Two new supramolecular isomeric complexes [Mn(BBA)2(H2O)2] n · 4nH2O (1) and [Mn(BBA)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (2) were obtained by hydrothermal reactions of MnCl2 · 4H2O with 3,5-bis(isonicotinamido)benzoic acid (HBBA) under different ratio of NaOH/HBBA. Complex 1 is a 1-D zigzag chain in which the Mn(II) is six-coordinate with distorted octahedral geometry. The 1-D chains are further connected by hydrogen bonds to give a 3-D supramolecular framework. Complex 2 is a monomeric molecular complex, assembled through intermolecular hydrogen bonds into a 3-D supramolecular network. Reaction conditions have remarkable influence on the structures of the complexes. The thermal and non-linear optical properties of the complexes were studied.  相似文献

Two complexes, [Cd(ip–OH)(H2biim)(H2O)][Cd(ip–OH)(H2biim)(H2O)3]·8(H2O) (1) and [Cd(Himdc)(H2biim)] n (2) (H2ip–OH?=?5-hydroxylisophthalic acid, H2biim?=?2,2’-biimidazolate, H3imdc?=?4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid), have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 is a 3-D supramolecular network constructed by 0-D and 1-D motifs through hydrogen bonds and π?π interactions. Complex 2 is a 1-D zigzag polymeric coordination chain and the chains are connected to form a 3-D supramolecular network by hydrogen bonds. The complexes were characterized by elemental and thermogravimetric analyses. Fluorescence was also investigated.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers containing Cd(II) and Co(II), connected via 4-[(3-pyridyl)methylamino]benzoate (L?), have been synthesized in hydrothermal conditions. In [Cd(L)Cl] n (1), adjacent Cd(II) cations are linked by carboxylates to give a dinuclear cluster. Pairs of L? bridge the dinuclear cluster to form double helical chains, and these chains are further linked by Cl? to produce a 4-connected net with (42?·?63?·?8) topology. [CdL2] n (2) contains 1-D ladder-like chains. The packing structure displays a 3-D supramolecular structure, with π?···?π interactions stabilizing the framework. [CoL2] n (3) has a 2-D extended supramolecular structure via π?···?π interactions of 1-D coordination polymers of 3. The crystal structures of 1–3 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Luminescent properties for 1 and 2 are discussed.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Zn(H2btc)(4,4′-bpy)2] n (1) and {[Cd(H2btc) (terpy)]?·?H2O} n (2) (H4btc?=?biphenyl-2,2′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid, 4,4′-bpy?=?4,4′-bipyridine, terpy?=?terpyridine), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1 and 2 are 1-D chains linked through partially deprotonated H4btc. The adjacent 1-D chains of 1 are further formed into 2-D supramolecular architecture through inter-chain N–H···O hydrogen bonds. In contrast, due to a different auxiliary ligand, the 1-D chains of 2 are further extended into 3-D supramolecular framework through inter-chain O–H···O hydrogen bonds. Thermal stabilities and luminescence of 1 and 2 were also studied.  相似文献

The novel heteronuclear compounds [Zn(hydet-en)2Pd(CN)4] (1) and [Cd(hydet-en)2Pd(CN)4] (2) {hydet-en: N-(2-hydroxyethyl-ethylenediamine)} have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses and IR spectra. The crystal structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Structural analysis shows that both compounds have shown a polymeric chain, in which the Zn(II)/Pd(II) and Cd(II)/Pd(II) centres are linked by two CN groups. Both zinc and cadmium atoms are six coordinate with two trans cyanide–nitrogen and four hydet-en N atoms in a distorted octahedron arrangement; the palladium atoms in 1 and 2 are four coordinate with four cyanide-C atoms in a square planar arrangement. The chains in both compounds are connected through weak interchain hydrogen bonds, N–H?···?O, N–H?···?N and O–H?···?N, thereby forming a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

Five- and six-coordinate, α-[Ni(tet-b)(Cl)](ClO4) (1) and α-[Ni(tet-b)(en)](ClO4)2 (2) (tet-b?= C-racemic-5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) complexes have been synthesized and isolated from the reactions of α-[Ni(tet-b)](ClO4)2, which has trans-V (1R,4R,8R,11R,7S,14S or 1S,4S,8S,11S,7R,14R) conformation, with t-Bu4NCl and ethylenediamine (en), respectively. The complexes have been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure of 1 shows a distorted trigonal bipyramidal (TBP) coordination geometry composed of four nitrogen atoms from tet-b and a chloro group with an N4Cl chromophore about the nickel(II) ion. The complex cations of 1 are assembled by the perchlorate ions via N–H?···?O hydrogen bonding to form 1-D zigzag chains along the [001] direction. The chains are linked through intermolecular hydrogen bonding where the coordinated chloro group of the complex cation forms two-center double hydrogen bonds with the adjacent N–H groups of the macrocyclic ligand along the [100] direction, resulting in a two-dimensional α-network. The crystal structure of 2 shows a distorted octahedral coordination environment consisting of four nitrogen atoms from tet-b and two from en with an N6 chromophore about nickel(II) ion. The crystal packing analysis shows that the complex cations, α-[Ni(tet-b)(en)]2+ are interconnected by perchlorate ions through conventional two-center (N)H?···?O, and bifurcated (N)H?···?O?···?H(N) hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

