We report the synthesis, nucleic acid binding and cytotoxicity of the complexes [Ru(terpy)(Me2bpy)Cl]+, [Ru(terpy)(phen)Cl]+ and dinuclear [{Ru(terpy)Cl}2(??-bbn)]2+ {where Me2bpy = 4,4??-dimethyl-2,2??-bipyridine; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline; and bbn = bis[4(4??-methyl-2,2??-bipyridyl)]-1,n-alkane, with n = 7, 10, 12, 14}. The complexes were isolated from the reaction of the [Ru(terpy)Cl3] precursor with the respective bidentate and di-bidentate bridging ligands. The time-course UV?CVisible spectroscopy of the reaction of the mono- and dinuclear complexes with guanosine 5-monophosphate (GMP) showed the movement of the metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) band to lower wavelengths, accompanied by a hypochromism effect. The formation of the aqua complex and phosphate-bound intermediates in the reaction were detected by the time-course 1H NMR and 31P NMR experiments, which also demonstrated that the complex bound to the N7 guanine was the major product. The UV?CVisible and 1H NMR studies showed no evidence of the interaction of the complexes with both adenosine 5-monophosphate (AMP) and cytidine 5-monophosphate (CMP). Cytotoxicity studies of these complexes against a murine leukemia L1210 cell line revealed that the dinuclear [{Ru(terpy)Cl}2(??-bbn)]2+ complexes were significantly more cytotoxic than mononuclear [Ru(terpy)(Me2bpy)Cl]+. The [{Ru(terpy)Cl}2(??-bb14)]2+ complex appeared to be the most active (IC50 = 4.2 ??M).  相似文献

Reactions of 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-4-phenylpyridazine (Lph) with [(η6-arene)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (arene = C6H6, p-iPrC6H4Me and C6Me6), [(η5-C5Me5)M(μ-Cl)Cl]2, (M = Rh and Ir) and [(η5-Cp)Ru(PPh3)2Cl] (Cp = C5H5, C5Me5 and C9H7) afford mononuclear complexes of the type [(η6-arene)Ru(Lph)Cl]PF6, [(η5-C5Me5)M(Lph)Cl]PF6 and [(Cp)Ru(Lph)(PPh3)]PF6 with different structural motifs depending on the π-acidity of the ligand, electronic properties of the central metal atom and nature of the co-ligands. Complexes [(η6-C6H6)Ru(Lph)Cl]PF61, [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(Lph)Cl]PF62, [(η5-C5Me5)Ir(Lph)Cl]PF65, [(η5-Cp)Ru(PPh3)(Lph)]PF6, (Cp = C5H5, 6; C5Me5, 7; C9H7, 8) show the type-A binding mode (see text), while complexes [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(Lph)Cl]PF63 and [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(Lph)Cl]PF64 show the type-B binding mode (see text). These differences reflect the more electron-rich character of the [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and [(η5-C5Me5)Rh(μ-Cl)Cl]2 complexes compared to the other starting precursor complexes. Binding modes of the ligand Lph are determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray analysis as well as evidence obtained from the solid-state structures and corroborated by density functional theory calculations. From the systems studied here, it is concluded that the electron density on the central metal atom of these complexes plays an important role in deciding the ligand binding sites.  相似文献

The synthesis of [Ti6O4(OiPr)8(O2CPh)8] ( 3 ) and [RuCl(N≡CR)5][RuCl4(N≡CR)2] ( 4a , R = Me; 4b , R = Ph), [Ru(N≡CPh)6][RuCl4(N≡CPh)2] ( 5 ) and [H3O][RuCl4(N≡CMe)2] ( 7a ) is discussed. Crystallization of 5 from CH2Cl2 gave trans-[RuCl2(N≡CPh)4] ( 6 ). The solid-state structures of 3 , 4a , b , 5 , 6 and 7a are reported. Complex 4b forms a 3D network, while 6 displays a 2D structure, due to π-interactions between the benzonitrile ligands. The (spectro)electrochemical behavior of 4a , b and 6 was studied at 25 and –72 °C and the results thereof are compared with [NEt4][RuCl4(N≡CMe)2] ( 7b ) and [RuCl(N≡CPh)5][PF6] ( 8 ). The electrochemical response of the cation and the anion in 4a , b are independent from each other. [RuCl(N≡CR)5]+ possesses one reversible RuII/RuIII process. However, [RuCl4(N≡CMe)2] was shown to be prone to ligand exchange and disproportionation upon formation of either a RuIV and RuII species at 25 °C, while at –72 °C the rapid conversion of the electrochemically formed species is hindered. In situ IR and UV/Vis/NIR studies confirmed the respective disproportionation reaction products of the aforementioned oxidation and reduction, respectively.  相似文献

