Two new transition metal coordination polymers, [Zn(abz)(bipy)](ClO4) (1) and [Mn(bipy)5(H2O)6](ClO4)2?·?2(abz)?·?2(H2O) (2) (bipy?=?4,4′-bipyridine, abz?=?3-aminobenzoate), were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is a 2-D-layered network with a (4,4) net built up by bipy and 3-aminobenzoate ligands connecting two zinc nodes. Complex 2 is a 3-D supramolecular grid network constructed from close stacking bipy ligands of H-type cation units with large cavities hosting 3-aminobenzoate, perchlorate ions, and water. Solid state photoluminescence for 1 was also investigated.  相似文献

This work presents an investigation on the positions of the substituent and N-donor auxiliary chelating ligand (bipy/phen) effect on engineering of crystalline architectures of four Pb(II) complexes with a pair of methyl-substituted 3-sulfobenzoic isomers: [Pb(4-msba)(phen)(H2O)] (1), [Pb(4-msba)(bipy)(H2O)]·H2O (2), [Pb(5-msba)(phen)2]·9H2O (3), and [Pb2(5-msba)2(bipy)2(H2O)2] (4) (4/5-msba?=?4/5-methyl-3-sulfobenzoate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline and bipy?=?2,2′-bipyridine). The lead(II) ions exhibit hemidirected geometry in 1–4. The positions of the methyl as well as the auxiliary chelating ligands influence coordination modes of the sulfonates and thus determine the architectures. As the position of methyl in aromatic ring changes from 4 to 5, the structures change from 2-D sheet-like compounds for 1 and 2 to 0-D dimeric species for 3 and 4. A water cluster (H2O)18 exists in 3, which further assembles into a water tape with a new pattern T4(3)4(3)10(3)A4. Complex 3 loses crystallinity rapidly in the open air and turns into [Pb(5-msba)(phen)2]·2H2O (3A). Thermal stabilities and solid state fluorescent properties of 1, 2, 3A, and 4 have been studied.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of Pb(NO3)2 and 3-fluorophthalic acid (H2Fpht) in the absence or presence of 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy) gave two coordination polymers: Pb5(Fpht)4(Fba)2 (1) and [Pb2(Fpht)2(bpy)(H2O)]·3H2O (2). The 3-fluorobenzoic acid (HFba) results from an in situ decarboxylation of H2Fpht. Solid 1 displays a 2-D structure, comprising center-related hexanuclear [Pb3(COO)6]2 units. There are three crystallographically different Pb(II) ions and two different ligands, Fpht and Fba. The Fpht ligands adopt μ6?:?η5η3 and μ6?:?η3η4 unusual bridging coordination modes. A 3-D supramolecular architecture is formed via C–H?F hydrogen bonds. Solid 2 possesses a 1-D chain structure, comprising center-related tetranuclear [Pb2(COO)4]2 units. There are two crystallographically different Pb(II) ions. The Fpht ligands adopt μ3?:?η2η3 and μ4?:?η3η3 bridging coordination. The free water molecules form (H2O)3 clusters to link the 1-D chain by hydrogen bonds. A 3-D supramolecular assembly is constructed via hydrogen bonds between the free water and the F of Fpht ligands. Fluorescence of the complexes originates from π*–π transitions of the ligands.  相似文献

A new tetranuclear complex, {[Cu(phen)(OH)]4(H2O)2}?·?(SO4)2?·?8H2O (1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis, IR, TG, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 exhibits a 3-D supramolecular network with a 1-D metal–water chain consisting of tetranuclear hydroxo-bridged copper(II) clusters and water octamers and a 2-D water–sulfate layer containing cyclic water octamers with five types of O–H?···?O hydrogen-bonding motifs. The free ligand and its complex were screened for antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.  相似文献

{[Pb(tsgluo)]?·?H2O} n (1), [Pb2(tsgluo)2(phen)2] (2), and [Pb2(tsgluo)2(bipy)2] (3) (H2tsgluo?=?N-p-tolylsulfonyl-L-glutamate, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline, bipy?=?2,2′-pyridine) have been synthesized in the absence or presence of phen or 2,2′-bipy and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray crystallography. Single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that tsgluo exhibits two coordination modes to link lead ions. Complex 1 gives a 2-D layer structure while 2 and 3 exhibit monomolecular structures; 3 is further connected into a double-chain structure by hydrogen bonds. Phen and 2,2′-bipy are very important for the crystal structure. Fluorescence of the compounds is also discussed.  相似文献

