A 2D ZnII(μ-4,4′-bipy) coordination polymer with 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylate, {[Zn(μ-4,4′-bipy)(1,4-ndc)(H2O)2] · (H2O)} n , has been synthesized, characterized and studied by X-ray crystallography. The structural studies show the Zn atoms have six-coordinate geometry with a distorted octahedral environment. The 2D structure is grown by hydrogen bonds into a hybrid three-dimensional network.  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination polymer, namely, Zn(HTci)(4,4′-Bipy)0.5 · H2O (I) (H3Tci = tri(2-carboxyethyl)isocyanurate, 4,4′-Bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine), has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by the reaction of zinc nitrate, H3Tci, and 4,4′-Bipy with the presence of H2O and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that I crystallizes in the triclinic system, $P\bar 1$ space group. The unit cell parameters for I: a = 5.248(1), b = 12.537(2), c = 14.597(2) Å, α = 91.91(1)°, β = 91.22(2)°, γ = 95.75(1)°, V = 954.8(3) Å3, Z = 2.  相似文献

Two new supramolecular compounds [M(4,4′-bipy)2 (H2O)4] ·?(4,4′-bipy)2 ·?(3,5-daba)2 ·?8H2O (M=Zn(1) or Mn(2), 4,4′-bipy =?4,4′-bipyridine, 3,5-daba =?3,5-diaminobenzoic acid anion) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray crystal diffraction. In [M(4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)4]2+, the M(II) is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four waters to form an octahedral configuration. There exist uncoordinated 4,4′-bipy molecules, 3,5-diaminobenzolate counterions and water guests in the compounds. The 3D structures of the title supramolecular compounds are constructed by rich hydrogen bonds among [M(4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)4]2+, uncoordinated 4,4′-bipy molecules, water molecules and 3,5-daba, containing a diverting hexa-member water ring.  相似文献

A new mixed-ligand complex, Zn(4,4′-bipy){(i-PrO)2PS2}2, was synthesized. Single crystals were grown,and the structure of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction (CAD-4 diffractometer, MoKα radiation, 14807 Fhkl, R =0.0391. The crystals are monoclinic with unit cell dimensions a-17.569(2), b = 26.253(5), c = 27.915(3) Å, ß =100.70(1)°, V = 12652(3) Å3, Z = 16, dvalc = 1.361 g/cm3, space group P21/n. The structure is formed from infinite zigzag polymer chains stretched along the a axis. The coordination polyhedron of the Zn atom is a distorted tetrahedron formed by two S atoms of two monodentate diisopropyldithiophosphate ligands and two N atoms of two bridging bidentate 4,4′-bipy molecules. When heated in vacuum, the compounds ZnL{(i-PrO)2PS2}2 (L) =phen, 2,2′-bipy, 4,4′-bipy are volatile.  相似文献

The title compound {Cu2(pdc)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)(3H2O}2 1 (H2pdc = pyridine-2,6- dicarboxylic acid, also known as dipicolinic acid; 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pī with a = 7.2278(3), b = 10.6259(4), c = 17.7614(6)A, α= 79.5990(10), β = 83.6300(10), γ = 71.8280(10)o, V = 1272.60(8)A3, C48H44Cu4N8O24, Mr = 1371.07, Z = 1, Dc = 1.789 g/cm3, μ = 1.747 mm-1, F(000) = 696, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1137 for 3938 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). There are two kinds of Cu coordination environments, and each central copper(II) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-based pyramidal coordination geo- metry. Four copper(II) atoms are linked by four pdc and two 4,4′-bipy ligands to form an annular rectangle structure. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions involving carboxylate O atoms as well as coordinated and free water molecules lead to the formation of a three-dimensional network struc- ture.  相似文献

A new 2D coordination polymer, [Cd2(pzdc)2(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)2] n (1) (pzdc = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 features an interesting 2D stair-like layer with linear [Cd2(pzdc)2(H2O)2] n ribbons linked by 4,4′-bpy bridges. Furthermore, these layers are packed in an ABAB arrangement to give a 3D supramolecular network via hydrogen bonding and π–π packing interactions. Compound 1 displays strong fluorescent emission in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

用中温水热技术合成了(4,4′-bipyH)3[PW12O40](4,4′-bipy).7 H2O,用元素分析、X射线单晶衍射、IR、UV-vis和TG-DTA对其进行了表征.结果表明,化合物的晶体属单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群.标题化合物是由3个质子化的4,4′-bipy分子、一个Keggin结构的钨磷杂多阴离子[PW12O40]3-和一个4,4′-bipy分子及7个结晶水分子所组成.钨磷杂多阴离子与质子化的联吡啶及结晶水分子之间通过氢键作用,连接成无限二维层状结构,形成超分子化合物.  相似文献

