The tris‐bidentate complex [Ni(C12H8N2)2(CO3)] was synthesized by the reaction of Na2CO3, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen = C12H8N2) and NiSO4 · 6 H2O in the presence of succinic acid in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The compound crystallizes as heptahydrate. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 9.897(1), b = 26.384(2), c = 10.582(1) Å, β = 105.87(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0505, wR2 = 0.1029 for 3166 observed reflections (F ≥ 2σ(F ) out of 6100 unique reflections) consists of hydrogen bonded water molecules and [Ni(phen)2(CO3)] complex molecules. The Ni atoms are sixfold octahedrally coordinated by the four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and by two O atoms of the bidentate chelating carbonate group with d(Ni–N) = 2.092–2.100 Å, d(Ni–O) = 2.051, 2.079 Å. The complex molecules are stacked into 2D corrugated layers parallel to (010) via two types of intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions. One occurs between two quinoline rings of neighboring phen ligands at the distance of 3.63 Å in [010] direction and the other results from 1D π‐π stacking interactions through partially covered phen rings at alternative distances of 3.26 Å and 3.33 Å in [001] direction. The water molecules are sandwiched between 2D layers.  相似文献

Two azelaate anions bridge two common Cu atoms via the terminal O atoms (d(C–O) = 1.29(2) Å; d(C–C) = 1.550(4)–1.583(4) Å). Phen ligands of adjacent complexes cover each other at distances of about 3.62 Å, indicating π‐π stacking interaction, by which the complexes are linked to 1 D bands.  相似文献

Syntheses of the sky blue complex compounds [Ni(H2O)3(phen)(C5H6O4)] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)] ( 2 ) were carried out by the reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, glutaric acid, NiSO4 · 6 H2O and Na2CO3 in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 6.9 and 7.5, respectively. The crystal structure of 1 (P 1 (no. 2), a = 14.289 Å, b = 15.182 Å, c = 15.913 Å, α = 67.108°, β = 87.27°, γ = 68.216°, V = 2934.2 Å3, Z = 2) consists of hydrogen bonded [Ni(H2O)3‐ (phen)(C5H6O4)]2 dimers and H2O molecules. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three water O atoms and one carboxyl O atom from one monodentate glutarato ligand (d(Ni–N) = 2.086, 2.090 Å; d(Ni–O) = 2.064–2.079 Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the dimers are assembled to form 2 D layers parallel to (0 1 1). The crystal structure of 2 (P21/n (no. 14), a = 7.574 Å, b = 11.938 Å, c = 18.817 Å, β = 98.48°, V = 1682.8 Å3, Z = 4) contains [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)2/2] supramolecular chains extending along [010]. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, two water O atoms and two carboxyl O atoms from different bis‐monodentate glutarato ligands with d(Ni–N) = 2.082, 2.105 Å and d(Ni–O) = 2.059–2.087 Å. The supramolecular chains are assembled into a 3 D network by π‐π stacking interactions and interchain hydrogen bonds. A TG/DTA of 2 shows two endothermic effects at 132 °C and 390 °C corresponding to the complete dehydration and the lost of phen.  相似文献

Abstract

The new 1,2-dithiolene, 1,4-butanediyldithioethylene-1,2-dithiolate, has been isolated. In addition, new monoanionic bis-complexes with nickel and copper have been prepared and isolated. The formal Ni(III) complex crystallizes in the orthorombic space group, Pbca, with a = 9.762(9), b = 12.53(2), and c = 23.166(3) Å, with 4 molecules in the unit cell. The structure was refined to an R = 9.01% (Rw = 8.95%). The formal Cu(III) complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, C2/c, with a = 25.567(6), b = 8.011(3), c = 14.504(3) Å, and β = 106.17(2)° with 4 molecules in the unit cell. The structure refined to R = 4.2% with R w = 4.3%. Comparisons to similar 1,2-dithiolenes suggest this ligand produces only modest structural and electronic differences when compared to the 1,3-propanediyldithioethylene-1,2-dithiolate complexes. The oxidation (to a neutral complex) and reduction (to a dianion) for the Ni(III) and Cu(III) complexes show large differences from those of maleonitriledithiolate. Other physical data are presented as well.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystal and molecular structure of [Cu(p-NO2C6 H5CH2CONHCH2CO2)2 (H2O)2] has been determined by single-crystal, x-ray diffraction techniques. The compound is centrosymmetric crystallizing in a monoclinic unit cell (P21/c) with two molecules per unit cell. The cell dimensions are: a = 11.588(1)A, b = 11.405(1)A, c = 8.041(1)Å and β = 93.47 · (1). The structure was solved by Patterson methods and refined to a value of R = 0.063. The coordination about the copper assumes an unexpected square planar geometry in which two phenaceturic moieties are each coordinated through the carboxylic oxygen (Cu—O = 1.933A) and the two waters complete the coordination (Cu—Ow = 1.959Å). The overall conformation of the phenaceturic acid is retained although there is a rotation of 180° about the peptide C—N bond.  相似文献

