The title compound [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2](NO3) · 2(phen)(H2O) with phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline was prepared by the stoichiometric reaction of La(NO3)3 · 6 H2O and 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1 (no. 2), a = 11.052(2), b = 13.420(2), c = 16.300(2) Å, α = 78.12(1)°, β = 88.77(1)°, γ = 83.03(1)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0488, wR2 = 0.1028) consists of [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2]2+ complex cations, NO3 anions, phen and H2O molecules. The La atom is 10‐fold coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and six O atoms of two H2O molecules and two bidentate chelating NO32– ligands with d(La–O) = 2.522–2.640 Å and d(La–N) = 2.689–2.738 Å. The intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions play an essential role in the formation of two different 2 D layers parallel to (001), which are formed by complex cations and uncoordinating phen molecules, respectively. The uncoordinated NO3 anions and H2O molecules are sandwiched between the cationic and phen layers.  相似文献

Reactions of fresh M(OH)2 (M = Zn2+, Cd2+) precipitate and (RS)-2-methylglutaric acid (H2MGL), 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy), or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in aqueous solution at 50°C afforded four new metal–organic complexes [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] (1), [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] (2), [Cd(bipy)(H2O)(MGL)] · 3H2O (3), and [Cd(phen)(H2O)(MGL)] · 2H2O (4), which were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, TG/DTA analysis as well as fluorescence spectra. In 1, the [Zn(bipy)(H2O)]2+ moieties are linked by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions to build up the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] molecules. In 2, the 1-D ribbon-like chains [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] n can be visualized as from centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] units sharing common aqua ligands. Both 3 and 4 exhibit 1-D chains resulting from [Cd(bipy)(H2O)]2+ and [Cd(phen)(H2O)]2+, respectively, bridged alternately by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions in bis-chelating fashion. The intermolecular and interchain π···π stacking interactions form supramolecular assemblies in 1 and 1-D chains in 24 into 2-D layers. The hydrogen bonded lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched between 2-D layers in 3 and 4. Fluorescence spectra of 14 exhibit LLCT π → π* transitions.  相似文献

Two new lead(II) complexes containing nitrite, [Pb(L)2(NO2)2], L?=?1,10-phenanthroline (phen) or 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy), have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of [Pb(phen)2(NO2)2] shows monomeric units. The coordination number is eight (four from “phen” ligands and four nitrite anions), weak interaction of lead(II) with oxygen atoms of adjacent molecules produce dimer units in the solid state. The arrangement of ligands exhibits a coordination hole around the lead(II), occupied possibly by a stereoactive lone pair of electrons on lead(II), and the coordination around lead is hemidirected. There is a π–π stacking interaction between the parallel aromatic rings that may help to increase the “gap” around lead(II).  相似文献

Five new complex compounds of the formula Ln(phen)2(NO3)3 were prepared. The X‐ray structural analyses indicate that they crystallize isostructurally in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with cell dimensions for example for Pr(phen)2(NO3)3: a = 11.194(1) Å, b = 18.095(2) Å, c = 13.101(2) Å, β = 100.52(1)°, V = 2609.1(6) Å3, Z = 4. The crystal structures consist of [Ln(phen)2(NO3)3] complex molecules. The rare earth atoms are coordinated by four N atoms of two phen ligands and six O atoms of three nitrato groups to complete a distorted bicapped dodecahedron. The [Ln(phen)2(NO3)3] complex molecules are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions between the neighboring phen ligands to form 1D columnar chains, which are then arranged in the crystal structures according to pseudo 1D close‐packed patterns.  相似文献

