The title compound, [Cu(C6H2Br3O)2(NH3)2], a monomeric centrosymmetric CuII complex, crystallizes in the monoclinic system. The CuO2N2 coordination sphere is trans planar, [Cu—O 1.943 (5) Å and Cu—N 1.977 (6) Å], with the fifth and sixth coordination sites occupied by Br atoms from the phenoxide ions [Cu—Br 3.129 (1) Å], resulting in an elongated distorted octahedral structure for the CuO2N2Br2 coordination. Each of the NH3 groups forms two hydrogen bonds with the Br and O atoms of the CuO2N2Br2 moiety of a neighbouring molecule. This arrangement constitutes a one‐dimensional chain along the x axis of the unit cell.  相似文献

Brown crystals of [NMe4]4[(Se4Br10)2(Se2Br2)2] ( 1 ) were obtained from the reaction of selenium and bromine in acetonitrile in the presence of tetramethylammonium bromide. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by X‐ray diffraction and refined to R = 0.0297 for 8401 reflections. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c with Z = 4 and a = 12.646(3) Å, b = 16.499(3) Å, c = 16.844(3) Å, β = 101.70(3)° (123 K). In the solid‐state structure, the anion of 1 is built up of two [Se4Br10]2– ions. Each shows a triangular arrangement of three planar SeBr4 units sharing a common edge through two μ3‐bridging bromine atoms, and one SeBr2 molecule, which is linked to the SeII atoms of two SeBr4 units; between the Se4Br102– ions a dimerized Se2Br2 molecule (Se4Br4) is situated and one SeI atom of each Se2Br2 molecule has two weak contacts [3.3514(14) Å and 3.3952(11) Å] to two bromine atoms of one SeBr4 unit. Four SeI atoms of a dimerized Se2Br2 molecule are in a almost regular planar tetraangular arrangement. Contacts between the SeII atom of the SeBr2 molecule and the SeII atoms of two SeBr4 units are 3.035(1) Å and 3.115(1) Å, and can be interpreted as donor‐acceptor type bonds with the SeII atoms of SeBr4 units as donors and the SeBr2 molecule as acceptor. The terminal SeII–Br and μ3‐Br–SeII bond lengths are in the ranges 2.3376(10) to 2.4384(8) Å and 2.8036(9) to 3.3183(13) Å, respectively. The bond lengths in the dimerized Se2Br2 molecule are: SeI–SeI = 2.2945(8) Å and 3.1398(12), SeI–Br = 2.3659(11) and 2.3689(10) Å.  相似文献

Two novel dicyanamide complexes [Co(dmf)2(NCNCN)2] ( 1 ) and [Cu(bipy)(NCNCN)]ClO4 ( 2 ) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2 with a = 13.568(6)Å, b = 7.403(3)Å, c = 8.118(3)Å and Z = 2, whereas 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, Cc group, a = 14.270(7)Å, b = 9.143(5)Å, c = 12.371(1) Å, β = 118.612(7)°, and Z = 4. According to X‐ray crystallographic studies, in complex 1 each CoII ion is six‐coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from four μ1, 5‐dca (dca = dicyanamide) ligands and two oxygen atoms from two dmf ligands to form distorted octahedra. 1 forms a 1‐D network bridged via μ1, 5‐dca. 2 consists of a uniform Cu(NCNCN)Cu chain, each CuII ion is octahedrally coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two μ1, 5‐dca ligands and one bipy ligand and two oxygen atoms from two ClO4 ions. The octahedral CuII ion shows a significant Jahn‐Teller distortion, with two axial oxygen atoms considerably farther from the copper than the four equatorial nitrogens.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu3Cl6(C4H6N4)4]n, there are three Cu atoms, six Cl atoms and four 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the asymmetric unit. The polyhedron of one Cu atom adopts a flattened octahedral geometry, with two 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the axial positions [Cu—N4 = 1.990 (2) and 1.991 (2) Å] and four Cl atoms in the equatorial positions [Cu—Cl = 2.4331 (9)–2.5426 (9) Å]. The polyhedra of the other two Cu atoms have a square‐pyramidal geometry, with three basal sites occupied by Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2487 (9)–2.3163 (8) and 2.2569 (9)–2.3034 (9) Å] and one basal site occupied by a 2‐allyltetrazole ligand [Cu—N4 = 2.028 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å]. A Cl atom lies in the apical position of either pyramid [Cu—Cl = 2.8360 (10) and 2.8046 (9) Å]. The possibility of including the tetrazole N3 atoms in the coordination sphere of the two Cu atoms is discussed. Neighbouring copper polyhedra share their edges with Cl atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis.  相似文献

