Two novel manganese(II) complexes, [Mn(phen)2N3·H2O]ClO4·H2O and Mn(phen)2(N3)2 have been synthesized by the reaction of Mn(ClO4)2·6H2O and Mn(CH3CO2)2·4H2O with NaN3 and phen in EtOH/H2O solution, respectively (where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline). Their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Both complex molecules have distorted octahedral geometry and two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules chelate to a Mn(II) atom with a cis-configuration. To [Mn(phen)2N3·H2O]ClO4·H2O, one nitrogen atom from an azide anion and one oxygen atom from a water molecule cis-coordinate to the Mn(II) atom while two nitrogen atoms occupy cis positions in Mn(phen)2(N3)2. These complexes are versatile precursors for the design of heteropolymetallic systems.  相似文献

Three new copper(II) complexes with isonicotinic acid N-oxide (HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) as ligands, [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2(NO3)2···2H2O (1), [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2(ClO4)2···2H2O (2), and [Cu(L)(phen)Br]2- [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2Br2···6H2O (3) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The structures of all three complexes feature a Cu2 dimer formed by two Cu(II) ions interconnected by two bridging ligands. Each copper(II) ion has a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry with elongated axial coordination by an aqua ligand or halogen anion. The isonicotinic acid N-oxide anion is bidentate, being coordinated to two Cu(II) ions through its N-O oxygen and one of its carboxylate oxygen atoms. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show a Curie–Weiss paramagnetic behavior characteristic of one unpaired electron for a copper(II) ion for all three complexes.  相似文献

Five cobalt(II) complexes based on 1H-indazole-3-carboxylic acid (H2L), [Co(phen)(HL)2]·2H2O (1), [Co(5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipy)(HL)2] (2), [Co(2,2′-bipy)2(HL)2]·5H2O (3), [Co2(2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phen)2(L)2] (4) and [Co2(6,6′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipy)2(L)2]·H2O (5) (2,2'-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR and UV-vis spectroscopies and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The results indicate that 1–3 possess mononuclear Co(II) structures, while 4 and 5 exhibit binuclear structure. 1D water tape which is linked by the multiple hydrogen bonds was embedded in the 3D motif of complex 3. Complexes 4 and 5 show two orthogonal planes of motif that was constituted by phen/2,2′-bipy and indazole acid, respectively. The intermolecular interactions including hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions are stabilizing these complexes. The interactions of the synthesized complexes with calf-thymus DNA (CT-DNA) have been investigated by UV-vis absorption titration, ethidium bromide displacement assay and viscosity measurements. The results reveal that the complexes could interact with CT-DNA via a groove binding mode. Their behavior rationalization was further theoretically studied by molecular docking.  相似文献

Three new complexes, [Cu(phen)(L-argH+)Cl]Cl?·?2.5H2O (1), [Cu(phen)(L-leu)(H2O)]Cl?·2.5H2O (2) and [Cu(phen)(L-met)(H2O)]Cl?·?2H2O (3), where phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline, L-arg?=?L-argininate, L-leu?=?L-leucinate, and L-met?=?L-methioninate, were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopies. Complex 1 was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activities of the three complexes were determined by the improved NBT method. The results show that the complexes have high superoxide dismutase-like activities and may act as good mimics for superoxide dismutases.  相似文献

This work presents an investigation on the positions of the substituent and N-donor auxiliary chelating ligand (bipy/phen) effect on engineering of crystalline architectures of four Pb(II) complexes with a pair of methyl-substituted 3-sulfobenzoic isomers: [Pb(4-msba)(phen)(H2O)] (1), [Pb(4-msba)(bipy)(H2O)]·H2O (2), [Pb(5-msba)(phen)2]·9H2O (3), and [Pb2(5-msba)2(bipy)2(H2O)2] (4) (4/5-msba?=?4/5-methyl-3-sulfobenzoate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline and bipy?=?2,2′-bipyridine). The lead(II) ions exhibit hemidirected geometry in 1–4. The positions of the methyl as well as the auxiliary chelating ligands influence coordination modes of the sulfonates and thus determine the architectures. As the position of methyl in aromatic ring changes from 4 to 5, the structures change from 2-D sheet-like compounds for 1 and 2 to 0-D dimeric species for 3 and 4. A water cluster (H2O)18 exists in 3, which further assembles into a water tape with a new pattern T4(3)4(3)10(3)A4. Complex 3 loses crystallinity rapidly in the open air and turns into [Pb(5-msba)(phen)2]·2H2O (3A). Thermal stabilities and solid state fluorescent properties of 1, 2, 3A, and 4 have been studied.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [ZnL] n (1) and {[Zn(phen)(L)(H2O)]?·?3H2O} n (2) (H2L?=?1,2-bis[3-(1,2,4-triazolyl)-4-amino-5-carboxylmethylthio]ethane, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction. Polymer 1 is a 1-D infinite chain (space group P 1) and further forms a 3-D supramolecular structure by S?···?S interactions and hydrogen bonds. Polymer 2 displays a mononuclear structure (space group P 1) and extends into a 3-D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds. In addition, spectra and thermal stability of 1 and 2 are also discussed. Strong luminescence characteristics of both polymers are found, suggesting their potential applications as luminescent materials.  相似文献