Eight substituted bidentate Schiff base ligands HOC6H4CH=N-R (HL) (HL1: R = 4-ClC6H4, HL2: R = 2-ClC6H4, HL3: R = 4-NO2C6H4, HL4: R = 4-MeC6H4, HL5: R = 2,6-Me2C6H3, HL6: R = 2,46-Me3C6H2, HL7: R = CH2C6H5, and HL8: R = n-Pr) were synthesized by the typical condensation reaction. Interaction of cis-[Ru(bpy)2Cl2]?2H2O (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) with one equivalent of HL ligand in the presence of KPF6 afforded the cationic ruthenium(II) complexes of the type [Ru(bpy)2(L)](PF6) (18). The reaction of cis-[Ru(phen)2Cl2]?2H2O (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) and HL1 under similar condition gave complex [(phen)2Ru(L)](PF6) (1a). Treatment of cis-[Ru(phen)2Cl2]?2H2O with two equivalents of HL in the presence of KPF6 resulted in isolation of the cationic ruthenium(III) complexes of the type [Ru(phen)(L)2](PF6) (9-16). All complexes have been spectroscopically characterized. The structures of 1a?CH2Cl2, 2?½CH2Cl2, 3?CH3CN, 5?½H2O, 6, 12?½HOCH2CH2OH, 13?CH3CN, 15?H2O, and 16 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of [Ru(OH2)2(RaaiR′)2]2+ [RaaiR′ = 1-alkyl-2-(arylazo)imidazole, p-R–C6H4–N=N–C3H2–NN(1)–R′, R=H (1), Me (2), Cl (3); R′ = Me (a), Et (b), CH2Ph (c)] with 8-quinolinol (HQ) in acetone solution followed by the addition of NH4PF6 afforded violet, mixed ligand complexes of composition [Ru(Q)(RaaiR′)2](PF6). The structure of [Ru(Q)(MeaaiMe)2](PF6) (2a) has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies. Solution electronic spectra exhibit a strong MLCT band at 560–580?nm in MeCN. Cyclic voltammogrames show a Ru(III)/Ru(II) couple at 1.0–1.1?V versus SCE along with three successive ligand reductions. The electronic properties are correlated with EHMO results.  相似文献

In the present work, we report two methoxy-substituted phenyl-terpyridine ruthenium complexes with pyridine carboxyquinoline and NCS as ancillary ligands, [Ru(OMePhtpy)(pcqH)(NCS)](PF6) (1) and [Ru(triOMePhtpy)(pcqH)(NCS)](PF6) (2) (where OMePhtpy = (4′-(4-methoxy)phenyl-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, triOMePhtpy = (4′-(3,4,5-trimethoxy)phenyl-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine and pcqH = pyridine-carboxyquinoline). Both complexes have been characterized by spectroscopic techniques e.g., mass, 1H-NMR and FTIR. UV–vis spectrophotometric and electrochemical studies for both complexes have been performed. The substitution pattern of the –OMe groups have been successfully utilized to tune the redox potential of the metal complexes. On the anodic side of cyclic voltammogram, 1 and 2 show an irreversible wave corresponding to RuII/III couple at 0.95 and 0.85 V, respectively. The lower RuII/III oxidation potential for 2 may be attributed to increased electron density on ruthenium due to three (+R) methoxy–groups appended to the phenyl moiety of triOMePhtpy. DFT optimization of structure and energy calculation reveals that in both complexes, HOMO is metal- and thiocyanate-based, whereas the LUMO is based on pcqH. Correlation of TDDFT results with experimental electronic spectrum indicates that bands at 502 nm (1) and 528 nm (2) are of MLLCT character from ruthenium-thiocyanate to pcqH.  相似文献

