Compounds p-HOOCC6F4COOH · H2O (H2L · H2O), [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3 · 2H2O] n (I), and Tb2(Phen)2(L)3 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized. According to the X-ray structure analysis data, the crystal structure of H2L · H2O is built of centrosymmetric molecules H2L and molecules of water of crystallization. The crystal structure of compound I is built of layers of coordination 2D polymer [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3] n and molecules of water of crystallization. The ligands are the L2? anions performing both the tetradentate bridging and pentadentate bridging-chelating functions. The coordination polyhedron TbO9 is a distorted three-capped trigonal prism. Acid H2L manifests photoluminescence in the UV region (??max = 368 nm). Compounds I and II have the green luminescence characteristic of the Tb3+ ions, and the band with ??max = 545 nm (transition 5 D 4?? 7 F 5) is maximum in intensity. The photoluminescence intensity of compound II is higher than that for compound I.  相似文献

Two fumarato-bridged Co(II) coordination polymers Co(H2O)4L 1 and [Co3(H2O)4(OH)2L2]·2H2O 2 with H2LHOOCCH CHCOOH were prepared. Complex 1 consists of polymeric chains 1[Co(H2O)4(C4H2O4)2/2], which result from octahedrally coordinated Co atoms bridged by bis-monodentate fumarate anions and are assembled by interchain hydrogen bonds. Within 2, the edge-shared Co2O10 bi-octahedra are connected to the CoO6 octahedra to form 1D cobalt oxide chains and 3D open framework generated from the chains inter-linked by bis-bidentate fumarate anions displays rhombic tunnels, which are filled with the lattice H2O molecules. Thermal and magnetic behaviors of both the title coordination polymers are discussed. Crystal data: (1) monoclinic, P21/c, Z=4, a=7.493(1) Å, b=14.377(1) Å, c=7.708(1) Å, β=99.54(1)°, V=818.9(2) Å3, R1=0.0304, and wR2=0.0669 for 1487 observed reflections (I⩾2σ(I)) out of 1877 unique reflections; (2) monoclinic, P21/c, Z=2, a=6.618(1) Å, b=8.172(2) Å, c=15.578(3) Å, β=96.30(3)°, V=837.4(3) Å3, R1=0.0360 and wR2=0.0663 for 1442 observed reflections (I⩾2σ(I)) out of 1927 unique reflections.  相似文献

The ground states and binding energies of Eu3+–L (L=H2O,H2S,NH2CH3,S(CH3)2, imidazole) complexes has been determined using ab initio techniques. The binding is mostly electrostatic as expected. The empty f orbital is different for the S compounds, being a π-like orbital, while for the O and N containing ligands it is a σ-like orbital. However, the range in the binding energies for the different f holes is small.  相似文献

[[UO2(L)(OH)] (I), (CN3H6)2[(UO2)2CrO4(L)4] · 2H2O (II), and [UO2(H2O)5][(UO2)2Cr2O7(L)4] (III) crystals, where L is picolinate ion C5H4NCOO?, have been synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. Complex I crystallizes in triclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 6.2858(5) Å, b = 7.9522(5) Å, c = 8.3598(6) Å, α = 79.527(6)°, β = 87.760(6)°, γ = 79.126(6)°, space group P $\bar 1$ , Z = 2, R = 0.0306, and complexes II and III crystalize in monoclinic system with a = 8.8630(9) Å, b = 13.4540(13) Å, c = 31.266(3) Å, β = 93.118(3)°, space group C2/c, Z = 4, R = 0.0187 (II), and a = 7.3172(4) Å, b = 15.4719(8) Å, c = 16.6534(10) Å, β = 98.943(4)°, space group P21/m, Z = 2, R = 0.0588 (III). The structure of complex I is built of electronegative [UO2(L)(OH)] chains, which belong to the AT11M2 crystallochemical group (A = UO 2 2+ , T11 = L, M2 = OH?) of uranyl complexes. The structure of complexes II and III contains [(UO2)2(L′)(L)4]2? dimers (L′ = CrO 4 2? or Cr2O 7 2? ), which belong to the A2B2B 4 01 group (A = UO 2 2+ ,B2 = L′, B01 = L). The specifics of intermolecular interactions in the structures of complexes I–III and some their analogues have been considered using molecular Voronoi-Dirichlet polyhedra.  相似文献