Reactions of phenanthroline (phen) and Er(NO3)3 · 5 H2O or Lu(NO3)3 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yield [Ln2(phen)4(H2O)4(OH)2](NO3)4(phen)2 with Ln = Er ( 1 ), Lu ( 2 ). Both isostructural complex compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P 1 (no. 2) with the cell dimensions: a = 11.257(2) Å, b = 11.467(2) Å, c = 14.069(2) Å, α = 93.93(2)°, β = 98.18(1)°, γ = 108.14(1)°, V = 1696.0(6) Å3, Z = 1 for ( 1 ) and a = 11.251(1) Å, b = 11.476(1) Å, c = 14.019(1) Å, α = 93.83(1)°, β = 98.27(1)°, γ = 108.27(1)°, V = 1689.0(3) Å3, Z = 1 for ( 2 ). The crystal structures consist of the hydroxo bridged dinuclear [Ln2(phen)4(H2O)4(OH)2]4+ complex cations, hydrogen bonded NO3 anions and π‐π stacking (phen)2 dimers. The rare earth metal atoms are coordinated by four N atoms of two phen ligands and four O atoms of two H2O molecules and two μ‐OH groups to complete tetragonal antiprisms. Via two common μ‐OH groups, two neighboring tetragonal antiprisms are condensed to a centrosymmetric dinuclear [Ln2(phen)4(H2O)4(OH)2]4+ complex cation. Based on π‐π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonding, the complex cations and (phen)2 dimers form 2 D layers parallel to (1 0 1), between which the hydrogen bonded NO3 anions are sandwiched. The structures can be simplified into a distorted CsCl structure when {[Ln2(phen)4(H2O)4(OH)2](NO3)4} and (phen)2 are viewed as building units.  相似文献

Complex [Bi2(phen)2Br5(NO3)] n has been synthesized by reaction of Bi(NO3)3 with potassium bromide and 1,10-phenanthroline. The complex has been isolated and characterized by IR-, 1H NMR-, 13C NMR spectrum and elemental analysis. The structure of the [Bi2(phen)2Br5(NO3)] n was confirmed by X-ray crystallography which shows the complex to be a one-dimensional polymer as a result of bridging bromides. The two Bi atoms have different environments, six and seven coordinate.  相似文献

The reaction of lead(II) nitrate with 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy) and 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐dm‐2,2′‐bpy) or 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine (5,5′‐dm‐2,2′‐bpy) resulted in the fomation of single crystals of [Pb2(4,4′‐bpy)(5,5′‐dm‐2,2′‐bpy)2(NO3)4] ( 1 ) and [Pb3(4,4′‐bpy)2(4,4′‐dm‐2,2′‐bpy)2(NO3)6] ( 2 ). The new compounds have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction structure analysis as well as through elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy and their stability has been studied by thermal analysis. In the crystal structure of ( 1 ) formula‐like dimers are further connected to a 2‐D network through the auxiliary nitrate ligands. The crystal structure of ( 2 ) exhibits two crystallographically independent PbII central atoms (in a ratio of 1:2). With the aid of the 4,4′‐bpy and the nitrate ions, a 3‐D polymeric structure is achieved.  相似文献

Three polyamine ligands of N1-(2-nitrobenzyl)-N1-(2-aminoethyl)ethane-1,2-diamine (L1), N1-(2-nitrobenzyl)-N1-(2-aminoethyl)propane-1,3-diamine (L2) and N1-(2-nitrobenzyl)-N1-(3-aminopropyl)propane-1,3-diamine (L3) were synthesized and their cyclocondensation with 2-[2-(2-formyl phenoxy)ethoxy]benzaldehyde (L4) in the presence of various metal(II) ions was examined. These reactions only in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of cadmium(II) nitrate gave the related cadmium(II) macrocyclic Schiff-base complexes. In all the other cases no cyclic complexes have been obtained and metal(II) polyamines were the only products. The complexes have been studied with IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, COSY, HMQC and microanalysis. The crystal structures of [Cd(NO3)(L5)(μ-NO3)Cd(NO3)(L5)]0.5Cd(NO3)4 (1) and [CdL5(NO3)(CH3OH)]ClO4 (2) have been also determined.  相似文献

The 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II) orotates were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, spectral methods (UV-vis and FTIR) and thermal analysis techniques (TG, DTG and DTA). The Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II) ions in diaquabis(1,10-phenanthroline)metal(II) diorotate octahedral complexes [M(H2O)2(phen)2](H2Or)2·nH2O (M=Co(II), n=2.25; Ni(II), n=3; Cu(II) and Cd(II), n=2) are coordinated by two aqua ligands and two moles of phen molecules as chelating ligands through their two nitrogen atoms. The monoanionic orotate behaves as a counter ion in the complexes. On the basis of the first DTGmax, the thermal stability of the hydrated complexes follows the order: Cd(II), 68°C 68°C  相似文献

