Preparation, Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analysis of the Linkage Isomeric Chlororhodanoiridates(III) trans-[IrCl2(SCN)4]3? and trans-[IrCl2(NCS)(SCN)3]3? By treatment of Na2[IrCl6] with NaSCN in 2N HCl the linkage isomers trans-[IrCl2(SCN)4]3? and trans-[IrCl2(NCS)(SCN)3]3? are formed which have been separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. X-ray structure determinations on single crystals of trans-(n-Bu4N)3[IrCl2(SCN)4] ( 1 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/a, a = 18.009(4), b = 15.176(3), c = 23.451(4) Å, β = 93.97(2)°, Z = 4) and trans-(Me4N)3[IrCl2(NCS)(SCN)3] ( 2 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/a, a = 17.146(5), b = 9.583(5), c = 18.516(5) Å, β = 109.227(5)°, Z = 4) reveal the complete ordering of the complex anions. The via S or N coordinated thiocyanate groups are bonded with Ir? S? C angles of 105.7–109.7° and the Ir? N? C angle of 171.4°. The torsion angles Cl? Ir? S? C and N? Ir? S? C are 3.6–53.0°. The IR and Raman spectra of ( 1 ) are assigned by normal coordinate analysis using the molecular parameters of the X-ray determination. The valence force constants are fd(IrS) = 1.52 and fd(IrCl) = 1.72 mdyn/Å.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) Phthalocyaninates(2–): Synthesis and Properties of (Acido)(carbonyl)phthalocyaninato(2–)ruthenate(II), [Ru(X)(CO)Pc2?]? (X = Cl, Br, I, NCO, NCS, N3) (nBu4N)[Ru(OH)2Pc2?] is reduced in acetone with carbonmonoxid to blue-violet [Ru(H2O)(CO)Pc2?], which yields in tetrahydrofurane with excess (nBu4N)X acido(carbonyl)phthalocyaninato(2–)ruthenate(II), [Ru(X)(CO)Pc2?]? (X = Cl, Br, I, NCO, NCS, N3) isolated as red-violet, diamagnetic (nBu4N) complex salt. The UV-Vis spectra are dominated by the typical π-π* transitions of the Pc2? ligand at approximately 15100 (B), 28300 (Q1) und 33500 cm?1 (Q2), only fairly dependent of the axial ligands. v(C? O) is observed at 1927 (X = I), 1930 (Cl, Br), 1936 (N3, NCO) 1948 cm?1 (NCS), v(C? N) at 2208 cm?1 (NCO), 2093 cm?1 (NCS) and v(N? N) at 2030 cm?1 only in the MIR spectrum. v(Ru? C) coincides in the FIR spectrum with a deformation vibration of the Pc ligand, but is detected in the resonance Raman(RR) spectrum at 516 (X = Cl), 512 (Br), 510 (N3), 504 (I), 499 (NCO), 498 cm?1 (NCS). v(Ru? X) is observed in the FIR spectrum at 257 (X = Cl), 191 (Br), 166 (I), 349 (N3), 336 (NCO) and 224 cm?1 (NCS). Only v(Ru? I) is RR-enhanced.  相似文献

Preparation, Structures, and EPR Spectra of the Rhenium(II) Thionitrosyl Complexes trans -[Re(NS)Cl3(MePh2P)2] and trans -[Re(NS)Br3(Me2PhP)2] The paramagnetic rhenium(II) thionitrosyl compounds trans-[Re(NS)Cl3(MePh2P)2] and trans-[Re(NS)Br3(Me2PhP)2] are characterized by crystal structure diffraction and EPR spectroscopy. Trans-[Re(NS)Cl3(MePh2P)2] is formed during the reduction of (a) [ReNCl2(MePh2P)3] with disulphur dichloride or (b) of mer-[ReCl3(MePh2P)3] with trithiazyl chloride. Trans-[Re(NS)Br3(Me2PhP)2] is the final product of the ligand exchange reaction of mer-[Re(NS)Cl2(Me2PhP)3] with bromine whereby the metal occurred to be simultaneusly oxidized. The crystal structure analyses show for trans-[Re(NS)Cl3(MePh2P)2] (monoclinic, C2/c, a = 13.831(3) Å, b = 13.970(1) Å, c = 14.682(2) Å, β = 95.33(1), Z = 4) and trans-[Re(NS)Br3(Me2PhP)2] (monoclinic, C2/c, a = 33.292(5) Å, b = 8.697(1) Å, c = 17.495(3) Å, β = 115.65(1), Z = 8) linear co-ordinated NS ligands (Re–N–S-angles 180° and 174.8°). The metal atom is octahedrally co-ordinated with the phosphine ligands in trans position to each other. X-band and Q-band EPR spectra of the rhenium(II) thionitrosyl complexes (5 d5 “low-spin” configuration, S = 1/2) are detected in the temperature range 295 ≥ T ≥ 130 K. They are characterized by well resolved 185,187Re hyperfine patterns. The hyperfine parameters are used to get information about the spin-density distribution of the unpaired electron in the complexes under study.  相似文献