Single crystals of [Cu(ATSC)]NH2SO3 ( 1 ) (ATSC –4‐allylthiosemicarbazide) were obtained by electrochemical synthesis using alternating current. Compound ( 1 ) crystallizes in P212121 sp. gr., a = 6.8284(2), b = 9.3054(3), c = 16.1576(11) Å, Z = 4. ATSC moiety acts as tetradentate ligand, chelating two symmetrically related copper atoms. The Cu atom possesses trigonal pyramidal coordination, formed by two sulphur atoms (one of them at the apical position), nitrogen atom and C=C bond. Sulfamate anion is associated via hydrogen bonds. By slow hydrolysis of 1 crystals of [Cu2(ATSC)2]SO4 ( 2 ) were obtained: P 1 sp. gr., a = 9.526(2), b = 12.687(2), c = 14.7340(10) Å, α = 95.119(10), β = 89.903(12), γ = 109.113(14)°, Z = 4. The asymmetric unit of 2 contains two formula units, which are related by pseudosymmetry via a glide plane a. One half of four ATSC molecules act as in 1 , the rest as tridentate ligands, which coordinate the two copper atoms in apical positions with sulfate anions. This Cu–S coordination was to date unknown. The structure of the ATSC ligands contributes to the unexpected competitiveness of C=bond in the coordination sphere of CuI inspite of strong donor atoms.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the dichlorobis(1-allyltetrazole-N4)copper(II) complex was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are monoclinic, a=14.233(3), b=6.755(1), c=7.273(1) Å, β=104.63(3)°, Vcell=676.6(2), Å3, space group P21/c, Z=4, dcalc=1.741g/cm3, dmsd=1.69 g/cm3, CAD-4, λMoKα radiation, RF=0.0377 for 520 Fhkl>4σ(Fhkl) and 0.0560 for all 872 independent reflections. The structure is layered; the coordination polyhedron of copper is a square bipyramid, in which the equatorial positions are occupied by two chlorine atoms (Cu?Cl 2.27(2)–2.31(2) Å) and two N4 atoms of planar tetrazole ligands, whereas the axial positions are occupied by two chlorine atoms of the neighboring molecules of the complex (Cu?Cl 2.97(2)–3.01(2) Å). The sublattice of chlorine atoms is disordered in such a way that the [CuCl4/2]∞∞ layer is a superposition of two variants with weights 61(3) and 39(3)% and with similar geometrical characteristics: the equatorial chlorine atoms in variant A are replaced by the axial atoms in variant B and vice versa. The tetrazole ligand has the same position in both variants. In general, the crystal is a polytype with random alternation of A and B type blocks. It is shown that the compound is isostructural to the complex with 1-ethyltetrazole [Cu(ettz)2Cl2], in which only variant B is realized.  相似文献

Red crystals of [NMeEt3]2n[TeBr6(Se2Br2)3]n ( 1 ) were isolated when selenium and bromine (1:1) were allowed to react in acetonitrile solution in the presence of tellurium(IV) bromide and methyltriethylammonium bromide (1:2). The salt 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with the cell dimensions a = 27.676(6) Å, b = 9.665(2) Å, c = 18.796(4) Å and ß = 124.96(3)° (120 K). The [TeBr6(Se2Br2)3]2— anions contain nearly regular octahedral [TeBr6]2— ions which are incorporated into a polymeric chain by bonding contacts between 3 facial bromo ligands and 3 Se2Br2 molecules, one of which is situated on the twofold symmetry axis. The distances between the μBr ligands and the SeI atoms of the Se2Br2 molecules are observed in the range 3.308(2) — 3.408(2) Å and can tentatively be interpreted as donor‐acceptor bonds with μBr as donors and Se2Br2 as acceptors. The TeIV—Br distances are in the range 2.669(1) — 2.687(1) Å. The bond lengths in the connecting Se2Br2 molecules are: SeI—SeI = 2.267(2) and 2.281(2) Å, SeI—Br = 2.340(1), 2.353(1) and 2.337(1) Å.  相似文献

