Four coordination polymers, [Ag(L1)](m-Hbdc) (1), [Ag(L1)]2(p-bdc)?·?8H2O (2), [Ag(Hbtc)(L1)][Ag(L1)]?·?2H2O (3) and [Ag2(L2)2](OH-bdc)2?·?4H2O (4), where L1?=?1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole), L2?=?1,2-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, m-H2bdc?=?1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, p-H2bdc?=?1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid, H3btc?=?1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, and OH–H2bdc?=?5-hydroxisophthalic acid, were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compound 1 contains a–Ag-L1–Ag-L1–chain and a hydrogen-bonding interaction induced–(m-Hbdc)-(m-Hbdc)–chain. Compound 2 consists of two independent–Ag-L1–Ag-L1–chains. P-bdc anions are not coordinated. Hydrogen bonds form a 3D supramolecular structure. A novel (H2O)16 cluster is formed by lattice water molecules in 2. Compound 3 contains a–Ag-L1–Ag-L1–and a–Ag(Hbtc)-L1–Ag(Hbtc)-L1–chain. The packing diagram shows a 2D criss-cross supramolecular structure, with?π?···?π?and C–H ···?π?interactions stabilizing the framework. Compound 4 contains a [Ag2(L2)2]2+ dimer with hydrogen-bonding,?π?··· π, and Ag ··· O interactions forming a 3D supramolecular framework. The luminescent properties for these compounds in the solid state are discussed.  相似文献

Solvothermal reactions of CdCl2·2.5H2O with 4,4′-bis(benzoimidazol-1-yl)bibenzene (bimbb) and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid (1,4-H2bdc), 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid (4,4′-H2bpdb), 5-methyl-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (5-Me-1,3-H2bdc), or 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (H3btc) afforded four 3-D metal–organic frameworks, {[Cd2(1,4-bdc)2(bimbb)2]·H2O}n (1), {[Cd2(4,4′-bpdb)2(bimbb)(H2O)2]} n (2), [Cd2(5-Me-1,3-bdc)2(bimbb)] n (3), and {[Cd3(btc)2(bimbb)(H2O)2]·2H2O} n (4). Complexes 1–4 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray powder diffraction, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 possesses a 3-D framework with 2-D undulated (8,4) layers which are further connected by bimbb pillars. 2 forms a 3-D pillared-layer framework constructed through 2-D undulated (4,4) layers and bimbb pillars. 3 has 1-D ribbons of [Cd4(5-Me-1,3-bdc)4] n which are linked by bimbb to form a 3-D structure. 4 exhibits a 3-D pillared-bilayer framework consisting of (6,3) double-decker [Cd9(btc)6(μ-OH2)6] n layers and bimbb pillars. The Schläfli symbols for the four frameworks are (42·63·8)(42·65·83) (1), (44·66) (2), (44·62)(46·64) (3), and (63)(610) (4). The photoluminescent properties of 1–4 were also investigated.  相似文献

Three bis-triazole-bis-amide-based copper(II) complexes with different dimensionality, [Cu(dtcd)2 (1,3-HBDC)2]·2H2O (1), [Cu(dtcd) (1,3,5-H2BTC)2]·2H2O (2) and [Cu4(μ 3-OH)2(dtcd)2(SIP)2]·4H2O (3) (dtcd = N,N′-di(4H-1,2,4-triazole) cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxamide, 1,3-H2BDC = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1,3,5-H3BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, NaH2SIP = sodium 5-sulfoisophthalate), have been synthesized under different pH values and structurally characterized. Complex 1 exhibits a zero-dimensional mononuclear structure with one carboxyl group of 1,3-HBDC coordinating to copper(II), while the other carboxyl group is protonated. In complex 2, the CuII ions are bridged by the dtcd ligands forming a one-dimensional chain, in which only one carboxyl group of 1,3,5-H2BTC coordinates with the metal, while the others are protonated. Complex 3 possesses a two-dimensional network based on tetranuclear Cu4 clusters supported by the dtcd and nonprotonated SIP ligands. The various structures clearly indicate that the pH and polycarboxylates have a great influence on the dimensionality and structures of 13. The luminescence properties of 13 and magnetic properties of 3 were investigated.  相似文献

Microcrystals of a new Pb(II) coordination polymer, [Pb2(1,3,5-HBTC)2(H2O)4] · H2O (1) (1,3,5-H3BTC = 1,3,5-benzentricarboxylic acid), was synthesized by a sonochemical method. The structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, elemental analyses, and IR spectroscopy. Thermal stability was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses. After the calcination of nanosized 1 at 400°C, pure phase nanosized Pb(II) oxide has been produced.  相似文献

