Three manganese coordination polymers [Mn(bimb)2(NCS)2] n (1), [Mn(bimb)2(dca)2] n (2) and [Mn(bimb)2(N3)2] n (3) (bimb?=?1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)butane, dca?=?dicyanamide) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR and thermogravimetric analysis. In 1 and 2, each Mn(II) links two Mn(II) atoms by double bimb ligands and extends to form a one-dimensional double chain structure containing the Mn2(bimb)2 22-member metallocycle. 3 constructs a two-dimensional (4,4) network linked by bimb bridges.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers [Zn(btp)(NCS)2] n (1), {[Zn(btp)2(dca)2] n (2), and {[Zn(btp)3](BF4)2} n (3) (btp = 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane, dca = dicyanamide) were synthesized and characterized. In 1, 2, and 3, one-, double-, triple-btp ligands link two Zn(II) atoms and extend to form a 1-D zigzag chain for 1, 1-D double chain for 2, and 1-D triple chain for 3. The conformations of the btp ligands in 1, 2, and 3 are analyzed. 1, 2, and 3 have emission maxima at approximately 405, 407, and 409 nm, respectively, in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The new cadmium coordination polymer [Cd(bim)2(dca)2]n (1), (bim?=?benzimidazole, dca?= dicyanamide) was synthesized and characterized by IR, thermogravimetric analysis and luminescent properties. The coordination geometry of cadmium atom is distorted octahedral, coordinated equatorially by four nitrogen atoms from four dicyanamide ligands, and axially by two nitrogen atoms from two benzoimidazoles. Each dca ligand links two cadmium(II) atoms and 1 forms a two-dimensional (4,4) network.  相似文献

Two supramolecular complexes, [Cd(bimb)2Cl2] (1) and [Cd(bimb)(DMF)Cl2]·DMF (2) [bimb=4,4′-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl], were synthesized by reactions of CdCl2·2.5H2O with bimb ligand in ethanol and N,N′-dimethylformamide (DMF), respectively, and their structures were determined by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 is an infinite 2D grid network bridged by bimb ligands, and the 2D sheets were further linked by C–H ?Cl hydrogen bonds to form a polycatenated 3D framework. Complex 2 has dicadmium(II) di-μ-chloride units which are connected by bimb bridging ligands to form an infinite non-interpenetrating 2D network. The results provide a nice example of the solvent system exerting a great effect on the construction of supramolecular frameworks.  相似文献

Reactions of M(NO3)2?·?xH2O [M?=?Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II)] with N,N,N′,N′-tetraalkylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides(O-daap) in CH3CN yield [Co(O-dmap)(NO3)2] (1), [Co(O-deap)(NO3)2] (2), [Co(O-dpap)(NO3)2] (3), [Ni(O-dmap)(H2O)3](NO3)2] (4), [Ni(O-deap)(H2O)2(NO3)](NO3)] (5), [Cu(O-deap)(NO3)2] (6), and [Cu(O-dpap)(NO3)2] (7). X-ray crystal structures of 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 reveal that O-daap ligands coordinate tridentate to each metal, O–N–O, with nitrate playing a vital role in molecular and crystal structures of all the complexes. The coordination geometry in the two Co(II) complexes, 1 and 2, is approximately pentagonal bipyramidal with nitrate bonded in a slightly unsymmetrical bidentate chelating mode. [Ni(dmap)(H2O)3](NO3)2 (4) and [Ni(deap)(H2O)2(NO3)](NO3) (5) exhibit octahedral geometry, the former containing uncoordinated nitrate while the latter has one nitrate coordinated unidentate and the other nitrate outside the coordination sphere. The Cu(II) in [Cu(dpap)(NO3)2] (7) occupies a distorted square pyramidal geometry and is linked to two unidentate nitrates, although one nitrate is also involved in a weak interaction with the metal through its other oxygen. IR spectra and other physical studies are consistent with their crystal structural data. O-dmap?=?N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides; O-deap?=?N,N,N′,N′-tetraethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides; and O-dpap?=?N,N,N′,N′-tetraisopropylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides.  相似文献

