Five new silver(I) complexes [Ag2(L2)2](BF4)2·CH3CN·CH3OH (1), [Ag(L2)(CF3SO3)] (2), [Ag(L3)]ClO4·CH3OH (3), [Ag2(L3)2](CF3SO3)2·CH3CN·CH3OH·H2O (4) and [Ag(L3)]PF6·2CH3CN (5) [L2=1,3,5-tris(2-pyridylmethoxyl)benzene, L3=1,3,5-tris(3-pyridylmethoxyl)benzene] were synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. In complexes 1-5, ligands L2 and L3 show different conformations and act as three-connectors, while the Ag(I) atom serves as three-connecting node to result in the formation of 2D and 3D frameworks. Complexes 1 and 2 with different counteranions have similar 2D network structure with the same (4,82) topology. Complex 3 has a 3D structure with (10,3)-a topology while complexes 4 and 5 have the same 2D (6,3) topological structure. The results showed that the structure of organic ligands and counteranions play subtle but important role in determining the structure of the complexes. In addition, the photoluminescence and anion-exchange properties of the complexes were investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Condensation of (R)-2,2′-diamino-1,1′-binaphthyl or (R)-6,6′-dimethylbiphenyl-2,2′-diamine with 2 equiv of 2-pyridine carboxaldehyde in toluene in the presence of molecular sieves at 70 °C gives (R)-N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diimine (1), and (R)-N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-6,6′-dimethylbiphenyl-2,2′-diimine (3), respectively, in good yields. Reduction of 1 with an excess of NaBH4 in a solvent mixture of MeOH and toluene (1:1) at 50 °C gives (R)-N,N′-bis(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine (2) in 95% yield. Rigidity plays an important role in the formation of helicate silver(I) complexes. Treatment of 1, or 3 with 1 equiv of AgNO3 in mixed solvents of MeOH and CH2Cl2 (1:4) gives the chiral, dinuclear double helicate Ag(I) complexes [Ag2(1)2][NO3]2 (4) and [Ag2(3)2][NO3]2 · 2H2O (6), respectively, in good yields. While under the similar reaction conditions, reaction of 2 with 1 equiv of AgNO3 affords the chiral, mononuclear single helicate Ag(I) complex [Ag(2)][NO3] (5) in 90% yield. [Ag2(1)2][NO3]2 (4) can further react with excess AgNO3 to give [Ag2(1)2]3[NO3]2[Ag(CH3OH)(NO3)3]2 · 2CH3OH (7) in 75% yield. All compounds have been fully characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Compounds 1 and 5-7 have been further subjected to single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of CuCN, K3[Fe(CN)6] with 2,2′-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline or 2,6-bis(1,2,4-triazolyl)pyridine (btp) afford three coordination polymers, [Cu7(CN)7(bipy)2] n (1), [Cu2(CN)2(phen)] n (2) and [Cu3(CN)3(btp)] n (3). Complex 1 displays 1D polymeric ribbons which are assembled through Cu ··· Cu and π–π stacking interactions into a 3D framework. Complex 2 shows a 1D zigzag chain structure in which phen is a side ligand. In 3, the copper cyanide 2D polymeric networks are connected by tridentate btp to form a 3D metal-organic framework. These coordination polymers exhibit strong fluorescent emissions in the solid state.  相似文献

Two pyrazole-based polydentate ligands, 1,3-bis(5-methyl-3-phenylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hmppzpo) and 1,3-bis(5-methyl-3-p-isopropylphenylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hmcpzpo), have been synthesized. A third ligand, 1,3-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-propan-2-ol (Hdmpzpo), has been synthetically modified. Seven new M(II) coordination compounds of general formula M2L2X2 (M?=?Zn, Ni; X?=?NO3 or ClO4; L?=?dmpzpo, mppzpo or mcpzpo) or MLX (M?=?Pd; L?=?dmpzpo; X?=?Cl) were synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR analysis. The crystal structures of [Zn2(μ-dmpzpo-O,N,N′)2(NO3)2]?·?2H2O (1?·?2H2O), [Ni2(μ-dmpzpo-O,N,N′)2(CH3CN)2](ClO4)2 (2) and Pd(μ-dmpzpo-N,N′)Cl2 (4) were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The crystal structures show that complexes 1?·?2H2O and 2 are center-symmetric dinuclear compounds, with two metal ions bridged by two alkoxo groups and each metal ion with a distorted square-pyramidal environment. The palladium complex, 4, displayed square-planar coordination geometry around the Pd(II) ion with trans arrangement.  相似文献