Two ruthenium acetylide complexes [Ru]?C≡C?C≡C?C(OR)(C3H5)2 ( 2 , R=H and 2 a , R=CH3; [Ru]=Cp(PPh3)2Ru) each with two cyclopropyl rings were synthesized from TMS?C≡C?C≡C?C(OH)(C3H5)2 ( 1 ; TMS=trimethylsilyl). Treatments of 2 and 2 a with allyl halide in the presence of KPF6 afforded the vinylidene complexes 3 and 3 a , respectively. When NH4PF6 was used, instead of KPF6, additional ring‐opening reaction took place on one of the three‐membered ring. Treatment of [Ru]Cl with 1,3‐butadiyne ( 6 ), bearing an epoxide ring, afforded acetylide complex 7 with a furyl ring. Treatment of 2 a with Ph3CPF6 presumably afforded pentatetraenylidene complex {[Ru]=C=C=C=C=C(C3H5)2}[PF6] ( 10 ), which was not isolated. Additions of various alcohols in a solution of 10 generated a number of disubstituted allenylidene complexes {[Ru]=C=C=C(OR)?C=C(C3H5)2}[PF6] ( 11 ). Treatment of 11 with K2CO3 afforded the acetylide complex 12 bearing a carbonyl group, characterized by single X‐ray diffraction analysis. Addition of a primary amine to 10 caused cleavage of the farthermost C=C bond and several allenylidene complexes {[Ru]=C=C=C(Me)(NHR)}[PF6] ( 18 ) were isolated.  相似文献

Three new complexes, [(η6-C6H6)RuCl(C5H4N-2-CH=N-Ar)]PF6 (Ar = phenylmethylene (1), (4-methoxyphenyl)methylene (2), and phenylhydrazone (3)), were prepared by reacting [(η6-C6H6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 with N,N′-bidentate ligands in a 1 : 2 ratio. Full characterization of the complexes was accomplished using 1H and 13C NMR, elemental and thermal analyses, UV–vis and IR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray structures. Single crystal structures confirmed a pseudo-octahedral three-legged, piano-stool geometry around Ru(II), with the ligand coordinated to the ruthenium(II) through two N atoms. The cytotoxicity of the mononuclear complexes was established against three human cancer cell lines and selectivity was also tested against non-cancerous human epithelial kidney (HEK 293) cells. The compounds were selective toward the tumor cells in contrast to the known anti-cancer drug 5-fluoro uracil which was not selective between the tumor cells and non-tumor cells. All the compounds showed moderate activity against MCF7 (human breast adenocarcinoma), but showed low antiproliferative activity against Caco-2 and HepG2. Also, antimicrobial activities of the complexes were tested against a panel of antimicrobial-susceptible and -resistant Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Of special interest is the anti-mycobacterial activity of all three synthesized complexes against Mycobacterium smegmatis, and bactericidal activity against resistant Enterococcus faecalis and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 43300.  相似文献

