Two new Cd(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(C4H6N2)2(C4H2O4)(H2O)2] n (1) (where C4H6N2?=?2-methylimidazole, C4H2O4?=?fumarate), and [Cd(C4H6N2)(H2O)(C4H4O4)] n ?·?nH2O (2), (where C4H4O4?=?succinates), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 in a one-dimensional chain structure, in which carboxy is monodentate; a three-dimensional supermolecular network structure was formed through hydrogen bonding. In complex 2, the coordination geometry of the Cd atoms is a pentagonal bipyramid, and a two-dimensional sheet is formed though carboxyl group bridging. In 1 and 2, IR spectra indicate the presence of bridging carboxyl groups, confirmed by structure analyses.  相似文献

Under hydrothermal conditions, two new ribbon-like structures, [Cu(C14H9O4)-analysis revealed that these structures were constructed by mixed ligands. The coordination polymer forms the basic architecture while the weak interactions extend the framework into a secondary structure. The whole structures of them are governed by collaboration of the strong and weak interactions. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 17.0485(3), b =1 1.0558(3), c = 22.7623(4) A, β = 102.465(1)°, V = 4189.2(2) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 915.44, Dc = 1.451g/mL, F(000) = 1900 andμ(MoKα) = 0.587 cm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0030 and 0.1022,respectively for 3037 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 11.5963(4), b = 11.7004(5), c = 17.1254(5) A,β = 95.620(1)°, V =2312.4(1) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 556.35, Dc = 1.598 g/mL, F(000) = 1132 andμ(MoKα) = 0.912 cm-1The final R and wR are 0.0431 and 0.1050, respectively for 2629 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

合成了三元混配配合物[Cu(L-Ile)(Phen)(H20)(ClO4)](L-Ile=L-异亮氨酸,phen=1,10-邻菲咯啉),通过红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、摩尔电导率、X射线单晶结构分析,对配合物进行了表征.该晶体属单斜晶系,P21空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.1704(5)nm,b=0.8090(5)nm,c=2.1822(5)nm,β=98.061(5)°,Z=2,Dx=1.60Mg·m-3,R1=0.0462,wR2=0.1225.每个配合物分子中Cu(Ⅱ)离子与一个L-Ile(N,O)配体、一个Phen(N,N)配体、一个H2O(O)配体及一个ClO4-(O)形成六配位的畸变八面体构型.本文还用电位滴定法测定了配合物的稳定常数,结果表明,配合物具有高的稳定性.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(phen)2(SO4)(H2O)]·0.5C4H4O4·7H2O (phen = 1,10-phe-nanthroline and C4H4O4 = fumaric acid), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P with a = 11.4827(2), b = 11.9086(2), c = 13.77350(10)(A), α = 80.6830(10), β = 66.6480(10), γ = 64.0480(10)o, V = 1554.63(4) (A)3, Mr = 722.17, Z = 2, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ = 0.845 mm-1, F(000) = 750, R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0837 for 4754 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The compound contains a six-coordinated copper(II) center, which is surround by four N atoms of two phen ligands (Cu-N distances in the range of 1.997(2)~2.225(2)(A)), one sulfate O atom (Cu-O = 2.0037(17) (A)) and one water O atom (Cu-O(5w) = 2.719(2) (A)) in a distorted octahedral geometry. Extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions are involved in water molecules, ligated sulfate anions and fumaric acid molecules. In addition, π-π interactions via aromatic nitrogen-containing ligands are also discussed. The combination of non-covalent interactions leads to the formation of a 3-D network structure.  相似文献

