通过Knoevenagel反应合成了3个Y型三苯胺生色分子N,N-二{4-[2-(2-苯并噻唑基)乙烯基]苯基}苯胺(BBtVPA)、N,N-二{4-[1-(2-苯并噻唑基)-1,3-丁二烯-4-基]苯基}苯胺(BBtBPA)和N,N-二{4-[1-(2-二氰基甲叉-3-氰基-5,5-二甲基-2,5-二氢-4-呋喃基)-1,3-丁二烯-4-基]苯基}苯胺(BCfBPA), 以及4个一维偶极分子4-[2-(2-苯丙噻唑基)乙烯基]-N,N-二苯基苯胺(BtVPA)、1-(2-苯并噻唑基)-4-[4-(N,N-二苯基)氨基]苯基-1,3-丁二烯(BtAPB)、1-[(2-二氰基甲叉-3-氰基-5,5-二甲基-2,5-二氢)-4-呋喃基]-4-[4-(N,N-二苯基氨基)]苯基-1,3-丁二烯(CfAPB)和4-[2-(2-二氰基甲叉-3-氰基-5,5-二甲基-2,5-二氢呋喃-4-基)乙烯基]-N,N-二苯基苯胺(CfVPA). 测定了生色分子的紫外吸收和荧光性质, 在二氯甲烷中, Y型分子BBtVPA, BBtBPA和BCfBPA的最大吸收波长分别为425, 443和613 nm, 比偶极分子红移了约30 nm, Y型分子BBtVPA和BBtBPA的最大荧光发射峰分别位于516和558 nm, 比偶极分子稍有红移. 根据双能级模型理论, 用溶致变色法测定了生色分子的二阶非线性极化率(β), Y型分子BBtVPA, BBtBPA和BCfBPA的β0分别为40×10-30, 64×10-30和238×10-30 esu, 比相应的偶极分子分别提高了0.9~2.8倍. 结果表明, 提高吸电子基团强度, 增大共轭体系有助于获得更大的β值.  相似文献

Organozinc compounds prepared from dialkyl dibromomalonates and zinc react with 2-arylmethyl-eneindan-4,6-diones, 5-arylmethylene-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones, as well as with 2-[4-(1,3-dioxoindan-2-ylidenemethyl)phenyl]methyleneindan-1,3-dione and 5-[4-(2,2-dimethyl-4,6-dioxo-1,3-dioxane-2-ylidenemethyl)phenyl]methylene-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4,6-diones to form dialkyl 3-aryl-1′3′-dioxaspiro(cyclopropane-2,2′-indan)-1,1-dicarboxylates, dimethyl 3-aryl-6,6-dimethyl-5,7-dioxa-4,8-dioxaspiro[2,5]octan-2,2-dicarboxylates, dialkyl 2-{4-[3,3-bis (alkoxycarbonyl)-1′,3′-dioxaspiro(cyclopropane-2,2′-indan)-1-yl]phenyl}-1′,3′-dioxaspiro[cyclopropane-2,2′-indan]-1,1-dicarboxylates, and dialkyl 2-{4-[2,2-bis(alkoxycarbonyl)-6,6′-dimethyl-4,8-dioxo-5,7-dioxaspiro[2,5]oct-1-yl]phenyl}-6,6-dimethyl-4,8-dioxo-5,7-dioxaspiro[2,5]octan-1,1-dicarboxylate respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of Meldrum's acid with 3,4-bis(chloromethyl)-2,5-dimethylthiophene (1) or 3,4-bis(bromomethyl)-2,5-dimethylthiophene (2) produces the kinetically favored C,O-dialkylation product, 1,3,7,7-tetramethyl-4H,10H-6,8,9-trioxa-2-thiabenz[f]azulen-5-one (4). Recrystallization of 4 from refluxing methanol results in the methanolysis product 5-(4-methoxymethyl-2,5-dimethylthiophen-3-ylmethyl)-2,2-dimethyl[1,3]dioxane-4,6-dione (5). Attempts to isomerize 4 to the thermodynamically favored C,C-dialkylation product, 1,3-dimethyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-cyclopenta[c]thiophene(2-spiro-5)2,2-dimethyl-4,6-dione (8), result in the formation of 1,3-dimethyl-7,8-dihydro-4H-thieno[3,4-c]oxepin-6-one (6). The transformation occurs via a retro-Diels-Alder elimination of acetone followed by hydrolysis and decarboxylation of the resulting ketene. The ketene is trapped by tert-butyl alcohol, furnishing 1,3-dimethyl-6-oxo-7,8-dihydro-4H,6H-thieno[3,4-c]oxepine-7-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (7). All compounds are characterized spectroscopically as well as by X-ray crystallography of products 4-7.  相似文献