[structure: see text] The interaction of a macrocycle containing three trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane units connected by p-xylene spacers with the isomers 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic (1,3,5-BTC), 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic (1,2,4-BTC), and 1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic (1,2,3-BTC) acids and their relevant anions is studied by means of potentiometric and NMR analysis. The interaction is highest for the isomer 1,3,5-BTC, which perfectly fits within the macrocyclic cavity of the host species. The studies have been extended to the triacid 1,3,5-benzenetriacetic observing in this case the effect of a size mismatch between host and guest species.  相似文献

Three kinds of trinuclear metal string complexes, [Ni3(dpa)4(L1)2]?·?H2O?·?C2H5OH (L1?=?(E)-3-(2-hydroxyl-phenyl)-acrylic acid) (1), [Ni3(dpa)4(L2)2]?·?2C2H5OC2H5 (L2?=?(E)-3-(3-hydroxyl-phenyl)-acrylic acid) (2) and [Ni3(dpa)4(L3)2]?·?3CH2Cl2?·?1.5CH3OH (L3?=?(E)-3-(4-hydroxyl-phenyl)-acrylic acid) (3). (dpa??=?bis(2-pyridyl)amido), have been synthesized. The structures of 1 and 2 have been analyzed by the X-ray single-crystal diffraction showing hydrogen-bonded networks.  相似文献

Ten new complexes, [Cu2(L1)(NO3)2]·2H2O (1), [Cu4(L1)2]·4ClO4·H2O (2), [Cu2(L1)(H2O)2]·(adipate) (3), [Cu6(L1)2(m-bdc)4]·2DMF·5H2O (4), [Cu2(L1)(Hbtc)]·5H2O (5), [Cu2(L1)(H2O)2]·(ntc)·3H2O (6), [Co2(L2)]·[Co(MeOH)4(H2O)2] (7), [Co3(L2)(EtOH)(H2O)] (8), [Ni6(L2)2(H2O)4]·H2O (9) and [Zn4(L2)(OAc)2]·0.5H2O (10), have been synthesized. 1 displays a [Cu2(L1)(NO3)2] monomolecular structure. 2 shows a supramolecular chain including [Cu2L1]2+. In 3, two Cu(II) ions are connected by L1 to form a [Cu2(L1)(H2O)2]2+ cation. In 4, the m-bdc anions bridge Cu(II) ions and L1 anions to form a layer. Both 5 and 6 display 3-D supramolecular structures. 7 consists of both [Co2L2]2? and [Co(MeOH)4(H2O)2]2+ units. 8 and 9 show infinite chain structures. In 10, Zn(II) dimers are linked by L2 to generate a 3-D framework. The magnetic properties for 4 and 8 and the luminescent property for 10 have been studied.  相似文献

在溶剂热合成条件下得到2个单一手性配位聚合物,即[Cd3((R)-CIA)2(bipy)2.5(H2O)2]·xGuest(1)和[Zn3((R)-CIA)(bmib)2(H2O)2 Cl]·H2O·xGuest(2)((R)-H3CIA=(R)-5-(1-羧基乙氧基)间苯二甲酸,bipy=4,4′-联吡啶,bmib=1,4-双(2-甲基-1H-咪唑-1-基)苯)。X射线单晶结构分析揭示配合物1和2都是柱层式结构的三维框架。从拓扑分析的角度看,配位物1具有(3,3,3,6,6)-连接的网络,拓扑符号为(4.5^2)2(4.8^2)2(42.6^8.8^3.10^2)(4^2.6^8.8^3.9^2)(5.8.9)2,而配合物2是(3,4,4)-连接的网络,拓扑符号为(6·7^2)2(6·7^5)2(6^2·7^4)。此外,对上述配合物的热稳定性、圆二色谱和荧光性质也做了研究。  相似文献

Two metal?Corganic frameworks (MOFs) of M(HBTC)(4,4??-bipy)·3DMF [M?=?Ni (for 1) and Co (for 2); H3BTC?=?1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (1,3,5-BTC); 4,4??-bipy?=?4,4??-bipyridine; DMF?=?N,N??-dimethylformamide] were synthesized by a one-pot solution reaction and a solvothermal method, respectively, and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectra. The low-temperature molar heat capacities of M(HBTC)(4,4??-bipy)·3DMF were measured by temperature-modulated differential scanning calorimetry (TMDSC) for the first time. The thermodynamic parameters such as entropy and enthalpy relative to reference temperature 298.15?K were derived based on the above molar heat capacity data. Moreover, the thermal stability and the decomposition mechanism of M(HBTC)(4,4??-bipy)·3DMF were investigated by thermogravimetry analysis (TGA). The experimental results through TGA measurement demonstrate that both of the two compounds have a three-stage mass loss in air flow.  相似文献

