Two new heteropolyoxovanadoborates (H2dap)2H6{(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)}·13H2O (1, dap = 1,2-diaminopropane) and {[Zn(dien)]2[Zn(dien)(H2O)]4(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)}2·15H2O (2, dien = diethylenetriamine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Both 1 and 2 contain {(VO)12O6[B3O6(OH)]6(H2O)} cluster (denoted on V12B18), which is constructed by a puckered B18O36(OH)6 ring sandwiched between two triangles of six alternating cis and trans edge-sharing vanadium atoms, and a central water molecule. 1 consists of discrete [V12B18]10− cluster anions with H2dap2+ as counterions, while 2 consists of discrete neutral {[Zn(dien)]2[Zn(dien)(H2O)]4[V12B18]} clusters, which are built from two types of zinc(II) complex fragments connecting with V12B18 cluster through two Zn-(μ 3-O)-B bonds. Interestingly, 2 is the only example of the V12B18 cluster decorated by two types of zinc(II) complex fragments.  相似文献

Two new inorganic–organic hybrid cobalt phosphomolybdates (Hdien)2[Co(dien)]2[Co(dien)(H2O)]2[CoMo12O24(HPO4)2(H2PO4)2(PO4)4(OH)6]?···?5H2O (1) and (H2dien)2[Co(dien)]2[Co(H2O)2]2[CoMo12O24(HPO4)4(PO4)4(OH)6]?···?7H2O (2) (dien?=?diethylenetriamine), involving molybdenum in the V oxidation state and covalently bonded transition metal complexes, have been prepared under mild hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, TG analyses, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 exhibits a one-dimensional (1D) chain framework, in which dien molecules adopt two kinds of coordination modes. Compound 2 shows a two-dimensional (2D) layer framework with three types of unusual tunnels. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first time [Co(dien)] units are directly incorporated into 1D and 2D skeletons of reduced molybdenum phosphates. The electrochemical properties of the two compounds were studied via the method of bulk-modified carbon paste electrodes. Furthermore, the magnetic properties of compound 2 are reported.  相似文献

Two inorganic–organic composite polyoxotungstates, [Cu(en)2(H2O)]2[Cu(en)2(H2O)2]-{[Cu(en)2]3[Cu4(GeW9O34)2]} · 10H2O (1, en = ethylenediamine) and (H2en){[Zn(en)2]4-[Zn4(Hen)2(GeW9O34)2]} · 10H2O (2), were hydrothermally synthesized and their structures determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 consist of sandwich polyanions [Cu4(B-α-GeW9O34)2]12? or [Zn4(Hen)2(GeW9O34)2]10? linked by [M(en)2]2+ bridges to form 2-D networks, which are further packed into a 3-D supramolecular porous framework via extensive hydrogen bonding interactions. Their IR and UV spectra, thermal stabilities, and cyclic voltammograms were also investigated.  相似文献

Abstract

[Cu(en){B6O7(OH)6}].3H2O (1) (en = 1,2-diaminoethane), obtained as a crystalline solid in low yield (31%) after prolonged standing of an aqueous solution initially containing [Cu(en)2](OH)2 and B(OH)3 (1:7 ratio), was characterized by thermal analysis (TGA/DSC), 11B NMR and IR spectroscopy, powder XRD, and single-crystal XRD studies, and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the oxidoborate complex is a 1D coordination polymer with the hexaborate(2-) ligand bridging two hexacoordinate Cu(II) centers, in an alternating a fac-tridentate (κ3-O) and monodentate (κ1-O) arrangement. Cu-O coordination bonds and extensive H-bonding networks promote and stabilize the self-assembly of [Cu(en){B6O7(OH)6}].3H2O from the Dynamic Combinatorial Libraries of available reactants. [Cu(en){B6O7(OH)6}].3H2O is thermally decomposed to CuB6O10 in air at 700?°C.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers based on vanadium-substituted Keggin polyoxotungstophosphates as bridging ligands, {[Ni(4,4′-bipy)1.5(OH)(H2O)]2[H3PW10V2O40]}·4H2O (4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) 1 and {[Ni(dpa)2][Ni(dpa)(H2O)3]2[PW9V3O40]}·4H2O (dpa = 2,2′-dipyridylamine) 2, have been obtained by hydrothermal reactions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRD, TGA and single-crystal X-ray Diffraction analysis. Compound 1 is a 2D layered structure built from 1D infinite zigzag {Ni2(4,4′-bipy)3(OH)2(H2O)2}n2+ chains bridged via [H3PW10V2O40]2− anions. Compound 2 exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure constructed from [Ni(dpa)2]2+ fragments bridged via bis-supported Keggin polyoxoanions [Ni(dpa)(H2O)3]2[PW9V3O40]2−. The two examples demonstrate that vanadium-substituted Keggin polyoxometalates have greater coordination capability.  相似文献

