The crystal structures of N,N′-(1,2-phenyl­ene)­bis­(pyridine-2-carbox­amide), C18H14N4O2, (I), and N,N′-(1,2-cyclo­hexane­diyl)­bis­(pyridine-2-carbox­amide) have been determined, the latter compound as the toluene hemisolvate, C18H20N4O2·0.5C7H8, (II). In (I), the benzene ring is nearly coplanar with one of the pyridine rings and forms a dihedral angle of 59.4 (1)° with the other. However, in (II), the dihedral angle of the two pyridine rings is 70.0 (1)°.  相似文献

Single crystal ESR spectra of VOCl2L2 (where L = N, N, N′, N′-tetramethyl urea (tmu), N, N′-dimethylethyleneurea, N, N′-dimethylpropyleneurea, tris(dimethylamino)phosphincoxide) diluted in the corresponding Inøcl3L2, at Q-band frequencies are reported. The ESR data are consitent with C2 point symmetry for VOCl2(tmu)2 whilst the other compounds approximate very closely to this point symmetry. A rotation of the g and A tensor axes in the plane perpendicular to the terminal VO vector fall in the range 8–15° for the four compounds studied. The spin Hamiltonian parameters for VOCl2(tmu)2, in conjunction with the published polarized electronic absorption spectra, have been analysed via angular overlap calculations. For VOCl2(tmu)2 unusual ligand hyperfine splittings were observed. These were analysed by spectrum simulation in terms of two equivalent chlorine atoms where the chlorine hyperfine and nuclear quadrupole tensors are of comparable magnitude.  相似文献

1 INTRODUCTION Tri-butyl phosphate (TBP) has been widely used as the extraction reagent in U-Th fuel to separate uranium from thorium. Aquabis(N,N-dimethylglycinato)copper(II) dihydrate, [Cu(dmg)2(H2O)]·2H2O, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, magnetic data, thermal analysis, solution UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray crystal structure analysis and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. The square pyramidal copper(II) complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121. The complex cleaves circular plasmid DNA (pBR322) in the presence of H2O2. The extent of cleavage varies with the concentration range of the complex, the type of buffer used, pH of buffer and the concentration of H2O2. Hydroxyl radical scavenger can inhibit the nucleolytic ability of this complex.  相似文献

N,N′-[4,4′-(Perfluoro-1,4-phenylene)bis(oxy)bis(4,1-phenylene)]bis[2-(pyridin-2-ylmethylidene)-hydrazinecarbothioamide] as well as its methyl and phenyl derivatives react with copper and nickel chlorides in ethanol to form coordination compounds. In the products, the hydrazinecarbothioamides act as doubly deprotonated bridging ligands. The prepared complexes have been found to inhibit in vitro the growth and propagation of the myeloid human leukemia HL-60 cancer cells at the 10?5–10?7 mol/L concentration.  相似文献

Dichloro(N,N-diethyl-ethane-1,2-diamine)copper(II) has copper(II) ions in square pyramidal coordination. The two nitrogen atoms of the diamine {Cu–Nprimary?=?1.979(3), Cu–Ntertiary?=?2.108(2)?Å} and two chloride ions are in the basal plane {Cu–Cl1?=?2.2680(9), Cu–Cl2?=?2.2989(8)?Å}. A centrosymmetrical dimer di-μ-chloro-bis{chloro(N,N-diethylethane-1,2-diamine-κ2)copper(II)}, C6H16Cl2CuN2, is formed by axial coordination by Cl2, trans to the tertiary nitrogen, to a second copper(II) ion, with Cu?···?Cui?=?3.4855(9) and Cl2–Cui?=?2.7860(8)?Å. Complexes of lanthanides with N,N-bis(2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxyphenylmethanediamine (H3L) were synthesized and investigated by the elemental, IR, magnetochemical, and thermogravimetric methods. Using the data obtained, they were found to have compositions Ln2L2 · nH2O and La2L2 · MCl2 · 4H2O (Ln = La3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, Dy3+, Er3+; M = Cu2+, Co2+, Ni2+; n = 4, 6). Suggestions on their structures were made. In the interval of 20–140°C, these complexes were shown to be high-resistance semiconductors.  相似文献

An X-ray study of [(μ-η23-HCCCH2)Cp2Mo2(CO)4]+(BF4) (1) and [(μ-η23-HCCCMe2)Cp2Mo2(CO)4]+(BF4) (2) reveals their structures to be similar to the structure of neutral compounds of the series (μ-η22-RCCR)Cp2Mo2(CO)4, the difference between 1 and 2 being mainly due to the markedly different MoC+ bond lengths, which accounts for different stability and fluxional behavior of these compounds in solution.  相似文献