Preparation, Crystal Structures, Vibrational Spectra, and Normal Coordinate Analysis of trans-(PNP)[TcCl4(Py)2] and trans-(PNP)[TcBr4(Py)2] By reaction of (PNP)2[TcX6] with pyridine in the presence of [BH4]? (PNP)[TcX4(Py)2], X = Cl, Br, are formed. X-ray structure determinations on single crystals of these isotypic TcIII complexes (monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 2, for X = Cl: a = 13.676(4), b = 9.102(3), c = 17.144(2) Å, β = 91.159(1)°; for X = Br: a = 13.972(2), b = 9.146(3), c = 17.285(4) Å, β = 90.789(2)°) result in the averaged bond distances Tc? Cl: 2.386, Tc? Br: 2.519, Tc? N: 2.132(3) (X = Cl) and 2.143(4) Å (X = Br). The two pyridine rings are coplanar and vertical to the X? Tc? X-axes, forming angles of 42.28° (X = Cl) and 43.11° (X = Br). Using the molecular parameters of the X-ray structure determination and assuming D2h point symmetry, the IR and Raman spectra are assigned by normal coordinate analysis based on a modified valence force field. Good agreement between observed and calculated frequencies is obtained with the valence force constants fd(TcCl) = 1.45, fd(TcBr) = 1.035, fd(TcN) = 1.37 (X = Cl) and 1.45 mdyn/ Å (X = Br), respectively.  相似文献

Sodium amalgam reduction of the complexes [MCl3(PMe3)3] (M = Mo, W) in tetrahydrofuran, under dinitrogen, yields dark red-brown suspensions from which red-orange crystals of composition trans-[MCl(N2)· (PMe3)4] can be collected. Spectroscopic and chemical evidence indicate the compounds are best formulated as mixtures of trans-[M(N2)2(PMe3)4] and trans-[MCl2(PMe3)4] species, but attempts to isolate the pure bis(dinitro derivatives have proved unsuccessful. Single crystals of analytical composition [MCl(N2)(PMe3)4] have been studied by X-ray crystallography, and the structure of trans-[MoCl2(PMe3)4] has been determined for comparison. trans-[MCl(N2)(PMe3)4] (M = Mo, W) and trans-[MoCl2(PMe3)4] are all isostructural, crystallizing in the tetragonal space group I42 trans-[MoCl(N2)(PMe3)4] has a = 9.597(5), b = 12.294(6) Å, Dc = 1.36g cm?3 Z = 2 and was refined to a final R value of 0.021 based on 319 independent observed reflections. The tungsten analogue has a = 9.573(4), b = 12.278(5) Å, Dc = 1.63g cm?3 for Z = 2 and was refined to R = 0.19 with 322 independent observed reflections. trans-[MoCl2(PMe3)4] has cell parameters a = 9.675(5), b = 12.311(6) Å Dc = 1.36 g cm?3 for Z = 2 and was refined to R = 0.043 with 316 independent observed reflections. In each case the metal atom resides on a crystallographic 42m position. For trans-[MoCl(N2)(PMe3)4] (M = Mo, W) the chlorine and dinitrogen ligands are disordered. M-N distances of 2.08(1) ? (M = Mo) and 2.04(2) ? (M = W) and M-Cl bond lengths of 2.415(8) Å (M = Mo) and 2.46(1) Å (M = W) are observed. In trans-[MoCl2(PMe3)4], where there is no disorder, the Mo-Cl distance is 2.420(6) Å.  相似文献