Rational self‐assembly of Sb2O3 and Na2WO4, or (NH4)18[NaSb9W21O86] with transition‐metal ions (Mn2+, Cu2+, Co2+), in aqueous solution under controlled conditions yield a series of sandwich type complexes, namely, Na2H2[Mn2.5W1.5(H2O)8(B‐β‐SbW9O33)2]?32 H2O (1) , Na4H7[Na3(H2O)6Mn3(μ‐OAc)2(B‐α‐SbW9O33)2]?20 H2O (OAc=acetate anion) (2) , NaH8[Na2Cu4Cl(B‐α‐SbW9O33)2]?21 H2O (3) , Na8K[Na2K(H2O)2{Co(H2O)}3(B‐α‐SbW9O33)2]? 10 H2O (4) , and Na5H[{Co(H2O)2}3W(H2O)2(B‐β‐SbW9O33)2]?11.5 H2O (5) . These structures are determined by using the X‐ray diffraction technique and further characterized by obtaining IR spectra and performing elemental analysis. Structure analysis reveals that polyoxoanions in 1 and 5 comprise of two [B‐β‐SbW9O33]9? building units, whereas 2 , 3 , and 4 consist of two isomerous [B‐α‐SbW9O33]9? building blocks, which are all linked by different transition‐metal ions (Mn2+, Cu2+, or Co2+) with different quantitative nuclearity. It should be noted that compound 2 represents the first one‐dimensional sinusoidal chain based on sandwich like tungstoantimonate building blocks through the carboxylate‐bridging ligands. Additionally, 3 is constructed from sandwiched anions [Na2Cu4Cl(B‐α‐SbW9O33)2]9? linked to each other to form an infinitely extended 2D network, whereas 5 shows an interesting 3D framework built up from offset sandwich type polyoxoanion [{Co(H2O)2}3W(H2O)2(B‐β‐SbW9O33)2]6? linked by Co2+ and Na+ ions. EPR studies performed at 110 K and room temperature reveal that the metal cations (Mn2+, Cu2+, Co2+) reside in a square‐pyramidal geometry in 2 , 3 , and 4 . The magnetic behavior of 1 – 4 suggests the presence of weak antiferromagnetic coupling interactions between magnetic metal centers with the exchange integral J=?0.552 cm?1 in 2 .  相似文献

By controlling the pH of the reaction system, a dilacunary γ-Keggin silicotungstate [Cu(en)2(H2O)][H2en]{γ-SiW10O36[Cu(en)2(H2O)]2}·7.5H2O (1) (en?=?ethylenediamine) has been hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of CuCl2 with α-H4SiW12O40 and characterized by IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The product is prepared in the pH range 7.9–8.2, which reveals that pH plays a key role in the assembly of saturated α-H4SiW12O40 to dilacunary [γ-SiW10O36]8? polyoxometalate. The polyoxoanion {γ-SiW10O36[Cu(en)2(H2O)]2]}4? of 1 presents a rare [γ-SiW10O36]8?-retaining structure, in which two lacunary sites of [γ-SiW10O36]8? are unoccupied, meanwhile, two [Cu(en)2(H2O)]2+ groups are grafted on either side of the [γ-SiW10O36]8? unit by Cu–O–W bond.  相似文献

Asymmetric citrato dioxovanadates(V), [Hneo]4[V2O4(R-Hcit)(OH)][V2O4(S-Hcit)(OH)]?·?4H2O (1) and [Ni(phen)3]2[V2O4(R-Hcit)(OC2H5)][V2O4(S-Hcit)(OC2H5)]?·?4H2O (2) and (H4cit?=?citric acid, neo?=?2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) are isolated with the help of large counterions. Structural analyses of complexes 1 and 2 show that vanadium atoms are coordinated by tridentate citrate ligand and hydroxy or ethoxy groups, respectively. The insertions of hydroxy and ethoxy groups give new examples of the mixed RO-bridges for vanadium–citrate complexes.  相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions.  相似文献

