A novel complex [Pb(qina)2(DMSO)]·H2O was synthesized, of which qina- is the quinaldic acid radical and DMSO the dimethyl sulfoxide. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. This complex belongs to monoclinic system, space group P121/n1, with a = 7.1553(17), b = 17.543(2), c = 17.306(2)(A),β = 91.671(4)°, C22H20N2O6PbS, Mr = 647.65, Z = 4, V= 2171.5(6)(A)3, Dc= 1.981g/cm3,μ = 7.908 mm-1, F(000) = 1248, -9≤h≤6, -23≤k≤ 19, -22≤l≤22, R= 0.0221 and wR =0.0488. Weak coordinate bond is formed between oxygen atom in DMSO and Pb(Ⅱ ). There are also weak interactions, such as π-π interaction, hydrogen bonds and so on, among the complex molecules.  相似文献

Cs2[Cr2(nta)2(μ-OH)2]·4H2O (nta=nitrilotriacetate) crystallises in two different space groups due to a slight variation in pH of the reaction mixtures. The structures of Cs2[Cr2(nta)2(μ-OH)2]·4H2O have been determined from three-dimensional X-ray diffraction data. The complex crystallises in the tetragonal, I41/a (I) and monoclinic, P21/c (II), space groups. The two hydroxo groups bridge the two Cr centres with OH–Cr–OH angles of 81.5(3)° (I) and 82.08(10)° (II), respectively. The tetradentate nta ligand completes the octahedral geometry around the Cr centre. The Cr–OH bonds are 1.942(7) and 1.961(6) Å for (I) and 1.987(2) and 1.991(1) Å for (II). The Cr–N and Cr–O(av) are 2.048(9) and 1.967(8) Å for (I) and 2.061(3) and 1.975(2) Å for (II), respectively.  相似文献

[cis-g-Cr(trien) C2O4)] Cl·2H2O (I) (CrC8H22N4O6Cl) crystallizes at 22°C, from deionized water solution as a racemate in space group Pn (No. 7). Lattice constants are: a = 7.193(2), b = 9.1545(12), c = 11.469(2) Å; g = 100.994(13)°; V = 741.3(3) Å3 and Dcalc = 1.603 gcm-3 (MW = 357.75, Z = 2). A total of 2251 data were collected, using MoK f radiation ( u = 0.71703 Å), over the range 4 h 2 è h 60°; of these, 1441 (independent and with I S 2 σ (I)) were used in the structural analysis. Data were corrected for absorption ( w = 9.81 cm-1) and the transmission coefficients ranged from 0.8676 to 0.9942. The final R (F) and Rw(F) residuals were 0.0338 and 0.0764, respectively. The cations of (II) exist in the lattice as enantiomeric pairs. [Cr2( w -OH)2( w -tren)2]Br4 ·2H2O (II) (Cr2C12H42N8O4Br4) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14) with a = 10.835(2) Å, b= 7.859(3) Å, c = 16.397(2) Å, g = 105.45(2)°, V = 1345.7(5) Å33 and Dcalc = 1.940 g cm-1 (MW = 786.18, Z = 4). A total of 2467 data were collected, using MoK f radiation ( u = 0.71703 Å), over the range 4 h 2 è h 50°; of these, 1450 (independent and with I S 2 σ ( I )) were used in the structural analysis. Data were corrected for absorption ( w =67.79 cm-1) and the transmission coefficients ranged from 0.5589 to 0.9949. The final R(F) and Rw(F) residuals were 0.0481 and 0.1408, respectively for 2385 observed reflections with ( I S 2 σ ( I )). In the complex cation, the two Cr(III) centers are in a distorted octahedral environment and are bridged by two hydroxide groups and two ethylamine arms, one from each tren ligand, which spans over the binuclear core. Within the bridging moiety, the Cr···Cr separation is 3.005(2) Å, the ° Cr-OH-Cr = 101.3(2)° and ° O-Cr-O = 78.7(2)°, while the average Cr-N bond distance trans to the hydroxo groups (2.085(6) Å) is shorter than the corresponding cis Cr-N distance (2.104(5) Å).  相似文献

