The solid state reaction of [Ca(H2O)41-4-nba)(η2-4-nba)] 1 (4-nba = 4-nitrobenzoate) with 2-methylimidazole (L2) at 100 °C results in the formation of a Ca(II) coordination polymer [Ca(H2O)(L2)(4-nba)2]n2. Compound 2 was characterized by elemental analysis, spectral and thermal methods, and its structure determined. The coordination polymer 2 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric monoclinic space group P21/n with all atoms situated in general positions and its structure consists of a central Ca(II), a monodentate 2-methylimidazole, a bridging water ligand (μ2-H2O), a bidentate bridging (μ211) 4-nba ligand and a monoatomic bridging (μ22) 4-nba ligand. Each seven-fold coordinated Ca(II) in the title compound is bonded to a nitrogen atom of a terminal 2-methylimidazole (L2) ligand, two symmetry related water molecules and four symmetry related 4-nba ligands, resulting in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal {CaO6N} polyhedron. Due to the bridging nature of the aqua and 4-nba ligands [(2-methylimidazole)calcium(II)] units in 2 are linked into a one-dimensional coordination polymer consisting of three chains, all of which propagate along b-axis. In the triple chain coordination polymer a Ca···Ca separation of 3.8432(3) Å is observed between neighbouring Ca(II) ions. The oxygen atoms of the carboxylate and nitro functionalities of the 4-nba ligand and the coordinated water are involved in O–H···O, N–H···O and C–H···O interactions. A comparative study of nine alkaline-earth 4-nitrobenzoate compounds is described.  相似文献

A two-dimensional coordination polymer [Ni(μ1,3-SCN)(μ-Pheno)(CH3OH)] n (where Pheno = dehydrogen-1,10-phenanthrolin-2-ol) has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by X-ray crystallography. Adjacent Ni(II) ions are coordinated by μ1,3-SCN? and μ-Pheno alternately forming a two-dimensional sheet structure. The fitting of the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities with a binuclear nickel(II) formula reveals that there is an anti-ferromagnetic interaction between the bridging Ni(II) ions with the magnetic coupling constant 2J = ?0.67 cm?1.  相似文献

The coordination polymer {[Pb(cca)(phen)]H2O} n (H2cca?=?2-carboxycinnamic?acid and phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex possesses a 1-D chain structure composed of infinite Pb-cca-Pb linkages, in which the [PbO4N2] subunits are linked by bridging cca in bis(chelating-bridging) coordination mode. The coordination around the lead(II) is hemi-directed and weak Pb···O interactions are observed that result in a double-chain structure. The chains are combined to generate a 3-D supramolecular structure through interchain C–H···π, C–H···O, and π···π stacking interactions. Fluorescence of the complex originates from π*–π transitions of the ligand.  相似文献

Three polycarboxylate coordination polymers containing 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole as co-ligand, [Cu(Bdc)(2-PyBIm)] n (1), [Cu(HBtc)(2-PyBIm)] n (2) and [Cd2(HBtc)2(2-PyBIm)2] n ·; nH2O (3) (H2Bdc?=?1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid; H3Btc?=?1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, TG-DSC and X-ray structural analyses. Complex 1 is a one-dimensional zigzag chain in which the Cu(II) is cis six-coordinated by two chelating carboxyl groups and a 2-PyBIm ligand. Complex 2 is a two-dimensional (4, 4) network in which H3Btc is partially deprotonated. Complex 3 has a three-dimensional framework in which one Cd(II) is six-coordinate and the other is seven-coordinate. All 2-PyBIm groups are neutral, chelating, bidentate ligands in 13. These complexes are quite thermally stable. The luminescence of 3 has also been investigated.  相似文献

Two new cadmium(II) coordination polymers, [Cd2(nda)2(L1)] n (1) and [Cd(nda)(L2)0.5] n (2), were hydrothermally synthesized with 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (H2nda) and auxiliary N-donor coligands [L1?=?1,5-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)pentane and L2?=?4,4′-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl]. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses showed that the topological networks are different when the N-donor ligands are changed. Compound 1 showed a (416.65) topology and 2 showed a twofold interpenetrating pcu topology.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide ions, oxalates and benzenedicarboxylate with ratio of 4 : 1 : 8 at 190°C afford the three-dimensional coordination polymer Na2[Nd4(OX)(BDC)6(H2O)6] (OX = oxalate and BDC = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate dianion). Crystal data: C25H18NaNd2O17 M = 901.86, Triclinic, P 1, a = 10.335(6), b = 11.497(6), c = 12.238(7) Å, α = 93.015(9), β =114.892(8)°, γ = 95.970(10)°, V = 1304.3(12) Å3, Z = 2, F(000) = 870, R 1 = 0.0322, wR 2 = 0.0683. The central oxalate of the unit cell coordinates with four lanthanides to form a four metal cluster [Ln4(OX)]. The luminescence spectrum shows weak photoluminescence in infrared and near-infrared.  相似文献

