The blue tetranuclear CuII complexes {[Cu(bpy)(OH)]4Cl2}Cl2 · 6 H2O ( 1 ) and {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}Cl4 · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. ( 1 ): P 1 (no. 2), a = 9.240(1) Å, b = 10.366(2) Å, c = 12.973(2) Å, α = 85.76(1)°, β = 75.94(1)°, γ = 72.94(1)°, V = 1152.2(4) Å3, Z = 1; ( 2 ): P 1 (no. 2), a = 9.770(3) Å, b = 10.118(3) Å, c = 14.258(4) Å, α = 83.72(2)°, β = 70.31(1)°, γ = 70.63(1)°, V = 1252.0(9) Å3, Z = 1. The building units are centrosymmetric tetranuclear {[Cu(bpy)(OH)]4Cl2}2+ and {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}4+ complex cations formed by condensation of four elongated square pyramids CuN2(OH)2Lap with the apical ligands Lap = Cl, H2O, OH. The resulting [Cu42‐OH)23‐OH)2] core has the shape of a zigzag band of three Cu2(OH)2 squares. The cations exhibit intramolecular and intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions and the latter form 2D layers with the non‐bonded Cl anions and H2O molecules in between (bond lengths: Cu–N = 1.995–2.038 Å; Cu–O = 1.927–1.982 Å; Cu–Clap = 2.563; Cu–Oap(OH) = 2.334–2.369 Å; Cu–Oap(H2O) = 2.256 Å). The Cu…Cu distances of about 2.93 Å do not indicate direct interactions, but the strongly reduced magnetic moment of about 2.74 B.M. corresponds with only two unpaired electrons per formula unit of 1 (1.37 B.M./Cu) and obviously results from intramolecular spin couplings (χm(T‐θ) = 0.933 cm3 · mol–1 · K with θ = –0.7 K).  相似文献

The first selenite chloride hydrates, Co(HSeO3)Cl · 3 H2O and Cu(HSeO3)Cl · 2 H2O, have been prepared from solution and characterised by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The cobalt phase adopts an unusual “one‐dimensional” structure built up from vertex‐sharing pyramidal [HSeO3]2–, and octahedral [CoO2(H2O)4]2– and [CoO2(H2O)2Cl2]4– units. Inter‐chain bonding is by way of hydrogen bonds or van der Waals' interactions. The atomic arrangement of the copper phase involves [HSeO3]2– pyramids and Jahn‐Teller distorted [CuCl2(H2O)4] and [CuO4Cl2]8– octahedra, sharing vertices by way of Cu–O–Se and Cu–Cl–Cu bonds. Crystal data: Co(HSeO3)Cl · 3 H2O, Mr = 276.40, triclinic, space group P 1 (No. 2), a = 7.1657(5) Å, b = 7.3714(5) Å, c = 7.7064(5) Å, α = 64.934(1)°, β = 68.894(1)°, γ = 71.795(1)°, V = 337.78(7) Å3, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.036, wR(F) = 0.049. The blue copper complex compounds [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] · 4.5 H2O ( 1 ) and [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)] · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized from CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and adipic acid in CH3OH/H2O solutions. [Cu(phen)2‐ (C6H8O4)] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules form the crystal structure of ( 1 ) (P1 (no. 2), a = 10.086(2) Å, b = 11.470(2) Å, c = 16.523(3) Å, α = 99.80(1)°, β = 115.13(1)°, γ = 115.13(1)°, V = 1617.5(5) Å3, Z = 2). The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by four N atoms of the phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion (d(Cu–O) = 1.989 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.032–2.040 Å, axial d(Cu–N) = 2.235 Å). π‐π stacking interactions between phen ligands are responsible for the formation of supramolecular assemblies of [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] complex molecules into 1 D chains along [111]. The crystal structure of ( 2 ) shows polymeric [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains (P1 (no. 2), a = 7.013(1) Å, b = 10.376(1) Å, c = 11.372(3) Å, α = 73.64(1)°, β = 78.15(2)°, γ = 81.44(1)°, V = 773.5(2) Å3, Z = 1). The Cu atoms are fivefold coordinated by two Cl atoms, two N atoms of phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion, forming [CuCl2N2O] square pyramids with an axial Cl atom (d(Cu–O) = 1.958 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.017–2.033 Å, d(Cu–Cl) = 2.281 Å; axial d(Cu–Cl) = 2.724 Å). Two square pyramids are condensed via the common Cl–Cl edge to centrosymmetric [Cu2Cl2N4O2] dimers, which are connected via the adipate anions to form the [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains. The supramolecular 3 D network results from π‐π stacking interactions between the chains. H2O molecules are located in tunnels.  相似文献

