A novel asymmetric, edge-sharing bioctahedral complex with formamidinato ligands ( 2-DAniF)Mo(-DAniF)2(-O,Cl)MoCl2, 1, (DAniF=N,N-di-p-anisylformamidinate) has been isolated as a byproduct from the preparation of the dimolybdenum(II,III) compound Mo2(DAniF)3Cl2. An X-ray crystallographic study shows that the structure consists of edge-sharing bioctahedra, with the shared edge defined by the vector joining the: -O and -Cl ligands. Compound 1 is best formulated as a mixed-valent MoIIIMoV compound, the Mo(V) ion being that with the two terminal Cl ligands. The cyclic voltammogram of 1 shows a reversible reduction at –0.472 V and a reversible oxidation at 1.028 V vs. the Ag/AgCl reference electrode, while the absorption spectrum of 1 reveals an intense low energy absorption at 523 nm ( max=12 500) which is attributed to an intervalence charge transfer transition. Crystallographic data for 1 are as follows: a=13.387(1) Å, b=15.500(2) Å, c=21.855(2) Å, =98.786(2)°, V=4481.8(8) Å3, P21/c, R1 (wR2)=0.082 (0.177).  相似文献

The title complex Cu2(μ-PhCOO)2(μ-CH3COO)2(CH3OH)2 1(C20H24Cu2O10, Mr=structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. Complex 1 belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 13.083(6), b = 8.078(4), c = 21.566(2)(A), V = 2279(2) (A)3, Z = 4, Dc= 1.607g/cm3, F(000) = 1128,μ(MoKa) = 1.918 mm-1, the final R = 0.0506 and wR = 0.1382. Each Cu(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated by five oxygen atoms from two benzoic acids, two acetic acids and one methanol molecule in a slightly distorted square pyramidal environment. The title molecules construct a 2-D complex 1 displays strong emissions. IR and TG-DTA studies are also presented.  相似文献

The addition of pinacol to mixtures of titanium and cerium isopropoxides as well as the use of insoluble titanium and cerium pinacolate synthons was investigated as a route to M-Ce (M=Ti, Nb) species. Pinacol was able to promote the formation of mixed-metal species and the first Ce-Ti and Ce-Nb species namely Ce2Ti(pin)2(OPri)8 and [M2Ce23-O)2(μ,η2pin)4(OPri)6Hx] [M=Ti, x=2; M=Nb, x=0; pin=OCMe2-COMe2] were isolated and characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. The latter were also characterized by X-Ray diffraction. Their structures are based on a rhombus compressed along the M⋯M direction with 6-coordinated metals. The pinacolate moieties act as bridging-chelating ligands. The metal–oxygen bond lengths vary according to M–O(pin)<M-μ3–O<Mμ–O(pin)<Ce–OPri<Ce–μ3O.  相似文献

Co2(CO)8与4个二硫代双(烷基硫代甲酰胺)类前配体[R2NC(S)S]2反应,得4个含烷基硫代甲酰胺基的三核钴羰基硫簇合物.通过元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS等方法表征了它们的结构,用X射线衍射法测定了其中一个簇合物Co3(CO)7(μ3-S)[μ,η2-SCN(i-Pr)2](Ⅲ)的晶体结构.晶体属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶胞参数a=1.145 2(2)nm,b=1.502 8(3)nm,c=1.2144(2)nm,a=90°,β=92.15(3)°,γ=90°,V=2.088 5(7)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1 096,Dc=1.747 mg·m-3,GOF(F2)=0.835,μ=2.588 nm-1.最终因子R[I>2σ(I)]=0.040 7,Rw=0.062 4.  相似文献

The synthesis and molecular structures of tris(pentamethylphenyl)aluminum, (C6Me5)3Al, (I), and the magnesium cluster [Mg6( 3-OH)2( 3-Br)2( 2-Br)8(OEt2)8] (II), are reported. Both compounds were isolated from the same system. The aluminum atom in (I) resides in an almost idealized trigonal planar environment. The dihedral angles of the pentamethylphenyl rings relative to the AlC3plane in (I) are 67.2, 62.4, and 61.2°. The neutral magnesium cluster, (II), is interesting in that contains six magnesium atoms each of which resides in octahedral environments.  相似文献

The reaction of NaEt3BH with Nb2(-SMe2)3Cl6 results in the transfer of a hydride ion to dimethylthioether with concomitant production of methane. Further reaction with potassium di-p-tolylformamidinate, KDTolF, yields Nb2(-SMe)2(-DTolF)22-DTolF:)2.2 toluene, 1. In the latter, two thiomethoxide ions and two DTolF groups bridge the trivalent niobium atoms. Each of the other two DTolF groups chelate a metal atom to give the molecule an edge-sharing bioctahedral structure, The niobium-niobium distance of 2.655(2) A is consistent with the presence of a double bond between the metal atoms.  相似文献

