Two new complexes, {[Cd(btec)0.5(imb)(CH3OH)]·CH3OH}n (1) and {[Cd(btec)0.5(H2btec)]·(H2imb)·2H2O}n (2) (H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, imb = 2-(1H-imidazol-1-methyl)-1H-benzimidazole), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes exhibit 2-D network structures. In 1, each 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate links four Cd2+ cations, and each Cd2+ cation connects two 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylates, to form a 2-D layer, with the imb ligands located on each side of the 2-D layer. In 2, there are two kinds of 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylates in the structure. One kind is completely deprotonated and acts as hexadentate linkers, leading to a 2-D layer. The other kind is only doubly deprotonated and decorates each side of the 2-D layer. In 2, imb is protonated, forming (H2imb)2+ cations that only cocrystallize with the negatively charged Cd coordination polymer ({[Cd(btec)0.5(H2btec)]2?}n), but does not coordinate to the Cd2+ cations. IR spectra, PXRD patterns, thermogravimetric analyses, and fluorescent properties of 1 and 2 have also been determined.  相似文献

Two 2-D Cd(II) complexes, {[Cd(imb)(bdc)(H2O)]·CH3OH}n (1) and {[Cd(imb)(Hbtc)(CH3OH)]·2H2O·CH3OH}n (2), have been synthesized by reactions of CdCl2·2.5H2O with 2-(1H-imidazol-1-methyl)-1H-benzimidazole (imb) and 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2bdc) or 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (H3btc). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that 1 possesses an infinite 2-D layered structure in which all the carboxylates chelate Cd(II) and imb bridge Cd(II) ions. Complex 2 also features an infinite 2-D layered structure and imb ligands also bridge Cd(II) ions, but two carboxylates of each 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate coordinate to Cd(II) in monodentate or chelating mode, leaving the third one, which is not deprotonated, uncoordinated. IR spectra, fluorescent properties, and thermogravimetric analyses of both complexes have been investigated.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers formulated as {[Zn(bdic)(bmt)H2O]?·?0.5H2O} n (1) and {[Cd(bdic)(bmt)(H2O)2]?·?2H2O} n (2) (H2bdic?=?1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, bmt?=?1-((benzotriazol-1-yl)methyl)-1-H-1,2,4-triazole) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both coordination polymers exhibit 1-D chain structure where bmt is unidentate and bdic2? bridging. In 1, bmt hangs at two sides of the main chain, whereas bmt hangs at one side of the main chain in 2. Fluorescent properties have also been determined.  相似文献

Two d10 metal complexes, {[Zn(Hbtc)(bmt)]·DMF·5H2O} n (1) and {[Cd(Hbtc)(bmt)]·0.5DMF·0.5H2O} n (2) (H3btc?=?1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, bmt?=?2-((benzoimidazol-yl)methyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole), have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions by employing bmt and H3btc. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that Zn(II) ions are connected by bmt with bidentate-bridging coordination and by 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate with bis-monodentate coordination leading to the 2D structure of 1. Complex 2 exhibits a 2D layer structure, in which bmt coordinate tridentate-bridging to Cd(II) and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylates coordinate to Cd(II) unidentate/chelating. Photoluminescence and thermogravimetric analyses of the two complexes are investigated.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers, {[Cu(trza)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]?·?(ClO4)} n (1), {[Cu(trza)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]?·?(BF4)} n (2), and {[Cu(trza)(4,4′-bipy)]?·?(H2O)?·?(ClO4)} n (3) (Htrza?=?2-(1H-1,2,4-triazole)-1-acetic acid), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Both 1 and 2 exhibit 1-D chain structure while 3 displays 2-D layer structure. The catalytic activities of 1 and 3 in the green oxidative coupling of 2,6-dimethylphenol have been investigated.  相似文献

Three new Cd(II) complexes incorporating both 2-(1H-imidazol-1-methyl)-1H-benzimidazole (imb) and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (bdic2?), [CdCl(bdic)1/2(imb)2]n (1), {[Cd(bdic)(imb)(H2O)]·DMF·2H2O}n (2), and [Cd(bdic)(imb)]·3H2O}n (3), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Bdic2? anions connect the?Cd-imb-Cd-imb?chains leading to a 2-D structure of 1. Bdic2?(A) and bdic2?(B) anions link the binuclear [Cd2(imb)2(H2O)2] units forming a 2-D structure of 2. Complex 3 features a 2-D structure involving supramolecular “double-layer” motifs. IR spectra and thermogravimetric curves are consistent with the results of the X-ray crystal structure analysis; 13 exhibit good fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new complexes, {[Zn(imb)(SO4)]·H2O}n (1) and {[Cd2(imb)2(SO4)2(H2O)]·CH3OH}n (2) (imb?=?2-(1H-imidazol-1-methyl)-1H-benzimidazole), have been solvothermally synthesized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that 1 displays a 2-D (4,4) network, which is further extended to a 3-D supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonding interactions. Complex 2 exhibits a 3-D framework with (3,5)-connected (42·6)2(42·65·83)2 topology. The results indicate that changing metal ions can influence the coordination modes of sulfate, and then affect the structures of the complexes. In addition, IR and UV–vis spectra, powder X-ray diffraction patterns, thermogravimetric analyses, and fluorescent properties of both complexes have been investigated.  相似文献