Single crystals of trans-[Pd(NO3)2(H2O)2] were obtained, and the crystal structure of this complex, previously obtained for polycrystals, was refined. Crystal data (BRUKER X8APEX diffractometer): a = 4.9973(7) Å, b = 10.5982(14) Å, c = 11.7008(17) Å, V = 619.70(15) Å3, space group Pbca, Z = 4, d calc = 2.856 g/cm3. The structure is composed of neutral complexes with a trans configuration. The square plane environment of the Pd atom is formed by four oxygen atoms (Pd-O(NO3) 1.999(5) Å, Pd-O(H2O) 2.030(5) Å) and completed to a distorted bipyramid by two intramolecular contacts (Pd…O(NO3) 2.926 Å). The shortest hydrogen bonds are O…H 2.72 Å.  相似文献

Ruthenium(III) Phthalocyanines: Synthesis and Properties of Di(halo)phthalocyaninato(1?)ruthenium(III) Di(halo)phthalocyaninato(1?)ruthenium(III), [Ru(X)2Pc?] (X = Cl, Br, I) is prepared by oxidation of [Ru(X)2Pc2?]? (Cl, Br, OH) with halogene in dichloromethane. The magnetic moment of [Ru(X)2Pc?] is 2,48 μB (X = Cl) resp. 2,56 μB (X = Br) in accordance with a systeme of two independent spins (low spin RuIII and Pc?: S = 1/2). The optical spectra of the red violet solution of [Ru(X)2Pc?] (Cl, Br) are typical for the Pc? ligand with the “B” at 13.5 kK, “Q1” at 19.3 kK and “Q2 region” at 31.9 kK. Sytematic spectral changes within the iron group are discussed. The presence of the Pc? ligand is confirmed by the vibrational spectra, too. Characteristic are the metal dependent bands in the m.i.r. spectra at 1 352 and 1 458 cm?1 and the strong Raman line at 1 600 cm?1. The antisymmetric Ru? X stretch (vas(Ru? X)) is observed at 189 cm?1 (X = I) resp. 234 cm?1 (X = Br). There are two interdependent bands at 295 and 327 cm?1 in the region expected for vas(Ru? Cl) attributed to strong interaction of vas(Ru? Cl) with an out-of-plane Pc? tilting mode of the same irreducible representation. Only the symmetric Ru? Br stretch at 183 cm?1 is selectively enhanced in the resonance-Raman(RR) spectra. The Raman line at 168 cm?1 of the diiodo complex is assigned to loosely bound iodine. The broad band at 978 cm?1 in the RR spectra of the dichloro complex is due to an intraconfigurational transition within the electronic ground state of low spin RuIII split by spin orbit coupling.  相似文献

One isomer, LC of the isomeric Me8[14]anes, LA, LB and LC; on reaction with Ni(NCS)2 produces a six coordinate octahedral diisothiocyanato complex, [NiLC(NCS)2]. This complex undergoes axial substitution reactions with the small ligands to yield corresponding monosubstituted derivatives having general formula [NiLC(NCS)X] whereas X = Cl, Br, I, NO2 or NO3. The complexes have been characterized on the basis of analytical, spectroscopic, magnetic and conductance data. The structure of [NiLC(NCS)2] (triclinic, space group P?1, α = 8.0421(17) Å, β = 8.9085(18) Å, χ = 9.687(2) Å, α = 67.561(3) Å, β = 82,896(4) Å, ζ = 598.7(2) Å3, = 2, Dc = 1.352 mg/m3, μ(Mo ) = 1.003 mm?1) was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Syntheses and Structures of (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3(NCS)3] and (Et4N)[Re(CO)2Br4] Rhenium(I) and rhenium(III) carbonyl complexes can easily be prepared by ligand exchange reactions starting from (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3Br3]. Using nonoxidizing reagents the facial ReI(CO)3 unit remains and only the bromo ligands are exchanged. Following this procedure, (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3(NCS)3] can be obtained in high yield and purity using trimethylsilylisothiocyanate. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 18.442(5), b = 17.724(3), c = 18.668(5) Å, β = 92.54(1)°, Z = 8. The NCS? ligands are coordinated via nitrogen. The reaction of [Re(CO)3Br3]2? with Br2 yields the rhenium(III) anion [Re(CO)2Br4]?. The tetraethylammonium salt of this complex crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric, orthorhombic space group Cmc21, a = 8.311(1), b = 25.480(6), c = 8.624(1) Å, Z = 4. The carbonyl ligands are positioned in a cis arrangement. Their strong trans influence causes a lengthening of the Re? Br bond distances by at least 0.05 Å.  相似文献