A novel complex {[Zn(azpy)2(dca)(H2O)2]·ClO4·azpy·2H2O}n (1) has been synthesized and structurally and spectroscopically characterized, where azpy is the 4,4′-azopyridine and dca the dicyanamide. The crystal structure analysis of 1 shows that in 1 the dca ligands act as μ 1,5-bridges linking the zinc(II) ions into 1D covalent bonding chains. The zinc(II) ion lies in a distorted octahedral environment completed by two nitrogen atoms from two terminal azpy groups, two nitrogen atoms from two dca bridges, and two water molecules. The most striking feature of 1 is that the 1D covalent bonding chains are linked through O–H·N hydrogen bonds and ππ stacking interactions into a 3D supramolecular structure.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, poly[μ‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane‐di‐μ‐1,5‐dicyanamido‐cadmium(II)], [Cd(C2N3)2(C8H12N6)]n or [Cd(dca)2(btb)]n, where dca is dicyanamide and btb is 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)butane, each CdII atom occupies a center of symmetry and is in a six‐coordinated distorted octahedral environment. Four N atoms from four dca ligands fill the equatorial positions, and two N atoms from two btb ligands occupy the axial positions. The dca ligands adopt an end‐to‐end coordination mode and link the CdII atoms to form a 12‐membered Cd(dca)2Cd ring, and neighboring rings extend along the b axis to form a [Cd(dca)2]n chain. The btb ligands, acting as bridging bidentate ligands, link the CdII atoms of adjacent one‐dimensional [Cd(dca)2]n chains, forming a rhombic two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Magnetic measurements of the cobalt compounds were performed in solution by 1H NMR spectroscopy using the Evans’ method while their redox properties were studied by cyclic voltammetry. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of the compounds revealed their octahedral geometries and trans configuration, except for 8a, which has a cis configuration. Intermolecular noncovalent interactions were detected, π···π interactions in 5, C?–?H···π interactions in 2 and C?–?H···π edge-to-face (T-shaped) arrangements in 3, 4, 6, and 7.  相似文献

Two new Zn2+‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) based on biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid, i.e. H4(o,m‐bpta), and N‐donor ligands, namely, poly[[(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis{[1,3‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis(1H‐imidazole)}dizinc(II)] dimethylformamide monosolvate dihydrate], {[Zn2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2]·C3H7NO·2H2O}n or {[Zn2(o,m‐bpta)(1,3‐bimb)2]·C3H7NO·2H2O}n ( 1 ) {1,3‐bimb = [1,3‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis(1H‐imidazole)}, and poly[[(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis{[1,4‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis(1H‐imidazole)}dizinc(II)] monohydrate], {[Zn2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2]·H2O}n or {[Zn2(o,m‐bpta)(1,4‐bimb)2]·H2O}n ( 2 ) {1,4‐bimb = [1,4‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis(1H‐imidazole)}, have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions. The complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and powder X‐ray diffraction analysis. Structurally, the (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands are fully deprotonated and combine with Zn2+ ions in μ4‐coordination modes. Complex 1 is a (3,4)‐connected porous network with honeycomb‐like [Zn2(o,m‐bpta)]n sheets formed by 4‐connected (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands. Complex 2 exhibits a (2,4)‐connected network formed by 4‐connected (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands linking Zn2+ ions in left‐handed helical chains. The cis‐configured 1,3‐bimb and 1,4‐bimb ligands bridge Zn2+ ions to form multi‐membered [Zn2(bimb)2] loops. Optically, the complexes show strong fluorescence and display larger red shifts compared to free H4(o,m‐bpta). Complex 2 shows ferroelectric properties due to crystallizing in the C2v polar point group.  相似文献

Two Cd(II) coordination polymers have been synthesized with derivatives of pyrazine-1,4-dioxide and thiocyanate anion as bridging ligands and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1, [Cd(μ1,3-SCN?)21,6-L1)] n (L1?=?2,5-dimethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide), belongs to the triclinic, space group P 1 with a?=?5.7627(18)?Å, b?=?7.182(2)?Å, c?=?7.509(2)?Å, α?=?74.042(3)°, β?=?84.766(4)°, γ?=?88.162(4)°; complex 2, [Cd21,3-SCN?)44-L2)] n (L2?=?2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide), crystallizes in a monoclinic system with space group C2/m with a?=?10.194(4)?Å, b?=?13.491(6)?Å, c?=?8.140(3)?Å, β?=?120.372(4)°. Complex 1 shows a two-dimensional sheet structure, and in a direction the Cd(II) ions were coordinated by μ1,3-SCN? forming the one-dimensional chain and the L1 bridging ligand made the chains connect in the c direction leading to formation of a two-dimensional sheet on the ac plane. For 2 the one-dimensional chains in the a axis were constructed by coordination of μ1,3-SCN? bridging ligands with the Cd(II) ions, and in b and c directions the chains were joined by L2 bridging ligands leading to a three-dimensional structure. In 2 L2 displays a μ4-bridging coordination mode. Both complexes exhibit strong fluorescence emission.  相似文献