Compound Na[UO2(SeO3)(HSeO3)] · 4H2O (I) has been synthesized and studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystals of I are monoclinic with the unit cell parameters a = 8.8032(5) Å, b = 10.4610(7) Å, c = 13.1312(7) Å, β = 105.054(2)°, space group P21/n, Z = 4, V = 1167.76(12) Å3, R = 0.0394. The main structural units of crystals I are the [UO2(SeO3)(HSeO3)]? layers belonging to the AT3B2 crystal-chemical group (A = UO 2 2+ , T3 = SeO 3 2? , B2 =HSeO 3 ? ) of the uranyl complexes. The sodium ions are linked with oxygen atoms of two uranyl ions of the same layer and with four water molecules. Electroneutral packets that formed are linked into a three-dimensional framework through a system of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title complexes, K3[Cd(Dtpa)] (H5Dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N,N′,N′-pentaacetic acid, (I)), K2[Cd(H2O)4][Cd(Edta)(H2O)]2 · 2H2O (H4Edta = ethylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid, (II)), and Na2[Cd(H2O)4][Cd(Edta)(H2O)]2 · 2H2O (III), were prepared, and their compositions and structures were determined by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques, respectively. In complex I, the Cd is seven-coordinated by one Dtpa ligand yielding a pseudo-monocapped trigonal prism conformation, and the complex crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the Pi space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 8.7300(17), b = 9.1200(18), c = 15.110(3) Å, α = 95.52(3)°, β = 96.59(3)°, γ = 99.63(3)°, V = 1170.0(4) Å3, Z = 2, ρ = 1.754 g/cm3, μ = 1.519 mm?1, F(000) = 616, R = 0.0644 and wR = 0.1712 for 3842 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). For complex II, in the [Cd(Edta)(H2O)]2? complex anion the Cd2+ ion is seven-coordinated by one Edta ligand and one water molecule, yielding a pseudo-pentagonal bipyramid conformation. In the [Cd(H2O)4]2+ cation, the bridged Cd is six-coordinated, yielding an almost standard octahedral conformation. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system with P21/n space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 9.098(3), b = 16.442(6), c = 12.023(4) Å, β = 91.053(6)°, V = 1798.3(12) Å3, Z = 2, ρ = 2.098 g/cm3, μ = 2.086 mm?1, F(000) =1124, R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.1152 for 3680 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). In complex III, the conformations of Cd2+ ions are similar to those of the potassium salt complex, and the complex also crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with the P21/n space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 9.134(7), b = 16.500(13), c = 12.075(10) Å, β = 91.054(12)°, V = 1820(2) Å3, Z = 2, ρ = 2.015 g/cm3, μ = 1.856 mm?1, F(000) = 1092, R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0879 for 3707 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I).  相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the closely related but non-isostructural Cd2(C19H21N3O3F)4(H2O)2?·?4H2O (1) and Pb2(C19H21N3O3F)4?·?4H2O (2) are described, where C19H21N3O3F? is enrofloxacinate (enro). Both compounds contain centrosymmetric, binuclear, neutral complexes incorporating a central diamond-shaped M2O2 (M?=?Cd, Pb) structural unit. The Cd2+ coordination polyhedron in 1 is a CdO6 trigonal prism, including one coordinated water. The Pb2+ coordination polyhedron in 2 can be described as a very distorted square-based PbO5 pyramid, although two additional short Pb?···?O (<3.1?Å) contacts are also present. In the crystal of the cadmium complex, O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds lead to a layered structure. In the lead compound, O–H?···?O and O–H?···?N interactions lead to chains in the crystal. A single-crystal X-ray diffraction study (NH4)(CN3H6)2[(UO2(C2O4)2(NCS)] · 2H2O (I) was carried out. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group P212121, Z = 4, with the unit cell parameters a = 6.668(2) Å, b = 13.463(4) Å, c = 23.086(6) Å. The main structural units of the crystals of I are insular complex anions [(UO2)(C2O4)2(NCS)]3?. They belong to the crystal-chemical group AB 2 01 M1 (A = UO 2 2+ ) of uranyl complexes and are linked into a three-dimensional framework through electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds with the participation of ammonium and guanidinium cations and crystal water molecules.  相似文献

Two new Pb(II) complexes, [Pb(TPT)(NO3)2] n (1) and [Pb(TPT)2(ClO4)(H2O)] · ClO4 · H2O (2) (TPT is the abbreviation of 3,5,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazine), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Lead(II) in the compounds of 1 and 2 is nine coordinate (rare mode), PbN3O6 and PbN6O3, respectively. Both have hemidirected coordination geometries. The supramolecular features in these complexes are guided/controlled by hydrogen bonding and weak directional intermolecular C–H ··· O and π ··· π interactions. The thermal stabilities of 1 and 2 were investigated by thermogravimetric measurements.  相似文献

From hydrothermal treatment of benzene-1,2-diamine, pyrocatechol, and MoO3 in acetic acid solution, a new compound, [Mo22-O)2(C6H4O2)2(H2O)] · (C8H9N2)2 · 2H2O (I), constructed from pyrocatechol chelated dinuclear molybdenum units and 2-methylbenzimidazole has been synthesized. Single-crystal structure analysis reveals that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 23.365(2), b = 7.2214(5), c = 19.3021(16) β = 97.929(4), V = 3225.6(5), Z = 4, M = 808.46, ρc = 1.665 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 0.84 mm?1, F(000) = 1608, the final R = 0.0622 and wR = 0.1484 for 7385 independent reflections with R int = 0.0393. Interestingly, an in situ condensation between acetic acid and benzene-1,2-diamine has occurred, and the unexpected 2-methyl-1-H-benzo[d] imidazoles serve as counterions and N-H donors to form stable hydrogen-bond network in the crystal. Furthermore, intermolecular hydrogen bonds are found among the cations, anions and crystalline water molecules. The double nuclear molybdenum units are connected by O-H...O hydrogen bonds with the crystalline water molecules to form one-dimensional chains, and the chains are further joined together by N-H...O to form a quasi-two dimensional structure.  相似文献

The cobalt(III) complexes with tridentate ethylenediamine-N,N"-diacetate ions (Edda2–) and additional ligands, namely, diethylenetriamine (Dien) or ethylenediamine (En) and cyanide ions, were synthesized. As follows from X-ray diffraction analysis of [Co(Edda)(Dien)]ClO4· H2O (monoclinic crystals with a = 9.243 (2) Å, b = 14.167 (4) Å, c = 13.046 (3) Å, = 91.19 (2)°, Z = 4, space group P21/c), the secondary N atom of the Dien ligand occupies the trans-position relative to the N atom of the Edda2– ligand, which contains a free acetate group. Two fac-isomers of [Co(Edda)(En)(CN)] with the CN ion in the cis- and trans-positions relative to the oxygen atom of the carboxyl group were isolated, and the structure of the trans-(O,CN)-[Co(Edda)(En)(CN)]· 2H2O was determined: monoclinic crystals with a = 9.136 (3) Å, b = 15.484 (3) Å, c = 10.564 (3) Å, = 110.67 (5)°, Z = 4, space group P21/c.  相似文献