Two new CdII complexes, [Cd(L)2(CH3OH)2] (1) and [Cd(L)2(pyz)(H2O)] (2), have been prepared by the reaction of xanthene-9-carboxylic acid (HL) and Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O in the presence or absence of pyz co-ligand (L?=?xanthene-9-carboxylate and pyz?=?pyrazine). Their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 possesses a 1-D zigzag chain structure, whereas 2 has a 1-D linear chain that is further assembled into a 2-D network, and then an overall 3-D framework by inter-chain O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds and C–H?···?π supramolecular interactions. Both 1 and 2 are photoluminescent and their emission properties are closely related to their intrinsic structures.  相似文献

Four complexes, [Ag4(bipy)2(Himdc)2(H2O)2] n (1), [Ag(H2imdc)] n (2), [K(H3imdc)(H2imdc)(H2O)2] n (3), and [Cu(Himc)2] (4) (H3imdc?=?1H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid, H2imc?=?1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid, and bipy?=?4,4′-bipyridine), were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and elemental analysis. The obtained complexes exhibit different coordination structures; 1 contains a 2-D supramolecular layer based on two chains arraying uniformly in an ABAB manner. Compound 2 displays sawtooth-shaped 1-D chains extending to 2-D layers via hydrogen bond interactions. Compound 3 possesses a 3-D framework structure based on a 1-D chain via hydrogen bonding interactions. Compound 4 has a 3-D framework structure bearing a pcu-type topology. In addition, the photoluminescence for 1 has been investigated.  相似文献

Two 1-D CdII coordination polymers, {[Cd(4-abpt)(hip)(H2O)2](H2O)7/2} n (1) and {[Cd(4-Habpt)(sip)(H2O)](H2O)2} n (2) (4-abpt?=?4-amino-3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole, H2hip?=?5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, H3sip?=?5-sulfoisophthalic acid), have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 has a comb-like 1-D coordination chain, while 2 presents a 1-D dual-track motif. The structural modulation of the coordination polymers can be achieved by simply changing the 5-substituent of the isophthalate from a hydroxyl group to a sulfonate group. Further, supramolecular architectures with higher dimensionality are constructed via hydrogen bonding and/or aromatic π-stacking interactions. Both complexes have been characterized by IR, microanalysis, and powder X-ray diffraction techniques. In addition, the solid fluorescence properties of both complexes have also been investigated.  相似文献

A coordination polymer, [Pb2(OH)(tzia)]·2H2O (1), has been prepared by solvothermal reaction of 5-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)isophthalic acid (H3tzia) and Pb(NO3)2. The polymer 1 is based on an unprecedented centrosymmetric tetranuclear [Pb4(OH)2(COO)4(ttaz)2] cluster linked by a multidentate tzia ligand, affording a 2-D 3,6-connected kgd layer. The adjacent layers are further jointed by Pb?O interactions to form a 3-D supramolecular framework with a rare (3,8)-connected tfz-d; UO3 topology. Photoluminescent properties of H3tzia, 1, and 1-desolvated have been further investigated, and it was interesting to find that 1-desolvated due to the removal of lattice water molecules reveals stronger photoluminescence than 1.  相似文献

Mn(2,2′-bpy)2(HFGA) (1) and [Cu43-OH)22-OH)2(H2O)2(2,2′-bpy)4]?·?2HFGA?·?4H2O (2) (H2HFGA?=?hexafluoroglutaric acid and 2,2′-bpy?=?2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structural analyses. 1 is a monomer with six-coordinate Mn2+ from two oxygens of HFGA and four nitrogens of two 2,2′-bpy. Complex 2 is tetranuclear with four Cu2+ ions bridged by triple-bridging μ3-OH and double-bridging μ2-OH. There are two crystallographically independent Cu2+ ions in different five-coordinate environments. Cu1 is coordinated by 2,2′-bpy and three OH ligands. Cu2 is coordinated by 2,2′-bpy, two μ3-OH ligands, and one water molecule. The mononuclear and tetranuclear molecules as building blocks are connected to construct different 3-D supramolecular architectures via noncovalent interactions. Particularly, the lone pair (lp)–π (F···π) interaction in 1 is observed. A hybrid water-anionic tape by linkage of {[(H2O)4(HFGA)]2 4?} n fragments consisting of water dimers and HFGA anions in 2 is observed.  相似文献

