled through gap junctions both to Ca^2+ and inositol(1,4,5)-trisphosphate (IP3). It is found that synchronized anti-phase and in-phase oscillations of cytoplasmic cadcium coexist in parameters space. Especially, synchronized anti-phase oscillations only occur near the onset of a Hopf bifurcation point when the velocity of IP3 synthesis is increased. In addition, two kinds of coupling effects, i.e., the diffusions of Ca^2+ and IP3 among cells on synchronous behaviour, are considered. We fnd that small coupling of Ca^2+ and large coupling of IP3 facilitate the emergence of synchronized anti-phase oscillations. However, the result is contrary for the synchronized in-phase case. Our findings may provide a qualitative understanding about the mechanism of synchronous behaviour of intercellular calcium signalling.  相似文献

The effect of a surface electric field produced by ionic adsorption on the molecular orientation of a nematic liquid crystal sample is analyzed. The eigenvalue problem for a semi-infinite medium is analytically solved both for strong and weak anchoring situations. The threshold instabilities are numerically determined and it is shown that the homeotropic pattern can be destabilized also in the situation of strong anchoring. The dependence of the threshold field on the anchoring strength and on the surface polarization is determined by taking into account also the coupling of the quadrupolar component of the flexoelectric coefficient with the field gradient. We calculate the infrared absorption of large polarons bound to defects in the weak coupling limit. Polar crystals with more than one longitudinal optical phonon branch coupled to the electrons are considered. Oscillator strengths corresponding to defect transitions without phonons and to transitions with emission of phonons are calculated using the Larsen wave-functions. The results are applied to infrared data in strontium titanate and it is found that weak coupling calculations are in better agreement than strong coupling ones.  相似文献

The weak coupling instabilities of a two dimensional Fermi system are investigated for the case of a square lattice using a Wilson renormalization group scheme to one loop order. We focus on a situation where the Fermi surface passes through two saddle points of the single particle dispersion. In the case of perfect nesting, the dominant instability is a spin density wave but d-wave superconductivity as well as charge or spin flux phases are also obtained in certain regions in the space of coupling parameters. The low energy regime in the vicinity of these instabilities can be studied analytically. Although saddle points play a major role (through their large contribution to the single particle density of states), the presence of low energy excitations along the Fermi surface rather than at isolated points is crucial and leads to an asymptotic decoupling of the various instabilities. This suggests a more mean-field like picture of these instabilities, than the one recently established by numerical studies using discretized Fermi surfaces. 使用二维辐射多群扩散流体力学程序LARED-S对点火靶内爆进行大规模数值模拟,同时考虑低阶辐射驱动不对称性和中高阶的表面粗糙度.计算结果表明:靶丸内爆流场不仅出现严重的低阶模面密度扰动,同时生成大幅度的尖钉与气泡结构;呈现明显的扰动模耦合效应,模耦合生成的扰动增长幅度与理论公式在一定时间内较好地吻合.在内爆减速阶段,扰动增长发展到强非线性阶段,模耦合效应使得扰动频谱分布变宽;同时芯部的涡流使得靶壳的尖钉弯曲,内爆流场出现明显的湍流混合现象.模耦合效应与湍流混合极大地降低了内爆性能,导致点火失败.  相似文献