The Red crystals of [PPh4]2[Se2Br6(Se2Br2)2] ( 1 ) were obtained when selenium and bromine reacted in the solution of acetonitrile in the presence of tetraphenylphosphonium bromide. The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by X‐ray diffraction and refined to R = 0.0201 for 4024 reflections. The crystals are triclinic, space group with Z = 2 and a = 11.2757(4) Å, b = 12.3347(5) Å, c = 12.4948(5) Å, α = 113.152(4)°, β = 114.745(4)°, γ = 91.208(3)° (120(2) K). In the solid state the anion of 1 is built up of the Se2Br6 core and two Se2Br2 molecules each of which is linked to one of the trans‐positioned terminal Brt atoms of the Se2Br6 core. The central Se2Br6 part consists of a nearly planar arrangement of two planar SeBr4 units sharing a common edge through two μ2‐bridging Br atoms. The contact between the Brt and the SeI atom of the Se2Br2 molecule is 3.0872(5) Å and can be interpreted as a bond of the donor‐acceptor type with the Brt as donor and the Se2Br2 molecule as acceptor. The terminal SeII–Br and μ2Br–SeII bond lengths are 2.3654(4), 2.6699(5) Å and 2.5482(5), 3.0265(5) Å, respectively. The bond lengths in the coordinated Se2Br2 molecule are: SeI–SeI = 2.2686(5) Å, SeI–Br = 2.3779(5) and 2.3810(5) Å.  相似文献

A new calcium(II) complex of the saccharinate ligand (sac) with 2—hydroxyethylpyridinium (Hpyet) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT—IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single crystal X—ray diffractometry. The [Ca(sac)2(H2O)2(Hpyet)2](sac)2 complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group (P1¯) with the cell dimensions a = 7.4360(7)Å, b = 12.5263(12)Å, c = 12.8329(13)Å, α = 82.534(8)°, β = 75.202(8)° and γ = 89.662(8)° (293 K). The title complex consists of a complex cation and two sac anions. In the complex cation, the calcium(II) ion is six—coordinate, bonding to two aqua ligands, two Hpyet ligands andtwo sac ligands located in the trans positions. Two of the sac ions are coordinated to the calcium(II) ion through the carbonyl O atom, while the other two remain outside the coordination sphere as the counter—ions. Thermal decomposition of the complex in air results in elimination of aqua, Hpyet, and sac ions, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

Reaction of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O with 1,3,5-triazine in 95% ethanol resulted in partial hydrolysis of the triazine ring and isolation of bis(1,3,5-triaza-1,4-pentadieno) copper(II) perchlorate, (1). Compound 1 crystallizes as violet needles. Crystal data for Cu(HN = CHNHCH = NH)2(ClO4)2 are: monoclinic, space group: C2/c, a = 13.342(3), b = 11.186(2), c = 18.045(4) Å, β = 99.09(3)°, V = 2659.3(10) Å3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 2.021 Mg/m3, μ = 2.096 mm?1, F(000) = 1624, MoKα (γ = 0.71069Å), R = 0.063 for 1597 unique observed [≥Fα3σ(F)] reflections and 196 parameters. The bis-chelated copper(II) ion contains a planar coordination geometry with Cu-N(ave) = 1.97Å and the perchlorate ions weakly coordinated (Cu - 0 = 2.84Å) in the axial positions.  相似文献

