Hydrothermal reactions of Nd(ClO4)3·6H2O, Gd(ClO4)3·6H2O and Er2O3 with H3NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) afford three new lanthanide coordination polymers, {[Nd(NTA)(H2O)]· 2H2O} n (1), {[Gd(NTA)(H2O)]·2H2O} n (2) and {[Er(NTA)(H2O)]·H2O} n (3), characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. X-ray single crystal structural analyses showed that 1 and 2 are an isomorphous 2D-layered framework containing the nine-coordinated Nd(III) (or Gd(III)), and woven into a 3D suprastructure by interlayer hydrogen bonding while 3 is a 3D structure with eight-coordinate Er(III).  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of Nd(ClO4)3·6H2O, Gd(ClO4)3·6H2O, Dy(ClO4)3·6H2O, Er(ClO4)3·6H2O with 1,3-dicyanobenzene, give rise to four one-dimensional rare earth-based coordination polymers: [M(3-CNC6H4COO)3(H2O)2] n (where M?=?Nd (1), Gd (2), Dy (3), Er (4), 3-CNC6H4COO?=?3-cyanobenzoato), respectively. Their solid-state structures have been characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies. The results show that 1,3-dicyanobenzene hydrolyzed to give 3-cyanobenzoato under hydrothermal condition, and the four complexes are isomorphous. Three new lanthanide coordination polymers, [Ln(Ad)3/2(Phen)] n ·2nH2O (Ln = Eu, 1; Pr, 2; Ad = adipate; Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) and [Yb(Ad)3/2(Phen)] n ·nH2O 3, were prepared by hydrothermal reactions. The structures of 1, 2 and 3 are reported. In compound 1, Eu(III) ions are bridged by adipate ligands in two modes into 2-D polymeric layers. Adjacent layers are assembled by hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking between 1,10-phenanthrolines into a 3-D supramolecular structure. Compound 2 is isostructural with 1. In compound 3, the Yb(III) ions are connected by adipate ligands in three modes into a 3-D network.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Mn(dpa)(2,2′-bipy)] n (1) and [Ni(dpa)(2,2′-bipy)] n (2) (H2dpa = 3,4′-biphenyl-dicarboxylic acid, 2,2′-bipy = bipyridine), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray analyses revealed that 3,4′-diphenic acid acts as a bridging ligand, exhibiting rich coordination modes to link metal ions: μ 2η 1: η 1, μ 1η 1: η 1, and μ 1 –η 1: η 0. Compound 1 demonstrates a 1-D zigzag chain. Compound 2 is a 1-D helical chain. In 1 and 2, there exist intermolecular π–π stacking interactions and non-covalent interactions responsible for the stabilization of the supramolecular structure. In 1, the Mn(II) chains exhibit a weak antiferromagnetic interaction.  相似文献

A series of new lanthanide coordination polymers has been synthesized and structurally characterized; [Ln4(TTHA)2(pzac)(H3O)2(H2O)]·5H2O (Ln = Pr (1a) and Nd (1b)), [Sm8(TTHA)4(pzac)0.5(H3O)(H2O)7.5]·4H2O (2), [Ln4(HTTHA)2(SO4)(H2O)4]·5H2O (Ln = Pr (3a) and Nd (3b)), where H6TTHA = 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triamine hexaacetic acid, and H2pzac = 2,5-dioxo-piperazine-1,4-diacetic acid. The compounds feature 3-D frameworks comprising the deprotonated H6TTHA as the primary ligand and either the in situ generated pzac2? or sulfate as the secondary ligands. The influence of the deprotonated H6TTHA in directing the framework structures through preferential coordination modes and molecular conformation is described. The effect of the secondary ligands in increasing the compactness of the frameworks and in the alternation of the framework topologies based on the four-connected pts type is described.  相似文献