A new Schiff base, (pyridin-2-yl)-N-(3,5-di(pyridin-2-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)methanimine, (L), was synthesized. Reaction of [(η6-arene)Ru(µ-Cl)Cl]2 and [Cp*M(µ-Cl)Cl]2 (M = Rh and Ir) with one equivalent of L in the presence of NH4PF6 in methanol yielded dinuclear complexes, [(η6-arene)2Ru2(L-OH)Cl](PF6)2 {arene = C6H6 (1), p-iPrC6H4Me (p-cymene) (2) and C6Me6 (3)}, and [Cp*2M2(L-OH)Cl](PF6)2 [M = Rh (4) and Ir (5)], respectively, leading to the formation of five new chiral complexes with –OH on the azomethine carbon. L is a pentadentate ligand where one of the metal centers is coordinated to two nitrogen atoms in a bidentate chelating fashion while the other metal is bonded tridentate to three nitrogen atoms. Although the ligand is neutral before coordination, after complexation it is anionic (uni-negative) with negative charge on the azo nitrogen {see the structures: N(5) in 2[PF6]2 and N(3) for 4[PF6]2}. The complexes have been characterized by various spectroscopic methods including infrared and 1H NMR and the molecular structures of the representative complexes are established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Treatment of the trigonal-bipyramidal ruthenium(IV)–thiolate complex, [Ru(SMes)4(MeCN)] (Mes = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl, 1), with an anhydrous diethyl ether solution of hydrogen chloride in THF afforded [Ru(SMes)3Cl(MeCN)] (2), whereas interaction of 1 with [Et4N]Cl in THF gave an anionic ruthenium(IV)–thiolate complex, [Et4N][Ru(SMes)4Cl] (3). Reaction of 1 with one equivalent of substituted pyridines in dichloromethane gave the corresponding pyridine-coordinated ruthenium(IV)–thiolate complexes, [Ru(SMes)4(R-py)] (R = 4-Et, 4; 4-tBu, 5; 3,5-Me2, 6), while reaction of 1 with 0.5 equiv. of 4,4’-bipy (4,4’-bipy = 4,4’-bipyridine) in dichloromethane resulted in the formation of a dinuclear ruthenium(IV)–thiolate complex [{Ru(SMes)4}2(μ-4,4’-bipy)] (7). Complexes 27 have been spectroscopically characterized along with their electrochemical analyses, and their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The influence of the potentially chelating imino group of imine‐functionalized Ir and Rh imidazole complexes on the formation of functionalized protic N‐heterocyclic carbene (pNHC) complexes by tautomerization/metallotropism sequences was investigated. Chloride abstraction in [Ir(cod)Cl{C3H3N2(DippN=CMe)‐κN3}] ( 1 a ) (cod=1,5‐cyclooctadiene, Dipp=2,6‐diisopropylphenyl) with TlPF6 gave [Ir(cod){C3H3N2(DippN=CMe)‐κ2(C2,Nimine)}]+[PF6]? ( 3 a +[PF6]?). Plausible mechanisms for the tautomerization of complex 1 a to 3 a +[PF6]? involving C2?H bond activation either in 1 a or in [Ir(cod){C3H3N2(DippN=CMe)‐κN3}2]+[PF6]? ( 6 a +[PF6]?) were postulated. Addition of PR3 to complex 3 a +[PF6]? afforded the eighteen‐valence‐electron complexes [Ir(cod)(PR3){C3H3N2(DippN=CMe)‐κ2(C2,Nimine)}]+[PF6]? ( 7 a +[PF6]? (R=Ph) and 7 b +[PF6]? (R=Me)). In contrast to Ir, chloride abstraction from [Rh(cod)Cl{C3H3N2(DippN=CMe)‐κN3}] ( 1 b ) at room temperature afforded [Rh(cod){C3H3N2(DippN=CMe)‐κN3}2]+[PF6]? ( 6 b +[PF6]?) and [Rh(cod){C3H3N2(DippN=CMe)‐κ2(C2,Nimine)}]+[PF6]? ( 3 b +[PF6]?) (minor); the reaction yielded exclusively the latter product in toluene at 110 °C. Double metallation of the azole ring (at both the C2 and the N3 atom) was also achieved: [Ir2(cod)2Cl{μ‐C3H2N2(DippN=CMe)‐κ2(C2,Nimine),κN3}] ( 10 ) and the heterodinuclear complex [IrRh(cod)2Cl{μ‐C3H2N2(DippN=CMe)‐κ2(C2,Nimine),κN3}] ( 12 ) were fully characterized. The structures of complexes 1 b , 3 b +[PF6]?, 6 a +[PF6]?, 7 a +[PF6]?, [Ir(cod){C3HN2(DippN=CMe)(DippN=CH)(Me)‐κ2(N3,Nimine)}]+[PF6]? ( 9 +[PF6]?), 10? Et2O ? toluene, [Ir2(CO)4Cl{μ‐C3H2N2(DippN=CMe)‐κ2(C2,Nimine),κN3}] ( 11 ), and 12? 2 THF were determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

A large family of crystalline organometallic compounds with silver ethynide (R–C≡CAg) as a component has been synthesized and characterized. In most cases the R–C≡C? species coordinate to 3–5 silver(I) atoms, which may be symbolized as R–C≡C?Ag n (n = 3, 4, 5; R = alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl) by leaving out the charges. In the present review, emphasis is laid on systematic synthetic and structural studies of high-nuclearity silver ethynide clusters, of which the size and shape can be controlled to a certain extent by the judicious choice of templating anions and auxiliary ligands.  相似文献