Four benzimidazole (bim)-based metal complexes, {[Zn2(bim)4(btec)] · DMF} n (1), {[Zn(bim)(btc)] · Htea} n (2), [Zn(bim)2(bdc)] n (3), and {[Cd3(bim)4(H2O)6(btc)2] ? 2H2O} n (4) (H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid, H3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, H2bdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid, and tea = triethylamine), have been obtained by the introduction of benzene-based polycarboxylate as coligand and are structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermogravimetric curves, and luminescence spectra. Controlled by the number and position of the carboxylates attached to the aromatic ring, all the four complexes exhibit polymeric structures from 1-D chain or ribbon for 1, 3, and 4 to 2-D layer for 2. In contrast, the neutral bim is a terminal ligand to complete the metal coordination sphere and it also helps to assemble the low-dimensional coordination skeleton into a high-dimensional ordered supramolecular architecture by N–H ··· O hydrogen-bonding and π–π stacking interactions. Additionally, the complexes exhibit strong emissions originating from the bim-based intraligand as well as photo-induced interligand charge transfer upon cation binding, suggesting potential applications as luminescent materials.  相似文献

Compound 1 is a 3-D network with CdSO4 topology. Compound 2 contains 1-D ladder structures, which are interconnected by classical hydrogen-bonding interactions (O–H?···?O) to lead to 3-D supramolecular architectures. Luminescence was performed on 1 and 2, both of which showed strong fluorescent emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

{[Cu2(btm)2(Hbtc)(H2btc)2(H2O)]·9.5H2O}n (1), [Cu(bte)(H2btc)2]n (2) {[Cu(btp)(H2btc)2]·0.25H2O}n (3) (btm?=?bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methane, bte?=?bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethane, btp?=?bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane, H3btc?=?benzene-1, 3, 5-tricarboxylic acid) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 features a 1-D double chain, which is interconnected by classical hydrogen-bonding (O–H?O) and ππ interactions to lead to a 3-D supramolecular architecture. 2 and 3 are both 1-D single chains, which are interconnected by ππ interactions to 2-D layer architectures. Three zinc(II) coordination polymers {[Zn(btp)(1,2-bdc)(H2O)]?·?H2O} n (1), {[Zn(btp)(1,3-bdc)(H2O)]?·?1.5H2O} n (2), and {[Zn(btp)(NO2-1,3-bdc)(H2O)]?·?2H2O} n (3) were synthesized by 1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane (btp) and bis-carboxylate. Compound 1 is a thick 2-D network; 2 and 3 are undulated 2-D (4,4) networks. In 2 and 3, two adjacent networks interpenetrate to form a new 2-D double-layer network, which is sustained by hydrogen-bonding interactions. Compounds 1 and 2 reveal blue emission maximum at 351 and 403, respectively, in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new 3-D copper(II) complex, formulated as [Cu2(btec)(en)2] n (1) [H4btec = benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylate, and en = ethylenediamine], was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structural analysis of 1 reveals that copper(II) connect by μ6-bridging btec to form a 3-D coordination polymer, in which four carboxylates of btec show monodentate and bidentate coordination. Complex 1 was used as solid bulkmodifier to fabricate renewable carbon paste electrode (1-CPE) by direct mixing method. The cyclic voltammogram of 1-CPE displayed one-electron quasi-reversible redox waves in potential range 300 to ?300 mV due to Cu(II)/Cu(I). Moreover, 1-CPE showed electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of nitrite.  相似文献

在溶剂热条件下,由2-(4′-羧基苯基)咪唑-4,5-二羧酸(H_4L,C_(12)H_8N_2O_6),合成了4个配位聚合物{[M(H_3L)_2]·2H_2O}_n(M=Zn(1),Cd(2),Co(3)),[Cd(H_2L)(H_2O)]_n(4)。用元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析和单晶X射线衍射对配合物进行了表征和结构分析。结构分析结果表明:1~3是异质同晶。配体失去1个质子以H_3L~-的形式通过单齿和N,O-双齿螯合的配位模式与中心金属离子配位,构成一个略有变形的八面体结构。对于配合物4来说,配体失去2个质子以H_2L~(2-)的形式分别通过单齿和N,O-双齿螯合的配位方式与Cd~(2+)配位,中心离子采取扭曲的七配位五角双锥配位模式,并且通过配体苯环上羧基氧原子的双齿桥联作用连接2个中心离子,形成四元环的双核结构;同时呈现双节点(3,6)-连接的二维拓扑网络(4.4.4)(4.4.4.4.4.4.5.6.6.6.6.6)。测定了产物的固体荧光光谱;用EtBr荧光探针法研究了配体及配合物与ct-DNA的相互作用。  相似文献