Two complexes constructed from aromatic acid and N-heterocyclic ligands have been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction: [Pb(cipt)(NDC)]n (1) [cipt?=?2-(3-chlorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, NDC?=?naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid] and [Pb(ipm)(BDC)2]n (2) [BDC?=?terephthalic acid, ipm?=?5-(1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolin-2-yl)-2-methoxyphenol]. Single-crystal X-ray analysis shows that 1 exhibits an interesting arm-shaped chain structure. 1-D ladder chain structure is formed by N–H···O bonding interactions and further into a 2-D network by N–H···O hydrogen bonds and interchain ππ stacking interactions. Complex 2 shows a 2-D butterfly wings structure, which has been rarely reported. The structure in 2 has intermolecular N–H···O interactions, which help in construction of the 3-D framework. In 1, the coordination sphere of Pb(II) is hemi-directed, whereas the Pb(II) geometry in 2 is holo-directed. The solid-state fluorescence spectra of 1 and 2 are also investigated, as well as the ligands cipt and ipm.  相似文献

Three lanthanide coordination polymers were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. [Pr2(mBDC)3(phen)(H2O)]n·0.5nH2O (1) (mBDC=isophthalate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline) exhibits two kinds of metal environments (coordination numbers 7 and 8). In complex 1, mBDC ligands adopt the tetradentate (bridging and bridging) coordination mode and connect Pr ions into an undulating layer, and a 3D supramolecular structure is formed via hydrogen bonds between adjacent layers. [Tb4(mBDC)6(phen)]n (2) has three types of metal environments (coordination numbers 6, 7 and 8) and is composed of a 3D network formed by mBDC linking Tb ions via tetradentate (bridging and bridging) and pentadentate (bridging/chelating and bridging) coordination modes. There are two kinds of small quadrilateral channels along the a-axis. [Er4(mBDC)6(phen)]n (3) is isostructural to complex 2.  相似文献

Two complexes [Ln2(hfga)2(phen)4(H2O)6] · hfga · 2H2O (H2hfga = hexafluoroglutaric acid, phen = 1, 10-phenanthroline, Ln=Tb, 1; Eu, 2) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and their structures determined by X-ray crystallography. The complexes consist of dinuclear units with an inversion center. Each Ln(III) is nine-coordinate with two carboxylate oxygens from two hfga ligands, three oxygens from water and four nitrogens from two phen molecules. Two carboxylate groups of one hfga adopt monodentate coordination to Ln(III) as a long bidentate bridge linking two Ln(III) ions to form a dimer. Ln(III) ··· Ln(III) distances of 9.027(3) Å for 1 and 9.043(3) Å for 2 were observed. Both complexes emit strong fluorescence and show characteristic emission of Tb(III) and Eu(III) ions, respectively.  相似文献

Four 2-D coordination polymers Ln2(phen)2(C5H6O4)3 [Ln?=?Pr(1), Eu(2), Er(3), Yb(4), phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline] were obtained via hydrothermal reactions and determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal structure data reveal that these complexes are isostructural. In the asymmetric unit, the two Ln(III) ions are nine-coordinate and have similar coordination environments. The Ln(III) ions are built into 2-D layers by three different coordination modes of glutarate. The resulting 2-D layer forms 3-D supramolecular architecture by two types of π···π stacking interactions. All the complexes were characterized by IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis, and the emission spectrum shows that Eu2(phen)2(C5H6O4)3 possesses strong luminescence.  相似文献

Two new compounds {[Ln2(1,2-pda)3(H2O)2]·?2H2O} n (1,2-H2pda?=?1,2-phenylenediacetic acid, Ln?=?Tb, 1; Ho, 2) were prepared by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The Ln3+ is nine-coordinate by eight oxygen atoms of six 1,2-pda ligands and one oxygen of water. Ln3+ ions are bridged by 1,2-pda ligands via bridging/chelating-bridging pentadentate and chelating-bridging/chelating-bridging hexadentate coordination to form 3-D framework structures. Complex 1 emits strong green fluorescence corresponding to 5D4???7Fj (j?=?6–3) transitions of the Tb3+.  相似文献

