[Eu(ABA)(phen)2(H2O)3](ClO4)3·3phen·4.5H2O (1) and [Eu(Val)(phen)2(H2O)3](ClO4)3·3phen·2H2O (2) are two new europium complexes with amino acids and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen=1,10-phenanthroline, ABA=-amino butyl acid, Val= -valine). Their crystal structures were measured by X-ray crystallography. Europium atoms in both complexes are nine-coordinated with bidentate 1,10-phenanthroline and carboxylate anion of amino acids, and water molecules. In the solid state, 1 and 2 have a structure involving aromatic stacking of the coordinated and non-coordinated 1,10-phenanthroline and the oxygen atoms of non-coordinated perchlorate anions being H-bond acceptors connect [Eu(ABA)(phen)2(H2O)3]3+·3phen·4.5H2O or [Eu(Val)(phen)2(H2O)3]3+·3phen·2H2O in their structures. In their interactions, several C–HO bonds play an important role. Owing to their different amino acid ligands and the number of lattice water molecules, there is some difference in their hydrogen bond patterns in 1 and 2. The side chain of -valine is involved in the formation of C–HO bonds. Hydrogen bond and π–π interactions determine the supramolecular formation of three-dimensional net works of both complexes.  相似文献

The title complexes, (C12H8N2) ? [La(C7H3NO5)(C7H4NO5) ? 3H2O] ? 1.75H2O (1), (C12H8N2) ? [Pr(C7H3NO5)(C7H4NO5) ? 3H2O] ? 2H2O (2), (C12H8N2)[Nd(C7H3NO5)(C7H4NO5) ? 3H2O] ? 2.25H2O (3), and (C12H8N2) ? [Fe(C7H3NO5)(C7H4NO5)] ? 2H2O (4), were synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structures of 13 reveal that they are isomorphous, among which the metal atoms are all nine-coordinate with distorted tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometries. The Fe is six-coordinate with a distorted octahedron by two chelidamic acid ligands in 4. Complexes 14 are formed into 3-D networks by H-bonds and π–π stacking interactions. The fluorescence spectra of 13 were investigated and all exhibit strong luminescence.  相似文献

Two d10 group 12 metal complexes, 2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline zinc dichloride (2a) and 2-(2-methoxyphenyl)-1,10-phenanthroline mercury dichloride (2b) were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR as well as elemental analysis. Structure of 2b in the solid state was determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, revealing that 2b is four-coordinate in a distorted tetrahedral geometry with the methoxy group uncoordinated. Luminescent properties of 2a and 2b in solution and the solid state were studied.  相似文献

A series of binary and ternary rare earth (Gd, Eu, Tb) complexes with ortho hydroxyl benzoic acid, para aminobenzoic acid, nicotinic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline were synthesized. Phosphorescence spectra and lifetimes of Gd complexes were measured and the lowest triplet state energies of gadolinium binary complexes and the intramolecular energy transfer efficiencies were determined. The luminescence properties and energy transfer process of Eu3+and Tb3+ complexes were discussed.  相似文献

A ligand containing different coordination groups, 5-([1,10]phenanthroline-[4,5-f]imidazo-2-yl)-8-hydroxyquinoline (PhenI8Q) has been synthesized and two corresponding polymeric metal complexes Cu(II) (1) and Zn(II) (2) were prepared by coordination polymerization of the ligand with copper(II) and zinc(II) halides, respectively. The ligand was characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) and its corresponding polymeric metal complexes 1 and 2 were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, elemental analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis, and conductivity measurements. The absorption spectra and luminescence of the ligand, 1, and 2 were investigated by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy at room temperature. Compared with the ligand, the fluorescence spectra of the polymeric metal complexes exhibit blue shifts in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution and bathochromic shifts in the solid state. Complexes 1 and 2 emit blue light with emission maximum (λ f max) at 449 and 431 nm in DMSO solution and at 485 and 484 nm in the solid state, respectively.  相似文献

Two new terbium complexes with aromatic carboxylic acids, [(Tb)2(L1)6(H2O)4] (1) and [(Tb)2(L2)6(H2O)2(DMF)2] (2) (HL1: nicotinic acid; HL2: 4-hydroxybenzoic acid), with different coordination geometries have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined. The luminescence properties of the two complexes, including the phosphorescence lifetime, have been investigated. The effect of a secondary ligand on luminescence of the ternary terbium complex with carboxylic acid and the relationship between luminescence properties and crystal structure, including coordination mode of the carboxyl groups from HL1 and HL2 and coordination mode of a secondary ligand, are discussed.  相似文献

A polymerizable ligand, 5-acrylamido-1,10-phenanthroline (L), was synthesized. Its Eu(III) complex with 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone (HTTA) was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, and 1H NMR spectra. The photophysical properties of the complex were studied in detail by using UV, luminescence spectra, luminescence lifetime and quantum yield. The complex shows a remarkable luminescence quantum yield at room temperature (40.1%) upon ligand excitation and a long 5D0 lifetime (590 μs), which makes it not only a promising light-conversion molecular device but also an excellent luminescent polymer precursor.  相似文献