[Zn3(tda)2(bipy)2(H2O)2?·?4H2O] n (1) and [Co2(Htda)2(H2O)6·5H2O] (2) have been synthesized and characterized structurally by X-ray diffraction, where H3tda?=?1H-1,2,3-triazole-4, 5-dicarboxylic acid and 2,2′-bipy?=?2,2′-bipyridine. Their solid-state structures have been characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The molecular unit of 1 consists of two crystallographically unique Zn(II) ions assuming different coordination geometries, the tda3? exhibits a hexadentate binding mode chelating three Zn(II) ions; neighboring Zn–Zn distances through tda3? bridges are 5.910(6), 5.888(5), and 6.279(3)?Å, respectively. In 2, two neighboring Co(II) ions are bridged by two Htda2? ligands, forming a binuclear structure, with Co–Co distance of 4.091?Å and is further linked to generate a 3-D structure via hydrogen bonds. Reactions of fresh M(OH)2 (M = Zn2+, Cd2+) precipitate and (RS)-2-methylglutaric acid (H2MGL), 2,2′-bipyridine (bipy), or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in aqueous solution at 50°C afforded four new metal–organic complexes [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] (1), [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] (2), [Cd(bipy)(H2O)(MGL)] · 3H2O (3), and [Cd(phen)(H2O)(MGL)] · 2H2O (4), which were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, TG/DTA analysis as well as fluorescence spectra. In 1, the [Zn(bipy)(H2O)]2+ moieties are linked by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions to build up the centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(bipy)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] molecules. In 2, the 1-D ribbon-like chains [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)(MGL)2] n can be visualized as from centrosymmetric dinuclear [Zn2(phen)2(H2O)2(MGL)2] units sharing common aqua ligands. Both 3 and 4 exhibit 1-D chains resulting from [Cd(bipy)(H2O)]2+ and [Cd(phen)(H2O)]2+, respectively, bridged alternately by R- and S-2-methylglutarate anions in bis-chelating fashion. The intermolecular and interchain π···π stacking interactions form supramolecular assemblies in 1 and 1-D chains in 24 into 2-D layers. The hydrogen bonded lattice H2O molecules are sandwiched between 2-D layers in 3 and 4. Fluorescence spectra of 14 exhibit LLCT π → π* transitions.  相似文献

Two new metal–organic coordination polymers, {[Cd4(bpea)4(IP)8]?·?6H2O} n (1) and {[Cd1.5(suc)1.5(IP)1.5]?·?4H2O} n (2) (bpea?=?biphenylethene-4,4′-dicarboxylate, H2suc?=?succinic acid and IP?=?1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]-phenanthroline), have been obtained through two types of dicarboxylate linkers. Complex 1 contains a neutral 2-D puckered sheet that is interdigitated by neutral 1-D zigzag chains. Compound 2 shows a 2-D (4,4) net, which is extended into a 3-D supramolecular framework by weak aromatic interactions. The different structures demonstrate the effect of the dicarboxylate ligands on the formation of such coordination architectures. The fluorescence property of the two complexes was also investigated.  相似文献

[Co2(TTBT)4(1,2-BDC)2] n ?·?4nH2O (1), [Pb2(TTBT)2(1,3-BDC)2] n ?·?nTTBT?·?2nH2O (2), [Fe(TTBT)(1,4-BDC)(H2O)] n (3), and [Zn(TTBT)(1,4-BDC)(H2O)] n (4) have been hydrothermally synthesized by self-assembly of TTBT (TTBT?=?10,11,12,13-tetrahydro-4,5,9,14-tetraaza-benzo[b]triphenylene), benzene-dicarboxylic acid ligands 1,2-H2BDC, 1,3-H2BDC or 1,4-H2BDC (1,2-H2BDC?=?1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1,3-H2BDC?=?1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1,4-H2BDC?=?1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid), and various metal salts. Compound 1 has dinuclear cluster units, four dimeric Co2 units connected to form a 32-membered ring via weak offset π–π interactions, which are further stacked via strong π–π interactions to form a 3-D supramolecular framework. Complex 2 contains 2-D layers with rhombohedral grids, which are connected to a 3-D structure by π–π interactions. 3 and 4 feature 1-D infinite chains, which are further extended by strong π–π interactions and O–H···O hydrogen bonds resulting in 3-D supramolecular architectures. The photoluminescent properties of 2 and 4 have also been investigated.  相似文献