A novel 3D Ag(I)-MOFs, [Ag2(H3ddcba)(dpp)2] (1), which features pcu (412·63) topology were successfully synthesized. Complex 1 exhibits predominant catalytic activity towards the degradation of o-nitrophenol (2-NP), m-nitrophenol (3-NP) and p-nitrophenol (4-NP) in aqueous solution.  相似文献

Three disulfoxide uranyl complexes [UO2(DBSOB)(NO3)2] n (1), [UO2(DBM)2]2(DBSOB) (2), and [UO2(PMBP)2]2(DBSOB) (3) (DBSOB = 1,4-di(butylsulfinyl)butane, HDBM = dibenzoylmethane, HPMBP = 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone) were synthesized and characterized. The [UO2(NO3)2] groups are connected by bridging disulfoxide ligands DBSOB to form a 1-D zigzag chain in 1. Two [UO2(DBM)2] or [UO2(PMBP)2] groups are connected by a bridging DBSOB to form the dimeric structures of 2 or 3, respectively. Complexes 1, 2, and 3 are the first structurally characterized disulfoxide–actinide compounds. Thermal stabilities of 1, 2, and 3 were investigated.  相似文献

Three new complexes, [Ni2(dpc)2(L1)2(H2O)2]?·?4H2O (1), [Ni(dpc)(L2)1.5] n (2), and {[Ni(dpc)(L3)1.5]?·?2H2O} n (3), where H2dpc?=?dipicolinic acid, L1?=?1,4-bis(2-methylimidazol-1-yl)butane, L2?=?4,4′-bis(2-methylimidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl, and L3?=?1,4-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)-2-butylene, have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectra, thermogravimetric analysis, and X-ray crystallography. The common structural characteristic of the three complexes is that the Ni2+ is coordinated by tridentate dipicolinate through nitrogen of pyridine and oxygen of carboxylate, serving as a terminal ligand. In 1, two L1 link two [Ni(dpc)(H2O)] units to a discrete binuclear metallomacrocycle with a 22-membered ring, which is assembled through multiple O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds to form a 3-D supramolecular framework. Complex 2 exhibits a 1-D ladder-like chain structure constructed by cis/trans-conformation L2 linking metal centers; 3 displays a 2-D (6,3) topology, being constructed from the linking of [Ni(pdc)] by L3. These results indicate the merits of flexible bis(imidazole) ligands as building blocks with dipicolinate for the construction of complexes with diverse structural motifs.  相似文献

Eight new antimony (III) complexes containing dithiocarbamate ligands (R2NCS2)2SbBr [R2NCS2 = OC4H8NCS2 (1), C2H5NC4H8NCS2 (2), Me2NCS2 (3), C4H8NCS2 (4)] and (R2NCS2)3Sb[R2NCS2 = C5H10NCS2 (5), Bz2NCS2 (6), Et2NCS2 (7), (HOCH2CH2)2NCS2 (8)] have been synthesized by the reactions of antimony (III) halides with dithiocarbamate ligands in 1:2 or 1:3 stoichiometries. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, melting point as well as spectral [IR and NMR (1H and 13C)] studies. The crystal structures of complexes 1, 5 and 8 have been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction, and their electrochemical character has also been studied.  相似文献