A number of 3-monosubstituted bis(thienylvinyl)thiophenes, suitable for the preparation of electronically-variable poly(thienylenevinylene)s have been synthesized for the first time. These materials have been characterized by both NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, and a single crystal X-ray structure analysis of (E,E)-3-(5,5-dimethyl[1,3]dioxin-2-yl)-2,5-bis(2-thien-2-ylvinyl)thiophene has shown that the planarity of the terthienylenevinylene chain is maintained on substitution at the 3 position of the central thiophene ring. UV/visible spectroscopy measurements are reported and cyclic voltammetric measurements show that, with the exception of (E,E,E)-2,5-bis(2-thien-2-ylvinyl)-3-(2-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)vinyl)-thiophene, electroactive films are produced on electrochemical oxidation of the monomers.  相似文献

The DFT, quantum-chemical calculations and thermodynamics parameters of 1-{2-[(2-hydroxyethyl)thio]ethyl}pyrrolidin-2-one (HTEP); [2-(2-oxo-pyrrolidin-1-yl)-ethyl]-phosphonic acid diethyl ester (EOEP); {[2-(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)ethyl]thio}acetic acid (OETA); (2-pyridin-4-yl-ethyl]thio}acetic acid (PTA) and pyridine (PY) have been calculated with Gaussian 94 and Hybrid B3LYP functional density with 6-31G* basis set. Moreover, the electronic properties such as highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO), lowest unoccupied orbital (LUMO) energy and molecular densities have been investigated.  相似文献

Thymidine and uridine were modified at the C2' and C5' ribose positions to form amine analogues of the nucleosides (1 and 4). Direct amination with NaBH(OAc)3 in DCE with the appropriate aldehydes yielded 1-{5-[(bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl]-4-hydroxytetrahydrofuran-2-yl}-5-methyl-1H-pyrimidine-2,4-dione (L1), 1-{5-[(bis(quinolin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl]-4-hydroxytetrahydrofuran-2-yl}-5-methyl-1H-pyrimidine-2,4-dione (L2), and 1-[3-(bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)-4-hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydrofuran-2-yl]-1H-pyrimidine-2,4-dione (L5), while standard coupling procedures of 1 and 4 with 5-(bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)pentanoic acid (2) and 5-(bis(quinolin-2-ylmethyl)amino)pentanoic acid (3) in the presence of HOBT-EDCI in DMF provided a second novel series of bifunctional chelators: 5-(bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)pentanoic acid [(3-hydroxy-5-(5-methyl-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrimidin-1-yl)tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)methyl] amide (L3), 5-(bis(quinolin-2-ylmethyl)amino)pentanoic acid [(3-hydroxy-5-(5-methyl-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrimidin-1-yl)tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)methyl] amide (L4), 5-(bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)pentanoic acid [2-(2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrimidin-1-yl)-4-hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydrofuran-3-yl] amide (L6), and 5-(bis(quinolin-2-ylmethyl)amino)pentanoic acid [2-(2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrimidin-1-yl)-4-hydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydrofuran-3-yl] amide (L7). The rhenium tricarbonyl complexes of L1-L4, L6, and L7, [Re(CO)3(LX)]Br (X=1-4, 6, 7: compounds 5-10, respectively), have been prepared by reacting the appropriate ligand with [NEt4][Re(CO)3Br3] in methanol. The ligands and their rhenium complexes were obtained in good yields and characterized by common spectroscopic techniques including 1D and 2D NMR, HRMS, IR, cyclic voltammetry, UV, and luminescence spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure of complex 6.0.5NaPF6 displays a facial geometry of the carbonyl ligands. The nitrogen donors of the tridentate ligand complete the distorted octahedral spheres of the complex. Crystal data: monoclinic, C2, a = 24.618(3) A, b = 11.4787(11) A, c = 15.5902(15) A, beta = 112.422(4) degrees , Z = 4, D(calc) = 1.562 g/cm3.  相似文献