Reaction of [PtMe3(Me2CO)3]BF4 (1) with 3-O-acetyl-1,2;5,6-di-O-isopropylidene--D-glucofuranose in acetone affords [PtMe3L]BF4 (2) (L=3-O-acetyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene--D-glucofuranose). In wet methylene chloride, complex2 transforms to [PtMe3L(H2O)]BF4·H2O (3). Complex3 was characterized by microanalysis and NMR spectroscopy (1H,13C,195Pt). The X-ray structure analysis (monoclinic, P21, a=10.529(3) , b=7.322(2) , c=14.668(4) , Z=2) reveals that 3-O-acetyl-1,2-O-isopropylidene--D-glucofuranose acts as a neutral bidentate ligand which is coordinated via two hydroxyl groups (2O5,6 coordination). The five-membered 1,3,2-dioxaplatina rings exhibit an envelope conformation. Qualitative single crystals of ??-complexes Cu(H+L)(ClO4)]ClO4 · H2O (I), Cu(H+L)(BF4)]BF4 · H2O (II), and [Cu(H+L)(H2O)]SiF6 · H2O (III) are synthesized from solutions of 3-(diallylamino)propanenitrile (L) in propanol, ethanol, and methanol-water acidified with the corresponding acid to pH 3.5?C5 and from the copper(II) salts (Cu(ClO4)2 · 6H2O, Cu(BF4)2 · 6H2O, and CuSiF6 · 4H2O) using the alternating-current electrochemical method on copper wire electrodes. The crystal structures of the complexes are determined. All compounds crystallize in the monoclinic crystal system: complexes I and II are isostructural, space group P21/n, Z = 4. For compound III, space group P21/c, Z = 8. Unit cell parameters: for I a =7.8153(3), b = 16.7824(7), c = 12.4426(5) ?, ?? = 93.410(2)°, V = 1629.1(1) ?3; for II, a = 7.6755(4), b = 16.7119(7), c = 12.3784(6) ?, ?? = 94.354(2)°, V = 1583.2(1); and for III a = 9.826(2), b = 24.009(3), c = 12.061(2) ?, ?? = 91.820(6)°, V = 2843.9(7) ?3. The trigonal pyramidal coordination of the copper atom in complexes I-III is formed by two C=C bonds of the allyl groups of H+L, the nitrile N atom of the adjacent cation of the ligand, and the O or F atom of the ClO 4 ? or BF 4 ? anions. In structure III, the apical position of the pyramid is occupied by the O atom of the water molecule, since the SiF 6 2? anion is considerably remote from the copper(I) atom. However, this anion is bound to the organic cation by hydrogen bonds F??H (2.05?C2.51 ?).  相似文献

Transition metal complexes of 2-(1-(carboxymethyl)-2-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-3-ium-3-yl)acetate (HL), namely [Co(L)2(H2O)4] · 6H2O (I) and [Cu(L)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (II), have been synthesized by a hydrothermal procedure and characterized by X-ray crystallography, CIF files CCDC nos. 1007524 (I), 1007525 (II). Both I and II are mononuclear molecules. In I, the Co2+ ion is in octahedral coordiantion environment and surrounded by four O atoms from water molecules and two carboxylate O atoms of two deprotonated ligand (L?) occupied six culmination. While in II, the Cu2+ ion is located in a square-planar geometry, bounded to two aqua O atoms and two carboxylate O atoms from L?.  相似文献

Results of X-ray structural analysis, IR spectroscopy, and quantum chemical study of the [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]NO3·4H2O complex are reported. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system with a=15.688(3), b=11.767(2), c=15.318(4) Å, γ=92.54(3)o, space group P21/a, R=0.078. The molecule has a trinuclear structure: three iron atoms occupy the vertices of an equilateral, triangle with an Fe−Fe distance of 3.29 Å and are bonded by the μ3-oxo and μ-CH3COO (O,O′) ligands. To each iron atom, one water molecule is coordinated. Using the obtained values of populations on 3d AO of Fe (d xy 1.34 ; d xz 1.39 ; d yz 1.46 ; ; ) and charges on oxygen atoms (O c −0.5 ; O ac −0.31 ; O w −0.31 ), we estimated the values of isomeric shift and quadrupole splitting (0.75 and 0.70 mm/sec, respectively; these are close to the experimental values of 0.75 and 0.58 mm/sec, (300 K)). A reaction of dimercury(I) dinitrate with nitrilotris(methylenephosphonic acid), N(CH2PO3)3H6, gave the complex [(Hg2)2(H2O){N(CH2PO3)3H2}] · H2O. The crystals of the complex are triclinic, space group \(P\bar 1\), Z = 2, a = 8.3436(3), b = 9.0744(3), c = 11.1124(4) Å, α = 91.875(3)°, β = 104.452(3)°, γ = 92.195(3)° (CIF file CCDC no. 1051860). The atoms of either dimercury cation are coordinated differently, making up a distorted tetrahedron and a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The ligand is coordinated to the Hg atoms through seven donor atoms: six (out of nine) O atoms and a N atom. The coordination involves the formation of chelate rings: two four-membered, three five-membered, a six-membered, and an eight-membered ring (CIF file CCDC no. 1051860).  相似文献