A series of new coordination compounds with 1-carboxymethylpyridinium-4-benzoate (L) and transition metal ions have been synthesized. They are formulated as [M(L)2(H2O)4]?·?4H2O M=Mn (1) and Co (2), {[M(L)2]?·?xH2O} n M=Mn, x?=?1 (3); M=Co, x?=?2 (4), and M=Cu, x?=?3 (5). In 1 and 2, the zwitterionic dicarboxylate ligand is monodentate through only one carboxylate to generate mononuclear molecules. The molecules are assembled through O–H?···?O interactions to give 3-D pillared layer-like architectures, in which interesting 1-D tape-like hydrogen bonding motifs are connected into 2-D layers via carboxylate-mediated hydrogen bonds. In 3–5, the organic ligands serve as bridges with one carboxylate monodentate and the other chelating, and the metal ions are linked by double bridges to give 1-D polymeric chains, which are zigzag (3) or stair-like (4 and 5) due to the cis or trans coordination geometry around metal ions. The chains are further stabilized and associated into 3-D architectures through intra- and interchain hydrogen bonding and/or π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer derived from Cd(II) with both rigid and flexible spacer ligands trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane (bpa) and 4,4′-bipyridine (4, 4′-bipy), {[Cd(μ-bpa)(4, 4′-bipy)2(H2O)2] · (ClO4)2} n has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-, 1H NMR spectroscopy and studied by thermal analyses as well as X-ray crystallography. The single crystal X-ray analysis shows that the complex is a 1-D polymer as a result of bridging 1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane (bpa). The 1-D chains are further self-assembled into a 3-D network via hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking. In this structure the perchlorates fill the voids. Thermal studies of this polymer show step to step separating of ligands and counter ion at different temperatures.  相似文献

Three complexes constructed with 2,2′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid, multidentate nitrogen donors, and metal salts, {[Cd(2,2′-dpdc)(tppp)(H2O)]2?·?2H2O} n (1), {[Pb(2,2′-dpdc)(pyphen)]2} n (2), and {[Pb(2,2′-dpdc)(dppz)]} n (3) (H2dpdc = 2,2′-diphenyldicarboxylic acid; tppp = 4-(1H-1,3,7,8-tetraazacyclopenta[l]phenanthren-2-yl)phenol; pyphen?=?pyrazino[2,3-f]-[1,10]phenanthroline; and dppz = dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine), are synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. These complexes are characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR, TGA, and photoluminescence. In 1, two 2,2′-dpdc ions bridge two Cd(II) ions to form an isolated cluster with Cd?···?Cd distance of 5.023(4)?Å. These clusters are further linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, yielding a 2-D supramolecular structure. Complex 2 contains two crystallographically independent Pb(II) ions in the asymmetric unit. Pb1 ions are bridged by 2,2′-dpdc anions to form a chain along the x-axis. Two Pb2 ions are coordinated by two 2,2′-dpdc anions and two pyphen ligands to form a cluster. These clusters are linked by π–π interactions to yield a 1-D supramolecular chain along the y-axis. In 3, neighboring Pb(II) atoms are bridged by 2,2′-dpdc anions to form a 1-D chain structure. Further, the chains are linked into a 3-D supramolecular network through aromatic π–π interactions.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of 5-methoxyisophthalic acid (MeO-H2ip), 1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp) with Cd(NO3)2·4H2O and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O produced [Cd2(MeO-ip)2(bpp)2]n·nH2O (1) and [Ni(MeO-ip)(bpp)(H2O)]n·nH2O (2), respectively. Complex 1 is a 2-D layer consisting of dinuclear Cd(II)-carboxylate units, two carboxylates of MeO-ip adopt μ2,η2-bridging and chelating modes. MeO-ip bridges three Cd(II) ions to form a 1-D [Cd2(MeO-ip)2]n chain, which is further extended into a 2-D layer by bpp in a trans,trans-conformation. However, two carboxylates of MeO-ip in 2 are monodentate and chelating to link Ni(II) into a 1-D [Ni(MeO-ip)]n chain with bpp in a trans-gauche conformation connecting [Ni(MeO-ip)]n chains into a two-fold interpenetrating 3-D network. Coordinated water and carboxylate oxygen from different MeO-ip form strong hydrogen bonds. The frameworks of 1 and 2 are stable below 250 and 300?°C, respectively. Luminescence indicates that 1 shows maximum emission at 375 and 450 nm upon excitation at 320 nm. Magnetic measurement of 2 suggests the presence of ferromagnetic interactions in 2.  相似文献