Four cobalt(II) coordination polymers, {[Co(HO-BDC)(bbp)]}n (1), {[Co(HO-BDC)(bmbp)2]·(H2O)2}n (2), {[Co(HO-BDC)(bbb)]}n (3), and {[Co2(HO-BDC)2(bmbb)2]·(H2O)3}n (4), where HO-H2BDC?=?5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, bbp = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)propane, bmbp = 1,3-bis(2-methyl-benzimidazol-1-yl)propane, bbb = 1,4-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)butane, and bmbb = 1,4-bis(2-methyl-benzimidazol-1-yl)butane, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analyses, and fluorescence properties. Compounds 1 and 3 are 4-connected 2-D networks with (44·62) topology. Compound 2 is a 1-D chain, while 4 features a 1-D ladder. These 1-D and 2-D complexes are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form 3-D supramolecular architectures. Complexes 1–4 showed very strong yellow luminescence emission.  相似文献

Two new complexes involving 3,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (3,4-H2pdc), copper(II) and cobalt(II) complexes, {[Cu(3,4-Hpdc)2(H2O)2]·2dmso}n (1) and {[Co(3,4-Hpdc)2(H2O)2]·2H2O·2dmso}n (2) (dmso = dimethylsulfoxide), have been synthesized by the diffusion method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, powder and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). In both compounds, the metal coordination sphere is composed of a trans-MO4N2 core and adopts a distorted octahedral geometry in accordance with X-ray diffraction and EPR results. 3,4-Hpdc? ligands bridge the metal centers giving two-dimensional (2-D) coordination polymers with four-connected uninodal nets of (4,4) topology.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide chloride, phosphonoacetic acid (H2O3PCH2COOH), and water in the presence of HCl provide a series of lanthanide coordination polymers. FT-IR spectra confirm that there are three kinds of structures among seven complexes, {[Ln2(O3PCH2CO2)2(H2O)3]?·?H2O} (type I) (Ln?=?LaIII for 1; PrIII for 2; NdIII for 3 and EuIII for 4), [Ln(O3PCH2CO2)(H2O)2] (type II) (Ln?=?TbIII for 5), and [Ln(O3PCH2CO2)(H2O)2] (type III) (Ln?=?HoIII for 6 and YbIII for 7). Complexes 15 show 2-D 4,4,5,5-connected (44?·?62)(45?·?6)(46?·?64)(48?·?62) topology networks and 2-D 4-connected (44?·?62) topology networks and then are further linked into 3-D supramolecular networks by hydrogen-bonding interactions; 6 and 7 both exhibit a 3-D 4-connected (42?·?63?·?8) topology with 1-D dumbbell-shaped channels. The results indicate infrared spectroscopy is in accord with the result of single-crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 1,3-dicyanobenzene, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and Pb(CH3COO)2 yields a new 1D coordination polymer, {Pb[C6H4(COO)2][phen]} n . The 1,3-benzenecarboxylate anion found in the final product was generated in situ during the synthesis by hydrolysis of 1,3-dicyanobenzene. X-ray diffraction shows that complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P 1, a?=?7.5442(2)?Å, b?=?9.7962(3)?Å, c?=?13.1505(4)?Å, α?=?69.739(2)?Å, β?=?80.597(2)?Å, γ?=?71.377(2)?Å, v?=?862.48(4)?Å3, Z?=?2, D c?=?2.124 Mg?m?3. Reactions of different metal salts with 4-amino-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (3-abpt) gave rise to five new complexes, namely [Cu4(CN)4(3-abpt)2]n (1), [CuBr(3-abpt)]n (2), [CuI(3-abpt)]n (3), [Cu3I3(3-abpt)]n (4) and [Cu(3-abpt)(SO4)(H2O)]n (5). Compounds 1, 3, 4 and 5 are all 2D structures. Compound 1 is a double-layered polymer with an uncommon 3-nodal 3-connected (103)(102.4)4 network, 3 shows a 2D square layered structure, 4 is also a double-layered polymer with 2-nodal 4-connected (3.4.5.62.7)2(3.42.52.7) network and 5 is a 2D structure which is ultimately stacked with an ABAB repeat pattern. Compound 2 is a 1D coordination polymer which exhibits a ladder-like network. The photoluminescence of 1-2 has also been investigated. The long emission lifetimes of 1-2 could be assigned to metal-to-ligand charge transfer triple excited states [MLCT].  相似文献