采用CoCl2·6H2O、4,4′-联吡啶和NH4VO3,以H2O作溶剂(摩尔比1:2:2:1950)在170℃下水热反应合成无机-有机杂化化合物Co(μ2-bpy)V2O6(bpy=4,4′-联吡啶),经单晶X射线衍射测定其晶体结构.此晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为Pi,晶胞常数a=0.81599(7)nm,b=0.85826(7)nm,c=1.02031(8)nm,α=87.111(2)°,β=75.305(2)°,y=74.784(2)°,Z=2.Co(μ2-bpy)V2O6是无机的双金属氧化物层,[Co2V4O12]n通过有机的桥式配体μ2-bpy以N-Co配位键桥联而成.晶体的三维共价结构含有多种开放式孔道,其中最大孔道的尺寸为0.5nm×0.7nm.漫反射光谱研究表明,此晶体具有约2.0 eV的光学能隙,属于半导体,在420℃以下是热稳定的.  相似文献

利用水热法合成了新型一维配合物Cu(pico)(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)ClO4·H2O(1,bipy=联吡啶,pico=邻吡啶甲酸根),其结构经IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征.1属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.853 57(8)nm,b=1.610 58(14)nm,c=1.416 85(13)nm,β=99.407(2)°,V=1.921 6(3)nm3,Z=4,Mr=477.31 g·mol-1,Dc=1.650 g·cm-3,μ=1.326mm-1,F(000)=972,R1=0.078 1,wR2=0.239 1,S=1.102.1中Cu2 与邻吡啶甲酸配体上一个N原子和一个O原子、两个4,4′-联吡啶的N原子以及一个水分子的O原子配位,形成了四方锥配位几何构型.在a c轴方向,Cu2 与两个4,4′-联吡啶分子经桥联作用形成一维zig-zag链;链与链通过氢键形成三维结构.  相似文献

We have assessed the ability of 52 methods including 15 multicoefficient correlation methods (MCCMs), two complete basis set (CBS) methods, second-order M?ller-Plesset perturbation theory (MP2) with 5 basis sets, the popular B3LYP hybrid functional with 6 basis sets, and 24 combinations of local density functional and basis set to accurately reproduce reaction energies obtained at the Weizmann-1 level of theory for hydronium, hydroxide, and pure water clusters. The three best methods overall are BMC-CCSD, G3SX(MP3), and M06-L/aug-cc-pVTZ. If only microsolvated ion data is included, M06-L/aug-cc-pVTZ is the best method; it has errors only half as large as the other density functionals. The deviations between the three best performing methods are larger for the larger hydronium- and hydroxide-containing clusters, despite a decrease in the average reaction energy, making it impossible to determine which of the three methods is overall the best, so they might be ranked in order of increasing cost, with BMC-CCSD least expensive, followed by M06-L/aug-cc-pVTZ. However, the cost for M06-L will increase more slowly as cluster size increases. This study shows that the M06-L functional is very promising for condensed-phase simulations of the transport of hydronium and hydroxide ions in aqueous solution.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.8187(4), b = 21.7155(13), c = 19.7411(12) (A), α = 90, β = 97.7420(10), γ = 90°, C64H58Fe4Zn2N4O11, Mr = 1413.28, V = 2896.4(3) (A)3, Dc = 1.620 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1444, μ(MoKα) = 1.857 mm-1, R = 0.0523 and wR = 0.0982 for 3219 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the zinc atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two ferrocenemonocarboxylates and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The complex molecules are linked to form an infinite one-dimensional chain by both intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions of the bipyridine rings.  相似文献

The combination of both 4,4′-bipyridine(4,4′-bipy) and dihydrogen phosphate anion ligands with copper(Ⅱ) results in the formation of a novel layered compound Cu(4,4′-bipy)2(H2PO4)2(H2O)2. The crystal structure comprises discrete neutral Cu(4,4′-bipy)2(H2PO4)2(H2O)2 units. The copper atom, located on the crystallographic twofold axis, is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of terminal 4,4′-bipy ligands and two water molecules at the equatorial positions, and two dihydrogen phosphate oxygen atoms at the axial positions, forming an elongated octahedron. The complex is a two-dimensional distorted rhomboidal network possessing two kinds of rhomboids with dimensions of ca. 1.6792 nm×0.3203 nm and 1.2778 nm×0.3198 nm, respectively. The two-dimensional networks are stacked parallelly on each other along c-axis to give an extended three-dimensional channel network with an interlayer distance of ca. 0.5030 nm. Crystal data: triclinic, space group P-1, a=1.0253(2) nm, b=1.4501(3) nm, c=0.79715(16) nm, α=97.91(3)°, β=90.99(3)°, γ=85.54(3)°, V=1.1703(4) nm3, Z=2, R=0.0892, wR=0.2451.  相似文献