2-[1,2-Diaza-3-(2,3-dimethyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl(3-pyrazolin-4-yl))prop-2-enylidene]-3-phenyl-5-substituted 1,3,4-thiadiazolines and 2-{[4-(2,3-dimethyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl(3-pyrazolin-4-yl))(1,3-thiazol-2-yl)]cyanomethylene}-3-phenyl-5-substitu- ted 1,3,4-thiadiazolines were synthesized from hydrazonoyl halides and 4-{-2-aza-2-[(methylthiothioxomethyl)amino]vinyl}-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazoin-5-one and 2-[4-(2,3-dimethyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-4-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-yl]ethane-nitrile, respectively. All synthesize compounds were elucidated by elemental analysis, spectra, and alternative synthesis routes, whenever possible.  相似文献

The reaction of 1-(3-bromopropyl)-2,5-bis(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole with cesium 5-methylsulfanyl-2-thioxo-1,3-dithiole-4-thiolate generated in situ gave previously unknown 4-{3-[2,5-bis(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl]propylsulfanyl}-5-methylsulfanyl-1,3-dithiole-2-thione, and cross-coupling of the latter with 4,5-disubstituted 1,3-dithiole-2-thiones in the presence of triethyl phosphite afforded new substituted tetrathiafulvalenes containing a 2,5-bis(thiophen-2-yl)pyrrole fragment. Optical properties and electrochemical behavior of the synthesized compounds were studied, and their ability to undergo electropolymerization was confirmed.  相似文献

Tridentate ligands derived from benzimidazole, quinoline, and tryptophan have been synthesized, and their reactions with [NEt4]2[Re(CO)3Br3] have been investigated. The complexes 1-4 and 6 and 7 exhibit fac-{Re(CO)3N3} coordination geometry in the cationic molecular units, while 5 exhibits fac-{Re(CO)3N2O} coordination for the neutral molecular unit, where N3 and N2O refer to the ligand donor groups. The ligands bis(1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazol-2-ylmethyl)amine (L1), [bis(1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazol-2-ylmethyl)amino]acetic acid ethyl ester (L2), [bis(1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazol-2-ylmethy)amino]acetic acid methyl ester (L3), [bis(quinolin-2-ylmethyl)amino]acetic acid methyl ester (L4), 3-(1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-2-[(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino]propionic acid (L5), 2-[bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino]-3-(1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)propionic acid (L6), and 2-[bis(quinolin-2-ylmethyl)amino]-3-(1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)propionic acid (L7) were obtained in good yields and characterized by elemental analysis, 1D and 2D NMR, and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS). The rhenium complexes were obtained in 70-85% yields and characterized by elemental analysis, 1D and 2D NMR, HRMS, IR, UV, and luminescence spectroscopy, as well as X-ray crystallography for [Re(CO)3(L1)]Br (1), {[Re(CO)3(L2)]Br}2.NEt4Br . 8.5H2O (3(2).NEt4Br . 8.5H2O), [Re(CO)3(L4)]Br (4), and [Re(CO)3(L6)]Br (6). Summary: By the Suzuki coupling reaction of 9,9-dioctyl-2,7-bis(1,3,2-dioxaborinan-2-yl)fluorene ( I ) and 3,5-di-tert-butylphenyl 2,5-dibromobenzenesulfonate ( II ) the alternating poly{[9,9-dioctylfluoren-2,7-diyl]-alt-[2-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-phenoxysulfonyl)-1,4-phenylene]} ( III ) was synthesized. Alkaline hydrolysis of III gave a conjugated polyelectrolyte carrying sulfonic acid groups ( IV ). Monomers 2,5-dibromo-3-[2-(pyren-1-yl)vinyl]thiophene and 2,5-dibromo-3-[2-(quinolin-4-yl)vinyl)thiophene were prepared and copolymerized with I to afford poly{[9,9-dioctylfluoren-2,7-diyl]-alt-[3-(2-(pyren-1-yl)vinyl)thiophen-2,5-diyl]} ( V ) and poly{[9,9-dioctylfluoren-2,7-diyl]-alt-[3-(2-(quinolin-4-yl)-vinyl)thiophen-2,5-diyl] ( VI ), respectively. Conjugated backbone of V contains the conjugated pyrene unit in the side chain. Similarly the side chain of VI contains the conjugated quinoline structure unit which can be for instance protonated. By the Suzuki polycondensation reaction of I and of the prepared methyl 3-(2,7-dibromocarbazole-9-yl)propionate ( VII ) the new poly{[9,9-dioctylfluorene-2,7-diyl]-alt-[9-(2-methoxycarbonylethyl)carbazole-2,7-diyl]} ( VIII ) was synthesized and characterized.  相似文献