Ionic liquids comprising cationic cobalt(III) complexes [Co(acacen)L2][Tf2N] (L?=?3-butylpyridine (1), 1-butylimidazole (2); acacen?=?N,N′-bis(acetylacetone)ethylenediamine, Tf2N?=?bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)amide) were prepared. 1 is a liquid at room temperature and exhibits a glass transition at ?12?°C, whereas 2 is a solid at room temperature with a melting point of 74.6?°C and glass transition temperature of ?15?°C upon cooling from the melt. These salts are reddish brown diamagnetic materials that are stable against air and water; these properties differ from those of the corresponding iron(III) salt. Desorption of the axial ligands of 1 and 2 occurs at 180 and 207?°C, respectively.  相似文献

A novel tri-nuclear nickel(II) complex, [Ni3L2211-OAc)2110-OAc)2] · H2O (H2L is N,N′-(2-hydroxypropane-1,3-diyl)-bis(salicylaldimine), was prepared. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single crystal X-ray determination (CIF file CCDC no. 993163). Crystal of the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n. The unit cell parameters: a = 12.5602(9), b = 13.2104(10), c = 15.0329(10) Å, β = 113.194(2)°, V = 2292.7(3) Å3, Z = 2, R 1 = 0.0506, wR 2 = 0.1342, S = 1.067. The complex possesses crystallographic inversion center symmetry. The Ni atoms are in octahedral coordination spheres. The Ni?Ni distances are 3.022(1) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structures of bis(2-thiobarbiturato-O)tetraaquamagnesium Mg(H2O)4(HTBA-O)2 I and catena-[(μ2-2-thiobarbiturato-O,O)(2-thiobarbiturato-O)bis(μ2-aqua)diaquastrontium] monohydrate catena-[Sr(μ2-H2O)2(H2O)22-HTBA-O,O)(HBTA-O)] n · nH2O (II), where H2TBA is 2-thiobarbituric acid C4H4N2O2S, have been determined. Crystal data for a=6.7598(2) Å, b = 7.6060(2) Å, c = 8.5797(2) Å, α = 79.822(2)°, β = 76.622(1)°, γ = 69.124(1)°, V = 398.82(2) Å3, space group P $\bar 1$ , Z = 1; for II: a = 20.8499(4) Å, b = 19.2649(5) Å, c = 4.14007(9) Å, β = 92.023(2)°, V = 1661.91(7) Å3, space group P21/n, Z = 4. The Mg2+ ion in I is bonded to six O atoms of two HTBA? ions and four water molecules that form a nearly regular octahedron. Each Sr2+ ion in II is coordinated to three oxygen atoms of three HTBA? ions and six water molecules that form an almost ideal tricapped trigonal prism. These polyhedra share edges to form infinite chains. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds create layered structures of I and II.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C23H29N3O4)]·0.5C2H6O or [CoII{(4-MeO-sal)2Medpt}]·0.5CH3CH2OH [(4-MeO-sal)2Medpt is N,N′-(4-methyl-4-aza­heptane-1,7-diyl)­bis(4-methoxysalicyl­iden­iminate)], obtained through the reaction of H2[(4-MeO-sal)2Medpt] and Co(CH3COO)2 in refluxing ethanol under an atmosphere of ultrapure nitro­gen, has the usual pseudo-trigonal-bipyramidal coordination arrangement previously found for this class of (sal)2Rdpt compounds. The O—Co—O bond angle [120.4 (1)°] is significantly smaller than the corresponding values previously found for most non-O2-bound [CoII{(sal)2Medpt}]-type mol­ecules (observed range 126.9–138.6°), whereas the equatorial Co—N bond [2.185 (3) Å] is relatively long.  相似文献