The synthesis of the [Cu(H2L)](NO3)2 complex (I) and of a mixed-valent complex [Cu(H2L)Cl]2[CuCl2]Cl·0.5H2O (II), where L is chiral bis(menthane) propylenediaminodioxime. According to the data of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, compounds I and II have ionic structures. In complex cations, the Cu2+ ion coordinates four N atoms of tetradentate chelate ligand, namely, the H2L molecule. The coordination surrounding of the Cu atom in I is a distorted square CuN4, while in II, it is a distorted square pyramid CuN4Cl. The complex anion [CuCl2]? in II has linear structure. The mutual arrangement of oxime groups in H2L corresponds to amphi-configuration of a ligand and therefore, intramolecular hydrogen bond O...H-O are formed in H2L. The complex cations in compound II are joined in dimers through hydrogen bonds Cl...H-O. The values μeff for I and II are equal to 1.82 and 2.82 μB, respectively.  相似文献

Summary The crystal structures of the new, hydrothermally synthesized, isotypic compounds Co3(SeO3)3·H2O and Ni3(SeO3)3·H2O were determined by direct and Fourier methods and refined toR w=0.023, 0.032 using single crystal X-ray data up to sin/=0.81 Å–1 [space group P ,a=8.102 (2), 7.986 (3) Å;b=8.219 (2), 8.133 (3) Å;c=8.572 (2), 8.422 (3) Å, =69.15 (1), 69.50 (1)°; =62.88 (1), 62.50 (1)°; =67.23 (1), 67.64 (1)°;Z=2]. The structures are built up from [Me 5(SeO3)6·2H2O]2– sheets containing three crystallographically different types of octahedrally coordinatedMe 2+ and trigonal pyramidal coordinated Se4+ atoms, respectively. These sheets are linked only by a fourth type ofMe 2+[6] atom. All coordination polyhedra deviate significantly from their ideal shapes, bond lengths within the extremly distortedMe(4)O6 polyhedra range from 1.983 (2) Å to 2.403 (2) Å in Co3(SeO3)3·H2O and from 1.987 (4) Å to 2.301 (3) Å in the Ni compound, O-Se-O bond angles were found between 92.8 (2)° and 104.9 (1)°. Hydrogen bond lengths are 2.802 (3)Å and 2.600 (4)Å in the Co compound, and 2.762 (6) Å and 2.561 (6) Å in Ni3(SeO3)3·H2O. The latter is one of the shortest known hydrogen bonds donated by a water molecule.

Zusammenfassung Die Kristallstrukturen der neuen, hydrothermal synthetisierten, isotypen Verbindungen Co3(SeO3)3·H2O und Ni3(SeO3)3·H2O wurden mit direkten und Fourier-Methoden bestimmt und unter Verwendung von Einkristallröntgendaten bis sin/=0.81 Å–1 aufR w-Werte von 0.023, 0.032 verfeinert [Raumgruppe P ,a=8.102 (2), 7.986 (3) Å;b=8.219 (2), 8.133 (3) Å;c=8.572 (2), 8.422 (3) Å, =69.15 (1), 69.50 (1)°; =62.88 (1), 62.50 (1)°; =67.23 (1), 67.64 (1)°;Z=2]. Die Strukturen werden von [Me 5(SeO3)6·2H2O]2– Schichten aufgebaut, die je drei kristallographisch unterschiedliche Arten von oktaedrisch koordiniertenMe 2+ und trigonal pyramidal koordinierten Se4+ Atomen enthalten. Diese Schichten sind nur durch eine vierte Art vonMe 2+[6] Atomen verknüpft. Alle Koordinationspolyeder weichen deutlich von ihren Idealformen ab, Bindungslängen in den extrem verzerrtenMe(4)O6 Polyedern variieren zwischen 1.983 (2) Å und 2.403 (2) Å in Co3(SeO3)3·H2O und zwischen 1.987 (4) Å und 2.301 (3) Å in der Ni-Verbindung, O-Se-O-Bindungswinkel liegen zwischen 92.8 (2)° und 104.9 (1)°. Wasserstoffbrückenlängen sind 2.802 (3) Å und 2.600 (4) Å in der Co-Verbindung, und 2.762 (6) Å und 2.561 (6) Å in Ni3(SeO3)3·H2O. Letztere ist eine der kürzesten bekannten Wasserstoffbrücken eines Wassermoleküls.