Two 1-D and 3-D Ag(I) complexes involving 2-(pyridin-4-yl)-1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3PIDC) have been characterized by infrared spectrum, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. [Ag2(HPIDC)]n (1), synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, gave a 3-D framework; [Ag2(HPIDC)(MBI)]n (2) (MBI?=?2-methyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazole), with MBI as the second ligand, gave a 1-D zigzag chain and further formed a 3-D supramolecular structure through π···π interactions. The most interesting structural features of these complexes are the presence of C–H···Ag hydrogen bonding interactions and Ag···C weak interactions between the Ag centers and H3PIDC. Luminescence indicates that 2 has significantly stronger fluorescent emissions than 1 in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Rhenium(I) tricarbonyl complexes with bispyridine ligands bearing sulfur-rich pendant, Re(CO)3(Medpydt)X (Medpydt = dimethyl 2-(di(2-pyridyl)methylene)-1,3-dithiole-4,5-dicarboxylate; X = Cl, 1; X = Br, 2) and Re(CO)3(MebpyTTF)X (MebpyTTF = 4,5-bis(methyloxycabonyl)-4′,5′-(4′-methyl-2,2′-dipyrid-4-ylethylenedithio)-tetrathiafulvalene; X = Cl, 5; X = Br, 6), were prepared from the reactions between Re(CO)5X (X = Cl, Br) and Medpydt or MebpyTTF, respectively. Hydrolysis of the above complexes afforded the analogues with carboxylate derivatives, Re(CO)3(H2dpydt)X (X = Cl, 3; X = Br, 4) and Re(CO)3(H2bpyTTF)X (X = Cl, 7; X = Br, 8). The crystal structures for complexes 1 · 2H2O, 5 and 6 were determined using X-ray single crystal diffraction. UV-Vis absorption spectra of the rhenium complexes show the intraligand and MLCT transitions. Electrochemical behaviors of all new compounds were studied with cyclic voltammetry. Upon irradiation, complexes 3-6 exhibit blue to red emissions in fluid solutions at the room temperature. The performance of complexes 3, 4, 7 and 8 as photosensitizers for anatase TiO2 solar cells was preliminarily investigated as well.  相似文献

New Cu(I) and Ag(I) complexes were prepared by reaction of [M(NCCH3)4][X] (M = Cu or Ag; X = BF4 or PF6) with the bidentate chalcogenide ligands Ph2P(E)NHP(E)Ph2 (E = S, S2dppa; E = Se, Se2dppa), and dpspf (1,1′-bis(diphenylselenophosphoryl)ferrocene). Copper and silver behaved differently. While three molecules of either S2dppa and Se2dppa bind to a distorted tetrahedral Cu4 cluster, with deprotonation of the ligand, 1:2 complexes of the neutral ligands are formed with Ag(I), with a tetrahedral coordination of the metal. The [Cu4{Ph2P(Se)NP(Se)Ph2}3]+ clusters assemble as dimers, held together by weak Se?Se distances interactions. Another dimer was observed for the [Ag(dpspf)]+ cation, with two short Ag?Se distances. DFT and MP2 calculations indicated the presence of attracting interactions, reflected in positive Mayer indices (MI). The electrochemistry study of this species showed that both oxidation and reduction took place at silver.  相似文献

Three supramolecular coordination polymers (SCPs) [(AgSCN)2L] {L = 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) (1), trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (tbpe) (2) and phenazine (phenz) (3)} have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Synthesis was affected in H2O/acetonitrile/NH3 media at room temperature. The bpy, tbpe and phenz bipodal ligands adopt different conformations which would affect the skeleton of the (AgSCN)n building blocks that allow the interconnection of the (AgSCN)n fragments and propagation of the network structure in three dimensions. Supramolecular interactions such as hydrogen-bonding, argentophilic interaction and π–π stacking play an important role in the assembly of these coordination polymers.  相似文献

The synthesis, spectral (FT-IR and NMR), and structural studies of 1,1′-methylene linked 3,3′-2-cyanobenzyl bis-imidazolium salt (L1) and respective dinuclear Ag(I)-NHC complex (C1) are reported. The structures of both compounds were established through single-crystal X-ray diffraction. C1 has a short Ag–Ag separation of 3.16?Å. Both L1 and C1 were tested for potential against leukemia (k562) cell line. For comparison, para-xylyl linked bis-benzimidazolium salts (L2L4) and their dinuclear Ag(I)-NHC complexes (C2C4) were synthesized and tested against the same cell line (K562). The IC50 values proved that L2L4 and C2C4 are many fold more active than L1 and C1. The mechanism of action and structure activity relationship are discussed. In vivo oral acute toxicity study (sighting study) was carried out which depicts that 2000 mg/kg dose of selected compounds is an appropriate and safe dose for conducting main study on animals.  相似文献