Both complexes crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c. For complex 1, a = 29.52(2), b=13.920(6), c = 14.873(3)Å; β= 101.75(2)°, V = 5984(4) Å3, Z = 8 and R = 0.053; for complex 2, a = 30.68(1), b = 13.369(4), c = 14.226(7) Å, β = 99.52(4)°. V = 5754(4) Å3, Z = 4 and R = 0.063. trans -Bis(triphenylphosphine)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II): Synthesis, Properties, and Crystal Structure Dirheniumheptoxide reacts with phthalodinitrile in boiling 1-chloronaphthalene and subsequent reprecipitation of the green raw product from conc. sulfuric acid to yield an oxo-phthalocyaninate of rhenium, which is reduced by molten triphenylphosphine forming dark green trans-bis(triphenylphosphine)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II), trans[Re(PPh3)2pc2–]. The latter crystallizes triclinic in the space group P 1 with the cell parameters as follows: a = 11.512(2) Å, b = 12.795(2) Å, c = 12.858(2) Å, α = 64.42(2)°, β = 79.45(2)°, γ = 72.74(1)°; V = 1628.1(5); Z = 1. Re is in the centre of the (Np)4 plane (Np: N1, N3) and coordinates two triphenylphosphine ligands axially in trans position. The average Re–Np and Re–P distances are 2.007(1) and 2.516(3) Å, respectively. Despite the many extra bands the typical B, Q and N regions of the pc2– ligand are observed at ca. 16500, 28900/32900 and 35300 cm–1. A weak band group at ca. 8900 cm–1 is attributed to a trip-multiplet transition, another one at ca. 14500 cm–1 to a P → Re charge transfer. The vibrational spectra are dominated by internal vibrations of the pc2– ligand. The very weak intensity of the IR bands at 905 and 1327 cm–1 are diagnostic of the presence of ReII.  相似文献

Blue, paramagnetic bis(phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II)) (μeff = 0,88 μB, per Re, at 300 K) is prepared by thermal decomposition of trans-bis(triphenylphosphine)phthalocyaninato(2–)rhenium(II), in boiling triphenylphosphine. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with cell parameters as follows: a = 7.799(3) Å, b = 12.563(7) Å, c = 12.69(1) Å, α = 89.97(5)°, β = 94.14(5)°, γ = 106.39(4)°; Z = 1. Two cofacial phthalocyaninates are bonded together by a Re–Re bond with a Re–Re distance of 2.285(2) Å. The Re atoms are located distinctly outside the centre of the (Niso)4 planes by 0.426(3) Å. The Re–Niso distance varies from 1.99(1) to 2.04(1) Å (average 2.02 Å). The pc2– ligands are in an eclipsed conformation and concavely distorted. In the UV-VIS-NIR spectrum the B region is split into two bands of comparable intensity due to strong excitonic coupling. The Re–Re stretching vibration at 240 cm–1 is selectively enhanced in the resonance Raman spectrum (λexc = 488 nm).  相似文献

The crystal structure of the dichlorobis(1-allyltetrazole-N4)copper(II) complex was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are monoclinic, a=14.233(3), b=6.755(1), c=7.273(1) Å, β=104.63(3)°, Vcell=676.6(2), Å3, space group P21/c, Z=4, dcalc=1.741g/cm3, dmsd=1.69 g/cm3, CAD-4, λMoKα radiation, RF=0.0377 for 520 Fhkl>4σ(Fhkl) and 0.0560 for all 872 independent reflections. The structure is layered; the coordination polyhedron of copper is a square bipyramid, in which the equatorial positions are occupied by two chlorine atoms (Cu?Cl 2.27(2)–2.31(2) Å) and two N4 atoms of planar tetrazole ligands, whereas the axial positions are occupied by two chlorine atoms of the neighboring molecules of the complex (Cu?Cl 2.97(2)–3.01(2) Å). The sublattice of chlorine atoms is disordered in such a way that the [CuCl4/2]∞∞ layer is a superposition of two variants with weights 61(3) and 39(3)% and with similar geometrical characteristics: the equatorial chlorine atoms in variant A are replaced by the axial atoms in variant B and vice versa. The tetrazole ligand has the same position in both variants. In general, the crystal is a polytype with random alternation of A and B type blocks. It is shown that the compound is isostructural to the complex with 1-ethyltetrazole [Cu(ettz)2Cl2], in which only variant B is realized.  相似文献