Two cobalt coordination polymers [CoII2(ida)2(H2O)2]n ( 1 ) and [Na2CoIII2(ida)4(H2O)4]n·2nH2O ( 2 ) (H2ida = iminodiacetic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 exhibits a two‐dimensional framework, in which two cobalt atoms exhibit different coordination environments: one is equatorially coordinated by two ida ligands, while another is coordinated by two water molecules and four ida ligands. It is most interesting that, in compound 2 , the ida ligands exhibit different coordination modes. The organic coordination anions [CoIII(ida)2] are linked up by sodium ions to form a two‐dimensional layer.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers [Zn(L)2(4,4′-bipy)2] n (4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) (1) and [Pb(η 2-L)(µ3-η 2-CH3COO)(H2O)] n (2) have been prepared by the reaction of 3-(4-carboxyphenylhydrazono)pentane-2,4-diketone (HL) with zinc(II) or lead(II) in solution. Polymer 1 shows an infinite zigzag chain, in which Zn(II) are linked by 4,4′-bipy bridges with carboxylate of L? monodentate to Zn(II). In 2, Pb(II) are bridged by tetradentate µ3-η 2-CH3COO? to form a linear 1-D chain, and each Pb(II) is chelated by carboxylate of L?. Their molecular structures have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Thermal and fluorescent properties of the two complexes have been investigated.  相似文献

Nano-particles of a new 2-D Pb(II) coordination polymer, [Pb(4-pyc)(Br)(H2O)] n (1) (4-Hpyc = 4-pyridinecarboxylic acid), were synthesized by a sonochemical method. Crystal structure of 1 was determined by X-ray crystallography. The nano-particles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analyses. PbBr(OH) nano-structure was obtained by the calcination of nano-particles of 1 at 400°C.  相似文献

The syntheses, crystal structures, and thermal properties of the coordination polymers [Ca(H2O)2(L1)2]?·?H2O (1) (L1?=?4-methoxyphenylacetate) and [Ca(H2O)2(L2)2]?·?2H2O (2) (L2?=?2-chlorophenylacetate) are described. 1 and 2 can be dehydrated to the anhydrous [Ca(L1)2] (1a) or [Ca(L2)2] (2a), respectively. Compounds 1 and 2 crystallize in the non-centrosymmetric monoclinic space group P21 and the structures consist of a central Ca(II), two terminal waters, and two crystallographically unique L1 (or L2) anions, one of which functions as a chelating bidentate ligand. The second independent L1 (or L2) is tetradentate, coordinated in a μ3-bridging mode leading to the formation of a 1-D coordination polymer. In the infinite chain extending along the b-axis, each Ca(II) is eight-coordinate and bonded to two terminal waters and six oxygens from four different L1 or L2 ligands.  相似文献

Two pyridinecarboxylato-bridged coordination polymers {[Co(pbc)2(H2O)] · H2O} n (1) and [Co(pbc)2] n (2) (Hpbc = 3-pyrid-3-ylbenzoic acid) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. In 1, pbc? ligands link two Co(II) centers as μ2-N,O and μ2-N,O,O. Co(II) is six coordinate, octahedral. In 2, Co(II) is coordinated by four oxygens and two nitrogens. The ligands are μ2-N,O,O and μ3-N,O,O. Through different pbc? ligands, 2 generates a 3-D network composed of six-connected nodes. Compound 2 exhibits good photoluminescence, whereas 1 is nonemissive at room temperature.  相似文献