Two new 3-D supramolecular compounds [Co(phen)(tdc)(H2O)3]·5H2O (1) and [Co(phen)(Htdc)(H2O)3]·(Htdc)·2H2O (2, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, H2tdc = thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. In 1, the neutral [Co(phen)(tdc)(H2O)3] complexes behave as pillars to join the water layers to make an overall 3-D supramolecular architecture by H-bond interactions. In 2, similar 2-D water layer is not observed, which could be due to one uncoordinated Htdc ligand instead of three lattice water molecules of 1. The thermal stabilities of 1 and 2 were investigated by thermogravimetric measurements.  相似文献

Four new heterotrinuclear complexes have been synthesized and characterized, namely {[Ni(L)2]2[Cu(opba)]}(ClO4)2, where opba denotes o-phenylenebis(oxamato) and L stands for 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) (1), 5-nitro-l,10-phenanthroline(NO2-phen) (2), 2,2′-bipyridyl(bpy) (S) and 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridyl(Me2bpy) (4). The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of {[Ni(phen)2]2[Cu(opba)]}(ClO4)23H2O has been studied in the 4–300 K range, giving the exchange integral J—109 cm?1. The HMT vs. T plot exhibits a minimum at about 100 K, characteristic of this kind of coupled polymetallic complex with an irregular spin-state structure.  相似文献

A Cu(II) complex with mixed ligands, [Cu3(mal)3(phen)3(H2O)2]?·?11H2O (mal?=?malonate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and luminescence spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Cc with a?=?13.1631(10)?Å, b?=?20.1089(10)?Å, c?=?20.1267(13)?Å, β?=?103.500(3)°, V?=?5180.2(6)?Å3, Z?=?4, and R 1?=?0.0476 for 7993 observed reflections. In the complex, one Cu is coordinated by a mal dianion and a phen molecule, exhibiting N2O2 square-planar geometry, while the other two Cu atoms are coordinated, respectively, by a mal dianion, a phen and water molecules, exhibiting N2O3 square pyramidal coordination geometry.  相似文献

Two new complexes, [Co2(CH2=C(CH3)CO2)4(phen)2(H2O)2] (1) and [Pb2(CH2=C(CH3)CO2)4(phen)2] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) (2), have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. There are two cocrystallized conformers of [Co(CH2=C(CH3)CO2)2(phen)(H2O)] in the asymmetric unit of 1 with the Co atoms displaying similar coordination modes. In the asymmetric unit of 2, there exist two crystallographically independent [Pb(CH2=C(CH3)CO2)2(phen)] molecules with the Pb atoms showing completely different coordination geometries. Weak intermolecular interactions such as hydrogen bonding and π–π stacking are responsible for the supramolecular assembly and stabilization of the crystal structures of 1 and 2. The complexes are characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and UV–Vis spectra. The fluorescent properties of 2 are also discussed.  相似文献

Asymmetric citrato dioxovanadates(V), [Hneo]4[V2O4(R-Hcit)(OH)][V2O4(S-Hcit)(OH)]?·?4H2O (1) and [Ni(phen)3]2[V2O4(R-Hcit)(OC2H5)][V2O4(S-Hcit)(OC2H5)]?·?4H2O (2) and (H4cit?=?citric acid, neo?=?2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) are isolated with the help of large counterions. Structural analyses of complexes 1 and 2 show that vanadium atoms are coordinated by tridentate citrate ligand and hydroxy or ethoxy groups, respectively. The insertions of hydroxy and ethoxy groups give new examples of the mixed RO-bridges for vanadium–citrate complexes.  相似文献

The saccharinato complexes [Zn(phen)2(sac)(H2O)]sac (1) and [Zn(sac)(dmp)(H2O)](sac) (2), where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, dmp = 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, and sac =saccharinato ion/ligand, were synthesized by the reaction of [Zn(sac)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O with ligands and have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and 1H NMR spectroscopies. Conductivity of complexes was measured in DMSO. Compound 1 is characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and compared with some isomorphous zinc-saccharinate complexes reported previously. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P 1 , with Z = 2, and consists of alternating slightly distorted octahedral [Zn(phen)2(sac)(H2O)]+ and noncoordinated saccharinate. The zinc bound aqua is hydrogen bonded to an oxygen of carbonyl in the saccharinate ligand and the SO2 group in the saccharinate counter-ion from an adjacent molecule. Intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds and C–H ··· O and C–H ··· N short contacts lead to a 3-D network.  相似文献