The coordination compound [ZnCl2(Phtz)2] has been synthesized by the reaction of ZnCl2 with phthalazine (Phtz, L, C8H6N2) in an ethanol solution. Its crystal structure has been determined: crystals are triclinic, space group P 0000000, a = 7.346(1) Å, b = 8.095(1) Å, c = 14.275(1) Å, α = 85.63(1)°, β = 75.75(1)°, γ = 88.43(1)°, V = 820.4(2) Å3, ρcalc = 1.605 g/cm3, Z = 2. The zinc atom is tetrahedrally coordinated to two crystallographically nonequivalent chlorine atoms and two nitrogen atoms of the ligands L (Zn(1)–N(1), 2.036(4) Å; Zn(1)–N(3), 2.043(4) Å; Zn(1)–Cl(1), 2.225(2) Å; Zn(1)–Cl(2), 2.220(2) Å; angles NZnN, 106.1(2)°; ClZnCl, 116.47(7)°). The complexes are combined into a 1D supramolecular structure by nonclassical hydrogen bonds C–H···Cl and π–π-stacking interaction between centrosymmetric pairs of aromatic rings of one of the independent ligands. The compounds [CdI2(Phtz)] and [HgBr2(Phtz)] have also been synthesized, and their luminescent properties have been studied.  相似文献

Reactions of copper(I) halides with triphenyl phosphine in acetonitrile followed by the addition of salicylaldehyde N-ethylthiosemicarbazone {(2-OH–C6H4)(H)C2=N3–N2H–C1(=S)N1HEt, H2stsc-NEt} in chloroform in 1?:?2?:?1 (Cl) or 1?:?1?:?1 (Br, I) molar ratios yield mononuclear, [CuCl(η 1-S-H2stsc-NHEt)(PPh3)2] (1) and sulfur-bridged dinuclear, [Cu2X2(μ-S-H2stsc-NEt)2(PPh3)2] (X?=?Br, 4; I, 5) complexes. Similarly, reaction of silver halides (Cl, Br) with H2stsc-NEt in acetonitrile followed by the addition of PPh3 to the solid that formed (1?:?1?:?2 molar ratio), yielding mononuclear complexes, [AgX(η 1-S-H2stsc-NHEt)(PPh3)2] (Cl, 2; Br, 3). All these complexes are characterized with analytical data, IR, and NMR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The ligand favored η 1-S bonding in 1, 2, and 3, and μ-S bonding in 4 and 5. Cu?···?Cu contacts were 3.063?Å. The complexes form 1-D or 2-D H-bonded networks, entrapping solvent in some cases.  相似文献

The reaction of Ph2PCl and PhPCl2 with bis(trimethylsilyl)sulfur diimide in the presence of GaCl3 and AlCl3 yields diadducts of the corresponding cyclodiphosph(V)azene: [Ph2PN]2·(GaCl3)2 ( 1 ), [Ph2PN]2·(AlCl3)2 ( 2 ), and [Ph(Cl)PN]2·(AlCl3)2 ( 3 ). This reaction is triggered by Lewis acids, which catalyse the (CH3)3Si‐Cl and S8 elimination. The structures of 1· 2 CH2Cl2, 2· 2 CH2Cl2 and 3 were determined by single crystal X‐ray studies ( 1 : triclinic, , a = 9.679(2) Å, b = 9.863(2) Å, c = 11.366(2) Å, α = 113.55(3)°; β = 99.59(3)°; γ = 106.67(3)°; V = 902.8(3) Å3, Z = 1; 2 : triclinic, , a = 9.639(2) Å, b = 9.804(2) Å, c = 11.321(2) Å, α = 113.71(3)°; β = 99.44(3)°; γ = 106.70(3)°; V = 889.3(3) Å3, Z = 1; 3 : orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 14.853(3) Å, b = 9.261(2) Å, c = 16.631(3) Å, V = 2287.7(8) Å3, Z = 4.  相似文献

Blue crystals of Cu2(phen)2(H2O)2(C5H6O4)2 were obtained from a CH3OH–H2O solution containing CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), glutaric acid and Na2CO3. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 10.271(1), b = 10.595(1), c = 15.585(1) Å, β = 107.105(3)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0328, wR2 = 0.1027 for 3376 observed reflections (F ≥ 2σ(F ) out of 3728 unique reflections) is built up of dinuclear Cu2(phen)2(H2O)2(C5H6O4)2 complex molecules centered at inversion centers. The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of one bidentate chelating phen ligand and three oxygen atoms from two bridging glutarate anions and one axial water molecule (d(Cu–N) = 2.018(2), 2.024(2) Å; basal d(Cu–O) = 1.949(2), 1.956(2) Å; axial d(Cu–O) = 2.382(2) Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions extending in a direction, the complex molecules are interlinked into 2 D layers parallel to the ac plane. The resultant 2 D layers are held together by hydrogen bonds between water molecules and uncoordinated carboxyl oxygen atoms.  相似文献