Two cobalt complexes [NaCoII(nta)(H2O)] n (H3nta?=?nitrilotriacetic acid) (1) and NH4[CoIII(ida)2]?·?2H2O (H2ida?=?iminodiacetic acid) (2) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a?=?7.9770(12)?Å, b?=?9.7613(15)?Å, c?=?12.1945(18)?Å, V?=?949.5(2)?Å3, Z?=?4, and R 1?=?0.0705 for 1597 observed reflections. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c with a?=?5.1801(3)?Å, b?=?11.2073(6)?Å, c?=?12.2891(7)?Å, V?=?707.09(7)?Å3, Z?=?2, and R 1?=?0.0349 for 1143 observed reflections. In compound 1, the Co is coordinated by a nitrogen and five oxygen atoms in a distorted octahedral geometry {CoNO5}, and the Na is coordinated by one water molecule and four carboxyl oxygen atoms in slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. The entire structure shows a three-dimensional network. In compound 2, Co atom is equatorially coordinated by two ida ligands in a distorted octahedral geometry {CoN2O4}. The discrete [Co(ida)2]2? anions are linked by hydrogen bonding to a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional supramolecular complex [Mn(phen)(DPZDA)(H2O)]·2H2Ohas been synthesized by the reaction of Mn(CH3COO)2, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and H2DPZDA (3,5-dimethyl-pyrazine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid). Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray singlecrystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the title complex. Crystal data: triclinic system, space group P-1, a = 7.7474(13), b = 9.3381(15), c =15.146(3)(A), α = 93.872(3), β = 102.451(11), γ = 105.261(11)°, C20H20MnN4O7, Mr = 483.34, Z = 2,F(000) = 498, V = 1023.2(3)(A)3, Dc = 1.569 g/cm3, μ = 0.697 mm-1, -9≤h≤9, -11 ≤k≤ 10, -18≤l≤12, R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0901 for 3585 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0165) and 2923observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis indicates that Mn(Ⅱ) adopts a distorted octahedral geometry. The 2-D framework supramolecular structure of the title complex is constructed from hydrogen bonds and π…πinteractions.  相似文献

Hydroxide-bridged high-valent oxidants have been implicated as the active oxidants in methane monooxygenases and other oxidases that employ bimetallic clusters in their active site. To understand the properties of such species, bis-μ-hydroxo-NiII2 complex ( 1 ) supported by a new dicarboxamidate ligand (N,N′-bis(2,6-dimethyl-phenyl)-2,2-dimethylmalonamide) was prepared. Complex 1 contained a diamond core made up of two NiII ions and two bridging hydroxide ligands. Titration of the 1 e oxidant (NH4)2[CeIV(NO3)6] with 1 at −45 °C showed the formation of the high-valent species 2 and 3 , containing NiIINiIII and NiIII2 diamond cores, respectively, maintaining the bis-μ-hydroxide core. Both complexes were characterised using electron paramagnetic resonance, X-ray absorption, and electronic absorption spectroscopies. Density functional theory computations supported the spectroscopic assignments. Oxidation reactivity studies showed that bis-μ-hydroxide-NiIII2 3 was capable of oxidizing substrates at −45 °C at rates greater than that of the most reactive bis-μ-oxo-NiIII complexes reported to date.  相似文献

A new mononuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex [CuL(Phen)]·NO3 (L = 2-{2-[(3,5-dibro- mosalicylidene)amino]ethyl}-1H-1,3-benzimidazole, Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthe-sized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c with a = 24.966(7), b = 15.673(4), c = 16.600(5) (A), β = 123.981(4)o, C28H20Br2CuN6O4, Mr = 727.86, V = 5386(2) (A)3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.795 g/cm3, μ(MoKα = 3.826 mm-1, F(000) = 2888, the final R = 0.0508 and wR = 0.1024 for 5440 independent reflections with Rint = 0.1134. The title compound is composed of [CuL(Phen)]+ cation and NO3- anion. The coordination geometry around copper atom is a highly distorted trigonal bipyramid consisting of one benzi-midazole nitrogen atom, one phenolato oxygen atom and one phenanthroline nitrogen atom on the equatorial plane together with one imine nitrogen atom and one phenanthroline nitrogen atom occupying the axial positions. The hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions link the copper complex molecules into a 3-D supramolecular structure.  相似文献