Utilizing Co(2-mpac)2(H2O)2 as molecular building block, a coordination polymer, [Co2(2-mpac)4(4,4′-bpy) · 2H2O] n (1) (2-mpac = 5-methyl-2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid; 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine), was synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The synthesis and characterization of a new Sr(II) coordination polymer (CP), [Sr(H2O)(H-gly)2Cl2] n (1) (H-gly?=?glycine), is described. Compound 1 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric orthorhombic space group Pcnb and its structure consists of a central Sr(II), a water molecule, a zwitterionic glycine, and a chloride. The central metal is nine coordinate, bonded to six oxygens from four different bridging H-gly ligands, two symmetry-related chlorides, and a terminal water molecule. The μ2-tridentate bridging zwitterionic glycine results in the formation of a 1-D CP with an Sr···Sr separation of 4.560?Å across the chain. The chloride, H-gly, and coordinated water are involved in five varieties of hydrogen bonding. A comparative study of the structural chemistry of several alkaline-earth glycine compounds is described.  相似文献

The aqueous reaction of barium carbonate with 2-nitrobenzoic acid (2-nbaH) results in the formation of a one-dimensional coordination polymer, catena-poly[[hexa(aqua)dibarium(II)]bis[(μ 2-2-nitrobenzoate-O,O,O-NO2)(μ 2-2-nitrobenzoate-O,O,O′)]] 1. On heating at 100°C compound 1 is dehydrated to anhydrous barium bis(2-nitrobenzoate) 2. The anhydrous compound can be re-hydrated to 1 on exposure to water vapour. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectra, DSC thermograms, weight loss studies and the structure of 1 was determined. 1 and 2 can be thermally decomposed to BaCO3 by heating at 800°C. The polymer [[Ba(H2O)3]2(μ 2-2-nba-O,O,O-NO2)2 (μ 2-2-nba-O,O,O′)2] n 1 crystallizes in the centrosymmetric triclinic space group Pī and all atoms are located in general positions. The polymeric structure is based on a dimeric unit and consists of three water molecules coordinated to a central Ba(II) and two unique 2-nitrobenzoate (2-nba) anions, one of which (μ 2-2-nba-O,O,O-NO2) functions as a tridentate ligand and is linked to a Ba(II) through the oxygen atom of the-NO2 group and forms a monoatomic μ 2-carboxylate bridge between two symmetry related Ba(II) ions with a Ba···Ba distance of 4·5726(14) ?. The second unique 2-nba anion (μ 2-2-nba-O,O,O′) also functions as a tridentate ligand with the carboxylate oxygen atoms linked to a Ba(II) ion in a bidentate fashion and one of the carboxylate oxygen atoms forming a monoatomic bridge between two symmetry related Ba(II) ions resulting in a Ba···Ba separation of 4·5406(15) ?. These differing tridentate 2-nba ligands link {Ba(H2O)3} units into a one-dimensional polymeric chain extending along b axis. In the infinite chain each nine coordinated Ba(II) is bonded to three water molecules and further linked to six oxygen atoms of four different 2-nitrobenzoate anions with alternating pairs of Ba(II) ions in the chain bridged by a pair of (μ 2-2-nba-O,O,O-NO2) and (μ 2-2-nba-O,O,O′) ligands resulting in alternating Ba···Ba distances of 4·5406(15) and 4·5726(14) ? across the chain. The hydrothermal reaction of 1,3-dicyanobenzene, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and Pb(CH3COO)2 yields a new 1D coordination polymer, {Pb[C6H4(COO)2][phen]} n . The 1,3-benzenecarboxylate anion found in the final product was generated in situ during the synthesis by hydrolysis of 1,3-dicyanobenzene. X-ray diffraction shows that complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P 1, a?=?7.5442(2)?Å, b?=?9.7962(3)?Å, c?=?13.1505(4)?Å, α?=?69.739(2)?Å, β?=?80.597(2)?Å, γ?=?71.377(2)?Å, v?=?862.48(4)?Å3, Z?=?2, D c?=?2.124 Mg?m?3. Two new coordination polymers, [ZnL] n (1) and {[Zn(phen)(L)(H2O)]?·?3H2O} n (2) (H2L?=?1,2-bis[3-(1,2,4-triazolyl)-4-amino-5-carboxylmethylthio]ethane, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction. Polymer 1 is a 1-D infinite chain (space group P 1) and further forms a 3-D supramolecular structure by S?···?S interactions and hydrogen bonds. Polymer 2 displays a mononuclear structure (space group P 1) and extends into a 3-D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds. In addition, spectra and thermal stability of 1 and 2 are also discussed. Strong luminescence characteristics of both polymers are found, suggesting their potential applications as luminescent materials.  相似文献