At room temperature, a new three-dimensional organic-inorganic coordination polymer [Cd(C4H2O4)(C3H4N2)3]n·2nH2O was synthesized by the reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2(2H2O, imidazole and fumaric acid. It was characterized by EA, IR, TG-DTA and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 8.980(3), b = 15.803(5), c = 13.415(4) (A), α = γ = 90.00°, β = 98.450(5)°, F(000) = 936, Mr = 466.73, Z = 4, V = 1883.0(10) (A)3, Dc = 1.646 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.201 mm-1, S = 1.041, the final R = 0.0237 and wR = 0.0469. The crystal structure shows that the cadmium has a distorted octahedral environment with three carboxyl oxygen donors and three imidazole nitrogen donors. Each cadmium atom is linked by a fumatate as bridging ligand to afford a one-dimensional framework, and then an infinite threedimensional supramolecular network is formed through hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Two oxo-vanadium(IV) complexes, [VO(C2O4)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]·C2H5OH(1) and VO(C2O4)(phen)(H2O) (2), where 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridyl, phen=1,10-phenanthroline, were synthesized as potential functional models of vanadium haloperoxidases(VHPOs) in mixed solvent of ethanol and water at room temperature. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared(IR), UV-Vis and X-ray crystallography. Structural analyses showed that vanadium atom was coordinated by a terminal oxygen, one oxygen atom from coordinated water, two oxygen atoms from the carboxylate group of oxalic acid, and two nitrogen atoms(N1 and N2) from 2,2′-bipy/phen. Central vanadium atoms in complexes 1 and 2 were both in a distorted-octahedral environment, and some intermolecular hydrogen bonding linkages were also observed in each complex. Bromination reaction activity of the two complexes was evaluated with phenol red as organic substrate in the presence of H2O2, Br- and phosphate buffer, indicating that they can be considered as a potential functional model of VHPO. In addition, thermal analysis was also performed and discussed in detail.  相似文献

The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of [UO2(SeO4)(C2H4N4)2] · 0.5H2O (I) is performed. The crystals are monoclinic: space group C2/c, Z = 8, a = 19.035(2), b = 7.1326(8), c = 21.477(2) Å, β = 109.683(4)°. The main structural units of the crystal are chains of [UO2(SeO4)(C2H4N4)2]. Compound I belongs to the crystal-chemical group AT3M 2 1 (A = UO 2 2+ , T3 = SeO 4 2? , M1 is a cyanoguanidine molecule) of the uranyl complexes. The chains are united into three-dimensional framework through hydrogen bonds involving the oxygen atoms of the selenate and uranyl groups, the nitrogen atoms of cyanoguanidine, and the hydrogen atoms of the cyanoguanidine or water molecules.  相似文献

在水-乙醇混合体系中,以2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙(C10H10N2O4,简作H3L)、1,10-菲啰啉C12H8N2,简作phen)与Eu(NO3)3·4H2O反应,首次培养出黄色单晶[Eu(C10H9N2O4)(C10H8N2O4)(H2O)3]2·phen·4H2O.该晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数a=1.378 6(12) nm,b=1.398 8(12) nm,c=1.759 7(16) nm,α=73.977(11)°,β=68.598(12)°,γ=71.224(12)°,V=29.42(4) nm3,Z=2,μ=2.208 mm-1,Dc=1.746 Mg/m3,F(000)=1 556,R=0.037 7,ωR=0.074 4,GOF=0.916.每个配合物晶体中均有两个相似的结构单元,每个结构单元中铕(Ⅲ)配位数为9,分别与两个2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙和3个水分子配位; 每个2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙中的羧基氧、酰胺基中的羰基氧和CN中的氮与Eu3+配位,形成两个共边的稳定的五元环,另3个配位原子则分别来自3个水分子中的氧原子,该结构单元在空间呈扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱,而在每两个铕的九配位单元周围还有一个游离的1,10-菲啰啉分子和4个水分子.IR,1H NMR及热分解结果佐证了配合物的组成.该配合物具有很好的荧光特性.  相似文献

Reaction of a freshly prepared Ni(OH)2?2 x (CO3) x ·yH2O with maleic acid in H2O at room temperature afforded [Ni(H2O)6][Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]·4H2O, which consists of [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]2? anions and lattice H2O molecules. Ni atoms in cations are octahedrally coordinated and Ni atoms in anions are each octahedrally coordinated by bidentate chelating maleato ligands and two water molecules at trans positions. Cations and anions are interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, which are hexagonally arranged and connected by the lattice water molecules. When heated in a flowing argon stream, the compound decomposes, with complete dehydration being followed by dissociation of nickel maleate into NiO and maleic anhydride.  相似文献