One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2'-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P-1 with a=0.70479(14), b=1.1211(2), c=1.6718(3) nm, α=103.806(3), β=90.795(3), γ=104.207(3)°, V=1.2399(4) nm3, Mr=512.41, Dc=1.373 g/cm3, Z=2, F(000)=532, μ=0.733 mm-1, R=0.0432 and wR=0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.  相似文献

The title complex was synthesized in an aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in a triclinic system, space group P1 with a=1.306 3(2) nm, b=1.319 4(4) nm, c=1.950 2(4) nm, α=90.597(14)°, β=93.998(11)°, γ=94.093(13)°, V=3.344 1(12) nm3, Z=2, the final R indices are R1=0.065 4, wR2=0.126 2 respectively. The complex contains a novel tetranuclear cluster cation with four Er3+ ions connected by four μ3-OH ions and six bridging carboxyl groups. Each erbium ion is coordinated by three μ3-OH, three carboxylic oxygen atoms from three α-alanine and two oxygen atoms from water molecules, forming a square-antiprismatic coordination polyhedron.  相似文献

The binuclear tin(IV) complex with N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine-N,N′,N′-triacetic acid (H4Hedtra) is synthesized. The compound is characterized by elemental analysis, thermogravimetry, and IR spectroscopy. An X-ray diffraction analysis of complex Sn(μ-Hedtra)(μ-OH)SnCl3(H2O)] · 3H2O (I) is carried out. Structure I is formed by the binuclear complexes and molecules of water of crystallization. One of the tin atoms coordinates six “active” sites Hedtra4? (the alcohol branch is deprotonated and forms a bridge between two tin atoms) and the bridging hydroxo group. The polyhedron is a pentagonal bipyramid. The octahedral environment of the second tin atom is formed by two bridging oxygen atoms, three chlorine atoms (fac isomer), and a coordination water molecule.  相似文献

The crystal is of triclinic, space groups P1 with a = 9.5520(2), b = 10.3730(1), c = 13.5722(2) (A), α = 74.940(12), β = 80.772(14), γ = 69.898(11)°, V = 1215.73(11) (A)3, Z = 2, C16H24Mo3N2O18, Mr = 820.19, Dc = 2.241 g/cm3, μ = 1.616 mm-1, F(000) = 808, T= 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0424 and wR = 0.0939 for 4119 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). The trinuclear unit is coordinated by mixed ligands of oxalate and bipy. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions among adjacent [Mo3O4(C2O4)2·bipy(H2O)3] extend the compound into a therr-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules and ethal molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Complexes [Ca(H2O)2(Dmf@CB[6])(Bdc)] · DMF · 4H2O (I) and [Ca(H2O)3(Dmf@CB[6])]Cl2 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized by the heating (95°C) of a mixture of calcium chloride and cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]) in a mixture of dimethylformamide (DMF) and water with the addition of terephthalic acid (H2Bdc) in the case of complex I or triethylamine for complex II. The compounds are characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. The luminescence spectra are also recorded. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the calcium atom is coordinated by the oxygen atoms of the cucurbit[6]uril molecule, water molecules, and terephthalate anion (for I). Na[YbIII(Cydta)(H2O)2] · 5H2O (1) (H4Cydta = trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid) and [YbIII(Hegta)] · 2H2O (2) (H4egta = ethyleneglycol-bis-(2-aminoethylether)-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid) were prepared and their composition and structures were determined by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Complex 1 crystallized in the triclinic crystal system with space group P 1; the YbIII is eight-coordinate by a hexadentate Cydta and two water molecules. Complex 2 is a protonated egta complex, crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system with space group P 2 1 /c; YbIII is coordinated only by the octadentate Hegta ligand. The crystal adopts space group C2/c with a = 16.990(10), b = 9.150(5), c = 29.318(17) , β = 104.289(9)°, V = 4417(4) 3, Z = 4, C28H52Cl2Cu4N4O31, Mr = 1265.80, Dc = 1.904 g/cm3, μ = 2.130 mm-1, F(000) = 2584, T = 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0328 and wR = 0.0809 for 4938 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)).