Two pyridinecarboxylato-bridged coordination polymers {[Co(pbc)2(H2O)] · H2O} n (1) and [Co(pbc)2] n (2) (Hpbc = 3-pyrid-3-ylbenzoic acid) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. In 1, pbc? ligands link two Co(II) centers as μ2-N,O and μ2-N,O,O. Co(II) is six coordinate, octahedral. In 2, Co(II) is coordinated by four oxygens and two nitrogens. The ligands are μ2-N,O,O and μ3-N,O,O. Through different pbc? ligands, 2 generates a 3-D network composed of six-connected nodes. Compound 2 exhibits good photoluminescence, whereas 1 is nonemissive at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers formulated as [Ni(ip)(4,4′-bipy)] (1) and [Cd(ip)(4,4′-bipy)]H2O (2) have been hydrothermally prepared and structurally characterized. They crystallize in the triclinic space group with Z=2 for 1 and monoclinic space group P2/c with Z=4 for 2, respectively. The dinuclear [M2L4(carboxylate)4] units in each complex are bridged by V-shaped ip and linear 4,4′-bipy spacers to form unique prismatic [M8(ip)8(4,4′-bipy)8] building blocks, which are further inter-connected through the mixed organic ligands to generate two-dimensional rectangular grids. The packing modes of the two two-dimensional grids are slightly different in the orientations of the ip aromatic rings with respect to the planes of the rectangular grid coordination polymers.  相似文献

New polymeric yttrium-succinates, Y2(C4H4O4)3(H2O)4·6H2O and Y2(C4H4O4)3(H2O)2, have been synthesized, and their structures (solved by single crystal XRD) are compared with that of Y2(C4H4O4)3(H2O)2·H2O. Three coordination polymers [Pb(HMIDC)]n (1), [Ba(H2MIDC)2]n (2) and {[Mg(HMIDC)(H2O)2]·H2O}n (3) (H3MIDC = 2-methyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid) have been yielded under different hydro(solvo)thermal conditions. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 exhibits a 3-D framework constructed by 2-D networks joined by μ4-HMIDC2− bridges. Compound 2 also presents a 3-D structure, which is generated from 2-D layers pillared by 1-D chains along the c-axis. Compound 3 is a 1-D infinite chain and forms supramolecular layers through hydrogen bonds. The thermal and solid-state photoluminescence properties of polymers 1-3 have been determined as well. The theoretical predication of the methyl substituent effect of the ligand H3MIDC has been investigated.  相似文献

U-shaped tripyridyl ligand 2,6-bis(pyridine-4-carboxamido)pyridine (L) was synthesized and used to assemble metal complexes. The resulting new complexes [Mn(L)3(SCN)2] n (1) and [Co(L)3(SCN)2] n (2) are isostructural, crystallizing in the monoclinic C2/c space group. In compounds 1 and 2, each metal is in a slightly distorted octahedron ligated by six nitrogens from four L and two SCN?. Complexes 1 and 2 possess infinite 1-D zigzag polymeric chain structures where L adopts bridge and terminal coordination. These 1-D coordination polymers assemble into 3-D supermolecules of compounds 1 and 2 through hydrogen bonds. Fluorescence measurements and thermal analysis show that 1 emits strong fluorescence with a single broad band centered at 410?nm upon excitation at 357?nm and the polymeric chain structure is stable up to 340°C.  相似文献