A series of ruthenium alkenylacetylide complexes trans-[Ru{C≡CC(=CH2)R}Cl(dppe)2] (R=Ph ( 1 a ), cC4H3S ( 1 b ), 4-MeS-C6H4 ( 1 c ), 3,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b]thiophene (DMBT) ( 1 d )) or trans-[Ru{C≡C-cC6H9}Cl(dppe)2] ( 1 e ) were allowed to react with the corresponding propargylic alcohol HC≡CC(Me)R(OH) (R=Ph ( A ), cC4H3S ( B ), 4-MeS-C6H4 ( C ), DMBT ( D ) or HC≡C-cC6H10(OH) ( E ) in the presence of TlBF4 and DBU to presumably give alkenylacetylide/allenylidene intermediates trans-[Ru{C≡CC(=CH2)R}{C=C=C(Me)}(dppe)2]PF6 ([ 2 ]PF6). These complexes were not isolated but deprotonated to give the isolable bis(alkenylacetylide) complexes trans-[Ru{C≡CC(=CH2)R}2(dppe)2] (R=Ph ( 3 a ), cC4H3S ( 3 b ), 4-MeS-C6H4 ( 3 c ), DMBT ( 3 d )) and trans-[Ru{C≡C-cC6H9}2(dppe)2] ( 3 e ). Analogous reactions of trans-[Ru(CH3)2(dmpe)2], featuring the more electron-donating 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane (dmpe) ancillary ligands, with the propargylic alcohols A or C and NH4PF6 in methanol allowed isolation of the intermediate mixed alkenylacetylide/allenylidene complexes trans-[Ru{C≡CC(=CH2)R}{C=C=C(Me)}(dmpe)2]PF6 (R=Ph ([ 4 a ]PF6), 4-MeS-C6H4 ([ 4 c ]PF6). Deprotonation of [ 4 a ]PF6 or [ 4 c ]PF6 gave the symmetric bis(alkenylacetylide) complexes trans-[Ru{C≡CC(=CH2)R}2(dmpe)2] (R=Ph ( 5 a ), 4-MeS-C6H4 ( 5 c )), the first of their kind containing the dmpe ancillary ligand sphere. Attempts to isolate bis(allenylidene) complexes [Ru{C=C=C(Me)R}2(PP)2]2+ (PP=dppe, dmpe) from treatment of the bis(alkenylacetylide) species 3 or 5 with HBF4 ⋅ Et2O were ultimately unsuccessful.  相似文献

Four Ru(II) complexes with tridentate ligands viz. (4-hydroxy-N′-(pyridin-2-yl-ethylene) benzohydrazide [Ru(L1)(PPh3)2(Cl)] (1), N′-(pyridin-2-yl-methylene) nicotinohydrazide [Ru(L2)(PPh3)2(Cl)] (2), N′-(1H-imidazol-2-yl-methylene)-4-hydroxybenzohydrazide [Ru(L3)(PPh3)2(Cl)] (3), and N′-(1H-imidazol-2-yl-methylene) nicotinohydrazide [Ru(L4)(PPh3)2(Cl)] (4) have been synthesized and characterized. The methoxy-derivative of L3H (abbreviated as L3H*) exists in E configuration with torsional angle of 179.4° around C7-N8-N9-C10 linkage. Single crystal structures of acetonitrile coordinated ruthenium complexes of 1 and 3 having compositins as [Ru(L1)(PPh3)2(CH3CN)]Cl (1a) and [Ru(L3)(PPh3)2(CH3CN)]Cl (3a) revealed coordination of tridentate ligands with significantly distorted octahedral geometry constructed by imine nitrogen, heterocyclic nitrogen, and enolate amide oxygen, forming a cis-planar ring with trans-placement of two PPh3 groups and a coordinated acetonitrile. Ligands (L1H-L4H) and their ruthenium complexes (1–4) are characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, and IR spectral analysis. Ru(II) complexes have reversible to quasi-reversible redox behavior having Ru(II)/Ru(III) oxidation potentials in the range of 0.40–0.71 V. The DNA binding constants determined by absorption spectral titrations with Herring Sperm DNA (HS-DNA) reveal that L4H and 1 interact more strongly than other ligands and Ru(II) complexes. Complexes 1–3 exhibit DNA cleaving activity possibly due to strong electrostatic interactions while 4 displays intercalation.  相似文献