The reaction of salpnH2 Schiff-base ligand (salpnH2 = N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-1,3-propylenediamine) with Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and a large excess of NaN3 (1:2:8 molar ration), lead to the formation of [Cu4(μ-salpn)2(μ1,1-N3)2(N3)2(H2O)2] (1), which has been successfully obtained and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The strong absorption band at about 2000–2100 cm?1 and at 1597 cm?1 regions of the IR spectrum of 1 clearly proves the presence of the both end-on (EO) bridging and terminal azido ions and CN (azomethine) groups, respectively. Single-crystal X-ray analyses revealed that the copper atoms are bridged alternately by end-to-on (EO) azido and phenoxo-salpn ligands in the prepared tetranuclear copper(II) complex [Cu4(μ-salpn)2(μ1,1-N3)2(N3)2(H2O)2] (1).  相似文献

<正> The crystal and molecular structure of (μ-SPh)(μ-SCH2CH2CN)Fe2-(CO)5 has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystals of this complex are triclinic, space group P1,with a=ll.175(1), b=ll.877(2), c= 15.640(2)1,α=106.20(1),β=103.15(1),γ=98.46(1)°; Z=4; Dc=1.67g/cm3. The crystal structures of bis(2-thiobarbiturato-O)tetraaquamagnesium Mg(H2O)4(HTBA-O)2 I and catena-[(μ2-2-thiobarbiturato-O,O)(2-thiobarbiturato-O)bis(μ2-aqua)diaquastrontium] monohydrate catena-[Sr(μ2-H2O)2(H2O)22-HTBA-O,O)(HBTA-O)] n · nH2O (II), where H2TBA is 2-thiobarbituric acid C4H4N2O2S, have been determined. Crystal data for a=6.7598(2) Å, b = 7.6060(2) Å, c = 8.5797(2) Å, α = 79.822(2)°, β = 76.622(1)°, γ = 69.124(1)°, V = 398.82(2) Å3, space group P $\bar 1$ , Z = 1; for II: a = 20.8499(4) Å, b = 19.2649(5) Å, c = 4.14007(9) Å, β = 92.023(2)°, V = 1661.91(7) Å3, space group P21/n, Z = 4. The Mg2+ ion in I is bonded to six O atoms of two HTBA? ions and four water molecules that form a nearly regular octahedron. Each Sr2+ ion in II is coordinated to three oxygen atoms of three HTBA? ions and six water molecules that form an almost ideal tricapped trigonal prism. These polyhedra share edges to form infinite chains. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds create layered structures of I and II.  相似文献

The title complex,(μ-pdt)Fe_2(CO)_5(Ph_2PCH_3)(pdt = SCH_2CH_2CH_2S),was obtained by the reaction of the parent complex(μ-pdt)Fe_2(CO)_6 with Ph_2PCH_3 and Me_3NO·2H_2O in good yield(90%). The title complex was characterized by IR,~1H NMR,~(31)P{~1H} NMR and ~(13)C{~1H} NMR spectroscopy as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The molecular structure shows that the title complex contains a butterfly diiron propanedithiolate cluster with five terminal carbonyls and a monophosphine ligand Ph_2PCH_3. The crystal packing diagram reveals that intermolecular C H···O hydrogen bonds between CH_2 and carbonyls,π-π stacking interactions and van der Waals' interactions stabilize the solid state to form a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

Reacting VO(acac)2 with six equivalents of dibenzylphosphinic acid in the presence of 4,4′-bipyridine or μ2-N1,N2-di(pyridin-4-yl)oxalamide leads to trimeric (V3(μ3-O)O2)(μ2-O2P(CH2C6H5)2)6(4,4′-bipyridine) or the hexamer [(V3(μ3-O)O2)(μ2-O2P(CH2C6H5)2)6]2(μ2-N1,N2-di(pyridin-4-yl)oxalamide). The complexes were characterized by spectroscopic (FTIR and 1H NMR spectroscopies), TGA, and by single crystal X-ray diffraction measurements. The structures consist of a planar central core where three vanadium ions are arranged in the form of a quasi-isosceles triangle and contain an interstitial O which is multiply bonded to one V and weakly interacting at different bond distances to the remaining two V ions.  相似文献

Two new 2D Pb2(μ-4,4′-bipy)(μ-2-sb)2 coordination polymers, [Pb2(μ-4,4′-bipy)(μ-2-sb)2(DMF)] n (1) and {[Pb2(μ-4,4′-bipy)(μ-2-sb)2(H2O)2] · H2O} n (2), have been synthesized, characterized and studied by X-ray crystallography. The structural studies show the Pb atoms to have seven- and eight-coordinate holodirected geometries.  相似文献
