The reaction of 2-aminocarbonyl-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione with 2,3-diaminopyridine, 1,2-phenylenediamine (and its 4-methyl, 4-nitro, 4-carboxy, and 4-benzoyl derivatives), and 3,3-diaminobenzidine gave the corresponding 2-[2-(2,3-dihydrobenzimidazolylidene)]- and 2-[2-(2,3-dihydropyrido[2,3-d]imidazolylidene)]-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanediones. Their structure was confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopic data and X-ray analysis. 相似文献

Abstract The reaction between CuX2 (X = Cl, Br, NO3, ClO4) and 2-S-methyl-5,5-dimethylimidazolin-4-one (L) yields complexes having stoichiometry CuL2Cl2 · 1/2H2O (1), CuL2Br2 (2), CuL4X2 · 2H2O [X = NO3 (3), ClO4 (4)]. The X-ray crystal structure solved for 1 showed that it contains discrete [CuL4 · H2O]2+ and [CuCl4]2- ions, separated by normal van der Waals contacts. The [CuL4H2O]2+ cation has crystallographic C 4 symmetry, with the copper atom and the oxygen of the water molecule lying on a four-fold axis of the space group P4/n and the metal atom in a square-pyramidal coordination geometry, obtained by a square basal plane defined by four N atoms and the apex occupied by the water molecule. The [CuCl4]2- anion shows a very flattened tetrahedral geometry. FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of 1–4 show that 2,3 and 4 also are N(3)-coordinated to copper; nitrate and perchlorate do not coordinate. The v(CuO) vibrations are present at about 380 cm?1 for 3 and 4, while for 2 v(CuBr) are at 224 and 215 cm?1. Esr data for 1–4 recorded on solid samples highlight a dx 2 - y2 ground state for the cation of 1, 3, and 4 which is typical for tetragonally elongated monomeric copper(II) complexes. Compound 2 exhibits two couples of g values characteristic of two independent copper centres both with compressed tetrahedral geometry. The deconvoluted reflectance spectra of 1–4 substantially confirm the presence of CuN4 and CuBr4 chromophores in 2 and a trans-CuN4O2 chromophore in 3 and 4. For the latter complexes an orbital sequence dx2 - y2 > dxy > dz2 > dxy, dyz is also suggested on the basis of the similarity between L and imidazole type ligands. 相似文献

A new cardo diamine monomer, 5,5-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]-4,7-methanohexahydroindane (II), was prepared in two steps with high yield. The monomer was reacted with six different aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydrides in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) to obtain the corresponding cardo polyimides via the poly(amic acid) precursors and thermal or chemical imidization. All the poly(amic acid)s could be cast from their DMAc solutions and thermally converted into transparent, flexible, and tough polyimide films which were further characterized by x-ray and mechanical analysis. All of the polymers were amorphous and the polyimide films had a tensile strength range of 89–123 MPa, an elongation at break range of 6–10%, and a tensile modulus range of 1.9–2.5 GPa. Polymers Vc, Ve, and Vf exhibited good solubility in a variety of solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), DMAc, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), pyridine, γ-butyrolactone, and even in tetrahydrofuran and chloroform. These polyimides showed glass-transition temperatures between 274 and 299°C and decomposition temperatures at 10% mass loss temperatures ranging from 490 to 521°C and 499 to 532°C in nitrogen and air atmospheres, respectively. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Abstract 2-Chloro-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane has been studied in CCl4, CHCl3 and CD3CN solutions by IR and Raman line shape analysis. Equilibrium process of dimerization and ring conversion in CCl4 solutions have been considered. On the contrary to the commonly expected dominance of the conformer with the equatorial oriented P[dbnd]O bond for 2-halo-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinanes, it was found that for the 2-chloro derivative both conformers are nearly equally distributed. It has been shown that the interactions induced absorption is an important mechanism of relaxation in the studied compound and this mechanism gives significant contribution to the total IR band broadening, while the interaction induced light scattering is negligible. The obtained results show that the molecular dynamics method can be useful in studying cyclic compounds in solutions. 相似文献

Abstract The synthesis of acetic 2-{[1-methyl-2-(4-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-benzo [4,5]-thieno [2,3-d] [1,3-oxazin-2-yl)ethylidene]amino}-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrohenzo[b]thiophene ?3-carboxylic acid anhydride 5 and 2-(oxopropyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-benzo-[4,5] thieno[2,3-d][1,3]oxazin-4-one 7, has been achieved in three steps from ethyl 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo(b]thiophene-3-carboxlate 1 via the reaction with ethyl acetoacetate followed by hydrolysis and acetic anhydride-induced cyclization. The 2-substituent in compound 5 has two functional groups i.e. active methylene and acid anhydride which are suitably located for intramolecular transformation. Thermal and/or base catalyzed intramolecular cyclization of 5 afforded 2-(4-acetoxy-(hydroxyl)-2-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5] thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)-5,6,7,8- tetrahydro-4H-benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d] [1,3]oxazin-4-one 10 and 9 respectively. Treatment of 5 with hydrazine hydrate, aromatic and/or heterocyclic amines induced the same intramolecular cyclization with a concomitant oxazine-pyrimidine interconversion to give 3-amino(aryl or heteryl)-2-(4-hydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrdhydrobenzo-[4,5]thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)-3,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydrobenzo[4,5] thieno[2,3-d] pyrimid in-4-one 11–14 respectively. 相似文献

4-(Bromomethylene)-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-one was obtained on the basis of the readily obtainable 4-methylene-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-one. It forms 2-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-2-yl-2-propanol with 2-aminopyridine, 11a-hydroxy-1,1-dimethyl-3-oxo-1,5,11,11a-tetrahydro[1,3]oxazolo[3,4-a]pyrido[1,2-d]-10-pyrazinium bromide with 2-(aminomethyl)pyridine, and the corresponding derivative of 4-hydroxyoxazolidin-2-one with 2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethylamine. A new kink diamine with trifluoromethyl group on either side, bis[4-(2-trifluoromethyl-4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]diphenylmethane (BTFAPDM) , was reacted with various aromatic dianhydrides to prepare polyimides via poly (amic acid) precursors followed by thermal or chemical imidization. Polyimides were prepared using 3,3′, 4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(1), 4,4′-oxydiphthalic anhydride(2), 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (3), 4,4′-sulfonyldiphthalic anhydride(4), and 4,4′-hexafluoroisopropylidene-diphathalic anhydride(5). The fluoro-polyimides exhibited low dielectric constants between 2.46 and 2.98, light color, and excellent high solubility. They exhibited glass transition temperatures between 227 and 253°C, and possessed a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of 60-88 ppm/°C. Polymers PI-2, PI-3, PI-4, PI-5 showed excellent solubility in the organic solvents: N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), pyridkie and tetrahydrofuran (THF). Inherent viscosity of the polyimides were found to range between 0.58 and 0.72 dLg-1. Thermogravimetric analysis of the polyimides revealed a high thermal stability decomposition temperature in excess of 500°C in nitrogen. Temperature at 10 % weight loss was found to be in the range 506-563°C and 498-557°C in nitrogen and air, respectively. The polyimide films had a tensile strength in the range 75-87 MPa; tensile modulus, 1.5-2.2 GPa; and elongation at break, 6-7%. 相似文献

X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the fused rings of benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-5(1H) -one system are nearly coplanar.