Self-assembly of 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) with arene-ruthenium building blocks and 2,2′-bisbenzimidazole (H2BiBzIm) in the presence of AgOTf (OTf = OSO2CF3) afforded tetranuclear cations of the type [Ru4(η6-arene)4(bpy)2(BiBzIm)2]4+ (arene = p-iPrC6H4Me 1, C6Me6 2), while similar reactions by use of [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 and excess AgOTf led to isolation of a cationic coordination network {[Ru4(η6-C6Me6)4(bpy)2(BiBzIm)2·Ag2(OTf)4]2+}n (3), which could also be obtained by treatment of [2][OTf]4 with AgOTf in methanol. Complex 3 is constructed by π coordination of BiBzIm(η2-carcon) with Ag(I). The coordination geometry around the silver(I) ion is pseudo-tetrahedral (taking the C=C group as one ligand). Self-assembly of only two components: [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(μ-Cl)Cl]2 reacted with the 3-pyridyl-bian (mPy-bian) linker in the presence of limited AgOTf to give a chloro-bridged metalla-rectangle [Ru4(η6-C6Me6)4(μ-Cl)4(mPy-bian)2Ag]5+ (4), which enclosed a silver in the center. The coordination geometry around silver(I) in 4 is unusual square planar. The molecular structures of 1–4 were confirmed by X-ray crystallography along with other spectroscopic properties.  相似文献

Reaction of complex3 with [(p-cymene)RuCl2]2 dimer gave a mixed dimeric complex [(Cp)Ru(PPh3)2-CN-RuCl2(p-cymene)] (12). All these complexes have been characterized by IR,1H,13C and31P NMR spectroscopy and C, H, N analyses.  相似文献

A series of new manganese(I) and ruthenium(II) monometallic and bimetallic complexes made of 2,2′-bipyridine and 1,10-phenanthroline ligands, [Mn(CO)3(NN)(4,4′-bpy)]+, [{(CO)3(NN)Mn}2(4,4′-bpy)]2+ and [(CO)3(NN)Mn(4,4′-bpy)Ru(NN)2Cl]2+ (NN = 2,2′-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline; 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) are synthesized and characterized, in addition to already known ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(NN)2Cl(4,4′-bpy)]+ and [Cl(NN)2Ru(4,4′-bpy)Ru(NN)2Cl]2+. The electrochemical properties show that there is a weak interaction between two metal centers in Mn–Ru heterobimetallic complexes. The photophysical behavior of all the complexes is studied. The Mn(I) monometallic and homobimetallic complexes have no detectable emission. In Mn–Ru heterobimetallic complexes, the attachment of Mn(I) with Ru(II) provides interesting photophysical properties.  相似文献

Three heterotopic ligands L1, L2, and L3 based on 1,10-phenanthroline and 2,2′-bipyridine moieties have been synthesized and characterized. The Ru(II) complexes [{Ru(bpy)2}33-L1)](PF6)6, [{Ru(bpy)2}33-L2)](PF6)6, and [{Ru(bpy)2}22-L3)](PF6)4 (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) have been prepared by refluxing Ru(bpy)2Cl2·2H2O with each ligand in ethanol. All three complexes display MLCT absorptions at around 455 nm and emissions at around 618 nm. Electrochemical studies of the complexes reveal one Ru(II)-centered quasi-reversible oxidation at around 1.32 V and three ligand-centered reductions in each case.  相似文献

Monomeric Dialkyl Metal Complexes of the R2M(NR′)2XR Type with M = Al, Ga, In, Tl; X = S, C and R, R′ = Alkyl and Silyl N,N′-Bis(trimethylsilyl)sulfurdiimide reacts with the trimethyl derivatives of aluminium, gallium, and indium within insertion. Hereby monomeric sulfinic acid imidamidates Me2M(NSiMe3)2SMe (Me = CH3) are formed. The lithium amidinates Li(NR′)2CMe (R′ = i-C3H7 and SiMe3) are formed likewise by insertion reactions with LiMe and the corresponding carbodiimides R′N?C?NR′ and were used in reactions with R2MCl (M = Al to Tl) to synthesize dialkyl metal amidinates R2M(NR′)2CMe. The NMR (1H and 13C) and the vibrational spectra (IR and Raman) are discussed and applied to describe the structure of these chelat complexes.  相似文献