Preparation and Vibrational Spectra of trans-[Pt(acac)2X2] (X ? Cl, Br, I, SCN, SeCN, N3) By electrolytical oxidation of [Pt(acac)2] in presence of chloride or bromide, dissolved in dichlormethane, trans-[Pt(acac)2X2], X ? Cl, Br, are formed. On treatment of trans-[Pt(acac)2I2] with silver pseudohalides trans-[Pt(acac)2X2], X ? SCN, SeCN, N3, are obtained. Beside the nearly persistent bands of coordinated acetylacetonate in the Raman spectra the intensive and sharp symmetric, in the IR spectra the corresponding antisymmetric stretching vibration of the X? Pt? X axis is observed. The observance of the rule of mutual exclusion proves the complexes to belong to point group D2h. From the resonance Raman spectrum of trans-[Pt(acac)2I2] for vs (Pt? I), Ag, the harmonic frequency ω1 = 142.45 cm?1 and the inharmonicity constant x11 = 0.48 cm?1 is calculated. In the Raman spectrum of trans-[Pt(acac)2Cl2] vs (Pt? Cl) is splitted by the isotops 35Cl/37Cl into the triplet 340, 335, 330 cm?1 giving the force constant fPtCl = 2.01 N/cm.  相似文献

The facile access to the Vaska type fluorido complexes trans-[Ir(F)(CO)(PR3)2] [ 6 : R = Et, 7 : R = Ph, 8 : R = iPr, 9 : R = Cy, 10 : R = tBu] was achieved by halide exchange at trans-[Ir(Cl)(CO)(PR3)2] ( 1 – 5 ) with Me4NF. Furthermore, the reaction of complex 6 with SF4 gave cis,trans-[Ir(F)2(SF3)(CO)(PEt3)2] ( 11 ), whereas 8 – 10 did not react. Reactivity studies revealed that 11 can selectively be manipulated at the sulfur atom by hydrolysis or fluoride abstraction to give cis,trans-[Ir(F)2(SOF)(CO)(PEt3)2] ( 12 ) and cis,trans-[Ir(F)2(SF2)(CO)(PEt3)2][AsF6] ( 13 ), respectively.  相似文献

Substitution reactions of trans-[CoCl2(en)2]Cl (where en?=?ethylenediamine) with L-cystine has been studied in 1.0?×?10?1?mol?dm?3 aqueous perchlorate at various temperatures (303–323?K) and pH (4.45–3.30) using UV-Vis spectrophotometer on various [Cl?] from 0.05 to 0.01?mol?L?1. The products have been characterized by their physico-chemical and spectroscopic data. Trans-[CoCl(en)2(H2O)]2+, from the hydrolysis of trans-[CoCl2(en)2]+ in the presence of Cl?, formed a complex with L-cystine at all temperatures in 1?:?1 molar ratio. L-cystine is bidentate to Co(III) through Co–N and Co–S bonds. Product formation and reversible reaction rate constants have been evaluated. The rate constants for SNi mechanism have been evaluated and activation parameters E a, ΔH #, and ΔS # are determined.  相似文献

Two tetra-coordinate Co(II) complexes, [CoCl2(bzfupy)2] and [CoCl2(p-tol)2] with N-donor ligands, are apparently mononuclear systems. The magnetic susceptibility at low temperature attains a maximum which is a fingerprint of the exchange interaction. The exchange coupling constant fitted to a model of 1D-magnetic chain yields J/hc = ?0.50 cm?1 and ?0.57 cm?1, respectively. The magnetic interaction is mediated by the π-π stacking in the first complex, and the short Cl…Cl contacts in the second.  相似文献