Three coordination compounds, {[Co(btrp)2(H2O)2]?·?NO3?·?H2O} n (1), {[Co(btrp)2(H2O)2]?·?H2O?·?2H2btc} n (2), and {[Co(btrp)3]?·?2ClO4} n (3) (btrp?=?1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane; H3btc?=?benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid), have been prepared via solvothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and elemental analyses. Compound 1 possesses a 1-D double-stranded chain composed of ribbons of 20-membered cycles. Binuclear water clusters link adjacent nitrate anions to form a 1-D supramolecular helix in the structure. Compound 2 has a 1-D double-stranded chain wherein free H2btc ligands constitute 1-D negative chains through classical hydrogen-bonding interactions (O–H?···?O). Compound 3 exhibits a triple-stranded 1-D chain. For 13, 3-D supramolecular structures are consolidated by interchain weak hydrogen-bonding interactions as well as electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

Three new complexes: [Cd(btaa)(bipy)(CH3COO) · H2O] n (1), [Ni(btaa)2(H2O)4 · 6H2O] n (2), and [Mn(btaa)2(H2O)2] n (3) (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Hbtaa = 1H-benzotriazole-1-acetic acid) were prepared and characterized by IR, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses, and single-crystal X-ray analyses. In 1, cadmium ions are linked by btaa ligands into 1-D linear chains; the chains are extended into layers through C–H ··· O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. Complex 2 is a mononuclear structure, extended to a 3-D network through multiple intermolecular hydrogen bonds. In 3, manganese is bridged by carboxylate groups of btaa in the syn–skew bidentate mode in two directions to form a 2-D grid-like framework with a (4, 4) topology. The solid-state fluorescence spectrum of 1 shows that the excitation peak is at 355 nm while the maximum emission peak is at 424 nm.  相似文献

{[CdCl(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]+·[Cd(3-O?-2,7-NDS)(2,2′-bipy)2]?·3H2O} (1) and {[Cd(phen)3]2+·2[Cd(3-O?-2,7-NDS)(phen)2]?·8.5H2O} (2) (3-OH-2,7-NDS?=?3-hydroxy-2,7-naphthalenedisulfonate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline, and 2,2′-bipy?=?2,2′-bipydine) were prepared and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 1 contains a discrete coordination cation [CdCl(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]+ and a coordination anion [Cd(3-O?-2,7-NDS)(2,2′-bipy)2]?; 2 contains a discrete coordination cation [Cd(phen)3]2+ and two coordination anions [Cd(3-O?-2,7-NDS)(phen)2]?. There are numerous weak interactions among the coordination cation, coordination anion, and free water molecules, such as O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds, π?···?π stacking, and Cl??···?π interactions in 1 and π?···?π stacking and C–H?···?π interactions in 2. The cations and anions as building blocks are connected to construct different 3-D supramolecular architectures via weak intermolecular interactions. Particularly, the capsule structure of 1 was observed.  相似文献

A new ligand, N-P-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl-glycine acid (abbreviated as abglyH2), and three transition metal complexes [Mn(abglyH)2(bipy)(H2O)2] n (1), [Mn(abglyH)2(bipy)2(H2O)2] (2) and [Zn(abglyH)2(H2O)4] (3) (bipy=4,4′-bipyridine) have been synthesized under mild conditions and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 exhibits a 1-D linear chain, which is further connected to a 3-D supramolecular network through various kinds of hydrogen bonds and p–π stacking interactions. 2 and 3 are monomeric compounds, and 2 is assembled by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and CH ···?π?interactions into a 3-D supramolecular network, while 3 is extended into a 2-D supramolecular network through hydrogen bonds. Fluorescent analysis shows that 3 has an emissive maximum at 353 nm in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new CdII complexes, [Cd(L)2(CH3OH)2] (1) and [Cd(L)2(pyz)(H2O)] (2), have been prepared by the reaction of xanthene-9-carboxylic acid (HL) and Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O in the presence or absence of pyz co-ligand (L?=?xanthene-9-carboxylate and pyz?=?pyrazine). Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 possesses a 1-D zigzag chain structure, whereas 2 has a 1-D linear chain that is further assembled into a 2-D network, and then an overall 3-D framework by inter-chain O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds and C–H?···?π supramolecular interactions. Both 1 and 2 are photoluminescent and their emission properties are closely related to their intrinsic structures.  相似文献

