以2-甲基-5-(2-吡啶基)-1,3,4-噁二唑(L)为配体合成了[Cu2L2(μ-Cl)2Cl2](1)和[CdL2(NO3)2](2),测定了X射线单晶结构,用红外光谱、紫外光谱、荧光及热重分析进行了表征。配体L和配合物2属于单斜晶系,配合物1属于三斜晶系。L,1和2的空间群分别为P21/c,P1和C2/c。配合物1是通过2个氯原子(Cl1,Cl1i)桥联形成的双桥双核Cu(II)配合物,具有畸变四方锥构型[CuCl3N2]。配合物2具有畸变八面体构型[CdN4O2]。 相似文献

A new linear trinuclear Cu(II) complex, [Cu3(NTA)2(4,4′-bpt)4(H2O)2]?·?10H2O (H3NTA?=?nitrilotriacetic acid, 4,4′-bpt?=?4-amino-3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole) (1), was obtained from evaporation of an aqueous solution containing Cu(NO3)2?·?6H2O, 4,4′-bpt, nitrilotriacetic acid (H3NTA), and NaOH. 1 was characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, and elemental analysis. In the trimer, the three linear copper ions are bridged by two NTA carboxylate groups in a syn–anti conformation and connected by 4,4′-bpt to produce a 1-D array. Temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibilities reveal the presence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange between metal centers. 相似文献

The reactions of 2-amino-5-mercapto-(or 2,5-dimercapto)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles with 2-bromo-7-methyl-5-oxo-5H-1, 3,4-thiadiazolo[3, 2-a]pyrimidine to give the corresponding sulfides have been studied. The possibility of S-alkylation and addition of quinone at the free mercapto group in the 1,3,4-thiadiazole ring has been shown. The reactions at the amino group with benzoyl chloride and chloroformates have been investigated. AbstractCo(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) complexes of 2-Amino-5-ethyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole (AET) and 2-Amino-5-(ethylthio)-1,3,4-thiadiazole (AEST) have been synthesized and characterized based on elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, infrared (4000–400 cm?1), mass spectrometry (ESI and MALDI), UV–Vis (200–1100 nm) and thermal analysis (TGA/DTA). Molar conductance measurements proved that [M(L)2(H2O)2]Cl2·H2O are electrolytic complexes where M represents Co, Ni, and Cu divalent metal ions. The geometrical isomerism of [M(L)2(H2O)2]2+ ions were investigated by DFT-B3LYP calculations incorporated in Gaussian09 package; it favored the all trans isomers due to having the lowest energy points on the potential energy surface. The outcome of DFT-B3LYP quantum mechanical calculations using 6-31G(d) basis set favor six-coordinate sites via a bidentate ligand through exo amino and adjacent endo thiadiazole nitrogen (N3) donors. These results were consistent with magnetic measurements combined with infrared and UV–Vis spectral interpretations. The predicted metal–ligand binding energies from B3LYP/6-31G(d) calculations follow the trend Cu2+>Ni2+>Co2+, in agreement with the Irving–Williams series. Both AET and AEST ligands and the synthesized complexes were screened for their antibacterial activity and the outcome was high antimicrobial activity of the complexes compared to the free ligands against one or more microbial species and in some cases (copper complexes) higher activity than standard drugs. 相似文献

As part of our on-going effort to develop 64Cu-based radiopharmaceuticals for PET (positron emission tomography) imaging of multidrug resistance in cancer, we prepared a tetramethylfuranone-functionalized diiminedioxime ligand, TMFPreH (TMFPreH = 4-[3-(4-hydroxyimino-2,2,5,5-dimethyl-dihydro-furan-3-ylideneamino)-propylimino]-2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-dihydrofuran-3(2H)-one oxime) and its Cu(II) and Ni(II) complexes. When the copper(II) complex was prepared from Cu(ClO4)2 in ethanol, it was isolated as a Cu(II)-bridged dimer, but when it was prepared from Cu(OAc)2 and heated in acetone, an unusual example of an acetone adduct of the ligand is formed by reduction of one of the imine double bonds by the solvent. The Ni(II) complex is square pyramidal with the perchlorate counterion at the apex. 相似文献

Summary The title complex of copper(II) chloride with picolinic acid was prepared and characterized by spectroscopic and X-ray crystallographic methods. The complex, Cu(C5H4NCOO)Cl, crystallizes tetragonal, space group P42/n (No. 86),a=976.4(1),c=1499.6(4) pm,N=8;R
w=0.048 for 543 observed MoK diffractometer data. In the structure of the complex two -chloro bridges form only slightly bent Cu2Cl2 rings [Cu-Cl=224.2(4) and 275.6(4) pm] with Cu...Cu separation of 359.4(2) pm and Cl...Cl separation of 348.7(5) pm. These edge-sharing copper coordination polyhedra are further linked via the N and O donor atoms of the picolinato anions at Cu-N distances of 199.6(12) pm and Cu-O bond lengths of 195.7(8) and 200.6(10) pm, to form a two-dimensional layer structure in which these layers are arranged along theab plane. Each picolinate anion functions as a tetra-dentate ligand: N(1) and O(2) are coordinated to the same Cu(II) center whereas O(1) is bonded to a neighbouring Cu(II) center. O(2) is further bonded to the latter Cu(II) center at a long Cu-O distance of 256.5(8) pm. The electronic, infrared and Raman spectra of the solid complex are reported and discussed.