Mixed-Ligand Complexes of Rhenium IV. The Reaction of [ReNCl2(Me2PhP)3] with Dithiocarbamates. X-Ray Crystal Structures of trans-Chloro-dimethyldithiocarbamato-bis(dimethylphenylphosphine) nitridorhenium(V), [ReN(Cl)(Me2PhP)2(Me2dtc)], and Bis(diethyldithiocarbamato)(dimethylphenylphosphine)nitridorhenium(V), [ReN(Cl)(Me2PhP)(Et2dtc)2] [ReNCl2(Me2PhP)3] reacts with dialkyldithiocarbamates, R2dtc?, under a stepwise ligand exchange. Final products of these reactions are the well-known [ReN(R2dtc)2] bischelates. Intermediatelly, however, complexes of the general formulae [ReN(Cl)(Me2PhP)2(R2dtc)] and [ReN(Me2PhP)(R2dtc)2] can be isolated. Representatives have been structurally characterized. [ReN(Cl)(Me2PhP)2(Me2dtc)] crystallizes monoclinic in the space group P21/c, Z = 4. The dimensions of the unit cell are a = 13.071(3); b = 11.622(1); c = 15.667(3) Å; β = 97.09(1)°. The rhenium atom has a distorted octahedral environment; the Re≡N bond length is 1.71(1) Å. The Re? Cl bond distance is markedly lengthened (2.665(2) Å) as a consequence of the strong trans labilizing influence of the coordinated nitrido ligand. [ReN(Me2PhP)(Et2dtc)2] crystallizes monoclinic in the space group P21/c, Z = 4, a = 17.262(3); b = 14.915(2); c = 9.888(2); β = 76.35(8)°. The equatorial coordination sphere is occupied by one phosphorus atom and three sulphur atoms. One of the dithiocarbamate ligands is coordinated bidentately; the second one with two distinct Re? S bond lengths. The Re? S(4) distance is 2.7983(2) Å which can be discussed as a weak interaction with the metal.  相似文献

Preparation of Halogeno Pyridine Rhenates(III), [ReX6?n(Py)n](3?n)? (X = Br, Cl), n = 1?3, have been prepared for the first time by reaction of the tetrabutylammoniumsalts (TBA)2[ReX6] (X = Br, Cl) in pyridine with (TBA)BH4 and separation by chromatography on Al2O3. Apart from the monopyridine complexes only the trans and mer isomers are formed from the bis-and tris-pyridine compounds. Preparation and Crystal Structure of trans-(Ph4As)2[OsCl2(NCS) (SCN) ], Vibrational Spectra and Normal Coordinate Analysis By treatment of trans-[OsCl2I4]2? with (SCN)2 in dichloromethane a mixture of different linkage isomers is formed, from which trans-[OsCl2(NCS)(SCN)]2? has been isolated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. The X-Ray structure determination on a single crystal of trans-(Ph4As)2[OsCl2(NCS)(SCN)] (triclinic, space group P 1 , a = 12.505(5), b = 12.056(5), c = 19.833(5) Å, α = 108.047(5)°, β = 91.964(5)°, γ = 117.048(5)°, Z = 2) reveals that two cis-positioned Thiocyanate(N) groups are coordinated with Os? N? C angles of 172.1° and 173.0° and two cis-positioned Thiocyanate(S) groups are coordinated with Os? S? C angles of 106.9° and 108.7°. Using the molecular parameters of the X-Ray determination the low temperature (10 K) IR and Raman spectra of the (n-Bu4N) salt of the linkage isomer are assigned by a normal coordinate analysis based on a modified valence force field. The valence force constants are fd(OsN) = 1.63 and fd(OsS) = 1.30 mdyn/Å. Taking into account the trans influence a good agreement between observed and calculated frequencies is achieved.  相似文献

Cl = 97.0(3)° for [HgCl2( 1 )] and Hg? P = 2.491 (10) Å and 2.500(11) Å, Hg? I = 2.858(5) Å and 2.832(3) Å, P? Hg? P = 146.0(4)°, I? Hg? I = 116.9(1)° for [HgI2( 1 )]. The equation, derived previously, relating 1J(199Hg, 31P) and the angles P? Hg? P and X? Hg? X is shown to be valid for 1 .  相似文献