Two cadmium(II) coordination compounds, [Cd3(CH3CO2)4(ad)2(CH3CN)2]n (1) and [Cd3(5-SIP)2(H-ad)2(H2O)6]n (2) (H-ad = adenine and 5-SIP = 5-sulfoisophthalate), were synthesized and characterized. Compound 1 features a two-dimensional (2-D) layered structure based on linear trinuclear [Cd3(CH3CO2)4] units bridged by monoanionic adenine ligands. In 2, the 5-SIP3? ligands link Cd(II) ions to form a one-dimensional (1-D) ladder, which is further linked by neutral adenine ligands to give a 2-D layered structure. In both structures, the carboxylate ligands link Cd(II) ions to form low-dimensional structures, which are further connected by adenine ligands to give high-dimensional structures. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibit emissions centered at 382 and 416 nm, respectively, which can be attributed to the ligand centered ππ* transition.  相似文献

The mononuclear six metal(II) complexes ([Co(mef)2(3-pic)2(CH3OH)2] (1), [Ni(mef)2(3-pic)2(CH3OH)2] (2), [Cu(mef)2(3-pic)2] (3), [Co(mef)2(4-pic)2] (4), [Ni(mef)2(4-pic)2] (5), and [Cu(mef)2(4-pic)2] (6) with mefenamic acid and picoline ligands were synthesized, characterized, and their carbonic anhydrase inhibitory activities were evaluated. The six complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, and thermal analyses. The crystal structures of 1, 3, and 6 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The complexes have octahedral geometry. In 1, the mefenamato ligand behaved as monodentate whereas in 3 and 6, the mefenamato ligand acted as a bidentate ligand. Complexes 3 and 6 consist of the mefenamate and 4-picoline ligands. In 1, unlike the other complexes, methanol acted as a ligand and was involved in the coordination. Carbonic anhydrase I and II isoenzymes were purified from human erythrocytes. The in vitro effects of mefenamic acid, 3-picoline, 4-picoline, and the six metal(II) complexes on these isoenzymes were evaluated.  相似文献

The mesitylene-bridged bis-benzimidazolyl ligand 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1′-yl-methyl)mesitylene (L) and six metal complexes, [Cu9L6(OH)7Cl8] (1), [Co2L4(NO3)(H2O)2](NO3)3 (2), [Zn2L2Cl4] (3), [CdL2(NO3)2]n (4), [MnL(LA)(CH3OH)]n (5), and [CoLCl2]n (6) (LA = terephthalate), have been prepared and characterized. Complex 1 is a football-like cluster formed by six Ls, nine Cu(II) ions, eight chlorides, and seven hydroxides, in which the size of the football is about 13.9 × 15.4 Å. Complex 2 contains a cage-like ball formed by four Ls and two Co(II) ions, in which the external and internal sizes of the ball are about 12.2 × 14.6 Å and 6.5 × 10.7 Å, respectively. In this complex, one nitrate is fixed in the middle of the cage through two Co–O bonds. The 24-membered metallomacrocycle of 3 is formed by two Ls and two Zn(II) ions. In 4, 2-D layers with 48-membered metallomacrocycles are formed via Ls and Cd(II) ions. In 5, L and terephthalate ions (LA) participate in coordination with Mn(II) to afford 2-D network layers. The 1-D polymeric chain of 6 is formed via L and Co(II) chloride moieties. In the crystal packing of 16, 2-D supramolecular layers and 3-D supramolecular frameworks are formed via intermolecular weak interactions, including hydrogen bonds, ππ interactions, and C–H?π contacts. The conformations of metal complexes from L are described. Additionally, the fluorescence emission spectra of L and 16 are reported.  相似文献