Two Ag(I) complexes, [Ag2(bobb)2]⋅(NO3)2 ( 1 ) and [Ag2(crotonate)2(aobb)]n ( 2 ) (bobb =1,3‐bis(1‐benzylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐oxapropane; aobb =1,3‐bis(1‐allylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐oxopropane), have been synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis, electrical conductivities, infrared and UV–visible spectral measurements and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complex 1 is binuclear and three‐coordinated by two N atoms from two bobb ligands, while complex 2 is a unique metal organic compound with diamond‐like multinuclear Ag centers with each Ag bridged by two aobb ligands and two crotonate ions to form one‐dimensional single polymer chain structures and extended into two‐dimensional frameworks through π–π and intermolecular C─H⋅⋅⋅O hydrogen bonds. The adjacent Ag(I) centers are bridged by allyl from aobb which is not only a σ‐bonding ligand, but also a π‐acid ligand. The DNA binding modes of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated using electronic absorption titration, fluorescence spectra and viscosity measurements. The results suggest that the two complexes bind to DNA via an intercalative mode, and their binding affinity for DNA follows the order 2  >  1 . This is due to the chelating effects which can enhance the planar functionality of the metal complexes.  相似文献

Two new dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes, [MoO2L1(CH3OH)] (1) and [MoO2L2(H2O)] (2), where L1 and L2 are dianionic form of N′-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene)-4methoxybenzohydrazide and N′-(2-hydroxy-3methoxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide, respectively, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray determination. The complexes are mononuclear molybdenum(VI) compounds. Mo in each complex is octahedral. The difference in the substituent groups in the benzohydrazides leads to coordination of different solvent molecules. Crystals of the complexes are stabilized by hydrogen bonds. The complexes are effective catalysts for sulfoxidation.  相似文献

Tris(4-imidazolyl)carbinol, which has close coordination environment to the active site of metalloenzymes, has not been utilized as a biomimetic ligand because of its instability. We have synthesized stable tris(4-imidazolyl)carbinol derivatives having a methyl group as the NH protective group and a bulky substituent on the imidazole ring for stabilizing reactive species bound to the metal center. These ligands provide stable monomeric copper(I) complexes whose coordination environment are very close to the active site of metalloenzymes.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers {[Ni(bte)2(NCO)2](H2O)} n (1), {[Ni(bte)2(N3)2](H2O)} n (2) and {[Ag(bte)2](NO3)} n (3) (bte?=?1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethane) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR and thermogravimetric analysis. The coordination geometry of the Ni(II) atom is distorted octahedral, coordinated equatorially by four nitrogen atoms from four triazole rings of four symmetry-related bte ligands, and axially by two nitrogen atoms from two isocyanate anions in 1 and azide anions in 2, respectively. The structures of 1 and 2 are both polymeric, with 18-membered spiro-fused rings and each 18-membered ring involving two inversion-related bte molecules. The coordination geometry of the Ag(I) atom in 3 is distorted tetrahedral, formed by four nitrogen atoms from four triazole rings of four symmetry-related bte ligands. Each bte ligand links two Ag(I) atoms and forms a two-dimensional undulated (4,4) network in 3.  相似文献

A series of neutral octahedral nickel(II) complexes of 1,3-bis(2-pyridylmethylthio)propane (L) and pseudohalide (X), formulated as [NiII(L)X2] (where X?=?azide (1), cyanate (2), and isothiocyanate (3)), was synthesized. The complexes were characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods, and 1 and 3 also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The structural study shows nickel in a distorted octahedral geometry comprised of the tetradentate NSSN ligand with trans pyridines and monocoordinated pseudohalides in cis positions. In dimethylformamide solution, the complexes had quasi-reversible NiII/NiIII redox couples in cyclic voltammograms with E 1/2 values of +0.732, +0.747, and +0.815?V for 1, 2, and 3, respectively. To examine the biological activities of these complexes, interaction of 3 with calf thymus DNA was studied spectroscopically, showing groove-binding interaction.  相似文献