In the polymeric title complex, [CuCl2(C3H6N4)2]n, there are two ligands in the asymmetric unit. The Cu atom adopts an elongated octahedral geometry, with two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands [Cu—N = 2.0037 (16) and 2.0136 (16) Å] and two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2595 (6) and 2.2796 (6) Å] in equatorial positions. A Cl atom and a symmetry‐related 2‐ethyltetrazole molecule [Cu—Cl = 2.8845 (8) Å and Cu—N = 2.851 (2) Å] lie in the axial positions of the octahedron. One of the two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands of the asymmetric unit exhibits bidentate binding to two Cu atoms through two N atoms of the tetrazole ring, whereas the other ligand is coordinated in a monodentate fashion via one tetrazole N atom. The Cu‐atom octahedra form dimer entities by sharing edges with equatorial and axial Cl atoms. The dimers are linked together through the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands to form one‐dimensional polymeric zigzag chains extending along the b axis. The chains are connected into infinite layers parallel to the (10) plane via the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2N3)(C3H10N2)2]ClO4, is made up of [Cu(tn)2{N(CN)2}]+ complex cations (tn is 1,3‐diaminopropane) and ClO4 anions. The CuII atom is coordinated by four N atoms of two equatorial tn ligands, with an average distance of 2.041 (7) Å, and one nitrile N atom of the dicyanamide anion in an axial position, at a distance of 2.236 (3) Å, in a manner approaching square‐planar coordination geometry. The complex has Cs symmetry, with the mirror plane lying through the central C atoms of both tn ligands and the dca ligand. The ClO4 anion might be considered as very weakly coordinated in the opposite axial position [Cu—O = 2.705 (3) Å], thus completing the CuII coordination to asymmetric elongated octahedral (4+1+1*). The Cu atom and the perchlorate anion both lie on mirror planes.  相似文献

In bis[1‐(3‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) (the Cu atom occupies a centre of inversion), [Cu(C9H8NO2)2], (I), and bis[1‐(4‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) methanol solvate, [Cu(C9H8NO2)2]·CH3OH, (II), the O,O′‐chelating diketonate ligands support square‐planar coordination of the metal ions [Cu—O = 1.948 (1)–1.965 (1) Å]. Weaker Cu⋯N interactions [2.405 (2)–2.499 (2) Å], at both axial sides, occur between symmetry‐related bis(1‐pyridylbutane‐1,3‐dionato)copper(II) molecules. This causes their self‐organization into two‐dimensional square‐grid frameworks, with uniform [6.48 Å for (I)] or alternating [4.72 and 6.66 Å for (II)] interlayer separations. Guest methanol molecules in (II) reside between the distal layers and form weak hydrogen bonds to coordinated O atoms [O⋯O = 3.018 (4) Å].  相似文献

[Hg(sulfamethoxazolato)2]·2DMSO ( 1 ) and [Cu2(CH3COO)4(sulfa‐methoxazole)2] ( 2 ) can be obtained by the reaction of sulfamethoxazole with mercury acetate or copper acetate in methanol. The structures of the two complexes were characterized by single crystal X—ray diffractometry. Compound 1 consists of sulfamethoxazolato ligands bridging the metal ions building an unidimensional chain. Two solvent dimethylsulfoxide molecules are involved via N‐H···O hydrogen bridges. The mercury atom shows a linear primary coordination arrangement formed by two trans deprotonated sulfonamidic nitrogen atoms. The overall coordination around the metal atom may be regarded as a strongly distorted octahedron when the interactions of mercury with four sulfonamidic oxygen atoms [bond distances of 2.761(4) Å—2.971(4) Å] are also considered to build an equatorial plane and the N1 and N1′ atoms [bond distance of 2.037(5) Å] occupy the apical positions. Compound 2 is a dinuclear complex in which the copper ions are bridged by four syn‐syn acetate ligands which are related by a symmetry centre located in the centre of the complex. Each copper atom presents a nearly octahedral coordination where the equatorial plane is formed by four oxygen atoms and an isoxazolic nitrogen atom and the second copper atom occupy the apical positions.  相似文献