Zusammenfassung Der Titelkomplex aus Kupfer(II)chlorid und Picolinsäure wurde dargestellt und mit spektroskopischen und Röntgen-Einkristall-Methoden charakterisiert. Cu(C5H4NCOO)Cl kristallisiert tetragonal, Raumgruppe P42/n (No. 86),a=976.4(1),c=1499.6(4) pm,N=8;R w=0.048 für 543 beobachtete Mok-Diffraktometerdaten. In der Kristallstruktur bilden zwei -chloro-Brücken nur wenig gewinkelte Cu2Cl2-Ringe aus [Cu-Cl=224.2(4) und 275.6(4) pm], mit Cu...Cu Abständen von 359.4(2) pm und Cl...Cl Abständen von 348.7(5) pm. Die kantenverknüpften Koordinationspolyeder der Kupferatome sind in Richtung derab-Ebene über die N- und O-Donoratome der Picolinat-Anionen [mit Cu-N Abständen von 199.6(12) pm und Cu-O Abständen von 195.7(8) und 200.6(10) pm] zu einer zweidimensionalen Schichtstruktur verknüpft. Jedes Picolinat-Anion fungiert als vierzähniger Ligand: N(1) und O(2) sind zum selben Cu(II)-Zentrum gebunden; O(1) ist zum benachbarten Cu(II)-Zentrum koordiniert, zu dem O(2) einen langen Cu-O-Abstand von 256.5(8) pm ausbildet. Two coordination polymers, [Cu(bpp)(H2O)2(ClO4)2]n (1) and {[Cu(bpds)2(ClO4)2] · 1.5(H2O)}n (2) [bpp, 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane and bpds, 4,4′-bipyridyl disulfide] have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction study and magnetic measurement. Both the coordination polymers display 1D chains with perchlorate anions acting as pendant ligands. In 1 undulated polymers are built by Cu(H2O)2(ClO4)2 units connected by single bpp and in complex 2 Cu(ClO4)2 fragments are linked by pairs of bpds ligands to form a double-stranded chain. The crystal packing evidences polymers of 1 involved in weak H-bonding interactions leading to a 3D supramolecular network. The crystal and molecular structure of dilapacholateaqua(dimethylformamide)nickel(II) was determined by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 9.8671(9) Å, b = 10.654(1) Å, c = 15.289(2) Å, α = 86.98(1)°, β = 79.32(1)°, γ = 87.031(8)°, and Z = two molecules per unit cell. The structure was solved from 5094 reflections with I>2σ(I) and refined by full matrix least-square to an agreement R 1-factor of 0.0564. The nickel(II) is in a NiO6 octahedral environment, cis coordinated to two lapacholate anions through their adjacent carbonyl [Ni–O distances of 2.075(2) and 2.066(2) Å], and phenyl oxygens [Ni–O lengths of 2.011(2) and 2.021(2) Å], and to a water [d(Ni–Ow) = 2.073(2) Å] and a DMF [d(Ni–O) = 2.076(2) Å] at axial positions. New platinum complexes have been synthesized by the reaction of Na2PtCl4 with 2-acetylpyridine-4-cyclohexyl-thiosemicarbazone, HAc4CyclHexyl (1). The new complexes [Pt(Ac4CyclHexyl)Cl] (2) and [Pt(Ac4CyclHexyl)2] (3) have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic studies. The crystal structure of the complex [Pt(Ac4CyclHexyl)Cl] · DMF has been solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The anion of Ac4CyclHexyl coordinates in a planar conformation to the central platinum(II) through the pyridyl N, azomethine N and thiolato S atoms. The crystal packing is determined by double intermolecular hydrogen interactions, π–π, Pt–C and Pt–π contacts. The cytotoxic activities of 1–3 have been evaluated for antiproliferative activity in vitro against the cells of three human cancer cell lines: MCF-7 (human breast cancer cell line), T24 (bladder cancer cell line), A-549 (non-small cell lung carcinoma) and a mouse L-929 (a fibroblast-like cell line cloned from strain L). The compounds 1–3 display IC50 values in a μM range better than that of the antitumor drug cisplatin and are considered as agents with potential antitumor activity candidates for further stages of screening in vitro and/or in vivo. 相似文献