Mercury(II) complexes of 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy), [Hg(phen)2(SCN)2] (1), [Hg(2,2′-bipy)2(SCN)2] (2) and [Hg(phen)2(NO3)2] (3) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The thermal stability of 13 were studied by thermal gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analyses (DTA). The structure of 1 has been confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The complex is a monomer and the Hg atom has an unsymmetrical six-coordinate geometry, formed by four nitrogen atoms of the two phen ligands and two sulfur atoms of the two thiocyanate anions. Solid-state luminescent spectra of phen, 2,2′-bipy and 13 indicate emission with the maximum intensity at ca 467 nm upon excitation at 295 nm.  相似文献

Two new mixed‐anion zinc(II) and cadmium(II) complexes of 3‐(2‐pyridyl)‐5,6‐diphenyl‐1,2,4‐triazine (PDPT) ligand, [Zn(PDPT)2Cl(ClO4)] and [Cd(PDPT)2(NO3)(ClO4)], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR‐ and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The single crystal X‐ray analyses show that the coordination number in these complexes is six with four N‐donor atoms from two “PDPT” ligand and two of the anionic ligands, ZnN4ClOperchlorate, CdN4OnitrateOperchlorate. Self‐assembly of these compounds in the solid state via ππ‐stacking interactions is discussed.  相似文献

A series of complexes (bpy)2LRu(II) and (Ph2bpy)2LRu(II), where bpy is 2,2′-bipyridine, Ph2bpy is 4,4′-diphenyl-2,2′-bipyridine and L is 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), [1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline (btp), naphtho[1′,2′?:?5,4]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline [ntpl, l=linear], and naphtho[1′,2′?:?4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,10]phenanthroline (ntph, h=helical) were synthesized and characterized using 2D COSY NMR spectra. The UV spectra were assigned to study their metal to ligand charge transfer (MLCT) excited states. Complexes of (bpy)2LRu(II) showed identical absorption wavelengths (λ max) for the MLCT of all four members of the series with the only variation being the intensity (log ε ) for each. The MLCT of (Ph2bpy)2LRu(II) showed the similar behavior only with different wavelengths showing that in this heteroleptic series of complexes the MLCT is exclusively to the bpy ligands with none to thienophenanthroline (btp, ntpl, or ntph).  相似文献

Reactions of a freshly prepared Zn(OH)2‐2x(CO3)x · yH2O precipitate, phenanthroline with azelaic and sebacic acid in CH3OH/H2O afforded [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] ( 1 ) and [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(C10H16O4)2] · 3H2O ( 2 ), respectively. They were structurally characterized by X‐ray diffraction methods. Compound 1 consists of complex molecules [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] in which the Zn atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and two O atoms of different monodentate hydrogen azelaato groups. Intermolecular C(alkyl)‐H···π interactions and the intermolecular C(aryl)‐H···O and O‐H···O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the supramolecular assembly of the [Zn(phen)(C9H15O4)2] complexes. Compound 2 is built up from crystal H2O molecules and the centrosymmetric binuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(C10H16O4)2] complex, in which two [Zn(phen)(H2O)]2+ moieties are bridged by two sebacato ligands. Through the intermolecular C(alkyl)‐H···O hydrogen bonds and π‐π stacking interactions, the binuclear complex molecules are assembled into layers, between which the lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched. Crystal data: ( 1 ) C2/c (no. 15), a = 13.887(2), b = 9.790(2), c = 22.887(3)Å, β = 107.05(1)°, U = 2974.8(8)Å3, Z = 4; ( 2 ) P1¯ (no. 2), a = 8.414(1), b = 10.679(1), c = 14.076(2)Å, α = 106.52(1)°, β = 91.56(1)°, γ = 99.09(1)°, U = 1193.9(2)Å3, Z = 1.  相似文献