A Cu(II) complex with mixed ligands, [Cu3(mal)3(phen)3(H2O)2]?·?11H2O (mal?=?malonate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and luminescence spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Cc with a?=?13.1631(10)?Å, b?=?20.1089(10)?Å, c?=?20.1267(13)?Å, β?=?103.500(3)°, V?=?5180.2(6)?Å3, Z?=?4, and R 1?=?0.0476 for 7993 observed reflections. In the complex, one Cu is coordinated by a mal dianion and a phen molecule, exhibiting N2O2 square-planar geometry, while the other two Cu atoms are coordinated, respectively, by a mal dianion, a phen and water molecules, exhibiting N2O3 square pyramidal coordination geometry.  相似文献

The saccharinato complexes [Zn(phen)2(sac)(H2O)]sac (1) and [Zn(sac)(dmp)(H2O)](sac) (2), where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, dmp = 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, and sac =saccharinato ion/ligand, were synthesized by the reaction of [Zn(sac)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O with ligands and have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and 1H NMR spectroscopies. Conductivity of complexes was measured in DMSO. Compound 1 is characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and compared with some isomorphous zinc-saccharinate complexes reported previously. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P 1 , with Z = 2, and consists of alternating slightly distorted octahedral [Zn(phen)2(sac)(H2O)]+ and noncoordinated saccharinate. The zinc bound aqua is hydrogen bonded to an oxygen of carbonyl in the saccharinate ligand and the SO2 group in the saccharinate counter-ion from an adjacent molecule. Intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds and C–H ··· O and C–H ··· N short contacts lead to a 3-D network.  相似文献

Rare earth binary complex Eu(NNA)3 (NNA, alpha-naphthylacetic acid), ternary complex Eu(NNA)3.phen (phen, 1,10-phenanthroline) and a series of dinuclear complexes with different mole ratios of Eu3+ to Gd3+ were synthesized. Many advanced approaches, such as element analysis, FTIR spectra, TG and DTA analysis, were used to determine the composition and structure of binary and ternary complex. Moreover, their fluorescence properties were studied by fluorescent spectra and lifetimes. The fluorescence spectra and decay curves of dinuclear complexes indicated that the fluorescence emission intensity was enhanced and the fluorescence lifetime was prolonged by Gd3+. The dinuclear complexes show the best properties when the mole ratio of Eu3+ to Gd3+ is 6:4. A new parameter Y, which was used to evaluate the effect of Gd3+, was introduced. In addition, the relationship of Y value and mole fraction of Gd3+ was analyzed by mathematical software. The results showed that Y value decreased by single exponential mode when the content of Gd3+ decreased.  相似文献

A terbium m -methylbenzoate complex with 1,10-phenanthroline, [Tb( m -MBA) 3 phen]·H 2 O has been obtained from ethanol solution, where m -MBA= m -methylbenzoate and phen=1,10-phenanthroline, and its structure determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The unit cell contains binuclear molecules of the title compound. Each Tb 3+ ion is eight-coordinated to one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, one bidentate carboxylate group and four bridging carboxylate groups, for which the carboxylate groups are bonded to the terbium ion in two modes chelating bidentate and bridging bidentate. Excitation and luminescence data observed at room temperature show that the complex emits very intense green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. Results of thermal analysis indicate that the complex is quite stable to heat.  相似文献

Four trichloride lanthanide (neodymium or europium) complexes (1-4) have been solvothermally synthesized with the 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) chelate in ethanol solvent and their structures have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Depending on the Ln/phen ratio, different motif nuclearities have been observed. With Ln/phen = 1/2, a dinuclear species with μ2-Cl2 edge-sharing bridge is formed with neodymium, NdCl3(phen)2 (1), whereas a mononuclear complex appears with europium, EuCl3(phen)2 (4) with an unusual pentagonal bipyramid for the lanthanide center (coordination 7). When Ln/phen ratio increases (1/1), an identical complex is obtained with Nd (2) or Eu (3). It is a monohydrated complex LnCl3(H2O)(phen)2 with one water molecule completing the coordination sphere of the lanthanide. For all compounds, each rare-earth cation is chelated by two distinct phen ligands. Thermal behavior of complexes 1 and 2 are discussed (by means of thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray thermodiffraction) as well as the luminescence spectra of europium-based complexes 3 and 4 (Supplementary Material).  相似文献

A ternany europium complex with furoic acid (α-FURA) and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen), [Eu(α-FURA)3phen]H2O(I) and a quaternary europium furoate complex with 1,10-phenanthroline and nitrate, Eu(α-FURA)2NO3phen(II) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The two europium ions in each of the complexes (I) and (II) are held together by four carboxylato groups with the two modes, namely bidentate bridging and tridentate bridging, and each europium ion is further bonded to two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline and one chelated bidentate furoate group for the complex (I) and one chelated nitrato group for the complex (II), making a coordination number of 9. Luminescence spectra observed at 77 K show that the europium ion site in the crystals of the complexes (I) and (II) has low symmetry and lifetimes of the solid complexes (I) and (II) are 1.13 and 1.20 ms, respectively.  相似文献