Three coordination compounds, {[Co(btrp)2(H2O)2]?·?NO3?·?H2O} n (1), {[Co(btrp)2(H2O)2]?·?H2O?·?2H2btc} n (2), and {[Co(btrp)3]?·?2ClO4} n (3) (btrp?=?1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane; H3btc?=?benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid), have been prepared via solvothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and elemental analyses. Compound 1 possesses a 1-D double-stranded chain composed of ribbons of 20-membered cycles. Binuclear water clusters link adjacent nitrate anions to form a 1-D supramolecular helix in the structure. Compound 2 has a 1-D double-stranded chain wherein free H2btc ligands constitute 1-D negative chains through classical hydrogen-bonding interactions (O–H?···?O). Compound 3 exhibits a triple-stranded 1-D chain. For 13, 3-D supramolecular structures are consolidated by interchain weak hydrogen-bonding interactions as well as electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

Two complexes, [Cd(ip–OH)(H2biim)(H2O)][Cd(ip–OH)(H2biim)(H2O)3]·8(H2O) (1) and [Cd(Himdc)(H2biim)] n (2) (H2ip–OH?=?5-hydroxylisophthalic acid, H2biim?=?2,2’-biimidazolate, H3imdc?=?4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid), have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 is a 3-D supramolecular network constructed by 0-D and 1-D motifs through hydrogen bonds and π?π interactions. Complex 2 is a 1-D zigzag polymeric coordination chain and the chains are connected to form a 3-D supramolecular network by hydrogen bonds. A N-donor containing carboxylic ligand, 5-(pyridin-4-yl)isophthalic acid (H2L), was applied to construct two new coordination polymers [Cd(L)(DMF)] n (1, DMF?=?N,N-dimethylformamide) and {[Co(L)(H2O)2]?·?0.5CH3OH?·?1.5H2O} n (2) under different conditions. The complexes were characterized by IR, elemental, and thermogravimetric analyses, powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction. In 1 each L2? links four CdII to form a 3-D framework, while in 2 each L2? connects three metals to form a 2-D layer structure, which is further connected together by hydrogen bonds to form a 3-D architecture. Five new coordination compounds, {[Mn(L)(CH3OH)2] · CH3OH · H2O} n (1), {[Cd(L)(DMF)2(H2O)] · H2O} n (2), {[Co(L)(CH3OH)4] · CH3OH}2 (3), {[Cd(L)(phen)(CH3OH)] · CH3OH} n (4), and {[Mn(L)(phen)(H2O)] · CH3OH} n (5) (L = 5-ferrocene-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were obtained from different metal salts and L with or without 1,10-phen under mild conditions. Complex 1 is a 1-D ladder-like chain composed of 8-membered rings A and 16-membered rings B, which arrange alternately. Complex 2 is an infinite linear chain, further bridged to form a parallel double chain through different hydrogen-bond interactions. Complex 3 is a discrete dinuclear structure, while 4 is a neutral 1-D infinite zigzag coordination chain. Complex 5 is a 1-D linear chain with phen and ferrocene groups of L as pendants hanging on the different sides of the main chain. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibilities of 1 were measured and weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the neighboring Mn(II) ions were found with J = ?0.95 cm?1.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [ZnL] n (1) and {[Zn(phen)(L)(H2O)]?·?3H2O} n (2) (H2L?=?1,2-bis[3-(1,2,4-triazolyl)-4-amino-5-carboxylmethylthio]ethane, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction. Polymer 1 is a 1-D infinite chain (space group P 1) and further forms a 3-D supramolecular structure by S?···?S interactions and hydrogen bonds. Polymer 2 displays a mononuclear structure (space group P 1) and extends into a 3-D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds. In addition, spectra and thermal stability of 1 and 2 are also discussed. Strong luminescence characteristics of both polymers are found, suggesting their potential applications as luminescent materials.  相似文献

Reactions of Zn(II) salts, 5-(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-1H-tetrazolate (HIPT) and 2-mercaptobenzoic acid or 2-propyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3PrIDC), result in two mixed-ligand coordination polymers (CPs), [Zn2(IPT)(DSDB)(OH)]n (H2DSDB = 2,2′-disulfanediyldibenzoic acid, 1) and [Zn2(IPT)(PrIDC)(H2O)]n (H3PrIDC = 2-propyl-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid, 2). Compound 1 possesses a 2-D structure built by 1-D [Zn(IPT)]n chains and DSDB2? connectors, in which the DSDB2? is generated via in situ reaction from 2-mercaptobenzoic acid. It displays a new intricate 4-nodal {3·4·6·7·8·9}{3·6·7·8·9·10}{3·8·9}{4·6·8} topology. Compound 2 displays a 3-D framework with new 3-connected topology with Schläfli symbol of (4·8·10) (8·122), in which the 1-D Zn-carboxylate chains were bridged by 3-connected IPT? ligands. The thermal stabilities and luminescence properties of 1 and 2 have also been studied. The compounds exhibit intense solid-state fluorescent emissions at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new supramolecular compounds, [Zn2(L)3(4,4′-bpy)(OH)]n (1) and [Cd(L)2(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)]·2H2O (2) (HL?=?2-(4-isopropylbenzoyl)benzoic acid, 4,4′-bpy?=?4,4′-bipyridine, 2,2′-bpy?=?2,2′-bipyridine), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infra-red spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analyzes, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 exhibits 1-D chain and 2 is 0-D mononuclear.