Two pyridinecarboxylato-bridged coordination polymers {[Co(pbc)2(H2O)] · H2O} n (1) and [Co(pbc)2] n (2) (Hpbc = 3-pyrid-3-ylbenzoic acid) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. In 1, pbc? ligands link two Co(II) centers as μ2-N,O and μ2-N,O,O. Co(II) is six coordinate, octahedral. In 2, Co(II) is coordinated by four oxygens and two nitrogens. The ligands are μ2-N,O,O and μ3-N,O,O. Through different pbc? ligands, 2 generates a 3-D network composed of six-connected nodes. Compound 2 exhibits good photoluminescence, whereas 1 is nonemissive at room temperature.  相似文献

In 2, two neighboring Co(II) ions are bridged by two Htda2? ligands, forming a binuclear structure, with Co–Co distance of 4.091?Å and is further linked to generate a 3-D structure via hydrogen bonds. Fluorescent of 1 was investigated.  相似文献

Two new binuclear complexes, [Mn2(μ-dmpo)2(SCN)4(H2O)2] (1) (where dmpo?=?3,5-dimethylpyridine N-oxide), [Mn2(μ-po)2(H2O)6I2]I2 (2) (where po?=?pyridine N-oxide), have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in monoclinic, space group P21/c, with unit cell dimensions a?=?8.8836(18)?Å, b?=?15.450(3)?Å, c?=?15.484(3)?Å, β?=?91.020(3)° for 1, and a?=?8.8352(13)?Å, b?=?17.927(3)?Å, c?=?8.3338(12)?Å, β?=?103.765(2)° for 2. In each binuclear complex two Mn(II) were bridged by two 3,5-dimethylpyridine N-oxides or by two pyridine N-oxides and the distances between the bridged Mn(II) ions are 3.599?Å for 1 and 3.552?Å for 2. Variable temperature (4–300?K) magnetic measurements were performed for 1 and the susceptibility data were fitted by using a binuclear Mn(II) magnetic coupling formula producing the 2J?=??2.17?cm?1.  相似文献

To investigate the construction of interpenetrating coordination networks and the effect of ligands, [Zn(bimb)(bdc)]·H2O (1) and [Zn(bimb)(Hbtc)]·H2O (2) [bimb?=?4,4′-bis(1H-imidazol-1-yl-methyl)biphenyl; H2bdc?=?1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid; H3btc?=?1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid] were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, Powder X-ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex 1 shows a 3-D uoc type topology with twofold interpenetration. However, 2 exhibits a different 2-D self-penetrating network owing to hydrogen bonds of Hbtc between the two interpenetrating sql sheets, indicating that different carboxylic ligands could affect the interpenetration structures. Photoluminescence of bimb and the two complexes are also studied.  相似文献

Two CoII‐based coordination polymers, namely poly[(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato){μ2‐1,3‐bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}dicobalt(II)], [Co2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2]n or [Co2(o,m‐bpta)(1,3‐bimb)2]n ( I ), and poly[[aqua(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato){1,4‐bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}dicobalt(II)] dihydrate], {[Co2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n or {[Co2(o,m‐bpta)(1,4‐bimb)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n ( II ), were synthesized from a mixture of biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid, i.e. [H4(o,m‐bpta)], CoCl2·6H2O and N‐donor ligands under solvothermal conditions. The complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and powder X‐ray diffraction analysis. The bridging (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands combine with CoII ions in different μ4‐coordination modes, leading to the formation of one‐dimensional chains. The central CoII atoms display tetrahedral [CoN2O2] and octahedral [CoN2O4] geometries in I and II , respectively. The bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene (bimb) ligands adopt trans or cis conformations to connect CoII ions, thus forming two three‐dimensional (3D) networks. Complex I shows a (2,4)‐connected 3D network with left‐ and right‐handed helical chains constructed by (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands. Complex II is a (4,4)‐connected 3D novel network with ribbon‐like chains formed by (o,m‐bpta)4? linkers. Magnetic studies indicate an orbital contribution to the magnetic moment of I and II due to the longer Co…Co distances. An attempt has been made to fit the χMT results to the magnetic formulae for mononuclear CoII complexes, the fitting indicating the presence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the CoII ions.  相似文献