The electronic structures and energies of (H2O)n·CCH and (H2O)n·HCC complexes (n=1–3) between CCH and water have been theoretically investigated at the UB3LYP/6-311++G(2df,p)//UB3LYP/6-311G(d,p) level. The complexes with n=2–3 are cyclic structures with homodromic hydrogen-bond chain. The (H2O)n·CCH (n=1–3) complexes show increasing stabilities towards CCH- or H2O-eliminations of 2.3, 5.8 and 7.6 kcal/mol and are energetically more stable than the corresponding (H2O)n·HCC complexes by 0.8, 2.7 and 3.4 kcal/mol, respectively, due to the charge-separation-enhanced hydrogen bonds within (H2O)n·CCH (n=2,3). Strong interactions between CCH and (H2O)2 and (H2O)3 clusters suggest special solvent effects of water on the chemical behavior of unsaturated radicals.  相似文献

3D LaIII and 2D CuII coordination polymers with 5-nitroisophthalate anions, [La2(μ-Nip)(μ-SO4)2(H2O)5] n (1) and {[Cu3(μ-OH)2(μ-Nip)2(μ-H2O)2] ·?2H2O} n (2), have been synthesized, characterized and studied by X-ray crystallography. The La atoms have eight–coordinate geometries in distorted square antiprism environments and the Cu atoms have five- and six–coordinate geometries with distorted square pyramidal and octahedral environments. Self-assembly of these compounds in the solid state occurs through coordination and hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

Two new cobalt(II) supramolecular complexes [Co(4,4'-bipy)2(H2O)4]·[Co2(4,4'-bipy)3(H2O)8]·2TST·2(4,4'-bipy)·4H2O 1 and [Co(4,4'-bipy)2(H2O)4]DSNT·4,4'-bipy 2 based upon the assembly of Co(II), 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bipy) and two new multifunctional organic ligands, 2,4,6-tris(4-sulfophenyl- amino)-1,3,5-triazine (H3TST) and 2,4-bis(p-sulfanilato)-6-diethylamino-1,3,5-triazine (H2DSNT), have been prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of 1 is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 13.599(4), b = 18.988(6), c = 22.995(7) A, β = 90.273(6)°, V = 5938(3)A^3, Z = 4, C56H59Co1.5N13O17S3, Mr = 1370.74, Dc = 1.533 g/cm^3, μ = 0.613 mm^-1, F(000) = 2842, GOOF = 1.018, the final R = 0.0796 and wR = 0.1498 for 9019 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The crystal structure of 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 18.864(6), b = 14.283(5), c = 20.246(7)A, β = 107.799(6)°, V = 5194(3)A^3, Z = 4, C49H52CoN12O10S2, Mr = 1092.08, Dc = 1.397 g/cm^3, μ = 0.480 mm^-1, F(000) = 2276, GOOF = 1.059, the final R = 0.0665 and wR = 0.1900 for 4887 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The results of X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that complexes 1 and 2 exhibit layered supramolecular frameworks stabilized by electrostatic interactions, π-π interactions and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A new cadmium(Ⅱ) compound,{[Cd[μ-(4,4'-dps) ]2(H2O)2]·(4-abs )2(H2O)2}n1(4,4'-dps=4,4'-dipyridylsulfide,4-abs=deprotonated 4-amino benzenesulfonic acid),has been synthesized and structurally characterized.It belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group Pbcn with a=19.950(3),b=10.6381(13),c=18.055(2) A,V=3831.8(8) A3,Z=4,C32H36CdN6O10S4,Mr=905.31,F(000)=1848,μ=0.850 mm-1,Dc=1.569 Mg/m3,the final R=0.0238 and wR=0.0589 for 3080 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).Complex 1 is a one-dimensional linear chain coordination polymer and the repeat unit is comprised of doubly charged cadmium complex cation,uncoordinated 4-aminobenzene sulfonate anions and water molecules.The cadmium(Ⅱ) ion adopts a six-coordinate distorted octahedral geometry.Complex 1 is stabilized and linked into a three-dimensional layered structure through intermolecular O-H…O and N-H…O hydrogen bonds together with electrostatic force.The cyclic voltammograms and fluorescence spectrum of 1 were also measured.It shows one irreversible redox process and emits a very strong and sharp fluorescent band at about 341 nm.  相似文献
