The title complex Eu(III)(TTA)3(phen) (where TTA = thenoyltrifluoroacetone monoanion; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized in mixed solvents of acetone and ethanol (1:1 volume ratio) and its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The complex crystals are triclinic, space group P 1 (# 2) with cell dimensions of a = 1.32.41 (2) nm, b = 1.5278(4) nm, c = 0.9755(3) nm, α = 92.49 (2)°, β = 102.57(2)°, γ = 91.62(2)°, V = 1.9268(8) nm3, Z = 2, μ (Mo Ka)= 18.77 cm?1, Dx=1.720 g/cm3. The coordination geometry of Eu atom is a distorted square antiprism, and the encapsulated structure that can meet the structural requirement of the typical europium luminescent sensor. The fluorescence spectrum suggests that the complex is a strong photoluminescent material.  相似文献

A quaternary binuclear europium complex [Eu2(phth)2(Hphth)2(phen)2(H2O)4] (H2phth?=?phthalic acid, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized. The structure was determined by X-ray crystallography which reveals that it is binuclear with each europium nine-coordinate. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the complex units to form a 3D supermolecular network. Its properties have been studied by means of luminescence spectrum and thermal analysis. Fluorescence spectra show that the complex exhibits strong red emission.  相似文献

The reaction between [RuNO(NH3)2(NO2)2OH] and an excess of 3 M HCl leads to denitration of the starting complex and precipitation of [Ru(NO)(NH3)2Cl3]. Crystals of the tittle complex have been obtained by evaporation of the mother liquor at ambient temperature. The crystal structure of the product has been determined. The linear nitroso group and a water molecule are coordinated in the trans positions, three nitrogen atoms from NO and NH3 ligands occupy the coordination octahedron face.  相似文献

Three ligands, 2-(3-(carboxymethyl)-1,10-phenanthroline-[5,6-d]imidazole-1-yl)acetate (CPIA), 2-(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-4-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline (BIP), and 2-(9H-carbazol-3-yl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline (CIP), and their complexes, [Co(phen)2(CPIA)]3+ (1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), [Co(phen)2(BIP)]3+ (2), and [Co(phen)2(CIP)]3+ (3), have been synthesized and characterized. Binding of the three complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) has been investigated by spectroscopic methods, cyclic voltammetry, and viscosity measurements. The three complexes bind to DNA through an intercalative mode, and the size and shape of the intercalative ligands have significant effects on the binding affinity of complexes to CT-DNA.  相似文献

Copper (II) complexes [Cu(dmit)(phen)]2 (1) and [Cu(mnt)(phen)] n (2) (mnt2??=?maleonitriledithiolate, dmit2??=?1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) have been prepared by ligand-exchange between phen and [N(Bu)4]2[Cu(dmit)2] or [N(Bu)4]2[Cu(mnt)2]. Both complexes have been characterized by spectroscopic, electrochemical, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. In complex 1, dimers are extended into a two-dimensional array by weak S5–Cu contacts. In complex 2, monomers are extended into chains in a head-to-tail arrangement by weak Cu–S coordination bonds and ππ stacking interactions.  相似文献

A lead(II) complex with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) containing two different anions has been synthesized using a direct synthetic method and characterized by IR and CHN elemental analysis. The structure of [Pb(phen)(2OCCH3)(NCS)]2 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The single crystal X-ray data of this compound shows the complex to be dimeric as a result of acetate ligand bridging. The Pb atom has an unsymmetrical six-coordinate geometry, being coordinated by three nitrogen atoms of 1,10-phenanhroline and the thiocyanate ligand and three oxygen atoms of the acetate ligand. The arrangement of the 1,10-phenanhroline, acetate and thiocyanate ligands exhibits a coordination gap around the Pb(II) ion, occupied possibly by a stereoactive lone pair of electrons on lead(II), with the coordination around lead atoms being hemidirected. There is a π–π stacking interaction between the parallel aromatic rings that may help to increase the ‘gap’ in the coordination geometry around the Pb(II) ion.  相似文献