The ligand N-(2-propionic acid)-salicyloyl hydrazone(H3L, 1) and its new transition metal(II) complexes [NiHL(bipy)H2O] (2), [CdHL(bipy)(H2O)2]2·2H2O (3) and [NiHL(phen)H2O]·H2O (4) (HL is a dianion, bipy?=?2,2′-bipyridine and phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR, molar conductivity and thermal analysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction showed that 1 is in keto form and connected by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional supermolecular compound. Complexes 2 and 4 have the same structure with distorted meridional octahedral geometry with 1 as a tridentate ligand with keto-form coordination by azomethine, carboxyl O and acyl O. In 3, ligand 1 bridges two Cd(II) atoms by μ 2-O of carboxyl. H-bonding is an important weak interaction for constructing supermolecular frameworks. There are π–π interactions between bipy or phen rings in 3 or 4, respectively.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(II) salt with 5-[(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl]isophthalic acid (H2L) leads to the formation of a new complex [Cd(L)(H2O)] (1). While in the presence of 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) as auxiliary ligands, complexes [Cd(L)(bpy)]?H2O (2) and [Cd(L)(phen)]?2H2O (3) were obtained. Complexes 1–3 have been characterized by single crystal and powder X-ray diffractions, IR, and elemental and thermogravimetric analyzes. As a result, complex 1 exhibits twofold interpenetrated 3-D (10,3)-a architecture, 2 displays chain structure, and 3 shows uninodal 3-connected hcb network with (63) topology. The impact of auxiliary ligands on the structures of resultant complexes is discussed. Moreover, luminescence property of 1–3 was investigated.  相似文献

Four new heterotrinuclear complexes have been synthesized and characterized, namely {[Ni(L)2]2[Cu(opba)]}(ClO4)2, where opba denotes o-phenylenebis(oxamato) and L stands for 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) (1), 5-nitro-l,10-phenanthroline(NO2-phen) (2), 2,2′-bipyridyl(bpy) (S) and 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridyl(Me2bpy) (4). The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of {[Ni(phen)2]2[Cu(opba)]}(ClO4)23H2O has been studied in the 4–300 K range, giving the exchange integral J—109 cm?1. The HMT vs. T plot exhibits a minimum at about 100 K, characteristic of this kind of coupled polymetallic complex with an irregular spin-state structure.  相似文献

Two new mixed-ligand coordination polymers, {[Co(μ1,3-sq)(H2O)2(2-Meim)2]·2(2-Meim)}n (1) and [Cd(μ1,3-sq)(H2O)2(4(5)-Meim)2]n (2), (sq = squarate, 2-Meim = 2-methylimidazole, 4(5)-Meim = 5-methylimidazole) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The spectral (IR and UV–Vis) and thermal analyses are also reported. The Co(II) and Cd(II) ions are distorted octahedrally coordinated by four oxygen atoms of two O1–O3-bridging squarate ligands and two trans-aqua ligands, and by two nitrogen atoms of the trans-imidazole (2-Meim or 4(5)-Meim) ligands. The structures of 1 and 2 consist of one-dimensional chains of μ-1,3-squarato bridged metal(II) complex units. These chains are held together by hydrogen bonding interactions, forming three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) bisbipyridyl complexes cis-[Ru(bpy)2(L)NO2](BF4) (bpy is 2,2'-bipyridyl) with 4-substituted pyridine ligands L = 4-(Y)py (Y = NH2, Me, Ph, and CN) were obtained. The equilibrium constants of the reversible nitro-nitrosyl transition [Ru(bpy)2(L)NO2]+ + 2H+ [Ru(bpy)2(L)NO]3 + + H2O were measured in solutions with pH 1.5-8.5 (ionic strength 0.4). The constants correlate with the protonation constants of free ligands 4-(Y)py.  相似文献

The ruthenium (II) mixed-ligand complexes cis-[Ru(bpy)2(NCS)2] (I), [Ru(bpy)2(pn)]2+ (II) and [Ru(bpy)2(phen)]2+ (III) (bpy, 2,2′-bipyridine; pn, 1,2-diaminopropane; phen, 1,10-phenanthroline) were subjected to two (for I and II), and three (for III) stepwise, one-electron reductions, and one-electron oxidations (all fully reversible); the products were studied in situ by solution UV—vis-near IR spectroscopy. The first two reductions took place in all cases on separate bpy ligands, while the third reduction of III took place on phen. Bands of the reduced species in the near IR—vis region are observed and assigned to anion radical ligands. Novel features of the LMCT bands of the oxidized species are presented and discussed.  相似文献