The Reaction of freshly precipitated NiCO3 with phenanthroline and suberic acid in CH3OH/H2O at room temperature gave the title complex consisting of polymeric {Ni[Ni(phen)(H2O)4]2L4/2}2+ cationic chains, suberate anions and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The cationic chains are generated from bis‐monodentate suberato ligands bridging the trinuclear {Ni[Ni(phen)(H2O)4]2}6+ groups, in which the central Ni atom is, via two μ‐H2O molecules, coordinated to two monodentate cationic [Ni(phen)(H2O)4]2+ complex ligands at trans positions. The NiO6 octahedral coordination about the central Ni atom is elongated tetragonally distorted with d(Ni—O) = 2.033—2.166Å and the NiN2O4 octahedra about the side Ni atoms are significantly distorted with d(Ni—N) = 2.089, 2.099Å, d(Ni—O) = 2.046—2.117Å. The polymeric cationic chains are assembled via π—π stacking interactions into open 2D layers, between which the suberate anions and crystal H2O molecules are sandwiched. Crystal data: triclinic, P1¯ (no. 2), a = 11.397(2)Å, b = 11.975(2)Å, c = 12.500(2)Å, α = 107.75(1)°, β = 104.50(1)°, γ = 109.68(1)°, Z = 1, R = 0.0521, wR2 = 0.1249 for 3892 out of 6198 reflections with Fo2 > 2σ(Fo2).  相似文献

A new dipicolinate complex of Ru(II), cis-[Ru(phen)2dipic]?·?9.5H2O (1), where dipic is dipicolinate or pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate and phen is 1,10-phenanthroline, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic (IR, UV-Vis), cyclic voltammetry, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. ORTEP drawing of cis-[Ru(phen)2dipic]?·?9.5H2O shows that the coordination geometry around Ru(II) is a distorted octahedron. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, with space group P 1, a?=?10.4633(2)?Å, b?=?13.6332(4)?Å, c?=?13.6637(4)?Å, α?=?67.516(3)°, β?=?69.757(2)°, γ?=?77.201(2)°, V?=?1680.74(8)?Å3, Z?=?2, and R int?=?0.0311. In 1, two phen are bidentate N,N′ ligands. The Ru(II) in 1 is bonded to dipicolinate through pyridine nitrogen and one oxygen of carboxylate groups, thus pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate is a bidentate N,O ligand. Efficient and selective oxidation of alcohols with NaIO4 as oxidant was conducted by this complex catalyst in CH3OH/H2O as solvents under air at room temperature.  相似文献