Cyclization of 2-(2-{4-[allylamino(thioxo)methyl]piperazin-1-yl}ethyl)-1H-benzo[de]isoquinoline-1,3(2H)-dione by the action of iodine, bromine, or sulfuryl chloride gave 2-(2-{4-[4,5-dihydro-5-(halomethyl)-thiazol-2-yl]piperazin-1-yl}ethyl)-1H-benzo[de]isoquinoline-1,3(2H)-dione hydrohalides which were converted into 2-{2-[4-(5-methylthiazol-2-yl)piperazin-1-yl]ethyl}-1H-benzo[de]isoquinoline-1,3(2H)-dione.  相似文献

对氨基苯甲酸经重氮化后再与2-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯反应制得(Z)-4-[2-(1-氯-2-乙氧基-2-羰亚甲基)肼基]苯甲酸(1);1与二甲基环己二酮成环后再与对羟基环己胺完成酰胺化反应合成了一种新型Hsp90抑制剂——N-(4-羟基环己基)-4-[1-(6,6-二甲基-4-氧-3-乙酰氧基-4,5,6,7-四氢吲唑)]苯甲酰胺(3),其结构经1HNMR表征。荧光偏振法研究结果表明3对Hsp90α具有明显的抑制活性。  相似文献

Azo coupling of diazonium salts derived from alkyl (4-aminophenyl)carbamates with ethyl α-methylacetoacetate gave ethyl 5-alkoxycarbonylamino-1H-indole-2-carboxylates. The condensation of aminophenylcarbamates with aromatic aldehydes in ethanol afforded the corresponding Schiff bases. Cyclohexyl {4-[(4-methoxyphenyl)methylidene]aminophenyl}carbamate reacted with chloroacetyl chloride in dioxane in the presence of triethylamine to produce cyclohexyl {4-[3-chloro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-oxoazetidin-1-yl]phenylcarbamate, and the reaction of benzyl {4-[(4-nitrophenyl)methylidene]aminophenyl}carbamate with sulfanylacetic acid in DMF led to the formation of benzyl {4-[2-(4-nitrophenyl)-4-oxo-1,3-thiazolidin-3-yl]-phenyl}carbamate.  相似文献

采用Wittig-Horner和Heck反应合成了3个对称多枝[1,3,4]-噁二唑衍生物2,5-双{4-{4-[N,N-二(4-溴苯基)-氨基] 苯乙烯基}苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(BrPASPO), 2,5-双{4-{4-{N,N-二{4-{4-[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑基-2-]苯乙烯基}苯基}氨基}苯乙烯基}苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(TPASPO)和2,5-双{4-{4-{N,N-二{4-{3,5-二[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑基-2]-苯乙烯基}苯基}氨基}苯乙烯基}苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(OPASPO). 目标化合物的结构经过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和熔点确认. 在CH2Cl2溶液中三者的最大吸收波长分别在403 (BrPASPO), 408 (TPASPO)和409 nm (OPASPO), 荧光发射峰分别为495 (BrPASPO), 509 (TPASPO)和506 nm (OPASPO). 化合物TPASPO和OPASPO在CH2Cl2溶液中的荧光量子产率分别为0.47和0.45. 8枝化合物的荧光寿命高于4枝化合物. 对称多枝化合物具有很强的分子内电荷转移能力和荧光发射能力.  相似文献