Reactions of copper salts, zoledronic acid, and 2,2′-bipyridine/1,10-phenanthroline in aqueous ethanolic solutions afforded four phosphonate oxygen-bridged copper complexes, Cu(bipy)(H4zdn)(HSO4) (1), [Cu2(bipy)2(H2zdn)(H2O)(Cl)]·4H2O (2), [Cu2(phen)2(H2zdn)(H2O)(Cl)]·2.5H2O (3), and [Cu3(bipy)3(H4zdn)(H2zdn)(SO4)]·5H2O (4) (H5zdn = zoledronic acid, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline). The copper centers of 14 have square pyramidal coordination geometries. The Cu(II) ions are coordinated to bipy/phen, zoledronate, and HSO4?/Cl? forming mononuclear units for 1, dinuclear for 2 and 3, and trinuclear for 4. These building units are further extended into 3-D supramolecular networks via multiple hydrogen bond interactions. Temperature-dependent magnetic properties of 2 and 4 suggest weak antiferromagnetic coupling (J = ?4.53(8) cm?1 for 2, J = ?1.69(4) cm?1 for 4). The antitumor activity of 2 was evaluated against the human lung cancer cell line and indicates effective time- and dose-dependent cytotoxic effects.  相似文献

Compound 1 exhibits a 3-D structure constructed from 2-D layer motifs joined by µ 2-HMIDC2? or µ 3-MIDC3? ligands. Compound 2 also presents a 3-D framework, generated from 1-D chains linked by HEIDC2? ligands by two different µ5-modes. Three coordination compounds, {[Co(btrp)2(H2O)2]?·?NO3?·?H2O} n (1), {[Co(btrp)2(H2O)2]?·?H2O?·?2H2btc} n (2), and {[Co(btrp)3]?·?2ClO4} n (3) (btrp?=?1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propane; H3btc?=?benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid), have been prepared via solvothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and elemental analyses. Compound 1 possesses a 1-D double-stranded chain composed of ribbons of 20-membered cycles. Binuclear water clusters link adjacent nitrate anions to form a 1-D supramolecular helix in the structure. Compound 2 has a 1-D double-stranded chain wherein free H2btc ligands constitute 1-D negative chains through classical hydrogen-bonding interactions (O–H?···?O). Compound 3 exhibits a triple-stranded 1-D chain. For 13, 3-D supramolecular structures are consolidated by interchain weak hydrogen-bonding interactions as well as electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

Three polynuclear clusters, [Cu4L8](ClO4)4·4H2O (1), [Zn3L6(H2O)6](ClO4)6·6H2O (2), and [Mn3L6(CH3OH)6](ClO4)6·4.5H2O (3) (L?=?4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2,4-triazole), obtained by the reactions of M(ClO4)2·6H2O with L have been isolated and structurally characterized. Complex 1 featured a tetranuclear Cu(I) structure. Both 2 and 3 are linear hexapositive trimers linked by three N1,N2–1,2,4-triazole ligands to the divalent central and terminal metal ions. Furthermore, the luminescence properties of 2 were investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

A tetranuclear cubane-like cluster [Ni4(HL)4(DMSO)2]?·?2DMSO?·?H2O (1) and a dinuclear compound [Cu2Cl2(H2L)2]?·?1.5MeOH (2) (H3L?=?3-(2-hydroxy-benzylideneamino)propane-1,2-diol) have been prepared and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, IR, and elemental analysis. The X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the four metals of 1 showed a Ni4O4 cubane arrangement, and two of the six faces of the Ni4O4 cubane were capped by DMSO. Complex 1 is the first reported DMSO capped Ni4O4 cubane cluster. Complex 2 contains a u 2-Cl bridged dinuclear core with each CuII ion exhibiting pseudo square pyramidal geometry.  相似文献

Three new 1-D zigzag coordination polymers {[M2(pdtc)(bpy)2(H2O)3]?·?4H2O} n [M?=?Zn (1), Ni (2), Co (3)] (H4pdtc?=?pyridine-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic acid, bpy?=?2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized by the reactions of H4pdtc and corresponding metal salts in the presence of bpy at room temperature and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TGA, fluorescence, and X-ray diffraction. The main structural feature of 13 is the presence of octahedrally coordinated M1(II) and M2(II) centers sequentially bridged by pdtc ligands; bpy acts as a blocking ligand to avoid further polymerization. These coordination modes lead to 1-D double-chain structures. The 2-D or 3-D supramolecular structures of 13 are built up by π?···?π and hydrogen-bond interactions. Two (H2O)3 clusters are observed in 13. The zinc complex shows strong fluorescent emission at 325?nm.  相似文献