(E)-2-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)isoindoline-1,3-dione (Hbid) was prepared by condensation of N-aminophthalimide and salicylaldehyde and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR, and mass spectral studies. Mononuclear complexes [(phen)CuII(μ-Hbid)2H2O] (1), [(phen)CoII(Cl)2(μ-Hbid)]6H2O (2) (phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) and binuclear complexes [CuII(μ-Hbid)]2 (3), and [CoII(μ-Hbid)]2 (4) with Hbid were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, molar conductance, and thermogravimetric (TG) techniques. DNA-binding properties of 14 were investigated by UV spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and viscosity measurements. The results suggest that 1 and 2 bind to DNA by partial intercalation, whereas 3 and 4 find different groove-binding sites. The cleavage of these complexes with super coiled pUC19 has been studied using gel electrophoresis; all the complexes displayed chemical nuclease activity in the absence and presence of H2O2 via an oxidative mechanism. Complexes 14 inhibit the growth of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.  相似文献

A new ammonium vanadium tellurate, (NH4)4{(VO2)2[Te2O8(OH)2]}·2H2O ( 1 ) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectrum, TG analysis, and single crystal X–ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a = 7.3843(15) Å, b = 17.111(3) Å, c = 7.3916(15) Å, β = 118.88(3)°, V = 817.9(3) Å3, Z = 2, R1 (I>2σ(I)) = 0.0235, wR2 (all data) = 0.0462. The structure of 1 consists of infinite anionic chains, {(VO2)2[Te2O8(OH)2]}4? which contain octahedral VO6 and TeO5OH units. Each octahedral VO6 and TeO5OH unit is connected by sharing an edge to form V2O10 and Te2O8(OH)2 binuclear units. The V2O10 and Te2O8(OH)2 binuclear units are alternatively connected to one another, creating complete infinite {(VO2)2[Te2O8(OH)2]}4? chains along the c direction. The anionic chains are separated by ammonium cations and water molecules that link the chains through a network of hydrogen bonds. In addition, the structure contains an extended network of O–H·····O hydrogen bonds between the chains.  相似文献

An organic–inorganic coplanar-shaped hexa-CuII sandwiched hybrid, (H2en){[Cu(en)2]2[Cu2(en)2Cu4(H2O)2](B-α-AsW9O34)2}?·?5H2O (en?=?ethylenediamine) (1), has been synthesized via hydrothermal method and further characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that 1 contains an organic–inorganic hybrid polyoxoanion {Cu2(en)2Cu4(H2O)2(B-α-AsW9O34)2}6?, which can be described as a coplanar-shaped hexa-CuII cluster sandwiched by two trivacant [B-α-AsW9O34]9? fragments. Complex 1 represents a rare organic–inorganic coplanar-shaped hexa-CuII cluster sandwiched arsenotungstate. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that 1 demonstrates ferromagnetic coupling interactions within the CuII centers.  相似文献

Three new molybdophosphates, [Co(dien)2]·(H3dien)6·{[CoMo12O24(OH)6(HPO4)2(PO4)6][Co(Hdien)]2[CoMo12O24(OH)6(PO4)8]}·(dien)·4H3O·5H2O (1), (H3dien)4[MMo12O24(OH)6(HPO4)4(PO4)4]·10H2O [M=Co for (2), Ni for (3); dien=diethylenetriamine], have been synthesized by employing hydrothermal method and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 is built up of Co[P4Mo6]2 units as the structural motif covalently linked by [Co(Hdien)] complex subunits to yield an unusual 1-D chain. Compounds 2 and 3 are isomorphic and both display covalent discrete M[P4Mo6]2 cluster structures which are linked by the hydrogen bonds to form 3-D supramolecular networks. Both 1 and 2 display antiferromagnetic interaction and these three compounds all exhibit intensive photoluminescence.  相似文献

Two sandwich-type tungstoantimonates K4Na2H3[Na2K(H2O)2{Cu(H2O)}3(α-SbW9O33)2]?·?15H2O (1) and Na4H4[{Ni(H2O)3}2{W(OH)2}2{β-SbW9O33}2]?·?23H2O (2) were prepared from aqueous solution by different strategies. They were characterized by X-ray structure analysis, electrochemical analysis, EPR and IR spectroscopy. Both compounds are sandwich-like tungstoantimonates built from two B-[SbW9O33]9? building blocks. The polyoxoanion of 1 consists of two trivacant B-α-[SbW9O33]9? moieties linked by three Cu2+ ions leading to a Hervé-type sandwich framework. The polyoxoanion in 2 is composed of two isomeric B-β-[SbW9O33]9? subunits joined together by two Ni2+ and two W6+ ions resulting in a Krebs-type sandwich structure.  相似文献