通过2,5-二溴苯乙烯与对甲酰基苯硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应得到2,5-二(4′-甲酰基苯基)苯乙烯.在催化剂量的冰乙酸存在下,与光学纯的(S)-(-)-α-甲基苄胺或(R)-(+)-α-甲基苄胺发生缩和反应,得到了一对手性非外消旋单体,(+)-2,5-二{4-′[(N-(S)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯和(-)-2,5-二{4′-[(N-(R)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯.以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)或过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,经自由基溶液聚合得到光学活性聚合物.比旋光度、紫外-可见吸收光谱以及圆二色光谱研究表明,聚合物主链可能形成了某一方向占优的稳定螺旋构象,且该螺旋构象的旋光方向与单体的旋光方向相反.聚合条件对聚合物的光学活性有很大影响,在极性较大的芳香族溶剂和较高温度下得到的聚合物具有和单体相差更大的比旋光度.侧基的手性基团脱除后,聚合物仍具有一定的旋光性,说明聚合过程中形成的螺旋手性具有一定的记忆效应.  相似文献

We have successfully synthesized a series of new fluorene‐based copolymers, poly[(9,9‐bis(4‐octyloxy‐phenyl)fluorene‐2,7‐diyl)‐co‐[2(3{2[4(2{4[bis(bromophenyl‐4yl) amino]phenyl}vinyl)‐2,5‐bisoctyloxyphenyl]vinyl}‐5,5‐dimethyl‐cyclohex‐2‐enylidene)malononitrile] (PFTBMs), with varying molar ratios of the low‐energy band gap comonomer, 2(3{2[4(2{4[bis(4‐bromophenyl)amino]phenyl}vinyl)‐2,5‐bisoctyloxyphenyl]vinyl}‐5,5‐dimethyl‐cyclohex‐2‐enylidene)malononitrile (BTBM). To prepare BTBM (which has a T‐shaped structure) from triphenylamine, dialkoxy phenyl, and isophorone, we introduced three individual segments of an isophorone derivative containing two cyanide groups at the carbonyl position, a dialkoxy phenyl group for increased solubility, and a triphenyl amine for effective charge transfer. Furthermore, we introduced vinyl linkages between each segment to increase the length of π‐conjugation. The synthesized polyfluorene copolymers with the BTBM, PFTBMs, were synthesized via palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki coupling reactions. The photoluminescence emission spectra of the synthesized polymers in solution did not show significant energy transfer from PBOPF segments to the BTBM units. Light‐emitting devices based on these polymers were fabricated with an indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylene dioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/polymers/Balq/LiF/Al configuration. Examination of the electroluminescence emission of the synthesized polymers showed that the maximum wavelength shifted continuously toward long wavelengths with as the number of BTBM units in the polymer main chain was increased. In particular, a device using PFTBM 05 exhibited a maximum brightness of 510 cd/m2 and a maximum current efficiency of 0.57 cd/A. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 用飞秒Ti:sapphire激光测定了3个对称噁二唑衍生物4-{N,N-双[4-(4-[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2]苯乙烯基)苯基]氨基}苯甲醛(Bis-oxa)、2,5-双{4-[2-N,N-双(4-{4-[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2]苯乙烯基}苯基)氨基苯乙烯基]苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(Quadri-oxa)和2,5-双(4-{2-N,N-双[({3,5-二[5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑-2]苯基}乙烯基)苯基]氨基苯乙烯基}苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑(Octu-oxa)的三光子吸收谱和三光子荧光光谱. 在1260 nm飞秒激光激发下, 2,4和8-支噁二唑衍生物的三光子吸收系数分别为5.0×10-5, 10.0×10-5和10.0×10-5 cm3/GW2, 三光子频率上转换荧光发射波长分别为533, 544和551 nm. 研究了多支化合物线性吸收和透过、单光子荧光及量子产率、荧光寿命、多光子荧光光谱和三光子吸收系数谱. 对称多支噁二唑衍生物具有很强的三光子吸收和上转换荧光性质.  相似文献