The mononuclear cobalt(II) complex [CoL2] · H2O (where HL is quinoxaline-2-carboxalidine-2-amino-5-methylphenol) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurement, IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, TG?DTA, and X-ray structure determination. The crystallographic study shows that cobalt(II) is distorted octahedral with each tridentate NNO Schiff base in a cis arrangement. The crystal exhibits a 2-D polymeric structure parallel to [010] plane, formed by O?H ··· N and O?H ··· O intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π?π stacking interactions, as a racemic mixture of optical enantiomers. [C20H32Cu2I3N4] n was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ESI-MS spectrometry, and IR spectra. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The binding of the complex with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy under simulated physiological conditions. The binding constant (K b), the number of binding sites (n), and the corresponding thermodynamic parameters ΔH, ΔS, ΔG were calculated based on the van’t Hoff equation. The complex had strong ability to quench the fluorescence from BSA, and the quenching mechanism of this complex to BSA was static quenching. Hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces are the interactions between the Cu(I/II) complex and BSA. According to the Förster non-radiation energy transfer theory, the binding average distance between the donor (BSA) and the acceptor (Cu(I/II) complex) was obtained. The effect of the complex on the BSA conformation was also studied by using synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. 相似文献

Abstract The coordination properties of 5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (Hats) with Cu(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) ions, are analyzed. Although the ligand presents several donor atoms, we have only observed three coordination behaviors: (i) as a monodentate ligand through the Nsulfonamido atom, (ii) as a bridging ligand linking the metal ions through the Nsulfonamido and Nthiadizole atoms and (iii) as a bridging ligand linking metal ions through the N and O atoms of the sulfonamidate group. It is noteworthy that coordination mode (iii) is observed for the first time in heterocyclic sulfonamides complexes. In addition, the conformation of the Hats as counter-ion is analyzed and compared with the conformations that the ligand adopts in metal complexes. 相似文献

The Pd(II) complexes [PdCl(Fo4Npypipe)], 3, [PdCl(Ac4Npypipe)], 4 and the Zn(II) complexes [ZnCl2(Fo4Npypipe)], 5 and [ZnCl2(Ac4Npypipe)], 6 have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic studies. The crystal structure of the complexes [PdCl(Fo4Npippy)], 3 and [PdCl(Ac4Npippy)], 4, have been solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The electronic, IR, UV/Vis, and NMR spectroscopic data of the complexes are reported. The results of the cytotoxic activity of 1–6 have been evaluated in vitro against the cells of three human cancer cell lines: MCF-7, T24, A-549 and a mouse L-929 (a fibroblast-like cell line cloned from strain L). For selected compounds 2 and 6 the acute toxicity and antitumor activity were evaluated on leukemia P388-bearing mice. Reaction of the N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline ligand (L) with Cu(NO3)2, Cu(ClO4)2, Zn(ClO4)2, Ni(NO3)2 and PdCl2 gives complexes with stoichiometry [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](NO3)2, [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, [Zn(L)2(H2O)2] (ClO4)2, [Ni(L)2(H2O)Cl](NO3) and PdLCl2. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analyses and infrared spectra. The crystal structures of [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](NO3)2, [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, and [Zn(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The cation complexes [M(L)2(H2O)2] contain copper(II) and zinc(II) with distorted octahedral geometry with two N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligands occupying the equatorial sites. The hexa-coordinated metal atoms are bonded to two pyridinic nitrogens, two carbonyl oxygens and two water molecules occupying the axial sites. Both the coordinated water molecules and uncoordinated amide NH groups of the N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding, resulting in infinite hydrogen-bonded chains running in one and two-dimensions. 相似文献

The synthesis and spectroscopic characterization (UV–Vis, IR, EPR) of a new copper complex with a beta-blocker propranolol (1-(isopropylamino)-3-(1-naphthyloxy)-2-propanol) are presented. Besides, the X-ray crystal structure of [Cu(propranolol)2]·2H2O is determined, showing two different copper ions, one coordinated through two S propranolol isomers and the other through two R isomers. The effect on the heart contraction force and on the heart rate plus the block of response to adrenaline of the complex and the free ligand, were studied. The effect of [Cu(propranolol)2]·2H2O on contractility was very similar to that of the free propranolol while the reduction on the heart rate is approximately 30% of the reduction obtained with the free ligand. This is an encouraging result since the search of new beta-blocker drugs that have lesser effect on heart rate is one of the important topics in cardiac pharmacology. The block of the response to adrenaline is at least similar for both ligand and complex. 相似文献