水热法合成了两个新颖的有机-无机杂合化合物{[Cu(o-phen)(H2O)]3[Mo5P2O23]}•4.5H2O (1) 和{[Cu(o-phen)- (H2O)]2[Mo5Se2O21]} (2) (o-phen=1,10-phenanthroline). 通过红外光谱和单晶X射线衍射分析确定了它们的结构. 结构分析表明两个分子结构中的相邻[Mo5P2O23]6-或[Mo5Se2O21]4-阴离子均由两个桥式的[Cu(o-phen)(H2O)]单元连接成分别为风车状和双侧桥联状一维聚合链, 化合物1的双金属链又通过若干链间氢键形成层状堆积结构. 讨论了钼杂多酸阴离子和第二种金属-配体亚单元阳离子之间的相互匹配关系.  相似文献

The copper-substituted tungstoantimonate(III) [Cu(En)2(H2O)2]2[Cu(En)2(H2O)]{[Cu(En)2 (H2O)]2[Cu4Na2(H2O)2(OH)2][(??-SbW9O33)2]} · 3H2O (I) (En = ethylenediamine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis, and XPS. X-ray single-crystal analyses were carried out on I, which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P-1, with a = 13.071(2) ?, b = 14.434(2) ?, c = 15.729(2) ?, ?? = 83.004(3)°, ?? = 71.237(2)°, ?? = 74.787(2)°, and Z = 1. The title polyanion consists of two [??-SbW9O33]9? trivacant moieties joined together by an annular [Cu4Na2(H2O)2(OH)2]8? unit leading to a sandwich-type structural framework. The central belt of I contains two crystallography unique Cu2+ and four disordered Cu2+/Na+ ions which reduce the symmetry of the polyanion to C 2??.  相似文献

The title compound, (C4H7N2)2[AlP2O7(OH)], is a one‐dimensional extended‐chain aluminophosphate prepared by a solvothermal synthesis from an alcohol system. The infinite [AlP2O7(OH)]2− chains composed of AlO4, PO2(=O)2 and PO2(=O)(OH) tetrahedra are linked via hydrogen bonds to the 2‐methyl­imidazolium cations.  相似文献

Two heteropolyoxotungstates, K4Na4[Cu2(H2O)8Cu4(H2O)2(B-α-GeW9O34)2]14H2O (1) and K8[Cu2(H2O)8Cu4(H2O)2(B-α-SiW9O34)2]4H2O (2), have been obtained in aqueous solution and characterized by IR, TG, elemental analysis, magnetism, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The two compounds are one-dimensional (1-D) inorganic polymers composed of Cu-containing sandwich polyoxoanions, linked by additional Cu2+ ions to construct 1-D ladder-like chain structures. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first example of a 1-D ladder-like chain based on sandwich-type anions and Cu2+ linkers. Furthermore, the chains in 1 are further connected by K+ into an extensive three-dimensional (3-D) framework. The magnetic studies of 1 indicate that antiferromagnetic interactions exist in the central tetra-metal set of the sandwich-type polyoxoanion.  相似文献

The two isomorphous title compounds, [1,5,9‐tris(2‐aminoethoxy)‐3,7,11‐trihydroxy‐3,7,11‐tribora‐1,5,9‐triborata‐2,4,6,8,10,12‐hexaoxa‐13‐oxoniatricyclo[7.3.1.05,13]tridecane]cobalt(II), [Co(C6H21B6N3O13)] or Co{B6O7(OH)3[O(CH2)2NH2]3}, and the NiII analogue, [Ni(C6H21B6N3O13)], each consist of an MII cation and an inorganic–organic hybrid {B6O7(OH)3[O(CH2)2NH2]3}2− anion. The MII cation lies on a crystallographic threefold axis (as does one O atom) and is octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms from the organic component. Three O atoms covalently link the B–O cluster and the organic component. Molecules are connected to one another through N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A one-dimensional (1-D) organic–inorganic hybrid compound {(H3O)[CuI(4,4′-bipy)]3[SiW12O40]} · 1.5H2O (1) has been synthesized from hydrothermal reaction of Keggin polyoxometalate, cupric nitrate and 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy). Single crystal X-ray diffraction shows 1-D zigzag chains built up of saturated Keggin polyoxoanions and infinite [CuI(4,4′-bipy)] n n + units. Zipper-like arrangement of adjacent zigzag chains by hydrogen-bonding interactions leads to a 2-D layer and π–π interactions of 4,4′-bipy ligands from adjacent layers further result in the 3-D structure of 1. All Cu atoms in 1 are three-coordinated with “T-type” geometries, indicating they are univalent in the resultant compound. This result has further been confirmed by the absence of signal in the EPR spectrum of 1.  相似文献