Abstract

Nine new cobalt(II) compounds, trans-[Co(LPAQ)2(Py)2] (1), trans-[Co(LPAQ)2(3-MePy)2] (2), trans-[Co(LMeAQ)2(Py)2] (3), trans-[Co(LOMeAQ)2(Py)2] (4), trans-[Co(LOEtAQ)2(Py)2]·2(H2O) (5), trans-[Co(LCAQ)2(Py)2] (6), trans-[Co(LBAQ)2(Py)2] (7), cis-[Co(LBAQ)2(3-MePy)2] (8a) and trans-[Co(LBAQ)2(3-MePy)2]·2(3-MePy) (8b) (primary ligand: LXAQ?=?substituted 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-olate; secondary ligands: Py?=?pyridine, 3-MePy = 3-methylpyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-vis spectroscopy. Magnetic measurements of the cobalt compounds were performed in solution by 1H NMR spectroscopy using the Evans’ method while their redox properties were studied by cyclic voltammetry. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of the compounds revealed their octahedral geometries and trans configuration, except for 8a, which has a cis configuration. Intermolecular noncovalent interactions were detected, π···π interactions in 5, C?–?H···π interactions in 2 and C?–?H···π edge-to-face (T-shaped) arrangements in 3, 4, 6, and 7.  相似文献

Two new Ni(II) complexes of 2,6-bis[1-(2,6-diethylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine (L1), 2,6-bis[1-(4-methylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine (L2 ) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex Ni(L1)Cl2?·?CH3CN (1), exhibits a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, whereas complex Ni(L1)(CH3CN)Cl2 (2), is six-coordinate with a geometry that can best be described as distorted octahedral. The catalytic activities of complexes 1, 2, Ni{2,6-bis[1-(2,6-diisopropyl-phenylimino)ethyl]pyridine} Cl2?·?CH3CN (3), and Ni{2,6-bis[1-(2,6-dimethylphenylimino) ethyl]pyridine}Cl2?·?CH3CN (4), for ethylene polymerization were studied under activation with MAO.  相似文献

Sandwich coordination complexes, [LnIII(H3L)2]X3?solvents, of Tb(III), Eu(III), Dy(III), Ho(III) and Er(III) were prepared with two new zwitterionic ester-substituted tripodal amine ligands, tris((2-hydroxy-5-n-butyl benzoate)aminoethyl)-amine (H3L1) and tris((2-hydroxy-5-methyl benzoate)aminoethyl)-amine (H3L2). These ligands were synthesised by condensation of the appropriately substituted salicylaldehyde with tris(2-aminoethyl)amine (tren) followed by in situ reduction of the tris-imine to tris-amine. Subsequent 2:1 reaction with lanthanide(III) ions yields [LnIII(H3L)2]X3?solvents (L = L1, L2; X = Cl?, NO3?; solvents = MeOH or H2O). All complexes were characterised by microanalysis, infrared spectroscopy, high resolution mass spectrometry and solid-state photoluminescence measurements. The crystal structures of [TbIII(H3L1)2]Cl3·6MeOH, [Dy(H3L1)2]Cl3·6MeOH, [EuIII(H3L1)2]Cl3·6MeOH and [TbIII(H3L1)2](NO3)3 reveal high-crystallographic ?3 symmetry at the O6-coordinated octahedral lanthanide(III) ions and that the tripodal ligands are bound in zwitterionic form: the protons from the phenolic oxygens have migrated to the amino nitrogens. Photoluminescence measurements indicate various degrees of energy transfer of the ligand chromophore to the lanthanide ions, as both ligand and lanthanide emission features are observed. Despite the high-crystallographic symmetry and the likely small transverse magnetic anisotropy of the complexes, no evidence of slow relaxation of the magnetisation, characteristic of a single-molecule magnet, was observed for [TbIII(H3L1)2]Cl3·MeOH·3H2O, [DyIII(H3L1)2]Cl3·6H2O, [HoIII(H3L1)2](NO3)3·2H2O, [ErIII(H3L1)2]·H2O and [TbIII(H3L1)2](NO3)3 down to 2.0 K.  相似文献

Five novel ZnII-(pyridyl)imidazole derivative coordination polymers, [Zn(L)2] (1), [Zn23-OH)L(m-BDC)] (2), [Zn23-OH)L(p-BDC)]·H2O (3), [Zn2L(BTC)(H2O)]·2.5H2O (4) and [Zn3.53-OH)L2(BTEC)(H2O)]·H2O (5) (L=4-((2-(pyridine-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)benzoic acid, p-H2BDC=1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid, m-H2BDC=1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, H3BTC=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, H4BTEC=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid), were successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions through varying auxiliary aromatic-acid ligands and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. Compound 1 exhibits a 1D chain linked via double L bridges. Compound 2 features a well-known pcu topology with bent dicarboxylate ligand (m-H2BDC) as an auxiliary ligand, while 3 displays a bcu network with linear dicarboxylate ligand (p-H2BDC) as an auxiliary ligand. The structure of compound 4 is a novel 3D (3,5)-connected network with (4·62)(4·64·82·10·122) topology. It is interesting that compound 5 shows an intricate (3,4,8)-connected framework with (4·62)(42·63·8)(42·64)(42·618·7·86·10) topology. In addition, their infrared spectra (IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XPRD) and photoluminescent properties were also investigated in detail.  相似文献