Summary The reactions of N,N,N,N-tetramethylthiuram disulfide (tmtds) with gold(III) complexes of the [Au(L)X3] type [L = N-methylimidazole (N-Melm), 2-methylbenzoxazole (2-MeBO) and 2,5-dimethylbenzoxazole (2,5-diMeBO), X = Cl, Br or I] are reported, and yielded two main types of product - [Au(Me2dtc)X2] (A) and [Au(Me2dtc)2]X (B) (Me2dtc = N,N-dimethyldithiocarbamato anion). The ratio of the product yields (B/A) depends upon the nature of the ligand (L) and halogen (X). The ratio B/A for the reaction: [Au(L)Cl3] + tmtds = A + B, increases in the sequence N-MeIm < 2- MeBO < 2,5-diMeBO, which correlates well with the level of cytotoxic activity exhibited by the [Au(L)Cl3] complexes. A and B were characterized by their i.r., u.v-vis. and 1-n.m.r. spectra. The magnetic measurements were also recorded. The data support a squareplanar geometry for gold(III) complexes with the Me2dtc ligand bonded in a bidentate fashion; a conjecture has been verified crystallographically for [Au(Me2NCS2)2]-Br·2H2O. The X-ray analysis confirmed that the complex is composed of ionic units: [Au(Me2dtc)2] + and Br and H2O molecules. The Au—S distances are markedly similar, falling in the 2.343(4)–2.350(3) A range.  相似文献

Complexes of MM′(SeCN)4, (M = Co2+, Ni2+; M′ = Cd2+, Zn2+) with the Schiff base, N,N′-bis(2-chlorobenzylidene)ethylenediamine have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic moment, FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C{1H}-NMR and electronic spectroscopy. The catalytic activity of these complexes for hydrolysis of benzonitrile has been investigated. The complexes have also been investigated for antibacterial activity against Escherichia Coli and found to exhibit good growth inhibiton.  相似文献

Mononuclear O,O-coordinated complexes K2(MLCl2) M = Zn(II), Cd(II) and dinuclear complexes (MZnLCl2R2)x along with dinuclear N,N-coordinated complexes (M′ZnH2LCl2R2)y (where M = Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(II) and M′ = M and Sn(IV); R = Cl, CH3; x = 0, ?2; y = 0, +2) of N′-1-,N′-2-dihydroxy-N-1-,N-2-dipyridin-2-ylethanedimidamide (H2L) have been prepared. All complexes have been characterized by 1H NMR, IR, EI-mass spectroscopy and elemental microanalysis. These results are in agreement with our prediction for structures of mono and dinuclear complexes of H2L and L?2 with Zn(II) in the gas phase by theoretical studies.  相似文献

A new and general one-pot synthetic method for C2-symmetric N,N′-aryl-disubstituted bis(oxazolidin-2-ones) has been developed. Highly regioselective intramolecular cyclization reactions of 2,3-di(methanesulfonyloxy)-1,4-dihydroxybutane with arylisocyanates in the presence of sodium hydride afforded the corresponding C2-symmetric N,N′-aryl-disubstituted bis(oxazolidin-2-ones) in 82–92% yields. Hydrolytic ring opening of the bis(oxazolidin-2-ones) provided a convenient synthetic route for optically pure C2-symmetric N,N′-aryl-disubstituted 2,3-diamino-1,4-butanediols (58–86% yields).  相似文献

A new Schiff base ligand, N,N′-bis(2-pyridylmethylene)-2,2′-(ethylenedioxy)bis(ethylamine), L, and the complexes, [AgL](BF4) (1), [Zn2LCl4] (2), [Hg2LCl4] (3), [Cd2LI4] (4), [Ni2L3](BF4)4 (5), and [M2L3](ClO4)4 with M=Co(II) (6) Fe(II) (7) and Zn(II) (8), have been synthesised and characterised crystallographically and spectroscopically. The silver(I) complex 1 consists of a mono-helical structure where one ligand molecule, coordinating in a tetradentate manner, wraps itself around the Ag(I) ion, giving rise to a distorted tetrahedral arrangement. Single-helical-strand binuclear complexes were obtained with zinc(II), mercury(II) and cadmium(II), 2, 3 and 4, respectively. Complexes 2 and 3 are isomorphous and both contain one ligand molecule coordinating to two metal atoms via the two pyridylimine N-atoms. The two remaining coordination sites on the metals are occupied by chlorine atoms. In the fivefold coordinate cadmium(II) complex, 4, the ligand coordinates in a bis-tridentate manner via the two pyridylimine units and the two oxygen atoms. The two remaining coordination sites on the metals are occupied by iodine atoms. It was possible to combine both coordination modes of the ligand, mono-helical and single-helical-strand, in the isomorphous binuclear octahedrally coordinated nickel(II), cobalt(II), iron(II) and zinc(II) complexes, 58, respectively. One ligand molecule is wrapped around each metal ion, which in turn are linked by a third ligand molecule, so forming mono-bridged species.  相似文献