Blue crystals of Cu2(phen)2(H2O)2(C5H6O4)2 were obtained from a CH3OH–H2O solution containing CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), glutaric acid and Na2CO3. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/c (no. 14), a = 10.271(1), b = 10.595(1), c = 15.585(1) Å, β = 107.105(3)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0328, wR2 = 0.1027 for 3376 observed reflections (F ≥ 2σ(F ) out of 3728 unique reflections) is built up of dinuclear Cu2(phen)2(H2O)2(C5H6O4)2 complex molecules centered at inversion centers. The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of one bidentate chelating phen ligand and three oxygen atoms from two bridging glutarate anions and one axial water molecule (d(Cu–N) = 2.018(2), 2.024(2) Å; basal d(Cu–O) = 1.949(2), 1.956(2) Å; axial d(Cu–O) = 2.382(2) Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions extending in a direction, the complex molecules are interlinked into 2 D layers parallel to the ac plane. The resultant 2 D layers are held together by hydrogen bonds between water molecules and uncoordinated carboxyl oxygen atoms.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystal structure of the title complex 2[R2NCS2]2 · Zn(4,4′-bipy) (R = Piperidyl), 1, revealed that it consists of dimers made up from two crystallographically independent molecules. Each zinc atom in 1 forms a 5-coordinate pseudo-square-based pyramidal arrangement (with four Zn-S and one Zn-N interactions). Bondlengths to Zn with the coordinating atoms are comparable to those in other Zn(II) dithiocarbamate complexes. The piperidine ring has a chair conformation. To allow improved packing, the title complex molecules form an approximately linear arrangement extending along both a and b. TGA showed that 1 is decomposed in two close steps to produce ZnS as identified by residual weight. The complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with cell parameters: a = 22.021(5), b = 22.215(3), c = 17.537(2) Å, β = 93.49(2)°, V = 8563(3) Å3 and Z = 8. The structure was refined by full-matrix least-squares methods to R = 0.067, Rw = 0.114.  相似文献

A ternary copper(II) complex, [Cu(phen)(L-Gly)(H2O)] ·?NO3 ·?1.5H2O (phen =?1,10-phenanthroline, L-Gly =?L-glycine), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The complex crystallized in a monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a =?20.572(3) Å, b =?6.9987(10) Å, c =?23.561(3) Å, β?= 98.776(5)°. The five-coordinate copper(II) center is a distorted square pyramid. Absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and viscosity measurements showed interaction between the copper complex and DNA through an intercalative mode. The complex exhibited efficient DNA cleavage activity at micromolar concentration in the presence of ascorbate with hydroxyl radicals as the active species.  相似文献

The 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II) orotates were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, spectral methods (UV-vis and FTIR) and thermal analysis techniques (TG, DTG and DTA). The Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Cd(II) ions in diaquabis(1,10-phenanthroline)metal(II) diorotate octahedral complexes [M(H2O)2(phen)2](H2Or)2·nH2O (M=Co(II), n=2.25; Ni(II), n=3; Cu(II) and Cd(II), n=2) are coordinated by two aqua ligands and two moles of phen molecules as chelating ligands through their two nitrogen atoms. The monoanionic orotate behaves as a counter ion in the complexes. On the basis of the first DTGmax, the thermal stability of the hydrated complexes follows the order: Cd(II), 68°C 68°C  相似文献

The complex [Cu(phen)2(POAc)3]ClO·4H2O has been synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, IR spec-troscopy and X-ray diffraction methods, where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, POAc = phenylacetate group). The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group PI with two molecules in a unit cell of dimensions a = 1.0579(2) nm, b = 1.2423(3) nm, c = 1.9190(4) nm, α = 71.84(1)°, β = 80.50(2)°, γ = 88.60(1)°, V = 2.3625(9) nm3, R = 0.0407 and Rw = 0.0656. The complex results from bridging of two Cu(phen)2 units by three carboxylate groups, and each Cu2 ion is in a distorted square pyramidal geometry with two nitrogen atoms of phen and three carboxylate oxygen atoms of POAc. It has been showed that intramolecular stacking interactions occur between the phenyl moieties of POAc and aromatic rings of phen, leading to a novel molecule structure with two coordinating modes of carboxylate ligands, of which two phenylacetates are μ2-carboxylate-O-bridging ligands, and the other is a μ2-carboxylate-  相似文献

We report the structure and magnetism of a cobalt(II) compound with glycine acid, Co(C2H4NO2)2 · H2O (1). It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) with a = 5.2301(10) Å, b = 10.837(2) Å, c = 13.542(3) Å, R 1 = 0.0448, wR 2 = 0.1151. In 1, Co(II) has a slightly distorted square-pyramidal geometry defined by two O atoms and two N atoms from two glycine ligands, and by one O atom from an aqua ligand in the apical position. The molecules form a three-dimensional supramolecular network through O–H ··· O and N–H ··· O hydrogen bonds.