Two d10 metal complexes, {[Zn(Hbtc)(bmt)]·DMF·5H2O} n (1) and {[Cd(Hbtc)(bmt)]·0.5DMF·0.5H2O} n (2) (H3btc?=?1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, bmt?=?2-((benzoimidazol-yl)methyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole), have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions by employing bmt and H3btc. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that Zn(II) ions are connected by bmt with bidentate-bridging coordination and by 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate with bis-monodentate coordination leading to the 2D structure of 1. Complex 2 exhibits a 2D layer structure, in which bmt coordinate tridentate-bridging to Cd(II) and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylates coordinate to Cd(II) unidentate/chelating. Photoluminescence and thermogravimetric analyses of the two complexes are investigated.  相似文献

Two new 2D metal-organic complexes, namely [Cu(3-dpyb)(1,2,4-HBTC)(H2O)]·H2O (1) and [Cu3(3-dpyb)3(SIP)2(H2O)8]·6H2O (2) [3-dpyb?=?N,N??-bis(3-pyridinecarboxamide)-1,4-butane, 1,2,4-H3BTC?=?1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic acid, H3SIP?=?5-sulfoisophthalic acid], have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TG, and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Single crystal X-ray analyses reveal that the two Cu(II) complexes show different 2D coordination networks, the 4-connected (44·62) topology for complex 1 and the (4·62)2(42·62·82) topology for complex 2. In the 2D layers of complexes 1 and 2, the 3-dpyb ligands adopt a typical ?? 2-bridging mode (via ligation of two pyridyl nitrogen atoms), while 1,2,4-HBTC and SIP serve as a linear spacer and a ??V??-like linker, respectively, to connect the adjacent Cu(II) centers. The adjacent 2D layers are extended to 3D supramolecular networks via hydrogen-bonding interactions. The fluorescence properties of both complexes and electrochemical properties of complex 2 have also been investigated. The complex 2 bulk-modified carbon paste electrode (2-CPE) displayed a one-electron redox wave in potential range of 600?C200?mV in 1?M H2SO4 aqueous solution, and 2-CPE showed good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of nitrite.  相似文献

The reaction of Co(NO3)2·6H2O with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (H3btc, trimesic acid) in DMF at 100 °C afforded the coordination polymer [Co3(dmf)6(btc)(Hbtc)(H2btc)]··9H2O (1) (dmf is N,N′-dimethylformamide, DMF). According to the X-ray diffraction study, the metal-organic coordination polymer is composed of planar honeycomb (6,3) networks, in which the organic benzenetricarboxylate anions and the inorganic Co2+ cations play a role of three-connected nodes. Disordered water molecules are intercalated between the layers. A study of the magnetic properties showed the presence of a weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the Co2+ ions (S = 3/2). New Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) complexes with 4-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2,4-triazole (L) with the compositions [Co3L6(H2O)5(C2H5OH)](NO3)6 · 2H2O · C2H5OH (I), [Ni3L6(H2O)6](NO3)6 · 2H2O (II), and [M3L6(H2O)6](ClO4)6 · nH2O (M = Co2+, n = 2 (III); Ni2+, n = 2 (IV); Cu2+, n = 0 (V)) are synthesized. The complexes are studied by X-ray structure analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, UV and IR spectroscopy, and the statistical magnetic susceptibility method. All compounds have the linear trinuclear structure. Ligand L is coordinated to the metal ions by the N(1) and N(2) atoms of the heterocycle according to the bidentate bridging mode. In all compounds the coordination polyhedron of the metal atom is a distorted octahedron. The molecular and crystal structures of compound I, [Co3L6(H2O)6](ClO4)6 · 8C2H5OH (IIIa), and [Ni3L6(H2O)6](ClO4)6 · 8C2H5OH (IVa) are determined.  相似文献

Four new triorganotin(IV) complexes: Me3SnL1SnMe3 (1), Ph3SnL1SnPh3 (2), [Me3SnL2] n (3), Ph3SnL2SnPh3 (4) have been synthesized from 6-anilino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol (L1H2) and 6-(dibutylamino)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol (L2H2). All were characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectra and X-ray diffraction analyses. Crystal structures show that 1, 2 and 4 are monomers with one ligand coordinated to two triorganotin moieties; complex 3 is a helical chain. Significant C–H ··· π, N–H ··· π interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds stabilize these structures.  相似文献