在乙醇-水介质中,经60℃水浴加热合成了三种稀土固体配合物。对其进行络合滴定、摩尔电导、元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、热重-差热分析等测试,推测其化学组成为[Re(L-leu)3Phen]Cl3.nH2O,并对配合物进行大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌性质的测试;结果表明:LaCl3,CeCl3,ErCl3和L-亮氨酸没有抑菌效果,邻菲啰啉与三元稀土配合物对这三种菌都具有抑菌效果,但是三元稀土配合物的抑菌效果明显强于邻菲啰啉,而且对大肠杆菌抑菌效果更好。  相似文献

标题配合物晶体属Cc空间群,a=1.5955(6)nm,b=1.8508(6)nm,c=2.2595(9)nm,β=97.79(4)°,Z=4,Dx=1.52g/cm~3,T=295K.用I>3σ(I)的7316个可观察衍射数据对92个非氢原子的原子坐标和各向异性温度因子进行全矩阵最小二乘法精修,最终的偏离因子R=0.043.中心Eu(Ⅲ)离子与周围6个氧和一对氮原子配位,配位多面体属四方反棱柱体,其点对称性为C_1.以Eu(Ⅲ)离子为荧光探针,77K下测得配合物多晶样品的高分辨激光激发光谱和发射光谱,激发光谱表明配合物中Eu(Ⅲ)离子仅有一种晶格格位.~5D_0→~7F_J(J=0~2)跃迁光谱表明中心Eu(Ⅲ)离子在77K下具有C_1对称性.  相似文献

Two lanthanide complexes with 2-fluorobenzoate (2-FBA) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The structure of each complex contains two non-equivalent binuclear molecules, [Ln(2-FBA)3?·?phen?·?CH3CH2OH]2 and [Ln(2-FBA)3?·?phen]2 (Ln?=?Eu (1) and Sm (2)). In [Ln(2-FBA)3?·?phen?·?CH3CH2OH]2, the Ln3+ is surrounded by eight atoms, five O atoms from five 2-FBA groups, one O atom from ethanol and two N atoms from phen ligand; 2-FBA groups coordinate Ln3+ with monodentate and bridging coordination modes. The polyhedron around Ln3+ is a distorted square-antiprism. In [Ln(2-FBA)3?·?phen]2, the Ln3+ is coordinated by nine atoms, seven O atoms from five 2-FBA groups and two N atoms of phen ligand; 2-FBA groups coordinate Ln3+ ion with chelating, bridging and chelating-bridging three coordination modes. The polyhedron around Ln3+ ion is a distorted, monocapped square-antiprism. The europium complex exhibits strong red fluorescence from 5D0?→?7F j ( j?=?1–4) transition emission of Eu3+.  相似文献

合成了3,4-二甲氧基苯乙酸邻菲啰啉镱(III)配合物(C84H82Yb2N4O24): [Yb2(DMPA)6(phen)2](HDMPA=3,4-二甲氧基苯乙酸(C12H12O4), phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉)(CCDC: 757541), 并通过元素分析、红外(IR)光谱、热重分析(TG-DTG)对其进行了表征, 用单晶X射线衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构. 配合物C84H82Yb2N4O24属三斜晶系, 空间群P1, 晶胞参数: a = 1.22877(14) nm, b=1.23235(16) nm, c=1.45234(19) nm, α=91.726(7)°, β=103.321(7)°, γ=113.885(6)°, 晶胞体积: V=1.9379(4) nm3, 晶胞内分子数Z=1, 相对分子质量Mr=1877.62, 电子数F(000)=946, 密度Dc=1.609 g·cm-3, 吸收系数μ(Mo Kα)=2.481 mm-1. 测定了铕和铽掺杂(2.5%, 5.0%, 10.0%, 摩尔分数)的配合物的荧光光谱, 结果表明, 单独的配体没有荧光, 在形成配合物后, 依然显示铕(III)离子和铽(III)离子的特征发射峰, 这表明配体将吸收的能量有效地转移给了中心离子, 配体起到了很好的敏化作用.  相似文献

溶液法合成了铕、铽与1H-苯并三唑-1-乙酸及1,10-邻菲啰啉的稀土配合物。通过元素分析、稀土配位滴定、摩尔电导、红外光谱、紫外光谱等手段对配合物进行了表征。结果表明,配合物的可能组成为Ln(L)3phen(Ln=Eu(III),Tb(III);HL=1H-苯并三唑-1-乙酸,Hbtaa;phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉)。利用荧光光谱、热分析和电化学方法讨论了配合物性质。荧光光谱表明配合物均有较好的发光性能。  相似文献

A mixed ligand complex of Cu(II) with 1,10-phenanthroline and succinate has been synthesized from the reaction of hydrated copper nitrate, succinate, and 1,10-phenanthroline. The nature of bonding and the structure of the complex were characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectrum, TGA/DTA, and X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in triclinic space group P 1. The complex is polymeric and the geometry around each copper varies from square planar to distorted square pyramidal or octahedral. Each copper coordinates two oxygens of succinate and two nitrogens of 1,10-phenanthroline. The thermal decomposition of the complex has also been studied by TGA and DTA under inert atmosphere.  相似文献