The title compound, {[CuCl2(PhTz)2]·0.5PhTz}n (PhTz is 1‐phenyltetrazole, C7H6N4), has a polymeric structure, with uncoordinated disordered PhTz molecules in the cavities. The coordination polyhedron of the Cu atom is a highly elongated octahedron. The equatorial positions are occupied by two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2687 (9) and 2.2803 (7) Å] and two N atoms of the PhTz ligands [Cu—N = 2.0131 (19) and 2.0317 (18) Å]. The more distant axial positions are occupied by two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 3.0307 (12) and 2.8768 (11) Å] that lie in the equatorial planes of two neighbouring Cu octahedra. The [CuCl2(PhTz)2] units are linked by Cu—Cl bridges into infinite chains extending parallel to the a axis. The chains are linked into two‐dimensional networks by intermolecular C—H⋯N interactions between the phenyl and tetrazole fragments, and by face‐to‐face π–π interactions between symmetry‐related phenyl rings. These two‐dimensional networks, which lie parallel to the ac plane, are connected by intermolecular π–π stacking interactions between phenyl rings, thus forming a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title complex, [Co(pypr)2(sac)2] (pypr = 2-pyridinepropanol and sac = saccharinate), has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, electronic and FTIR spectra, magnetic susceptibility measurements, thermal analysis and X-ray diffractometry. The complex crystallizes in triclinic space group PI with a = 8.1836(2), b = 10.0062(2), c = 10.4989(3) Å, α = 90.474(1), β = 107.989(1) and γ = 110.923(1)°. The cobalt(II) ion sits on a center of symmetry and is octahedrally coordinated by two pypr and two sac ligands. Both pypr and sac ligands occupy the trans positions of the coordination octahedron. The two pypr ligands are neutral and act as bidentate N- and O-donor ligands forming two symmetry-related seven-membered chelate rings around the cobalt(II) ion, while both sac ligands are O-coordinated through the carbonyl oxygen atoms. On heating the endothermic removal of two pypr ligands occurs in the first stages of decomposition and at higher temperatures the Co/sac intermediate decomposes to Co3O4 and finally to CoO.  相似文献

The structure of trans‐[Cr(tn)2Br2]ClO4 (tn = propane‐1, 3‐diamine) has been determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study at 100 K. The complex crystallizes in the space group P$\bar{1}$ of the triclinic system with two mononuclear formula units in a cell of dimensions a = 6.8220(4), b = 8.86199(9), c = 12.6644(8) Å and α = 77.859(7)°, β = 81.765(6)°, and γ = 77.764(7)°. The chromium atom is in a slightly distorted octahedral environment coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of two tn ligands and two bromine atoms in trans positions. The two six‐membered chelate rings in the complex cations are oriented in an anti chair‐chair conformation with respect to each other. The mean Cr–N(tn) and Cr–Br bonds are 2.093(3) and 2.4681(4) Å, respectively. The crystal packing is stabilized by hydrogen bonds. The infrared and electronic absorption spectral properties are consistent with the result of X‐ray crystallography. It is confirmed that the nitrogen atoms of the tn ligand are strong σ‐donors, but the bromido ligands have weak σ‐ and π‐donor properties toward the chromium(III) ion.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2Cl4(C6H10N8)2]n, the ligand has C2 symmetry, and the Cu and Cl atoms lie on a mirror plane. The coordination polyhedron of the Cu atom is a distorted square pyramid, with the basal positions occupied by two N atoms from two different ligands [Cu—N = 2.0407 (18) Å] and by the two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2705 (8) and 2.2499 (9) Å], and the apical position occupied by a Cl atom [Cu—Cl = 2.8154 (9) Å] that belongs to the basal plane of a neighbouring Cu atom. The [CuCl2(C6H10N8)]2 units form infinite chains extending along the a axis via the Cl atoms. Intermolecular C—H⃛Cl contacts [C⃛Cl = 3.484 (2) Å] are also present in the chains. The chains are linked together by intermolecular C—H⃛N interactions [C⃛N = 3.314 (3) Å].  相似文献