Two new lanthanum sulfates DySO4(OH) 1 and Eu2(SO4)3(H2O)82 have been hydrothermally synthesized. The colorless crystals were characterized by IR, TGA, ICP and XRD. The structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes with monoclinic symmetry, space group P2(1)/n [a=7.995(4) Å, b=10.945(5) Å, c=8.164(4) Å, α=90°, β=93.619(6)°, γ=90°, V=713.0(5) Å3, Z=8]. It displays a three-dimensional framework, based on the novel Dy-O chains connected by the sulfate groups through helical chains. 2 crystallizes with monoclinic symmetry, space group C2/c, [a=13.5605(17) Å, b=6.7676(8) Å, c=18.318(2) Å, α=90°, β=102.265(2)°, γ=90°, V=1642.7 (4) Å3, Z=4]. Its layered framework is attained by the europium atoms connected by the sulfate groups arranged in a helical manner.  相似文献

A lanthanide complex [Nd(tcph)(Htcph)(H2O)5] (1) (H2tcph?=?tetrachlorophthalic acid) has been characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra. In the title complex, Nd3+ is coordinated by two tetrachlorophthalic acid ligands in a bidentate chelated pattern. A new lanthanide complex K[Gd(ox)(SO4)(H2O)] (1) with sulfate and oxalate ligands has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 6.5849(1) Å, b = 8.5660(1) Å, c = 14.7660(2) Å, β = 112.470(1)°, C2H2GdKO9S, M = 398.46, Z = 4, V = 769.66(2) Å3, F(000) = 740, R 1 = 0.0199 and ωR = 0.0514. The solid-state DC magnetic susceptibility measurements of 1 revealed antiferromagnetic behavior with an S = 7/2 ground spin state.  相似文献

Three bismuth(Ⅲ) complexes Bi(1,10-phen)[S2CN(CH3)2]2(NO3) (1), {Bi(S2COCH3)[S2CNC6Hs(CH3)]2}2 (2) and [Bi(S2CNBu2)2(CH3OH)(NO3)]∞ (3) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. Their crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Studies show that complex 1 has a monomeric structure with the central bismuth atom eight-coordinated in a capped distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The complex 2 takes centrosymmetric dimeric structure and the bismuth atoms are seven-coordinated in distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry.In complex 3, the bismuth atoms are seven-coordinated in distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry by bridging nitrate O atoms and the resulting structure is onedimensional infinite chain polymer.  相似文献

The mononuclear manganese(III) complex of formula [Mn(saloph)(N3)(CH3OH)] [saloph=N,N′-o-phenylenebis(salicylidenaminato)] has been synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The compound has a 1D hydrogen-bonded extended structure. Both the FT-IR spectrum and the electrospray ionization mass spectrum (ESI-MS) of the title compound have been recorded. The thermogravimetric analysis has also been carried out. Magnetic calculations showed the presence of antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the manganese(III) ions through hydrogen bonds with J=−4.0 cm−1.  相似文献

标题配合物晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数a=10792(2)nm,b=11896(2)nm,c=12446nm,α=10512(3)°,β=9376(3)°,γ=11319(3)°,V=1392(1)nm-3,Z=2,Dx=1659g·cm-3。配合物晶体由双核分子组成,两个中心Eu3+通过羧基桥联,它们的化学环境相同。Eu3+的配位数为8,其配位多面体为一畸变的四方反棱柱体。在77K配合物的荧光光谱说明配合物中仅存在一种Eu3+格位。  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Zn2(C2O4)2(C3N2H4)2] n (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized with ZnCl2·2H2O, oxalic acid and imidazole. The compound has a 2D network, consisting of infinite zinc(II) oxalate chains connected to each other by three-coordinate oxygen atoms. Within the chains, the zinc atoms are each octahedrally coordinated by one nitrogen atom from imidazole and five oxygen atoms from oxalate groups. Furthermore, there are two coordination modes of oxalate to zinc ions: chelate bis-bidentate and chelate/bridging bis-bidentate in compound 1, and the latter is rare among related compounds.