Three new complexes, {[Mn(dtb)(bpe)·2H2O]·H2O} n (1), {[Mn(dtb)(bpa)·2H2O]·H2O} n (2), and {[Mn(dtb)(phen)]} n (3) [H2dtb?=?5,5′-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid), bpe?=?1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene, bpa?=?1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline], have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions with Mn(OAc)2·4H2O, dtb, and different N-donor ligands. X-ray structure analyses of 1 and 2 reveal analogous structures with 1D helical chains and 2D 44 chiral layers. The structure of 3 shows a 1D chain which is outwardly decorated with phen ligands. These neutral polymeric complexes exhibit structural diversity due to the different coordination modes of the flexible dtb ligand and the N-donor ligands. The thermogravimetric analyses and X-ray powder diffractions of 1–3 are also presented.  相似文献

Two coordination complexes, namely [Co(phen)(H2O)L]·H2O and [Ni2(phen)2(H2O)2L2]·4H2O (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, H2L = 1,3-adamantanedicarboxylic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. [Co(phen)(H2O)L]·H2O consists of 1D chains of the complex plus lattice H2O molecules. Interchain hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions assemble the 1D chains into 2D layers. [Ni2(phen)2(H2O)2L2]·4H2O is a binuclear complex which is assembled into a 3D supramolecular structure by strong hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. A series of Cu(II) carboxylate complexes (carboxylate?=?2-fluorobenzoic acid (2-HFBA) or 4-fluorobenzoic acid (4-HFBA)) containing either one chelating 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) or 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and thermal analyses. In [Cu(bipy)(H2O)(2-FBA)2] (1), [Cu(bipy)(H2O)(4-FBA)2] (3), and [Cu(phen)(H2O)(2-FBA)2] (4), Cu is five-coordinate in a square pyramidal geometry and four-coordinate in [Cu(phen)(2-FBA)2] (2). The four complexes are extended into 1-D chains through hydrogen-bonding and π?···?π interactions in 1 and 4, only hydrogen-bonding in 2, and π?···?π interactions in 3. These contacts lead to aggregation and supramolecular self-assembly.  相似文献

[Cd2(phen)2(DPZDA)2(H2O)2] · 8H2O (1) and [Zn(phen)(DPZDA)(H2O)] · 2H2O (2) have been synthesized by reaction of Cd(NO3)2/Zn(NO3)2 with phen and DPZDA (where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, H2DPZDA = 3,5-dimethyl-2,6-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid) in aqueous ethanol solution. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermal analyses and X-ray single crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of 1 and 2. In 1, a 2D supramolecular network containing a novel metal-water decamer were formed by hydrogen bonds. In 2, a 2D supramolecular structure was constructed from hydrogen bonds and π·· · π interactions. Moreover, 1 and 2 displayed photoluminescent properties in the blue range at room temperature.  相似文献

合成了4个含二茂铁基的锌配合物[Zn(FcCOO)(phen)2]ClO4·FcCOOH (1)(FcCOO=二茂铁甲酸根,phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉),[Zn(FcCOO)(phen)2]·ClO4·H2O (2),[Zn(FcCOO)(FcCOGly)(phen)]·C2H5OH (3)(FcCOGly=二茂铁甲酰化甘氨酸)和[Zn(FcCOGly)2(phen)]·CH3OH (4)。用X-射线单晶衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构。对4个配合物的生物活性进行了初步研究,发现配合物的抗菌活性与配合物的配位键强度及phen含量有一定的关系。  相似文献

Reactions of fresh M(OH)2 (M = Zn2+, Cd2+) precipitate and (RS)-2-methylglutaric acid (H2MGL), 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy), or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in aqueous solution at 50°C afforded four new metal–organic complexes [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] (1), [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] (2), [Cd(bipy)(H2O)(MGL)] · 3H2O (3), and [Cd(phen)(H2O)(MGL)] · 2H2O (4), which were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, TG/DTA analysis as well as fluorescence spectra. In 1, the [Zn(bipy)(H2O)]2+ moieties are linked by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions to build up the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] molecules. In 2, the 1-D ribbon-like chains [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] n can be visualized as from centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] units sharing common aqua ligands. Both 3 and 4 exhibit 1-D chains resulting from [Cd(bipy)(H2O)]2+ and [Cd(phen)(H2O)]2+, respectively, bridged alternately by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions in bis-chelating fashion. The intermolecular and interchain π···π stacking interactions form supramolecular assemblies in 1 and 1-D chains in 24 into 2-D layers. The hydrogen bonded lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched between 2-D layers in 3 and 4. Fluorescence spectra of 14 exhibit LLCT π → π* transitions.  相似文献

Hydrogen bonding and π?···?π stacking extend 1 and 2 into 3-D supramolecular architectures, where 1 exhibits a 3-D framework with 1-D hairpin-like helicates based on Pb–O covalent bonds and 2 displays a 3-D network with 1-D zipper-like chains based on Co–O and Co–N covalent bonds. The FT-IR spectra, PXRD and TG analyses are discussed for 1 and 2. Fluorescence spectra and luminescent lifetime are studied for 1.  相似文献