Two novel zeotype crystals, K4[Cr3O(H2O)3(OOCH)6]2[P2W18O62]·9.5H2O(1) and K4 [Cr3O(H2O)3·X-ray single crystal diffraction. Crystal data: C12H43O103.5K4Cr6P2W18(1), hexagonal P6(3)/m, a=1.5895(2)nm, b=1.5895(2) nm, c=2.1620(4) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ =120°, V=4.7305(13) nm3, Z=2,R1 =0. 0726, wR2=0. 1542; C6H57O98K4Cr3CoP2W17(2), hexagonal P6(3)/mmc, a=1. 61328 (3) nm, b=1.61328(3) nm, c=2. 06613 (9) nm, α=90°,β=90°, γ=120°, V=4. 6570(2) nm3, Z=2, R1=0. 0377,wR2 =0.1070. These crystals were characterized using elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTA, and XRD. It was found that the polyoxometalate anions maintained Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 1 and lacunary Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 2. Thermal analysis showed that crystal 1 lost the water of crystallization at 132 ℃, whereas crystal 2 lost the water of crystallization at 100 ℃. Crystal 1 could reversibly desorb and adsorb water molecules and its crystal structure could be restored after re-adsorbing the water molecules. It was also found from the XRD patterns that the void size of crystal 2 is smaller compared with that of crystal 1, which is attributed to the higher anion charges.  相似文献

Crystals of [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3][UO2(CH3COO)3]·3H2O (I) were synthesized for the first time and studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of I are orthorhombic: a = 8.3561(3) ?, b = 16.8421(5) ?, c = 25.7448(9) ?, V = 3623.2(2) ?3, space group P212121, Z = 4, R = 0.0409. The structure is composed of trinuclear [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ complexes and mononuclear [UO2(CH3COO)3]? complexes classified with crystal-chemical groups A3M3B 6 2 M 3 1 (A = Cr3+, M3 = O2?, B2 = CH3COO?, M1 = H2O) and AB 3 01 (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = CH3COO?), respectively. The complexes are bound to each other by electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds involving outer-sphere water molecules. The results of IR spectroscopic study of I are in good agreement with the structural data for the crystal.  相似文献

Explicitly correlated coupled cluster theory at the CCSD(T)-F12x level (T. B. Adler, G. Knizia, and H.-J. Werner, J. Chem. Phys.127, 221106, 2007) has been employed to study structures and vibrations of complexes of type c-C(3)H(3)(+)·L and H(2)C(3)H(+)·L (L = Ne, Ar, N(2), CO(2), and O(2)). Both cations have different binding sites, allowing for the formation of weak to moderately strong hydrogen bonds as well as "C-bound" or "π-bound" structures. In contrast to previous expectations, the energetically most favourable structures of all H(2)C(3)H(+)·L complexes investigated are "C-bound", with the ligand bound to the methylenic carbon atom. The theoretical predictions enable a more detailed interpretation of infrared photodissociation (IRPD) spectra than was possible hitherto. In particular, the bands observed in the range 3238-3245 cm(-1) (D. Roth and O. Dopfer, Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.4, 4855, 2002) are assigned to essentially free acetylenic CH stretching vibrations of the propargyl cation in "C-bound" H(2)C(3)H(+)·L complexes.  相似文献

Complexes [Ca(H2O)2(Dmf@CB[6])(Bdc)] · DMF · 4H2O (I) and [Ca(H2O)3(Dmf@CB[6])]Cl2 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized by the heating (95°C) of a mixture of calcium chloride and cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]) in a mixture of dimethylformamide (DMF) and water with the addition of terephthalic acid (H2Bdc) in the case of complex I or triethylamine for complex II. The compounds are characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. The luminescence spectra are also recorded. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the calcium atom is coordinated by the oxygen atoms of the cucurbit[6]uril molecule, water molecules, and terephthalate anion (for I). The internal cavity of the cavitand is occupied by DMF.  相似文献

A new three-dimensional complex [Tm2(C5H3N(COO)2)3(H2O)3)]·H2O (PDC?=?3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate), has been synthesized and its structure determined by x-ray single crystal diffraction methods. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n with a?=?14.579(4), b?=?11.193(3), c?=?14.839(5)?Å, β?=?94.009(6)°, U?=?2415.5(13)?Å3. Two independent PDC ligands bridge TmIII ions from different orientations to form a network. Thermogravimetric analyses on compound 1 show its high structural stability to 410°C.  相似文献