Two new ZnII complexes, {[Zn(L)(phen)(H2O)]?·?H2O} (1) and {[Zn(L)(4bpy)(H2O)]?·?H2O} (2) (L?=?5,6-dihydro-1,4-dithiin-2,3-dicarboxylate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline, and 4bpy?=?4,4′-bipyridine), have been prepared by in situ reaction of Zn(ClO4)2?·?6H2O with 5,6-dihydro-1,4-dithiin-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydrate in the presence of lithium hydroxide, together with incorporating chelating phen or bridging 4bpy as co-ligands. Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 takes a 1-D helical structure that is further assembled into a 2-D network by O–H?···?O, C–H?···?O hydrogen bonds, and weak S?···?S interactions, and then an overall 3-D supramolecular framework was formed by π?···?π stacking interactions. Complex 2 possesses a 2-D (4,4)-layered structure. The structural difference between 1 and 2 can be attributed to the different N-donor auxiliary co-ligands. Both 1 and 2 are photoluminescent materials whose emission properties are closely related to their intrinsic structure.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers based on 2-ethyl-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate with 1,10-phenanthroline as ligands, Pb(HEIDC)(phen)2 (1), [Zn(EIDC)(phen)] n (2), and {[Ba(H2EIDC)2(phen)]?·?(phen)2?·?[Ba(H2EIDC)(HEIDC)(phen)]} n (3) (H3EIDC?=?2-ethyl-1-Himidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate; phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 displays a tetranuclear square constructed of four Pb(II) centers, four HEIDC, and eight phen, resulting in a 3-D network with a 1-D open channel along the c-axis via C–H?···?O hydrogen bonds, C–H?···?π, and π–π stacking interactions. Complex 2 is an infinite zigzag chain resulting in the final 3-D supramolecular framework via C–H?···?O and π–π stacking interactions. Complex 3 is composed of two individual Ba chains, exhibiting a 3-D framework via O–H?···?O, O–H?···?N hydrogen bonds, and π–π stacking interactions. The photoluminescence spectra of 1 and 2 in the solid state have been investigated, 1 exhibits green photoluminescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Reactions of fresh M(OH)2 (M = Zn2+, Cd2+) precipitate and (RS)-2-methylglutaric acid (H2MGL), 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy), or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in aqueous solution at 50°C afforded four new metal–organic complexes [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] (1), [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] (2), [Cd(bipy)(H2O)(MGL)] · 3H2O (3), and [Cd(phen)(H2O)(MGL)] · 2H2O (4), which were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, TG/DTA analysis as well as fluorescence spectra. In 1, the [Zn(bipy)(H2O)]2+ moieties are linked by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions to build up the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] molecules. In 2, the 1-D ribbon-like chains [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] n can be visualized as from centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] units sharing common aqua ligands. Both 3 and 4 exhibit 1-D chains resulting from [Cd(bipy)(H2O)]2+ and [Cd(phen)(H2O)]2+, respectively, bridged alternately by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions in bis-chelating fashion. The intermolecular and interchain π···π stacking interactions form supramolecular assemblies in 1 and 1-D chains in 24 into 2-D layers. The hydrogen bonded lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched between 2-D layers in 3 and 4. Fluorescence spectra of 14 exhibit LLCT π → π* transitions.  相似文献

Zinc(II) coordination polymers, [Zn(Hmal)(im)(H2O)] n · 2nH2O (1) and [Zn(Hmal)(bpy)] n · 3nH2O (2) (H3mal = malic acid, im = imidazole, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine), were synthesized from aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared and fluorescence spectra, thermogravimetric analyses, and single-crystal X-ray structural analyses. In 1, zinc is coordinated by imidazole, water, and tridentate malate in octahedral geometry. The β-carboxy group of malate further bridges with the other zinc forming 1-D polymeric chains. A pair of 1-D chains self-assemble to generate a double chain by strong hydrogen bonds between imidazole and malate. Furthermore, neighboring pairs of double chains are extended to form the final 3-D framework through intermolecular hydrogen bonds. In 2, the malates link Zn in a bidentate–monodentate fashion to form spiral-shaped chains that extend into a 3-D supramolecular structure by π–π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Complex 1 exhibits strong fluorescence at room temperature.  相似文献
